CoCo's Funhouse

We loooooove CoCo's! The kids twice a week. so much the staff know their names! There is a toddler area, although the gate is easily opened for those that can escape easily. There are bounce houses, a play scape and arcade games. They have sensory Fridays where the video games are off so its not flashing and bright. They have a projector the kids can play on the floor by jumping. They have some basketballs or beach balls that dont get montiored well bc kids do NOT share. Espcially the bigger kids who bully

I had my son?s 2nd birthday party at CoCo?s, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast! The staff was incredible and super helpful. They made everything so easy and stress-free. The best part? Coco?s took care of all the food, drinks, tablecloths, and cutlery. We had such a great time, and we're already planning another party there! Thanks a bunch, Coco?s!

Coco?s Funhouse is a place we visit frequently, and my kids absolutely love it! They have a blast jumping, running, and exploring. The space is great, the bathrooms are always clean, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. It's the perfect spot for kids to burn off energy and have fun. Highly recommend!

Very quiet without many children today..... We had the whole place to ourselves. You do need to check on if you're a member....or not. Price is 14.99 per month for members. Unlimited play on bouncy things. If you want to play the games they are extra. There is a card system in play where you can charge an old card with money to use or purchase a new one. My daughter, myself and my grandson love it at Cocos! It allows a child to explore movement and be independent in many areas. It gives the adults the freedom to enjoy watching the exploration and the children have a blast.

My kids come to play here often and I've been to birthday parties hosted here. They generally have a great time. My only suggestion would be to shift inflatables around so the arcade is not in the middle of it all if kids don't want to play with it.

We have been coming here with our three-year-old twins for about two years now. They are so nice and the place is immaculate. So we're very comfortable through Covid coming here with our family. It's one of the few places that I see employees constantly walking around and wiping things down and disinfecting. Thank you for giving us a place to feel safe and allow our children to feel normal in such an abnormal time.

I used to enjoy coming to Cocos. Have been coming here for many years. However, recently, the staff have been a bit rude. They yell that parents have to stay with their children at all times. If you have multiple children like me (4) running in 4 different areas, it's next to impossible to be with them at all times at the same time. Although, I do make sure to keep a watchful eye. Amazing!! Emphatically recommend! Came on an overcast Sunday. It was quiet, even with about 20 kids there. The arcade games aren't loud and the music is soft. The equipment was so clean it looked new! The staff was super friendly. The games, bounce houses, and seating is all very well curated to both kids and their caregivers. My 3-year-old granddaughter loves going there and today I was able to win her a A 4-ft tall blue stuffed teddy bear. She always meets someone to play with in there and the staff is wonderful. We have been to cocos 3 times this week! And each time Taylor has been at the counter . She has greeted us with a warm welcome and was always available if we needed her. On our last visit we got some snacks. The fries were hot crispy and delicious! We always have the best time here. The bathrooms are clean and the place is kept up well!

I bring my little brother who is autistic and niece here all the time and they love it! The sensory Fridays are awesome and very inclusive to special needs children. We joined FunFill membership so we could go here every weekend for just $15! The facilities are clean, staff wipes down and sanitizes tables and chairs regularly. We went for a birthday party for a 7 year old. Three hours flew by. My son had a blast. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is miles better than a Chuck E Cheese by comparison! Giant bouncy houses, jungle gyms, (expensive) video games and food choices. Don't get the pizza, but the ice cream was great!

I threw my sons birthday party here and they had a wonderful time. The staff was super friendly and more than helpful in making sure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend throwing a party here for your littles. The atmosphere and food was great. Most of the complaints on here are due to other people not being able to control their own children. As far as the establishment goes, they do a wonderful job.

The changes since I last came, have been great! We really have been enjoying the homeschool appreciation days and the kids love doing school there. The manager is really very sweet and super helpful.

Nice place to go with the kids. After about an hour my kids were ready to go. It's starting to remind me of Chuck E. Cheese with inflatables. Just more ways to have you spend more money. Feel like this place is geared more towards the younger kids like around 4 than the older kids.

I had my sons birthday party here and Nicole was so great to work with! I called several times to ask questions and she was super helpful and friendly. When we arrived the party room was all set up. I really had no part in setting up because she did it all! She made it so easy and relaxing. Instead of being busy with hosting I got to enjoy the party with my son. I recommend booking the whole facility if you can - well worth the money!

Our family has participated in Global Play almost since its? inception. Coco?s was one of our first venues within Global Play we experienced approximately 4 years ago. Kristen and Nicole have consistently given excellent customer service. They deserve 10 stars for the love and patience they demonstrate on a regular basis. We had my sons birthday party here today and he absolutely loved it, he turned 3 and this place is perfect for young kids, there is so much for kids to do here. The party came with food and drinks, and we had the option to add on extra food if we wished. Our coordinator, Elle, I think, was sooo friendly and helpful, they had everything set up perfectly for us, all we had to do was bring the cake! My kid loves it, it's reasonably priced, staff is attentive. What more can you say about a place like this? Always has good air flow, which is important for a place like that. And to all the people commenting about the lack of menu options or seating -- this may comes as a shocker, but IT'S NOT ALWAYS ABOUT YOU. It's a place for your kid to play on bouncy houses for a couple of hours, not a restaurant. Get over yourself.

Absolutely great place for children to come and use up their energy. There are all kinds of bouncy houses, ride on toys and large foam blocks to keep everyone occupied. I bought 6 visits for $30, so that works out to $5.00 per child (on weekdays) and we spend a good 4 hours each time we come. We also take a 10 minute cool off break about 1/2 way through to walk around outside.

Staff was nice the one worker that was there. Several games not working lights in ceiling need to be changed they were out or maybe just off who knows expansive but would be worth it if all games worked and had more staff one slide could not be used no one there to tend to it .it said it could only be used if an attendant was there don't know if tickets come out of games I did not get any if they did but maybe they don't maybe its all on the card.. clean bathroom and I understand times have been hard on all

We held our 3 year olds birthday party at Coco?s and were so very pleased with our experience! The staff was phenomenal and did everything for us! We didn't have to lift a finger. I had my son's 5th birthday celebration here and it was great. They meet you at the door with a cart to unload whatever you need. Greet your birthday guest, very accommodating for all your needs and even served the kids all food in a sanitary way. I also loved that he got to add his handprint on the wall at the end. Had our sons birthday party there the other day. It was a great experience all around. Kids had a blast, facility was great with cool additions like arcade games and snack bar. Staff really went above and beyond to cater and personalize the whole party aspect. Highly recommended!!!

Was perfect for my 2 y.o, we went on "pay your age" day was very busy. Wouldnt bring my kids age 8 or above they bored quickly. There was one staff member for most of the visit which was odd as it was a planned event bound to be busy. Play area was clean, eating area not so much. Bathrooms not clean. Def need parent supervision which was seriously lacking for some of the older kids who in turn plowed thru younger kids. Over all a great time

We have been coming to cocos for a long time and we decided to come for a play date with friends of all ages. It's really sad when older kids can't play with younger kids because it is toddlers only from 12-2. I have a 1 year old and a 6 year old. There was another family that came in too and they had two children who were of different ages. One was 0-5 and the other was older but no exceptions were made. This is not how a company should run their business.

What Can I Say About Yesterday!!!! We took our PreK-3 Class on a field trip to Coco's House! There were so many smiles on our children's faces. To see them just be free to play and enjoy one another's company was so worth it. Also to see our parents enjoy their children was priceless. Listen it was phenomenal to see our teachers having lively fun with our students are not enough words to say! What a beautiful experience that will always be remembered! CANT EVEN GO ON ANYTHING WITH MY SISTER BECAUSE SHES TOO SMALL AND IM TOO BIG AND IT SMELLS LIKE POOP IN THERE. VERY SMALL ARCADE AND LETTING PEOPLE HOG THE MACHINES AND THE MAX HEIGHT IS 60 INCHES AND ALSO THEY DONT LET PARENTS ON THEYRE WITH THEM LIKE WHAT IF THEY DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. It's great that there is a place like this in Salisbury - our daughter definitely needs the playtime when it's cold and can't enjoy the outdoors as much. UPDATE: My previous review included an inaccurate understanding of the current mask guidance in the state of Maryland. Children 5 and under are exempt from the mandate. We're not necessarily comfortable with that, but Coco?s wasn't in the wrong as it pertained to our experience. Their subsequent response was professional and gracious. Many thanks!

Always a great time with the kids

It's fun for little kids. The area is not very big inside. It gets quite hot in there so don't dress your kids in long sleeves. The seating for parents is very uncomfortable. And the food options are just pizza.

They do a great job of throwing a birthday party. The only complaint I have is that as an adult the noise from all the motors running the things that keep the air in the bounce house items gets old. But the kids love it!

Not much for little toddlers to do and the games and bouncers were pretty dirty. My kiddo had fun running around and going down the slide with us.

Only reasons I couldn't give 5stars are because it doesn't seem that this place deep cleans. Dust and grime in obvious places. Also even though we have Global Play, we've arrived here more times and a private party prevents us from visiting than we have actually been able to enjoy. Quite annoying.

Nothing worse than making a promise to your kid to take him somewhere. You check a business website that says they are open till six, just to walk up and have a paper sign saying they closed at 5. Mom's have a hard enough time trying to plan things to have a business change their hours last minute. To make it worse the girl who opened up the door was rude saying I dont do the website my boss called and said shut down early. I will drive to Baltimore two hours to go to Dave and Busters before coming back.
