Clean, friendly, colorful, and amazing. The staff were thee most perfessional at all ages of workers and there was plenty of walls to climb. Honestly, couldn't have a better time.

A great for kids who love adventure; rock climbing, zip lining, jumping and ready to take challenge. The cost of fun activity starts from $29.99. Weekends are usually crowdy; i meant to aay really crowdy. So, choose weekdays, if possible. They have cafeteria too and the place is clean. Staffs are friendly.

Our school (kdg-4th grade) went and we were the only ones there!! I was very happy!! The children had a very good time. The team members were very helpful and kind too. The concession staff was nice and the food was good and the place was clean.

I wish I would have known about this place earlier! Kids had an amazing time, super friendly and helpful staff. Little more expensive than I'd like but they do offer memberships if you live nearby. My kids are 4 year old twins and they were able to even drive the bumper cars alone! 5 stars all around. Didn't try the food but not opposed to try it next time.

Just attended a party and it was fantastic place to be. I love how it was spacious so it did not feel so crowded or overstimulating. Even though my kid did not climb anything but stayed in soft play area, it was cool to see all different types of unique climbing areas.

If you are paying for bonus save your money. if there is a party going on, they will prioritize the birthday group for all rides. We had our kids in front of the line to ride the bumper cars. They waited their turn. They were next in line. They let our kids on and then made them get off. I understand birthday parties are on a tight schedule but we arent going to be here all day either. everyone is paying the same price to access the same rides. Figure out a better system. It's bs.

Love this place. It's so much to do for the entire family. We especially had a blast at their New Year's Eve celebration. It cost a bit more, but you had access to all the attractions. The food is pretty good, too.

This place was so much fun and worth every penny. The staff were amazing. There was one particular employee who saw my daughter getting nervous on the high ropes and was up there within seconds calming her down, making her laugh and getting her comfortable. He supported her the whole time she was up there. I was so impressed with the staff. We can't wait to go again.

Really nice and fun place. My children like climbing and it's convenient to have a soft play for little children. Though it would be great if the place had a referral discount. I referred at least 2 new families to buy the membership there.

My great nephew had a birthday party here. Lots of climbing type of activities to do. Both kids and adults. Had an excellent time.

Went on a rainy Saturday afternoon with my 3 kids ages 3-8yrs old. Even though it was busy there was plenty to do and there were no waits to climb. They had an awesome time. The place is stroller friendly which is nice also. 2 hours was more than plenty to do the climbing walls and soft play zone. The cons were, it seemed a little lacking with cleanliness in the bathrooms, some of the tablets to sign waivers were broken or missing, and the cost of the arcade games seemed high for what the games were.

Great for kids?? They can play there for at least 4 hours. 5-year-old children can't use the car, game machine, zip line, and laser gun, but the playground and rock climbing are suitable for 5-years-old and younger.

For the amount of climbing and activities that take place above ground level here, why is there no helmets or head protection to be seen for kids? The one percent chance of something malfunctioning will be catastrophic particularly on the zip line!! Our son had an incident today and what we got was an ice pack and someone trying to get me to fill out a form while I was calming my kid and trying to see how grave his head bump was. Don't book birthday parties there. Why? They managed it so poorly and they were so unreasonable and scary. Every kid only got 1 turn, at each attraction (bumper car, high rope, rock climbing and laser tag) because of extensive waiting as a big group. And they have never explained this prior to party nor at the website nor anywhere else. Staff clearly don't care about their clientele. I registered my child for camp (directly through the GM) but my child was refused entry when dropped off for camp. I emailed to find out what had happened and was told one thing by the GM and another thing from someone who didn't even identify themselves to me, so no clue what they do there. This place is amazing and I can't believe it took me so long to find it. I have 2 young newphews and a neice and I am constantly looking for ways to entertain them. We love Climb Zone! We hosted our son's birthday party here and everyone had a blast. We did the Rockies party package and the kids had a great time on all the walls and the smaller kids enjoyed the soft play area. It was the right amount of time to play in the space and then eat pizza and cake. I, as the paying customer, felt valued and appreciated for my business. Great place for kids...preschoolers and up likely get the most bang for your buck. Even as an adult kid, this place offered so much, which for the spend is worth it. place is really fun and has many entertaining things to do, but one of the down sides is that the workers do barley ANYTHING. I watched 4 teenage workers sit at a table and vape. it was disapointing to see the same workers doing stuff while they sat and vaped

My daughter was invited here for a birthday party, and it was so much fun! It was very well organized and the host was so sweet and patient with the children. Compared to similar places for kids, Climbzone has been by far the best experience for me as a parent. Will definitely come back soon and recommend it for birthday parties.

We went on a Sunday afternoon and it surprisingly didn't feel crowded! Our kids easily spent 3 hours here and could have stayed longer if they hadn't worn themselves out so much! We bought the Everest Pass which though pricy felt worth it with everything it included - 3 bumper car rides, 2 laser tag games, 1 high ropes course etc. I do wish the arcade area was priced better. Games range from $2 to $4, so the $10 play card included in the Everest Pass was emptied in minutes. In the end we had $1.50 left on

Such a fun late afternoon hang for kids and adults. Don't worry if your littles are between 2-14 there's something here for them. No climbing experience needed, levels posted on all the walls so you know if it's easy,medium or hard. Not just climbing, a soft play area, zip line and laser tag. Did I mention there are snacks on site and the venue is available for parties. Go be adventurous!

My son had a blast and we bought a membership to make use of this summer. My only complaint is their hours. I didn't realize before buying the membership that the hours are so limited during the week. Just today, would have loved a rainy day activity right after school but school is out at 3 and they don't open till 4.

We have an 11 year old and a 6 year old and this is the ONLY place they both love to go to (and has been for the past couple of years). They can do their separate things, but then they always come back together to do the ropes course or bumper cars. I've hosted three parties here within this year for age groups ranging 1-10 year old. All the kids always have a great time. People working here are very helpful and nice. Love the openness and the options of play. 10 year old and his friends loved the arcade, laser tag and bumper cars. The little ones love the soft play. And the climbing is always a good time.

DO NOT GO, UNLESS YOU ARE ATTENDING A PARTY! We usually have no issues when we go, but this last time we had two issues, 1. Unfriendly and borderline, nasty, personnel. 2. Kept getting bump because groups of kids attending a party cut ahead. We kept waiting for these large parties to be done and complaint to the attendant, but she could care less, just rolled her eyes. We had a wonderful birthday party for my 12-year-old son here last week. The boys loved the climbing & the laser tag. The facility is clean & professionally run. We were greeted & cared for by a dedicated staff member, who did great with the kids. He kept everything organized, helped the kids with everything & directed the schedule. The staff were all friendly, professional, & attentive. The manager was extremely helpful & kind, helping me sort out a small problem. I highly recommend for a birthday party!

Loved this place! We've been to it twice already and kids have enjoyed it so much. There's so much to do that it makes time go by so fast. Kids can't get enough. It feels like it's a little pricey but it's totally worth it. They have different packages to work with which is nice. Can't wait for our next trip here!

Am amazing place for kids of all ages. The price is definitely worth it. We went for my son's 13th birthday. He, his sister, friend, God mother, her boyfriend, and myself thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I'm disabled, so I only played laser tag, but I enjoyed just watching them. The girls, 15 at the time tested their limits, along with my son and his God mother, on the routes course. The zip line at the end was a great finale. We're definitely going back!

How did this place acquire such a professional and caring staff? The young adults that work here go above and beyond to help the kids in the climbing area and on the ropes course. We're here now and I just saw a staff member gently encourage my child to do a part of the ropes course that she was struggling with. I cannot say enough great things. Clean, calm and relaxing atmosphere but exciting for kids!

Amazing place! Wonderful environment for families and children. We came to a birthday party and the attention was out of this world. Staff members were very nice and willing to help out with everything. The manager was very helpful and would constantly check in to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend it!!!

This was an amazing place! They have so much to offer for all ages! Toddlers to parents, everyone has something that they can do! The ropes course was spectacular and the walls are something else. Each wall has a different design and so awesome. Soft play looks like it would be so much fun, but we didn't have a chance to go inside. I cannot wait to go back!

Party packages are very expensive, and not worth the experience. Staff monitors how much the kids play. None of there attractions are unlimited. Kids literally gets 1 turn on each attraction in your party package. If your kids want more time to play, once your 2 hour party has ended. You have to pay an additional fee for each kid. The place is huge and clean. There is plenty of space to roam around without feeling like you're going to bump into someone. My 5 yr old enjoyed it, was her first time, and that's all that matters.

I brought my 5 year old here this weekend and had a great time. The walls were a lot of fun for him and the team was great. After he was done with the high walls I think he spent a good hour in the soft play zone and had a great time. A little on the pricy side, but great way to entertain the kids on a winter day!

As a parent I've been to many a climb birthday parties and many locations and this place is great. The staff here is incredible. They are never standing around; they are constantly walking around helping kids with harnesses and very friendly. I have been impressed with every person who works here that I have interacted with over our many visits.

Rock climbing walls are creative and cute, could add a few more that are a bit more challenging for the older kids. Decent arcade and laser tag. Bumper car space needs to be bigger or remove a car or two. Food could use tad bit of upgrade. Service is hit or miss in being attentive to kids climbing walls (where lock and key sometimes jams in getting them out of the harness). For price point and location, should get minor face lift in some of these regards mentioned.

Last year, (2022) was the best, I remembered my kids getting the ultimate package and being able to do many things without a limit. Now, 2023 it's the same price but not unlimited, I was wondering why there wasn't many kids as last time, it's bizarre. I would rather pay a little extra for unlimited versus the same money as last year with less things. I won't come back. This was our last time here.

The facility is nice and the kids will have fun with it. BUT I'm writing the negative review because of the very terrible customer service. If you run a facility for kids, you need to have management that is easily identifiable and reachable. These people just don't care and that's a problem. UPDATE- 2 weeks later and still no response. This is a warning?these people do not care. I will not be allowing my children to frequent a place that is so obtuse.

We've been to a few birthday parties here, and I'm honestly so impressed with this place. The kids always have a blast, and they run children?s birthday parties like a well-oiled machine. Pizza is satisfyingly mediocre (you know the stuff). Exactly the place to let your kids burn off some steam in the middle of a long Chicago winter.

Pretty awesome place to bring your kids on a rainy day to keep them active. Only down side I seen was the kitchen staff, I literally was watching my trays of food ready and served on the counter top for almost ten minutes while two staff members where discussing their personal life problems and drama, realizing I'm waiting for my food because nobody would bring it to the table they continue with their bickering and drama and after they want to ask where my table is like just give me my food. Love this place! Been multiple times. Perfect for young kids up to teenagers. You can spend an entire day here easily. They'll get their energy out and be entertained. On-site food is a big yummy plus. Can't wait to go back.

Went in to book a party for my grandson's birthday and came out disappointed. I have the 10 child minimum, but have to purchase the same play package for all. Unfortunately some like heights, others like games, and some are too young. Now I have to purchase everything a la carte and can't celebrate with a birthday cake.

Firstly the staff go above and beyond to help accommodate you in every way possible, they were all amazing. Especially the manager. 2ndly there is so much to do it's hours of fun my kids enjoyed climbing most of the walls, they rode the bumper cars and some of the spin n flip u around. They also serve beer which was a plus for me.

Our NFP hosted a semi-year end event for homeschoolers and it was a success!!
