This was such a fun experience and surrounded by other great establishments for food, drinks, and quick shopping. A cultivation of Asian cuisines all over the place. The arcade itself was smaller than I thought but the guy running it was so kind and the entire place is well kept and clean which is a huge plus. Super fun place for date night or quick run in with your kiddos. Will definitely be back.
Fun little claw machine arcade at Asian Times Square. We went here as a backup after Clawzilla in Arlington was closed and we had a great time. Got tons of stuffed animals and traded about half of them in for a big one. The claw machines are fair and seem to be based on skill. The employee was nice as well. (Only recommendation is to take better care of the bathroom, as it didn't have any soap or paper towels.)
I had an amazing time here! The claw machines were so fun to play and were super fair. This super sweet worker with blonde hair, I think her name was Peyton, was very helpful as well. 10/10 recommend and will be visiting again soon!

What a super cute, fun place to share a good time with family and friends! The machines have a variety of adorable stuffies and prizes to win. While the atmosphere is great, Andre is what really makes the experience here worth returning to. He was so kind, helpful, and energetic. He presented himself as if he truly wanted to be there and wanted you to have the most memorable and fun experience you could. We were really lost coming here but Jennifer did a great job helping us navigate the store and help us better get plushies. The store itself was fun and the kids enjoyed every moment. A must go when in Asian Time Square.

Located on top of the Asian Times Square food court it's a place 3rd space to just hangout with family and friends. Fair prices and really cute plushies. Will be coming back!!!!!
Fun place and they help fluff the toys so the kids can be successful. Nice staff.
Many claw machines with a variety of plushies including sanrio characters. The machines are much nicer to you than in Round1. The staff are super nice and helpful as well. They get new plushies every two weeks so it's constantly fresh. They also have a lot of good trade-in options including very large plushies and unique plushies. There's also a photo area.

I absolutely love this arcade, claw machines have always been a favorite of mine when it comes to arcades! This place offers a variety of prizes from many machines and I love the loyalty program where you can trade in your caught prizes for points to exchange for bigger prizes. The staff are also very helpful because if you have trouble catching a particular prize because it's out of range or buried under many others, they can adjust it for you so your favorite prize can be easier to catch. Not only is this arcade extremely fun and very winnable (my wife and I spent $100 and won 22 prizes), the staff have always been kind and helpful. My last visit I had a brain moment and forgot my credit card at the location, the employee Andre quickly looked up my name off the account and called me to let me know. Extremely grateful for Andre and the staff, we have been twice and will continue to visit regularly.

We had a great time here. It was smaller than I thought but the games were all fun and my daughter left with a ton of plushies! I like the trade in program so if you want, you can get different plushies.

Machines are rigged more then other places , also cost 2 coins per play which is also double other places I've been.the prizes looked good assuming you can win. This is my second time there to make sure the first time wasn't a fluke.

We were able to win a few plushies but we had to spend at least 20$. Some of the claws made it look like we were going to get an item and it would drop midway. Feels somewhat rigged honestly.

This place is completely rigged. I spent $50 and my daughter was able to win one plushie. We captured several plushies so secure. It was an absolute win, but the crane opens up and drops intentionally. What a waste of time and money. Most of these positive reviews must be a scam. I'll see if I can post a video.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The staff were super sweet and nice the entire time I was there. A lot of claw machine places feel like scams but I had the opposite experience here. Not only was I winning more than I feel I usually do at arcades, but all the stuffed toys in the machines were very cute and worth the money I put into it. The entire area that the arcade is in is great. Lots of amazing food and drink options which really helped create a well rounded experience. I definitely recommend this place!

So fun and such cute plushies!
It was my first time going there and they're were all these cute prizes, they're wasn't a lot but it was probably my timing. And it's kinda hard to spot unless you're casual looking around but it's a very pretty and nice area they have set up so far, and I can't wait for them to be fully expanded and have even more fun.

This place is amazing and so fun!! It's also conveniently on top of the Asian Time Square Food court! Their selection of plushies are by far the cutest!! I travel for crane games and I always come back here because it's so cute. They're currently having a Lunar New Year theme plushies and it's very thoughtful! You can also trade in and get bigger plushies and they give you a clear draw string bag to hold all your plushies which is a reusable bag. So very eco friendly!
Very good place, been going here since they are open. although don't always win everything, can honestly said the win chances are enough. Been able to win the super big items twice so far.

A disappointing experience. Claws either empty or not working. Machines that were working kept dropping prizes. Minimal selection on trade in options. Will not visit again.
