I love ClawCrazy. It is the BEST online claw I have ever played. I love that someone is correcting or adjusting prizes or game if it needs to be adjusted due to prizes out of win zone. I feel that the amount of coins you get for each package is worth it. Whomever designs the games is literally a genius. While I appreciate the convenience and unique claw games, the games do not always register ticket winnings. There have been a few times when I have won 5000 tickets or the jackpot listed and the machine failed to recognize it. I DO send disputes on whatever game I won tickets on, and instead of awarding me the winning tickets, I get refunded the amount it costs to play. Super frustrating. This place is a masterclass in theft disguised as fun. The machines rob you blind, and when they screw up?which they will?don't expect help. Customer service is nonexistent, accountability is a joke, and winning means nothing because they don't even ship the prizes. It's a scam with flashy lights. This is a scam. Winning is nearly impossible ? the camera angles are terrible and make the whole experience even worse. Really like this app, EXCEPT, the contact us button does not work and you cannot contact them when wins don't register on certain games! Some plays you can file a dispute, but not all the plays register and you can't dispute one's that aren't there. Also, can't dispute wins if the ticket payout is incorrect. Feeling very ripped off at the moment.

Horrible tech system, I had to dispute over 75% of my wins because they don't register. Customer service is automated and you can't dispute the dispute once they deny your win or refund.
