Keep hours updated. Says closes at 10pm tonight and staff tells us they're closing the arcade at 9pm. Happens everytime were here. Staff and arcade are great. Husband and I come here a lot just for a fun date night. We bring the kids a lot as well, but it's hard when we're anticpating an extra hour and they close

These lanes have been neglected and the approach feels and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Came from out of town and tried to have a good time. We had to move lanes because of pinsetter issues. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. As a family full of bowlers, we had fallen down due to poor conditions and have never bowled worse than we did on our visit. I would NOT recommend this bowling alley to ANYONE. If I could give zero I would. Once upon a time I would give 5 stars. I was in the junior league, I moved up to the Every other Saturday B league and the Tuesday Sysco league. Thing started to change slowly, then I had my kids party here and my nephews, everyone was money hungry, I had no host for my party, the arcade games didn't work, and no one could do the prizes because of short staffed. Went last week for night bowling with my wife and 2 daughters, and we had an amazing night! Easy sign-up online picked a time put in all of our info and paid! The location is big and has a full arcade. The bowling area is also very nice touch screens with lots of custom options like custom photos team photos etc. Definitely going again.

We came in and had to wait like 20 minutes for someone to help. Idk if they're racist or what. Our lane kept having problems. The lady serving us our food and taking our order was rude. Overpriced kinda nasty food and it was expensive to just bowl for one hour. One person at the front so we had to wait even more when we had an issue. Not coming back

Would NEVER come back to this place. RUDE, HORRIBLE SERVICE, and TOOK MY MONEY but refused to give me my allotted time. My girlfriend and I were told to come back in 30min for a lane due to a league night. Not a problem. I come back in 30min, paid for two rentals and an hour of bowl time. We will often get 4-5 games done in an hour easy. After our first game, they tell me they can't let us play another game b/c they have people waiting for a lane. I still had another 45min! This bowling alley is the worst. You can't ever go there to bowl with your family because they're either having league or tournaments. I don't even know why they're open to the public. Unless you want to do late night bowling on the weekends but heaven forbid you want to take kids to bowl on a damn Saturday

Overall good atmosphere. It gets busy on a Saturday, so make sure to have reservations, I had to wait 30 minutes for a lane to open due to this.

I do not recommend having your child?s birthday party here. They sold the lanes we were suppose to have and the birthday party room. This place is a joke. DO NOT book your party here. Ruined our 8yr olds party

I bowl here like 4-5x a week and can't complain too much. the lanes get a lot of play so it's not surprising stuff gets broke sometimes. And the times i have been a victim of malfunction i was reimbursed with no argument at all. Workers are easygoing and knowledgeable and the food is pretty good for a bowling alley IMO.

We've been coming here like 3 days a week and never had an issue until tonight. We arrived at 9:03 and asked to bowl until 10 and were refused service. We then asked to bowl for just a half hour which we have been doing and been offered by the staff multiple times and this employee tonight (black hair with a bun) told us he's going to have to find out who told us that and "yell at them." So tight that when we arrived at our lane the father from the lane beside us started having a temper tantrum; he was ranting on about how he doesn't like to bowl by kids and he hates that the lanes are so close. The folks here literally treat us like family. We have a son with special needs and they go out of their way to make Scott feel welcome and special. Special thanks to Jen, Chris,Pam, Mark, Dale and all the others who make our visits to Colony Park North a great experience.

They fell off bad! Run down, they now close so early, ball shoots were broken and we lost a good 30 minutes of our paid time waiting for it to get fixed, drinks were so watered down. Arcade was closed, the entire arcade! And literally every employee had an attitude. Just over all not a good experience. We will not be going back any time soon.

Well we just took our kids and their friends out for some bowling and some time at the arcade. Let me tell you this was the worse experience we ever had bowling in a very long time. We thought we would take the kids out for a fun day of bowling after school for some fun. It was not?.. The staff is friendly and helpful; and the bowling alley is well maintained. They have a snack bar with your typical eats, as well as a connected bar, and a recently updated arcade.

It's been a long time since I was here. Had fun playing a couple of games. Overall, everything was nice, well maintained, and was clean for a bowling alley. There are only three things that kept it from a 5 for me. 1) The smallest ball was a 6 (some places I see 4s and 5s). Smaller ball would have been nice for my little guy who didn't want to use the "alligator chute". 2) h Balls with holes for those of us with thick fingers. I had to go up to a 14-pounder, but I would have preferred a 13 or even 1

The one nice thing I can say is that I did have a great time with my family:-) however, they were late getting us to our lane due to a tournament. By the time they got us there instead of starting the clock from the point that we got there 2R axle Lane, they started it from the reservation time and we surely did not get our lane on time. We only had an hour to squeeze in 2 games for our foursome due to a previously scheduled birthday party but it was a nice alley, relaxed vibe.

Even if the lanes are in use, the arcade area is def worth the visit! And the food! Omg the food is delicious!!! We've been coming every other weekend now since we saw how awesome the arcade area is

Bar was a bit packed and only 1 bar tender she did great though drinks were delicious and good was a hit. Pool tables are in great shape and they even had karaoke. Lanes are in great shape and ball return worked wonderfully. I will be returning.

We go here a lot! Staff is great! Lanes are well kept. Lots of league options. Arcade is huge!! They have cool things going on in there all week long. Check their Facebook or website to see what's happening.

I love it! the chairs are comfy and the services ir excellent. Its mandatory to use face mask and all of the employees use face mask so thats a plus+. Totally recommend it. Btw great choice of music I was dancing the whole night.

Was really crowded, not unexpected on a Friday night, but a l-a-r-g-e group was next to us, totally all over the place and made it difficult to play. They need to make large groups pay for multiple lanes. Other nights, though, love it.

It would be great if active leagues and/or tournaments are posted on your website so people can plan ahead. We arrived with only 4 lanes in use and were turned away due to a league that was about to begin.

Last time I went here I started a tab at the bar. The bartender gave my credit card to someone else who promptly gave her a fat tip and then stole my card. I don't know if it was nefarious or stupidity, but it sure caused me a lot of trouble. She made zero effort to help me after her ?mistake?. DO NOT RUN A TAB.

While it was completely packed, it was Friday so no big deal there. It was a fun place to go and take the kiddos. They had a lot of fun bowling, it was super fun when the light shows were going on!

Food wasn't good. Over-fried chicken wings. No flavor at all. Cheese fries were a fail. But lesson learned that even some people can't fry food correctly. Table set up by lanes is weird. I enjoy their other location laser alley much better. Prices of the bowling alley are still reasonable then others in area. Arcade is small.

Great venue for a good family fun time. Snacks are very affordable, the place was well kept and clean. Parking was easy but the one entrance has a visual up hill blind spot so take extra caution when turning into the parking lot.

This place is terrible from check in to ordering a drink. Asked for socks was told to use the broken vending machine. I got to my alley and the table was dirty and still had drinks. The bathroom has no doors on the stalls and the bartender was very rude. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Wish I could leave no stars worst experience ever!

Have bowled there so they get 2. However we stood there with our children waiting in line. While acknowledged. Yet we stood by while two young punks just stood there trying to impress girls. Not okay. I got upset and left. Which upset my kids. Will not return.

Colony Park Lanes North is fun for an afternoon family visit. The prices aren't bad, and they participate in the Kids Bowl Free program. This location is clean and looks up-to-date.

The lane got stuck after every turn. The vending machine got stuck. Bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes. Place is generally in good condition but our experience wasn't great

If the barmaid knows you she will ring up your drink during happy hour. If she doesn't she won't. We thought it was happy hour but the clock on the wall is different from the clock on the register. It'll be awhile till we go back

Approaches are horrible. Can't slide at all. Oil pattern is horrible. Leaves residue all over the ball that doesn't come off. Temperature is way too hot.

We went here for a bowling tournament a few weeks ago and i am just now getting around to reviewing this place. It had a great (for a bowling alley) food and drink menu. Reasonably priced at there little cafe as well. I can't speak to the prices of regular bowling bc we were there for a tournament, but i can say that they were VERY well organized and super friendly from beginning to end. Great job to the team!

The glow bowling on Thursday nights is a great deal! Unlimited bowling from 9-11 for only $7.50 per person. The establishment was pretty clean and the staff members were very helpful. We will definitely be back soon!

We took our family bowling for the first time here. The staff was so nice to our family with preschool children. They put us in a great lane, explained using the bumpers and gave our kids a fun dinosaur ramp to send the ball down. We'll definitely be back.

First time going there with my own bowling ball. And their lane cracked it in half. And no we were not bowling rough, we bowled like we do any other time like we would be at laser alleys. And they are legit great bowling balls and they came out cracked from their dispensing machine.

Good for bowling for the area. Friendly staff but also. Seemingly hard to find staff at times. Ur in a tournament and you find yourself ringing the bell at the snack to purchase food and nobody is there. Now you leave to go bowl and come back and now the line is 4 people deep! Happened all day today. Also. When you needed something like a ball returned or a pin respotted. Someone wasn't always at the counter to assist. A little frustrating but all in all a decent place to bowl and bring the family.

We like the lane scoring technology here and the location. Every now and then we grab a drink in the pub but that is rare since they allow smoking. The lanes are maintained well and parking is good. If your going to have a damn tournament that takes up an entire damn building how about you post it so no one else on a Sunday that is a family comes here and leaves with disappointed children because common sense suggests leaving a lane or two open for such purposes freaking ridiculous

Went for the 6:30-9 Saturday night "glow" bowling. Not your typical glowing lights. The flashing lights on the alley are cool but a little bit too much if you are really interested in concentrating on the game because they are distracting. Also, not a lot of enforcement on the rules.. the kids next to us were bowling two balls at a time dancing around as they were rolling. I know kids cannot be controlled sometimes.

I like bowling here because the staff is always helpful and the lanes are well kept.

We kept having problems on eight and nine and it took forever to a technician or somebody to fix it but they charged my daughter full price for the birthday party on Saturday

Nice facility. The step down instead of stepping up onto the lane took some getting used to. It would help if they had a grab pole next to the scoring stand to help steady the older folks.

Union party during our convention, handled 75 machinist with beer and pizza for hours. Great job Colony Park Lanes, I'm sure we'll be back next year.

Great family oriented bowling alley. Fair pricing and a nice facility staffed by kindhearted individuals. All of the leagues they host are also a huge plus and give the average bowler a bit of competition to test their game. All in all a must visit if in the area and you have a desire to bowl!

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE OR BOOK A PARTY HERE!!! Went to a party for a 8 year old in the beginning of April and the employees trashed talked the family that was paying a discounted price of over 120 dollars for 2 hours of bowling for only 7 kids... The pizza took over a hour to receive and the staff was nothing but rude. this place is a complete rip off. the kids didn't even receive the online incentives that the website offers.

Summer bowling with the family with flat rate of $40 for the entire summer is fun and inexpensive. We just have to pay $4.50 for shoe rentals. M-F 11-4

The worker, was extra nice and helped our family choose the best package for the family. Our bowling experience was a first as a family. Its been a while since I bowled, I didn't realize how digital it has become.

Fun time bowling, ruined by an ignorant, mouthy manager who single-handed lost the alley a family full of customers. We were wrong, but all she had to do was talk to us with just a tad bit of decency and respect, but she couldn't. I wonder if she is the reason there were only 6 lanes rented in the entire alley during glow bowling on a Saturday night?

Good place for a kids bday party, or a quick night out. Good sized menu with burgers, pizza, and chicken tenders. Last time I was in it looked like they are expanding the game room and adding more games.

My siblings, spouses and myself and my wife went here for New Year's eve bowling and the experience was much better than what it was years ago! Service was good, food was much better and, all in all, we had a good time (despite being lousy bowlers!)

Bowling with friends or family is now even more fun with the YouToons! Take some silly selfies of each bowler and you will be running back to the TV after each round to see what cartoon your face was placed into. It had our crew of all ages laughing so hard. There are food and beverages at the snack bar and a bar/lounge attached for some adult drinks.

Employees were friendly. Easy location to find. Bowling amenities were adequate. Bar was dingy and extremely smoky. Food was typical pre made bowling alley quality.
