Amazing experience! Customer service was awesome from both the front desk and the food area. The local bowlers at this place make you feel welcomed and will cheer you on on good shots ! 10/10 would recommend!

Open ever since I remember! The bowling alley that makes you feel like home. Great food, atmosphere is amazing. They always have open lanes and you always leave smiling with good friends and family!

I had a great time bowling until I noticed someone tried to break into my truck while i was bowling. Even with a security camera and a guard in duty, someone managed to break into six vehicles! This was a real kick in the teeth after spending over $120.00 for bowling for my family!

Always loved the palace. However the new food company that took over is absolutely garbage. Pizza isn't by the slice anymore, no pitcher of water for the bowling leagues, napkins are small and cheap and combo doesn't include a fry and drink. What's the point of a combo? Plus they didn't oil the lanes on Thursday 612/25. Also, teens bowl at night now so cars have been broken into and other new restrictions. I grew up bowling here and the food change is my biggest complaint. Please bring the other guys back.

I haven't been here in about 10 years, and was pleasantly surprised with this visit. There was a group of nine of us that bowled on two lanes with the $40 an hour per lane package. So it cost us $160 ( plus $4 per person for shoes). The girl that was running the cash register for us was friendly, she was a stickler on the no drinks policy (even though it was just water,) but I get it, rules are rules. I was concerned that a lot of our 2 hour clock, would get eaten up with lane issues and needing attendance

I went to this place to attend a corporate event and it was my first time here. Our group had a pretty good time. We spent about 2 hours here. There was a bar inside in a small room that didn't look very nice. I'm not claustrophobic but this room made me feel claustrophobic. I still think it is one of the better bowling places in Columbus. Their prices are very reasonable. I am planning to go back soon at a normal time to check it out one more time. Their prices are especially cheap on Sunday mornings.

Have bowled in different leagues here for years. They are always trying to update things like furniture. The pro shop staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Their restaurant has good food. They have improved equipment so not as many issues during bowling. Will continue to bowl here in future

I wasn't allowed to take my personal water bottle in, which is totally asinine. I'm handicapped and walking is very difficult for me. The workers who told me this didn't even try to understand what I was trying to tell them. There was no explanation as to why I wasn't allowed to have me water bottle.

The lanes are well maintained- however the carpeted walls are dirty looking and the entrance smells like a stale cigarette ashtray. The overall there is dated. The lanes seemed to work fairly well, only had to reset a few times. As a whole this is an economical place to bowl with the family. They still offer free cups of water and their grill is nonstop business the entire time we were there. We bowled for 1 hour with 2 shoe rentals and paid $33. My kiddo had his own shoes and ball. Very nice bowling alley. Never been here before. Won't be back. Not if I have to be penalized by having to pay $40/hr. for the two of us to bowl a couple games. $10 a game is too steep with all your competition.

Used to be much better but prices have been raised too much, out of my range to afford. The food for our recent senior bowling banquet was a big dissappoint compared to the pizza and cake we used to receive. Everyone is talking about the disappointment.

Nice bowling alley, but I absolutely HATE that we couldn't bring in my niece's cake. We were celebrating her birthday with family from out of town & couldn't even sing happy birthday & share the cake we bought. I understand they need to make their money, but we bought plenty of food for the kids, and still couldn't cut & share the cake.

Well lit and huge facility for serious bowlers. You can actually see the Lanes and marks, which doesn't sound like much, but I don't like bowling on a dark lane. Overpriced. And the prices were not clear. Honestly I use to go here often. But I went here last week on my birthday , just a casual outing and I was utterly disappointed. I would give a zeeo if i could. Not kid or family friendly. Young man at the front desk Refused to allow baby cups for infant child in establishment. We explained that the infant has food allergies to several food and drink items and has a special drink that cannot be purchased from the establishment. We were just trying to have an inexpensive family night out. Bowling came to $100 and my face fell flat. The employee noticed and offered the new bowling game free for 2 hours. Made my kids night! I have a blast on the Monday night league. They also have good food. My son and I have lots of fun just goofing off and the pro shop isn't bad. Had a thumb hole drilled out and a new ball drilled by them. Not the friendliest in the pro shop but they get you stuff done

We had our son's 11th birthday party there on Saturday, September 21st, and it was great. All workers were polite and helpful. Food and birthday cake was great. Clean and spacious. We had fun celebrating & bowling. Thank you!

A great bowling alley! It is very big with 64 lanes. I got my Storm Tropical Surge from Ye Olde Pro Shop and I still use it a lot. Great prices compared to other bowling alleys in the area too.

We brought two new bowling balls! Dave at the Pro Shop was very helpful. Can't wait to try our new balls out this weekend.

Visited this place for the first time at a company Christmas party. They treated us very well and the food we got from there consisting of pizza and salad was very good! The process of getting shoes was painless and setting yourself up in a lane was very easy to do. It's definitely not flashy like some of the newer bowling alleys are but I like the friendliness and atmosphere of the place.

While I do believe bowling will eventually price itself out of existence the Palace is still the best value. They have a two hour all you can bowl special that is very reasonable. The lanes are in very food shape and there is a bar for your favorite adult beverages, a game room, and places to eat. The automatic scoring machine is also easy to use.

I personally really like this place. 2 hrs for 15$ Monday-Friday 9-5. Hard to beat that. The lanes are all well maintained and in good shape and the scoring system is new. They have great hours opening at 9 am until midnight m-f and open until 2 am Friday and Saturday. The pro shop is also well stocked and available.

They are extremely bipolar. Will question where your buddies are, but it's none of their concern, then send you out for bringing mayonnaise for our complimentary food, then have their security Follow you outside and record your license plate. Overall experience at this alley is the worst I've had at any alley and I've bowled at alot of alleys. For frame of reference, I'm a 200 average bowler who bowls in leagues and tournaments. I have been to this location years ago but just recently visited for my nephews birthday party. The staff were extremely nice and worked with us for the party. It's pretty expensive for food and drinks 2 large pizzas were 40 bucks and the pitchers were 6 bucks each and no free refills so that is ridiculous. Our family went over Christmas break and we had a blast! Food was great, clean environment, and kid-friendly. George at the front desk was happy and ready to help. We enjoyed ourselves. Better prices than the majority of bowling alleys in the area. Seemed clean and friendly staff. Some lane malfunctions, but nothing major for casuals like myself and a kid. Ordering food was almost painful though. Not sure if the employee was just overwhelmed or something else. Lots of having to repeat things to them and just a very slow process. Extremely expensive, figured the time we paid for would start once we started bowling. Only gave us 10 minutes to get setup. We were waiting for 1 person to show up. Mrs. Dione, and Mr. Ian were above and beyond the call of duty when it came to my kids birthday party. They are angels. This place is magical because they make room for families. The lanes are well maintained and it's a nice place for league play. I think the restaurant and bar are over priced and for that reason we don't drink in the bar. Angie does an awesome job with the leagues she brought over from Capri, I know some of the teams have left due to the prices at the bar and restaurant. I joined a bowling league at the Bowling Palace, which started on my birthday! That was a memorable birthday especially since bowling is one of my favorite hobbies! We did keep having issues on our lanes (51, 52) during our bowling night but the staff helped everytime we kept having issues. The Good: nice lanes The Bad: Food is mediocre and pricey. $13 for a simple sandwich and fries. Also, clean out the tea container. The tea tastes like sour tobacco. The Ugly: $80 for two hours on a Thursday. You have got to be kidding me. There are far too many bowling centers in Columbus to be charging that. Needless to say, we won't be going back to the Palace anytime soon.

Hyper bowling was so super fun I cannot wait to join a team!!! So much generous laughter and fun from the people that came and were near us such a great atmosphere!!

This place used to be great but now it's filled with nothing more than rude staff and leagues that keep you from being able to walk in and bowl. I walked in at 5:10 with my 5-year-old on a Monday night to an empty place and was turned away because they said leagues were about to start and they couldn't fit Us in for the 20 minutes it would take him to toss a few balls around. Disappointing to say the least... here you have somebody who's new to the sport and you're basically turning them away

We bowl here weekly on a league prices for the cafeteria are outrages and they are always messing up the orders. As far as the bowling it is a fun time. There are some people in the cafeteria that should not be working customer service

Our family of five (kids 6 & 8) in town for visit enjoyed an afternoon of bowling. Arrived today around 3:30 before the crowds. Staff helpful and friendly. Facility clean. Great price on adult beverages, large pepperoni pizza $15, hot and tasty for bowling alley food. Per game price same for adults and children which made for a pricey few games but good time had by all.

What I like is the cleanliness, space and quiet. The times we have been I have always been relaxed and felt like we were the only people in the building. The food is okay. I only eat fried mushrooms at any bowling alley as tenders and pizza just isn't right from any bowling alley in Columbus not even chucky cheese get pizza from a pizza place and chicken from an establishment that serves chicken then talk to me. We come to bowl so eat before you arrive if you want to eat good.

We enjoy this place and it is pretty close to where we live. The guys are usually nice but tonight there was a lady with short red hair and she was so rude. It is a busy Sunday night for them and when we came to the counter she was chatting with friends till I said can you help us because the guy was on the phone. This is one of the most classiest and nicest bowling alley. Their chairs and tables are very nice. They have good prices. They also have a nice selection of food and a nice area dedicated to it. They also had a bar in another section. There was a arcade too. We stayed there for about 3 hours since there was so much to do. I recommend it for big family's.

For a Friday night, it cost my group of 4 under $40 for shoe rental and bowling for an hour ($6 an hour and $3 shoe rental per person). Haven't been here since my college days 30 years ago!!! Glad to see it is still around. Seats need updating, torn seats and very low to the ground. My younger self got out of them just fine but the 50+ yr old knees?struggled. Lol

They really do not know how to speak to anyone I went in there and wanted to bowl with my kids because it was their birthday and they were really rude and did not know how to respond I seen some one that came in a purchase the same thing and was charged way less than that smh have to better when your supposed to be the best

Pretty average experience. Not a bad thing by any means. Not bad. Not amazing. It was a serviceable alley with a decent price. The house balls were a bit jacked up though... As in very in some cases. But with a place this big, you're going to get a handful of those.

Here for the men?s state tournament. Great place! Excellent prices on food and beverages. Staff is also awesome! Donna (bar) , Shannon (bar) , and Anthony (front desk) are notable employees as they were very helpful, caring and polite. I don't live here but would totally recommend this place to others. Awesome job guys.
