Customer Reviews

My wife and I were visiting Medford for the day and decided to stop by, since my wife is really good at claw machines. The man working was extremely friendly. He even told us which machines might be easier to win something from. We were in there for a short amount of time, but my wife won 3 plushies and we really had a great time here. You should definitely stop by if you're interested!

Great place overall. Didn't appreciate the staff allowing there friends to win all the high end labubu and help set it up for her to win and give more coins then she paid for. She ended leaving with 5 high end toys and she tell he friend what items she wants and she set it up for her to win as everyone else try?s there best. Rigged I will never return while she there

This place was SO fun!!! The owner was so friendly and generous! Our whole family had a blast watching the kids win stuffies! This place is so unique and such a cool outing! It's locally and family owned and just such a fantastic addition to the valley! I'm so glad we found out about it! We'll definitely be back!

I want 2 things to happen. I want this place to blow up and become insanely successful, but I also want it to remain a hidden gem. It was so much fun taking my kids there and watching them win prizes and be able to trade up for bigger and better ones. It's clean, staff is friendly, and it was overall a pretty good value. We left very satisfied and had a really good time. Highly recommend!

We have been a few times and love it. The win rate is really high and the trade up options are great for those who want larger prizes. The owner has been wonderful every time we have gone in, including resetting items that fell out of play when asked. The machines have the capacity to double-tap if you like that strategy as well. There is good variety in items, especially if you are a fan of Sanrio. I would love to see more Pokemon or Nintendo. I would also be very excited to see Duffy and Friends items! (A

I spent $15 for coins which is super great because I was unsure of how many I wanted exactly and its a $1-1 coin ratio. I took my friend there with me and won a decent little handful of plushies 10/10 will 100% come in again. Plus the guy at the counter was super chill despite me getting really excited/squeely for winning.

Great place to bring the kids. was a lot of fun and the claw Machines aren't Rigged like most places. My two kids walked away with plenty of Prizes. And I Highly recommend it! The people That work. There are amazing! Will definitely be coming back

The owner is very friendly and provides excellent service. I have been to Claw Planet several times with my grandkids. They love it when they win and enjoy the challenge when they don't. The games are reasonably priced with great chances of winning. I, too, love to play! This is much-needed fun for Medford. I can't wait to see how they evolve this concept over time.

Kids love winning prizes on claw machines that are set for fun. Not like the old claw games that were just set to take your money. The owner developed the concept with his daughters and is truly there to provide a magical experience for kids. We have been back twice and will make claw planet a stop every time we head to the movies.

This place was super fun and very friendly! The owner was super nice and friendly and the claw machines were very fun. I spent $20 to play in the claw machines and left with 4 prices! And they also allow you to exchange the prices you get from the claw machines into bigger prizes!!! Overall had an amazing experience and will definitely come again!!

We had some time to waste so we wanted to check this place out. My daughter loves claw machines. We spent $20 and won 6 stuffies. $5 of the $20 went to the cool cotton candy machine that makes different shapes/ colors of cotton candy. May seem pricey but I've seen those cotton candy machines in Vegas and they are way more that $5. It's $1 per machine with a big chance of winning. You can upgrade your stuffies and she chose to trade 2 for a different one. The owner was very kind and business owners like him

We love Claw Planet. Everyone walks out a winner and even gets the opportunity to trade their winnings for a bigger prize. We've been twice so far and plan on visiting every time we are at Tinseltown.

It's so cute and the owner is so kind and relaxed. He even has 'easy' machines if you're down on your luck. The stuffies are adorable and the cotton candy machine is so fun to watch! Worth going again and again.

Love it, you can win and then trade up for bigger prizes

Great fun for the kids, Medford needed something like this. Spent $25 and won 11 stuffy?s. Was able to trade 10 of those in for a large stuffy my son was stoked with.

Super reasonable and you actually win the prizes! My kiddos walked out with armfuls of stuffies and had the time of their lives! Loved this place

Worth the token price for machine payout, and fun!

Super cool, affordable, fun prizes ! The owner was very kind and awesome too!

Loved this place! Super fun and easy enough you'll ?most likely? win something!

Just went in today. The owner was so nice. Local and family owned bussniess.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
