What a fun party! We had an amazing time and Isaac took great care of us. From the pizza and drinks, to the cake and laser tag, he was kind patient and attentive. We couldn't be more happy and our son thought it was "the best day ever!" Great Job Coin Crazy staff. We'll definitely be back soon!

This was a fun place. I had a group of 7 kids to entertain and this was one of our activities. I guess I am naive and living in the past but I was a little bit surprised that nickel arcades nowadays cost multiple nickels to play a game. But I guess it makes sense that inflation has changed this too. However, it seems a bit extreme that a racing game takes $1.35 worth of nickels to play. We had a birthday party for my daughter here. Overall it was a decent value for what we paid. The venue includes bowling, arcade, and laser tag. They also have concessions and prizes for arcade tickets. Our party included arcade, laser tag, a party room, pizza, and drinks. The party room comes with a few tables, table cloths and place settings for the kids. There was also a couch in ours but I don't think they all have a couch. Had 18 kids for a birthday party last night. Bought the unlimited package at $25 per kid. Birthday girl did not get to spin the wheel at all. Host did not refill beverages we had to take our drink cups and ask for drinks too many times. Had to ask for our own plates and napkins. Not enough room for the kids to sit to eat their pizza. Me, my kids and my mom had an absolute blast here with the games and laser tag. So worth the cost. We will definitely be back the food is absolutely delicious the pizza was excellent and so wasn't the chicken tenders.

We love Coin Crazy! It is the perfect place to beat the heat and enjoy playing some games. We recently used them for a birthday party. The staff was super helpful. We had a host who directed guests to our party room, brought our pizzas, refilled drinks, and answer questions. We were able to bring in a cake and so candles. For the party each kid started with 100 tickets. They got laser tag which was a blast.

They give you the option to pay for shoes with a bowling alley reservation don't, they offer the first four shoes free but only if you don't select the option of reserving them before hand. Staff who checked us in for our lane was also inattentive. Incredibly disappointed with the whole experience. Also I was required to sign up for an additional service just to see my receipt

The bowling here is nice. Much better than some other options in Utah County. The arcade is small but fun. Most of the games actually work, which is a nice change from other arcades I've been to.

This place is super fun! Bowling? Lazer tag? Endless video games? Virtual reality? Points from your winning to get prizes with? You name!! It's all here!! The staff was very helpful and explained in great detail to help us figure out which card we wanted to purchase. We were there for over an hour on $10.00 and my little companion has money left on his card to go back. Clean establishment (even the bathrooms) with very informative staff, who are also very courteous.

This was a great place to have a party for my 12-year-old. The staff were great, the party room was super clean, and the guests had a blast. All we had to do was show up with the presents and cake! Coin Crazy took care of the rest.

This has been my #1 date night choice for years!! There are so many fun arcade games, their food honestly hits the spot, and bowling here has some of the coolest features ever - I mean, Angry Birds bowling? Too much fun.

This is one of our favorite places to go. It's affordable and fun. It's far more affordable than most arcades, and the prizes aren't bad at all. They have a great group bowling deal as well.

Not impressed with this business or management. Called and scheduled a family Christmas party at this location a month in advance. Scheduling was easy, I was able to do everything over the phone with the manager. However, we showed up for the day of our reservation and nothing was on the schedule and nothing was available. I reached out to John and heard nothing in response. Our party of 40 had to leave and by some Christmas miracle were able to book elsewhere. I will not book here again and would not sugge

My son's birthday party at Coin Crazy was a great time. Everything went smooth and our party host was very accommodating and would check on us often to ask if we needed anything. The pizza was good and the arcade so fun for the kiddos.

This is a super fun place to have around in this area! A little arcade, a little laser tag and a little bowling alley. BUT ... I have been coming here for the PIZZA. OMG! It's sooooo good! Pizza tastes like it's baked from fresh dough... some of the younger staff won't make it as crispy so you have to specify to make it a little crispy but man is it good when it's done right...

This place is a GEM! A friend told me they had a bowling alley inside, she said how clean/nice it is, so we checked it out and it is AWESOME!!! Without a doubt my new favorite place to go bowling. The staff was friendly, it wasn't crazy busy and it felt very comfortable. Absolutely love this place!

So much fun!!! I got the deal where you pay $50 and get $60 worth of coins. I played for hours and ended up sharing my card with multiple family members just to use up all the coins in one night. Planned on leaving around 9pm and was there til 10:40. I love being a kid again.

We reserved a party room for 1:30 and our confirmation email said it was from 1:30 - 3:30 but when we arrived for our party they told us that our party didn't start until 1:45. Us and our party guests waited for the room to be available. Additionally, I paid for a cake when I reserved the party but when we needed it they told us they didn't have a cake for my son. They ended up giving us someone else's cake which wouldn't have been a big deal but it had some other kids name scripted on it with frosting. The

I got to say that they have pulled together a great place for family here. Especially being in Spanish fork. We needed something like this. The hand made pizza is awesome, you have to try. My family enjoys it plenty. Definitely recommend for family night. +Bowling.

We had a super fun party for my son at Coin Crazy. It is so nice to have them fed and entertained and I don't have to do any work! I want to make sure I recognize our party host, Chase, who was fantastic. He made sure we had everything we needed and he was very cute with the kids. I really appreciated his hard work.

Fastest way to spend $45 lol and they took the instant gratification out of arcades by switching to digital instead of actually winning tickets . The cheap plastic toys broke before we even left the arcade .

This is easily the best arcade I've ever been to. I went with my family and had a lot of fun. The guy that helped us with our cards was incredibly kind and it made an awesome experience even better. We loved using Coin Crazy for a birthday party. We did the "pins" option with just bowling. It included pizza and soda as well. It was just the right amount of time, and the kids had a great time. I thought the price was super competitive. Our host was very attentive and thorough, and communicated everything clearly. We had my sons birthday party here today. We love this place! We did the ultimate birthday party package. Well worth it.

Edit/update. The owner made a great impression on us. He apologized and showed that he would make it right. So excited to come back. Thank you. Had a terrible experience. Waited 1 hour to play while I watched the workers friends walk in and get to play no wait or didn't even pay. The staff seemed annoyed that we wanted to play and didn't even really talk when the interaction was happening. Horrible customer service. We had a birthday party at this location and I was dissatisfied with the pricing and the lack of transparency regarding additional charges. This place is WAY over priced! $20 for a 4 topping pizza?!?! Pizzas are small and 1/3 is crust that not many kid wants to eat anyway. They gave kids $6 credit on cards, but the games cost on average .50 a piece so the cards don't go very far. All the kids were done with their credits after 30 minutes. Maybe I'm just too cheap!

Group lane rates are nice. The games are fun and peice is... Ok. Food is a bit over prices for quality, we do enjoy this place and find ourselves there on e every 2 months or so.

This is a great place to have fun with your kids or date night. It's not very big. They do have some bowling alleys, Lazer tag and some VR games. But it is a smaller place. Not as many games as I would have loved. And quite a bit not working or struggling with the amount of people. But I went for my kids and they had a good time. Would go again but now with nickel mania closed it has gotten really really busy.

I'm guessing half of their time is set aside for personal phone time and half is to act completely annoyed for being at work. Also, what's up with the trans man on the Disney Channel while our family bowls? Maybe vet the programs you play before they're played!

This experience was not as good as last years. This time we were the only party, yet the only time we saw our server was when he took pizza and then the drinks. My daughter even asked if she was spinning the prize wheel and this never happened. Not to mention this time we had half the guests than last year. I hope they get better servers or train them better.

The staff was great but the heat wasn't TURN ON THE AC. It's too hot it was 90 in the building and over 100 outside you can seriously harm ppl close down if you can't keep it cool. Specially in this kind of environment where people are running around having fun. That's heat exhaustion or stroke waiting to happen.

Coin crazy was amazing for my sons 4th birthday party! Erica was easy to work with and very accommodating! And the staff especially Katherine was super helpful and was always there to assist during the party! Perfect place to have a birthday party during the summer heat! We loved celebrating my son?s 10th Birthday at coin crazy. The host was flexible and let us upgrade when we had a few kids cancel due to sickness. Our party server took great care of us the full two hours. The pizza was tasty, and my cake order was perfect. Best part we got to leave the clean up to them. My only con would be the kids running out of of money on their cards too fast, but they loved getting the extra 100tickets for prizes!!

This place used to be so much fun, but customer service is lacking. Employees do the bare minimum for guests, without enthusiasm or smiles to guests. The way that they acted, it almost made me want to apologize to them when we asked them to do their jobs and start a laser tag game or redeem tickets. I had considered this as an option for my son's birthday party, but after today, I'll look elsewhere.

I thought it was fun. Unfortunately the place isn't big so it gets packed. Some of the games don't work and people don't know bowling etiquette which made the game a lot more difficult, but not the fault of this place just something to be aware of. Other than that is a fun place to go

We had my daughter?s birthday party there. Erica, the event coordinator is unfriendly and unhelpful. Because of her we would hesitate having a party there again. Our party host was great while we were there, she saved the experience with Coin Crazy!

The bowling alley is nice and not too busy, but they close the cafe whenever they want and not actually when they close. Not a good business practice. They should at least make it public when they are closing.

We just did a birthday party here, and our party host, Colten, was fantastic! I was nervous about hosting such a large party, but he really helped to make this event go smoothly. Everything was ready for us when we got there, and pizzas were all delivered right on time, and he was in generally just super nice and great to work with!

We had two birthday parties simutaniously for our son and daughter that share the same birthday. Paris was our party host and he was amazing to make sure that we had everything we needed and went above and beyond for us!! Our kids had a blast and everything went so smoothly! Thank u Coin Crazy!

This place is awesome! Celebrated my 10nuear Olds birthday here. The price was very reasonable, especially for the amount of fun to be had. The pizza was great, and staff happily replaced my birthday boy's points card after it had been lost.

This place felt and was awesome when it opened, probably because it was brand new and the new thing in town. It's had competition moving closer in town and so now it feels smaller and like there's not that many games. A good switcharoo of games or just moving them around seems to do the trick on making it feel more exciting and new. The staff there have always been great. Horrible customer service. We got on the waiting list at 1:30. We were told it would be about 2:30 to 3:00. At 3:15 there were two lanes open. I asked what position we were on the list. I was told we were next and could pay for 45 minutes to bowl until 4. We were told to go to the bowling desk and they would get us the lane. The guy at the bowling desk gsve away both lanes. We wasted 2 hours on our day off and still didn't get to bowl. Horrible experience. Why have a waiting list if you aren't going to foll

I love this arcade and the reason I'm giving them three stars is because one employee ruined our experience with his bad attitude. While he was helping my son and cousin with the prizes he was throwing things and then he said ?Jesus Christ? because they were taking too long and indecisive. We went to Coin Crazy for the first time for our son?s 7th birthday. We had an amazing time?all of us! I thought my husband and I would be roaming the room with the other kids? parents but when we saw how much fun everyone was having, we bought cards and started playing as well. We just went to play arcade games today. They were fun, and there was a good variety. This place is new and clean, and the staff members were really nice Admission is great at only $2. I really like that your nickels and your tickets are stored on a card, that is really convenient. Some of the games took a lot of nickels though for the small amount of tickets you win. All in all it was really fun, and just carrying around a card instead of a bag of nickels and your tickets was a huge plus.

This is my favorite arcade. It has laser tag, great arcade games, VR (sadly it was down when I went most recently), and bowling. I got the two hour unlimited pass for $20. I played 5 games of laser tag (which normally would cost $5 each for a total of $25) and a bunch of arcade games. The pass gets you unlimited no redemption games for the 2 hours, and $5 towards redemption games. Also, we actually got about 2 hours and 30 minutes, because when we first swiped the card it showed that's how much time we had.

This place is so fun. So nice and clean, high end games with the great selection. The VR rabbit ride is the best! It will get your tummy rolling.They have laser tag which my kids enjoy, but now that they've opened up the bowling alley, it's a whole new ball game! We frequent this place a lot. I usually go in the morning before lunch because after lunch on the weekends or days out of school it gets crazy busy.

Second time this has happened to us! They need a better bowling reservation system. We came in, staff said it was a 30 minute wait to bowl. Got a text that we were up and then was to told that we could only bowl for 10 minutes because they had a reservation coming in. Why didn't they know that and not have us wait around for 30 minutes to find out we needed to wait 2 more hours to get a lane. Over all love the arcade, laser tag, and bowling. But getting a lane is a joke.

We celebrated my son's birthday at Coin Crazy last week with a bunch of friends. They set up a room for us, brought us drinks and pizza, and were there to help and answer any questions the entire time! We had such a great experience. Will do parties there again for sure!

Our party host made our daughters birthday experience absolutely beautiful. She had only one guest show up and luckily last minute, her older siblings gathered their friends and came to fill seats and help celebrate. Don't waste your money here. Took my family there and it a waste of time and money. As soon as we walked in all the front desk people were just sitting chatting and on their phones until I said something then they helped me. We decided to do the 2 hour arcade pass. Thinking it would be great for the kids to just play non stop. But you gotta make sure you read the fine print that no one can read. We really liked this place. I have only done the bowling, so that's all I can go by. We had a large group and reserved 2 lanes for a family birthday gathering. We had fun and the staff was really nice. One of my daughters had been there previously on a large group date and they did the lazer tag. She said that was really fun too.

We've had two birthday parties here and it's the best. The kids have a blast and the employees are so so wonderful. It's also great to come when our family?s just looking for a fun way to spend a few hours. The coin cards make everything really convenient.

We went for a friend's birthday party and all the kids had a blast. You use a pre-paid card to scan to play all the games, which is nice. The cards also keep track of the "tickets" you earn which is nice too, although part of me missed seeing the actual tickets spitting out of the game. The kids didn't seem to care though. We also did the laser tag and it was my first time doing laser tag but it seemed to have plenty of barriers and hiding places. All in all a great place for birthday party!

Awesome arcade center in Spanish Fork. Laser tag arena looks awesome, I can't wait to try it out. They have a great selection of arcade games and they've completely done away with nickels or quarters. Instead they give you a card with a magnetic strip. You load the card with as much money as you want. What you don't spend you can get refunded or simply keep on the card for the next time you play. Went here yesterday, place is clean up-kept, not as many playing machines as I thought there would be more of a simulation arcade with games you can sit in and shoot zombies etc, the VR would?ve been super cool, me and the 3 others that came with me to the arcade waited about 15-20 min to do the VR come to find out only 2 we're working so pretty much wasted our time waiting on that. Other than that it seemed cool didn't try food or anything.

I recently celebrated my son's birthday here. We went with their unlimited package for 2 hours and the 11-12 year old boys had a ball. This is a very clean, new place. The workers that helped with the laser tag and VR games were great (Tanner in particular). Pizza wasn't great, but about what you would expect from a video game place.

My kids and I loved Coin Crazy! They don't have a ton of games, but the ones they do have are awesome and unique. It's nice and spread out. They have a really good selection of prizes. I've only been bowling here. It was fun but the reason I rate 3 stars is because of the way bowling is set up. The lanes feel longer than usual and skinnier than usual which makes it more of a challenge to bowl. This isn't too bad but the real deal breaker is that the bowling pin set up machine takes ages to reset the pins. If you pay for an hour of bowling, you will get less bang for your buck at this place. Please make the machines go faster so we can have more continuous fun.

Decent size arcade. If you're cautious on how it is spent, one kid can be entertained for 1 to 2 hours on $10. If they do laser tag, VR or other big ticket attractions excluded, those are $5 each and eat into the budget. I did hear they have a Tuesday $3 specials, but I did not verify.

This is an amazing place. I really hope it does really well. All the games are really spectacular, the price is great. They now have some bowling alleys, which is awesome. A great place for some great family fun. Highly recommend. The only reason it's not a five star is a lot of the games were broken down when we went, but still had a great time.

was honestly disappointed.. came for a fun time & my time there was less then fun?? I mean? it was still kinda fun but the guns stoped working half way through laser tag? I WAS ROBBEDDDDD?? & we had to go walk out of the game WITH OUR VESTS ON LIKE LOSERS and get an employee to fix it.. but they were rude.. we were hoping for another game to make up for the time we lost.. they didn't give us another game?? it was still fun tho??

It was a blast! Great for family time. They have games I haven't seen before, and it is all nickel based. They have laser tag, VR play, and a VR roller coaster for the kids. They have delicious food too! Please support this new business and go and play! Check your local coupon calendar for deals. It was $22 for me and my two kids to go and play for two hours. Totally worth it!
