Coconut Bowl at Wild Island

What a freaking blast!! We were in town and wanted to go do something fun with the kiddos... What a great deal!!! We went on a weekday and they do an unlimited pass for $33 a person. We spent almost 7 hours there and enjoyed every minute!! We did bowling (included shoe rental), both outdoor mini golf courses (probably some of the nicest ones we've been to), indoor glow mini golf, rode the XD movie thing at least 3-5 times (it's cool, kids loved it. We went on a Thursday afternoon around 1 p.m It was our 1st time going here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A young man went over all of their package deals. Lots of stuff to do. Games were relatively inexpensive. I was surprised how many points my 9 year old and 5 year old had left when we left. Food was priced as expected and of mediocre quality but lots of options! I'm sure the go karts were fun but I would recommend advertising how tall you have to be to drive them. My 9 year old was upset he couldn't drive when he is allowed to race at K1 so we didn't race. We are looking forward to coming back in April when we are back in town

This place is great, I'd never been there before, and as an adult, I found it very entertaining and enjoyable. I use a walker, and when we went to go race the go karts, the staff were amazing. They made sure I had assistance if needed, they made sure my walker and belongings were safe. And their attitude was so great. Will definitely be back

This place was great for the kids (AND us!) We're in Reno from Oregon for the week and was our last full day before heading home and wanted to find something fun for the kids to burn off some energy... great options here, great "week-day" deal! Ended up spending 7 hrs there!

Sadly this almost was a 5 star review and almost a perfect experience. I am wheelchair bound and run into issues with bowling alleys being accessible on the regular. We saw this alley and were so excited that everything was one level.... except your tables and seating do not meet ADA requirements. Everyone in my group was over 18 years old some of us over 40 years old and we had a blast here. I recommend it to anyone of any age. They're very clean, they're very nice, they're very organized and I am surprised considering the size of the building and the amount of customer traffic they must recieve. The food portions were small for the price. We went bowling and it was fun and family friendly. We got the all access passes but had to wait so long to do the activities we only got to do them once.

This is my favorite arcade in town. There is a climbing area for smaller children, indoor and outdoor mini golf, single lane bowling, or you can rent out bowling garages (multiple private lanes) for events. We did this for work one year, and it was a blast. They have Lazer tag and indoor go karts too. If you are meeting someone here, there are multiple entrances and bowling alleys inside, which can make it confusing to meet up unless you communicate well.

All around poor experience. Mini-golf scorecard on the phone doesn't work. Just get a piece of paper and a pencil. Not everything needs to be done on a phone. Would actually be nice to not need it out while spending time with the fam.

Crazy big!!! Literally has everything you could ask for. When we were invited to Coconut bowl I thought that it's a bowling alley however I was wrong. They have different types of games and bowlings and go-kart and arcade games, as well as laser tag. The family had a lot of fun and would probably come back if I'm in Reno again.

Honestly was expecting so much more, no expecting to plow head first into a crowd of people, over priced games and food. How can one expect to enjoy theirselves if you can even efficiently walk to the bathroom without shoulder checking 20 people.

Honestly there is so much to do at this wow what a lot of fun we bought the all day pass and wow that was way worth it we spent 10hrs in this place and still didn't get to do everything and wow the 3d ride/movie was awesome you really feel love your moving up and falling down so cool they fans in there to give the Illusion of moving or falling. The place was unacceptable when we arrived; it was dirty and poorly maintained. The staff exhibited rudeness and rushed us during our race car game, clearly trying to push us out. Great place to bowl, family friendly, and they host lots of bowling and pool leagues. No better place to come hangout or have a date night. Parking gets pretty packed, but I've always found a spot, even late on the weekends. Even got to hangout with bowling pro Daria!

Fun family entertainment at a super decent cost. 12 per adult for putt putt for 2 diff courses that were designed perfectly for the setting. Bowling at 7 a game per person w/a 5 dollar shoe rental, you won't find a better deal nowadays.

We had a bday party here, and I was extremely impressed. Online, it looks big, but I was surprised at how big it actually is when I got there. Place is huge and there's plenty to do. Ticket prices are a little high to get anything worth something you're looking at needing 1000+ tickets. However their ticket payout is pretty high on most of their machines and they do allow ticket combination if you're with a group.

Amongst the realm of family fun centers, Coconut Bowl at Wild Island is shiny, clean, sparkly and cool. The mini golf course is well "groomed" and shaded. Attractions include: bowling, golf, indoor go-carts, 3D movies, laser tag, ball pit on steroids, video games, bars, food, and plenty of noise. They also have birthday packages available.

This place is loaded with stuff to do. We live their mini golf, indoor (18 holes) and outdoor (36 holes). Plus there's bowling, pool, go-carts, a huge arcade with tickets/ prizes, lazer tag, a 3-D theater, huge High Ballocity play structure for little ones, plus a few bars and places to eat. Overall just a really fun place to have in our community. By far the nicest outdoor mini golf I've ever been to. It's fun, pretty challenging and well designed from the holes to the designs surrounding them. Fun

My family had An amazing time even tho their was a bowling tournament we still had a blast doing everything else.

We had a birthday party here with the bowling lanes and it was a lot of fun. The black light effect was a nice added touch. With that said, this place so big and so busy it took us 15 minutes before we finally found the rest of our party. Nothing was easily posted and any signs were not readable. We've come to coconut bowl a few times our kids LOVE IT never had any issues with it today we wanted to take are kids bowling and got out next to this older couple who Apparently wanted to teach me about ?bowling Etiquette? who wanted me to have my children wait until her and their partner to do their turns. Celebrated my daughter's 8th bday here today. Suggestion to others would be to get there early... Place fills up about 1 and gets really crowded, really quickly... Best part for us was the bumper cars hands down. With laser tag a close 2nd. Sorta goes without saying, place is a kids idea of heaven. She had a great day as her friend did too.

1/6/23 Don't take your kid to the go karts. I was riding with my child when we were hit multiple times from behind from other drivers, then when we got nailed really hard from the back the third time, they still failed to stop the rides to get my son and I safely off. I had to basically scream and even then, they didn't really listen. My child is 3 years old. We love the high Ballonocity. It's such a great play place for small kids and $4 for an entire day is wonderful. I like that we leave and go back. I was bummed the air was off last time and the balls weren't flying all over. Still fun even I fit down the slide.

Played indoor golf but i didnt like it because theres no one policing up the teens. Had a group of teens walk through the middle of our game and kicked our golf balls off the course. Then i had 3 hyper kids running through the middle of our game. I guess anybody can just walk back there. Wish i could get my money back or another game of golf with my son.

It's good but kind of expensive for a day pass and the arcade is really limited to how much you want to spend.

We had fun at the arcade. Everyone had fun. Games are cool some classics and some VR games. Place is big to where there's room to play. The ticket booth and prices are quality.

I had a pretty fun night tonight with my boyfriend :) we spent 20 dollars tonight and ended up winning about 700 tickets. There are several claw machines but none of them really had anything worth spending credits on. The photo booth thing requires 28 credits. I liked the Yahtzee game and the skeeball. The candy claw machines had weird candies. The walking dead two player game was pretty fun. I plan to come back :)

I came here on my first date with my boyfriend so we decided to come back for our 6 month anniversary. When we got there the board still had the $32.99 weekday special but when the cashier rung it in it said $115. Apparently when there's a school holiday they don't do the special even though we're not kids. There was no sign anywhere about this. There was only a sign saying they had the special. That is so unprofessional.

This place is fun. It can be quite expensive, and parents be warned that your kids will have to drive their own go-kart if they are 54" my girls were very unhappy about this because they didn't want to drive.

Showed up ready to spend money for a family of 5. It was Football Sunday and they weren't even willing to try to find a game for us. Just kept saying they were in a transition with TV providers. They could have at least tried to look for a game instead of just saying no without even trying. Super dissapointing.

My Grandson and his friends had a ball at Coconut Bowl. It was over 100? outside, but it was cool and comfortable inside. My Grandson bowled a strike, which had to be scored as a spare. We didn't care, he knocked all the pins down at once. I had a beautiful grilled chicken salad, while the boys had pepperoni pizza. What a fantastic day!

Very disappointed. I brought my grandchildren here before and it was about 30.00 for each child and they could do unlimited . Now I brought 5 boys and payed 35. O0 each. They could only do 3 things!!! Wow,and dinner was 90.00. won't be back for those prices. I'm surprised you will stay open with those prices. Good Luck.

Great place to take the kids and have a beer. I would say relax but come on its a fun center and it's supposed to be exciting and rowdy. The kids love it, games, go carts (indoor and out weather permitting outdoors), wild island is there in the summer for water fun. They also have laser tag, and skee ball for the older crowd. Do some bowling and play some pool. A little of everything to keep people entertained. The food is good but it's not a five star restaurant it's always fun at the coconut bowl.

My wife was harassed for bringing in her service dog. She was asked multiple times if he was a service dog wearing his service vest. And had her personal medical condition questioned as if it was necessary to have her dog with us. Absolute disgrace on Coconut Bowl. Leave your patrons alone that have service dogs. We are trying to live and be normal without you making a scene questioning people. Don't you have better things to do.

We went to Coconut Bowl during the week while we were in Reno for my mother's birthday. We paid less than $60 per person for an all-day pass. We bowled a few games, went to their arcade, drove the cars, played lazer tag, and we went to their virtual movie/game. That was $60 well spent. We had a good time! Next time I'm in Reno, I'll be back. We had a blast! I would love to celebrate my next birthday here as I'm a big kid at heart.

Great place for kids, had a blast in the jungle gym and the arcade area! They also have indoor racetrack, indoor miniature golf, laser tag, bowling, and pool tables!

Today I had the opportunity to enjoy coconut Bowl for my daughter's birthday. I did not buy a package, yet my family was given a memorable day filled with great activities and great customer service. Rides were in great working order, staff was friendly and and when I had a tiny issue, management handled issue so fast I am only mentioning it because I feel other places should learn from their example. Family fun, fair prices, and great adventure and fun. Maybe open other rides at 4pm instead of 5 for home
