Kinda brilliant to provide video games for siblings at large sporting event - course my player wanted her hour too! Not bad pricing especially considering they let kids earn extra time by winning gaming tournaments - VR - XBOX - PS - all the digital gaming things!

Paid 500 for both of my kids to attend a coding 101 camp, got a reminder email the day before it started, showed up morning of, and no one was at the store. I finally got someone on the phone, who took my information and said I'd get a call back... That was 7 hours ago and I still can't get ahold of anyone who can help me, through email or phone. I've never experienced such awful customer service, I could accept a mistake, but the complete disregard and lack of communication tells me everything I need to kn

We absolutely love this place! The staff are so professional, friendly and helpful (especially when dealing with kids - they are very patient!). Clean facility, great computers and games, lots of snack and drink options. We've done my son?s birthday party here, as well as attending several of their STEM camps for kids. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always looking to help their customers grow in gaming and in having fun. I've enjoyed many events, including birthday's and member parties, with my son and that time with him has been amazing. Facilities are clean and well kept.

We had a birthday party here and it was SO fun! Tyler and Kelsey were so accommodating and helpful, they made sure everyone was having a blast through the party. The kids LOVED when they were challenged to a Fortnite battle by some other gamers- you can tell the employees here love their job by how they treat their guests!

1st time there last week they gave us the first 2 hrs free. We left with a membership. The boys had a great time.

When a gamer friend from out of town visited, rather than try to get something clunkily setup at home for two, opted to come here. It was nice not to have to worry about configuration, and while my machine is nice, their systems were very buttery. Helped us setup a game on each of the machines that we were interested in and threw in some extra time for us. The price was worth the convenience of not having to worry about setup and just let us enjoy the time together.

I have been going to Contender for about a year with my 11 year old daughter and we absolutely love it. The staff are very kind and work great with kids. We have used there great option of child care by joing the educational summercamp. This place is great for going to game with just your group or making new friends when they have fun events like the all night lock in or even tournaments. I fully recommend stopping by its a great option if you do not want to pay to have all the brand new tech for gaming at

Contender eSports was such a fun place for our child?s birthday party. The room was set up before arriving, it was clean, and the team member helping us was great. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was set up, helped with each question a kid through out, all while overseeing the full store in addition to our party. Definitely recommend!

I have twin boys that love Contender eSports. They have been on regular game nights, to the lock in events and the summer camps. They have learnt how to code, fly a drone, mix music on DJ turntables and how to improve their game play. They always invite friends to come and play and they have a blast. The staff are really helpful and very friendly. We have had a wonderful experience and highly recommend.

I threw my son?s 12th birthday party here and it was awesome! All I had to worry about was the cupcakes and they took care of everything else! A great evolution of the Internet Cafe. It's $10 an hour to play but there's also deals you can get if you're a regular. The PC's were alright. Nothing crazy like 120 fps on Fortnite with graphics turned up but they get the job done. Only complaint was the headsets mic that I had didn't work, and the keyboard was pretty dirty. Other than that, would recommend.

This was such a fantastic experience! We had our twins 7th bday party here and it was literally the easiest and most fun party we have had! The party host Carli and another gentleman (im sorry I didnt get his name!) were so helpful and laid back and let us hang out for our 3 hr event. My boys were very happy and all the kids had a blast playing Super Smash Bros, Among Us, Fall Guy, Madden, you name it! Highly recommend. We will be back for more fun!

Had a really great time here! Came here to kill some time while in town and was surprised with how much I enjoyed it. I already have a gaming PC at home and although I appreciated what Contender was providing, I didn't find myself as a customer, until I finally went inside. It's a lot better to think of this place as an arcade, than a internet cafe. I loved being around others playing, while being able to order a beer. Staff was super friendly and would love to go back. Highly recommend.

Our kids became familiar with Conteder eSports by visiting with the OC on a field trip. They immediately came home and said they had to have their birthday party there. We booked early to secure the date. The staff was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience, we definitely got our money's worth great value, great fun, awesome company. Thank you for making our day special!!!

Every host I met was kind and helpful and it was a great place to just hang out for a few hours. They are cool with you as long as you are respectful to their place and things. awesome spot.

Had a birthday party for middle-school-aged boys. Was simple and hands-off for me as we just let the boys eat and play. They were very accommodating and helped the boys with accounts for some of the games and were readily available to fix any problems quickly. Carli was our party hostess and made it all very easy and enjoyable!

I came in with my little brother excited to try gaming on a PC and saw this place as a good opportunity to try it out. I don't have accounts set up for the 10 different accounts required to start playing and was told that there were guest accounts on the computers that I could use to start playing right away. This was not true and I spent 90% of our hour and 15 minutes trying to set up. I asked for help and the assistant just stood behind us and barely helped if at all. We had an unexpected internet outage at our office and when we needed a last minute meeting place for a training session, Brett was able to help us out! I knew of this place because of one of my brothers had gone before and loved it. We used one of their back party rooms that they tend to use for birthday parties and group gaming sessions and it worked perfect. The gaming chairs were comfortable, the conference table was a decent size, and there was a TV for us to connect to for sharing our computer screens

Today was my first experience at Contender ESports. This place is awesome! So many private gaming stations, friendly management, and pricing options. Ask about their private parties. I have 3 boys ages 8 to 13 years old and this is going to be the location of many future birthday parties!!! I've never used a place like this before but new clients get 2 hours free and I paid for 3. If I could give a minus on stars I would the most horrific experience my son and his friend ever had dropped them off before work two blocks away.They was both kicked out after five minutes there for being smelly.They showered before going there.I took off work to pick them up the manager was un professional said they wasn't contender cliiantel material for their establishment.The manager wasn't going to give the sixty dollars back but I made the manager.He said we couldn't come back that we was trespassing

Was a great time! Good pricing, and can tell it's a great place for kids to hang out and be able to play games they otherwise might not be able to. They do lock-ins, tournaments, and other events.

The computers are amazing, the staff is amazing, the prices are low, and most of all it has lots of game options! My friends and I spent a day here and had an absolute blast. Oh, and 244HRZ monitors! If I wanted one more game at this place I'd say Rust, because the computers here can handle it, and if you stay here for a whole day with the $20 game pass, you'll have a lot of time to enjoy it at 244 frames a second!

Great experience overall if you want the lan experience without the ?setting up, transporting, and taking down? experience of like 4+ hours just to play a game next to some friends. Good for gaming community and friendships

Fast internet if you want to update and download games on your own devices! Less than an hour and updated my console and installed a large game. Fun steam or console play by the hour.

Moved to the Styx and don't have good enough internet to play games, coming here for my much needed fix. They provide everything and have just about any game you would ever want to play! Definitely coming back!

Anywho in regards to contender's atmosphere the staff is incredibly informative and friendly, the chicken sandwiches are on par with Chick Filla, and the connection speeds are unbelievable. It's a great place to come and kickback with your mates and let some steam off with anything from a good old game or two of Fortnite to a full blown raiding party in W.O.W. Overall a top notch spot for gamers.

Had a great time on opening night. There was plenty to do and they ensured you got ample play time. Being able to hang out and drink is another cool aspect of this place.

Contender Esports is the place to be if you want to have fun with friends or be with fellow gamers. I really enjoy the staff there they are always helpful and a joy to be around.

The food was nasty and it was way over priced for like one hour of gaming. I could drive to my grandmas and play more for free. I will not be going back there unless they lower prices.

Contender E Sports has been fantastic for my son. He is in the academy which is treated like any other sport and the focus on values like discipline, respect, communication and dedication.

Really nice staff. I brought my own Xbox in to update my games since I have no internet at home. Download speed was insanely fast.

It was enjoyable, very comfy chairs. I would suggest bringing your own headphones as theirs really suck. Even at the highest volume you can barely hear your teammates.
