The new arcade is definitely very cool. They have really nice games and they're very unique almost like a big city arcade. The new system for credits is a lot easier to understand than the old way. The games are actually working and seem to be brand new and in great shape very clean as well. Definitely recommend.

Updated Review** My daughter wanted to go here for her birthday despite a poor experience we previously had in their arcade. HOWEVER, they have completely redone it and she had an absolute blast with her siblings. This was a complete 180? for us as all of the games were in great condition and a lot of them are very new and well worth the points. We love the changes made!

I took my boyfriend?s son here. It was both our first time. I bought a day pass for $15 which included the splash park and the bounce park. We got here pretty earlier so no wait at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful explaining rules and prices. Needless to say he absolutely loved this place! He is 5. There is a smaller area for little kids, a medium slide and a larger one. They have water guns, chairs for parents to sit. In shade or in the sun. Music is playing constantly which is nice entertainment.

Being that this is the ONLY attraction for over a hundred miles around, I can't compare this place to other fun centers. But I will say this?the staff is friendly and my nine year old has a great time. The snack bar offers a good variety of snacks and foods for a very reasonable price. There are many attractions and activities for the little ones and even for older kids too.

We were able to celebrate our son?s birthday and the kids had a blast! They asked what theme party we wanted and it was decorated when we got there. Bounce/water park, mini golf, carnival games, pizza, & drinks all included at such an affordable price! Friendly, outgoing staff members. We truly enjoyed our evening! Thank you so much!!

Planned a birthday party for my daughter here. It was a fantastic experience, our group chose to do the escape room. The package included pizza, soda and birthday decorations for the theme we chose. They included carnival tickets that could be redeemed for games or vr roller coaster. What a great experience! I would highly recommend this place if you have a party to plan. They do all of the work, you just show up for the party! Will definitely plan here again.

Okay so I went to the arcade that was at the commercial once before. I never took my kids again because of the price, none of the games ever worked, it was just all the way around awful. I spent $280 for 3 kids at that arcade and only got enough tickets to get all of them a few 100 point items. Definitely was not impressed. I had to go kill some time today so I took my 3 kids back to try out this new arcade that everyone?s been talking about and that I've seen all over Facebook. Whoa!!! Oh my goodness. Let

Super awesome staff found just the right theme for birthday party at a short notice. Great experience for kids and family. I highly recommend stopping by and having a lot of fun!

For a town that's hellbent on Bars, Dotty's, Robertos and extremely underwhelming activities to do with someone under the age of 21, There shines this gem in the town. While traveling through NV, we had the pleasure of getting to spend some time at this awesome arcade. Our 8 year old Daughter LOVED it. The staff were kind- Catie gave us waters and Cayden helped us with tickets and prizes. I wish i could remember the other staffs names, everyone was so kind and helpful. Anyway- for sure would stop again. SUPER kid friendly, fun games, good prizes and nice staff. Fun fir us all!

Golf simulator. Paying 45 dollars for one hour use I expect things to function. While this is the second time I have gone to use this indoor simulator nether time did it work. The first time I had to wait for them to try and get it to pick up the golf balls. It took them rehanging netting and after about a half hour we had it up and running. While the owner was nice and offered more time I did not have any extra time to spend there that day. Today I went and had high hopes it would be working right.

Absolutely fun. My family and I have tried a lot of the activities. Most recently took the kids to the outside blow up. Only downside is their pizza

I love the commercial fun center due to their amazing customer service. Always at the ready to help & assist their customers. They truly are the heart of fun things to do for the kiddos of Elko. There's nothing else like this around town for the kids & they do their best to make this happen. Always giving back to the community with a smile on their face! I will definitely be coming back!

We did the paranormal tour last night, I had no idea on what to expect. It was fun, but no where near long enough. Our guide Bree was great and answered all our questions. It was creepy walking through the building in the dark. I think if I did it again I would take 2 time slots.

We had my son?s 7th birthday here and we absolutely loved it!! It was SO easy!!! I loved that they had the pizza, drinks, decorations and the clean up!! I am so grateful for the commercial fun center and that there is a fun place that is EASY to have birthday parties. Seriously, so nice that I didn't have to worry about anything besides the cake and the kids had the best time!!! I also love taking my kids here all year for all of their festive holiday events! Had my sons 9th Birthday party and it was amazing, they supplied the decorations which were very hard to come by, my son loves the titanic and Khryslyn was able to find such amazing decor. I would highly recommend the commercial. Elko is so lucky to have this place for family fun. Definitely go out and support this amazing establishment.

Their points-based prizes are candy and squirt guns. Their money pusher machines have tokens instead of coins/money, their 2-shooter rifle game needs repair, as only the left rifle works most of the time. The rifle to the right won't reload when you hit the magazine. I never see anyone ever disinfect/clean the machines, everything is dirty. Many games are unplugged, as they are broken; I have $20 on my modz card and nowhere to spend it. This is the worst game center in 5 states, truly a disaster. Skip this

We had my Granddaughters 6th birthday there. And it was great. The staff was Amazing!! The kids had a great time in the splash park and VR. Us adults enjoyed miniature golf. Definitely recommend. They do all the work and take the stress off the parents.

We always have a great experience here! On July 27th we had both of my son?s birthday parties together and they had a blast, the food and service was great and there is so much stuff for the kids to do. We did the arcade and the carnival games. My son really wanted to win a specific toy from the carnival, but you have to win 12 times to get the jumbo toy which was disappointing for him. My son is enjoying his summer pass to the bounce park and splash pad. The shaded seating area is nice. The food is actually good too. The staff are all really kind and seem like they enjoy their jobs.

Tonight's Valentine event that they hosted was amazing it was so cute and adorable for kids and adults. My friends and I really enjoyed the chick flicks movies and the little games and activities in the food was fine . Big thank you to Catie for helping with the stuffed animals, assisting with every question and mainly overall being very kind .

Haunted house and blackout were both amazing! A lot of detail was put into each room. We also did the escape room which was absolutely amazing too. The kids went to the spook alley, kids maze and did face painting, they loved it! The food was really good too, they had a lot of delicious desserts and other yummy food. We all had a great time, I would definitely recommend!

They have a real stuffed poler bear that is huge and cool. They are all super nice there. Taylee told me and my friend about the bear and about the hotel. Cant wait to come back!!

Had my daughters birthday here she had a blast they set everything up for me, decorations, and all with plenty of things for the kids to do and fairly priced there was a small issue with the total price from what I was quoted, but the manager came and fixed it without me even saying anything is really cool that they stepped up and fixed it before there could have been a complaint. We will be back!

Amazing fun experience. I've done building demo before but getting to bust up vases, a toaster over and other domestic items with my kids? that was next level. Isaacs is always a fun and engaging guide at commercial events! Absolutely get the upgraded items. We did a TV for an extra $50 and it brought so much more fun to the room!

We had our sons 4th birthday party here and it was a BLAST!!! We walked in to having it all set up with a movie on the big sceen to match our theme (SUPERHEROS)!! We got to start with eating pizza and having soda!! The kids got to go upstairs and paint canvases to take home, paint on the walls & floor, it was glow in the dark paint and they have UV lights to paint in the dark too!! Then we played Carnival games & did VR games!! We bought extra tickets and it was super quick and easy to do!! Last we did cake

This was a great haunted house! They had great spacing throughout the haunted house so you didn't run into people in front of you. The escape room was really fun. They had a cute spook alley that the kids really enjoyed. The treats were really delicious. It was a great activity for the entire family.

We did the escape room at the Commercial Fun Center. We started late, and they stayed open for us to finish it. Isaac S. was very fun and patient, and he explained the rules extremely well. We had a lot of fun!

Seriously blown away by this place! They built two amazing but very different haunted houses inside that were THRILLING!! The whole first floor was family friendly with a ?not so scary? maze for kids walk through and get treats and prizes and an inflatable maze. I also got a chance to do the escape room which was seriously impressive. Overall I had a blast at the haunted commercial hotel, would 10/10 recommend.

Fun place, party packages are pricey, but kids enjoy it! Pizza was disgusting!!! Way too much sauce that the toppings just slid off!! Since I cannot comment on your response, I spent a lot of time in Chicago and no this is not Chicago style pizza!!!!!! This is WAY TOO MUCH SAUCE PIZZA that the kids didn't like it at all. I had to wipe the sauce off of the pizza and the kids still didn't eat it. The pizza was horrible.

Bree was incredible! A very independent led tour with the guides right behind you so you felt like you were exploring everything on your own. Lots of cool places to explore and nooks and crannies to creep into! Definitely recommend the ghost tour!

My boyfriend and I came to do the rage room. The lady who helped us was so nice. She had the best customer service. An associate named Kayli had set the room up for us. They have some other activities. I will definitely be coming back.

We had the best time! I'm super grateful for such a fun place to go to here in Elko! We have a 3 and 5 year old and they loved the kids attractions downstairs! It's perfectly spooky and exciting without being scary! (Also, the baked goods food is SO yummy!)

I came for my niece kelsi's birthday and the staff including the GM Khrys were amazing always can find when needed, always smiling, very hospitable. I would definitely come again.

Had lots of fun with the kids, the staff are amazing " Isaac & Johnny" are great host. Kids played in bounce house. Bring a change of clothes, bounce house is wet! Try out the rage room! Next will be the escape room.

I would like the exterior lights fixed. It still looks like an abandoned building, really is a bad look. It is a good time for the kids tho. That would be a good fundraising effort if publicized. People love the commercial casino. I think the fun center is a good thing for Elko and did not intend to offend. I dont know who owns the Commercial Casino, I would think that they would be responsible for the lights.

Loved the escape room! I also loved how they would space you out really well in the haunted houses so it felt like a personal experience; it wasn't like other haunted houses where you get jammed in w/ a group right in front of you & right behind you. Definitely recommend going!

Had a great experience doing the Paranormal tour of the Commercial Hotel. Our tour guide Kayli was great and willing to answer our questions. Did well with letting us roam and do our own thing. We had a lot of fun.

It's a little warm in there.. but the service is very friendly. I went in July, if you have little kids they love the summer stuff. I also suggest getting an orbiiz shooter, only because it's cheaper here. I painted a bowl in the ceramics area. They play disney movies all day. The girl, her name was Taylee, she helped me and my family. Taylee was super helpful, friendly and eager to help make it all a good experience. Taylee and they girls that worked on August 17th between the 5pm-9pm shift worked incredibly hard and were so sweet to me and the kiddos. It previously rained very hard, and they were outside with buckets scooping water over and over to reassure safety and fun! We did have to wait 30mins to enter, but not due to staff or problems....all weather! Thank you

Great experience and lots of fun performing the escape room! Lots of puzzles with easy to challenging solutions, along with some surprises. Definitely would recommend for a couple/small group activity.
