Had a great time here. It was my first time at a claw machine and ohhh I had succha great time. I even won 2 soft toys, and for the first time I think that's fair enough. I'm so much more excited to be here again. It's also not too expensive. You get 22 token/chances for $20 and so on. You can even trade in your won goodies for any other plushies. Shoutout to the staff, they were really nice too.
10/10 Experience. The Staff Is Very Friendly & Very Helpful And Always Readjusting Items To Help You Win . The Manager Was The Nicest Ever And Let Us Upgrade Our Prizes Even Though We Didnt Have Enough For The Largest Prize Will Definitely Come Back Again . ??
The best claw machine arcade in the Milpitas and the whole Bay Area! The items are very cute and up to date. It's very easy to win and payout is very frequent! Lots of big plushies to exchange for. Everyone is so friendly there, especially the owner. It will make you feel like at home! Thank you John, you are the best! See you next year!

My kids had an amazing and short period of time here. They got an amazing amount of plushies with 35 tokens out of 100 left. With the $100 deal we got a cute little bag and 20 extra tokens. This area doesn't scam your money like other areas, this is a must come.

The owner and staff are super nice, when you can't win a prize they will put the plush in a better spot. Every time I go here I can always bring out big bag of plushies. When I go somewhere else I can't even win one plushie. The staff also watches everyone play the machines and make sure you win. If you want to get new plushies you should go to Claw Meee!
Nice place. It was my first time playing claw machines, but I got many cute plushies. The workers there are very friendly and nice. Recommend everyone who loves stuffed plushies to go and play.
This place is super cute and the employees are nice and help you by giving tips/making the plushies easier to win! We saw lots of kids here having a great time, lots of wins happening and a very cool point trade in system if you want to trade for bigger sizes

This toy store used to have such cute and charming toys, but now the selection has become disappointing with unattractive and poorly designed options.
I ended up getting totally scammed. I paid $20 hoping for a real Smiski, and what I got was a super cheap, clearly fake knockoff. The quality was awful and just nothing like a real Smiski figure. It honestly sucks to feel excited about something and then be let down like this. Walked away with nothing but a fake dupe that isn't even good. Don't waste your money like I did. I wish I had read more reviews before trusting this business. Never coming back, go to fluffy town instead
Such a fun experience and weekend outing. We thought we were going to spend money and get nothing out of this but we won several prizes and filled up our entire bag. It was worth the money and the staff were helpful by rearranging the plushies to make it easier for the kiddos to win their prize.

So much fun! It's awesome that the staff will adjust the prizes when they get stuck and it looks near impossible. Also, I love love love that the games are all the same amount of coins and you can trade your winnings for different prizes. I will recommend and go again!

My kids and I enjoyed this place so much that we looked for another claw machine arcade near us. It does not compare in the sense the owner here really made this arcade kid friendly! My kids still remember how nice he was! I would recommend this place every time because it is nice to support a business that cares for people first!
Awesome small plush arcade, reasonably priced. All the claw machines cost 1 token. Tokens are priced $1 each. My husband and I played for a few minutes. All the claws we played had good grips. This place was so much fun! My kids had a blast dropping the claws and winning plushies. They let you trade in the small plushies for bigger plushies at the counter. The plushies in the games were really cool. My kids decided not to trade them in for bigger plushies. The staff were really attentive. I am soooo happy that we finally have a claw arcade here in the south bay! This arcade is so cute. Each claw machine costs just 1 token (which you can purchase via card in sets). These machines definitely aren't rigged- as we came home with a lot of goodies for our dogs! You can even exchange your smaller prizes for even bigger ones. The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. I hope they add more claw machines/ expand! Will definitely be coming back
One of the most genuine claw arcade shops I've ever been to (and I've been to plenty of places). The machines work so well and true, any one with decent skill can walk away with a car full of plushies. Finally, the both staff were so humble and helpful! The lady was literally rearranging plushs into pickable positions so that you could pick em up but we were so bad at it we still couldn't win anything haha. To me, it was a waste of $20 bucks. I wish I would have saved it for D&B. Yes, the staff was friendly, but they kept rearranging the stuffies after each game. It's small but a good 20 minute pass-time, if you're waiting around for something.

Claw meee is an amazing place to go with kids! The plushies are pretty easy (you can win them in about 3-4 tries) and the staff are very helpful.
Not at all what the reviews depict. There's almost NO authentic characters. No pokemon. No animations or music if you lose. It's possible to win plenty of plushies for your money but it's not at all what we expected or what was shown online or the reviews. Hard pass
