Claw Haus

Claw Haus was a nice experience. The employees there were very nice and even helped us win a few prizes. The prizes were soft and cute. You could also win Labubu plushies, but they require a little more money and effort. I'll definitely come back here and see what new plushies are available.

I have visited Claw Haus several times now, either solo or with friends and it's always a pleasant and fun experience! They swap prizes out often, so every visit is different than the last. The high demand prizes (Labubus and other Popmart items) are all legitimate and verifiable, and they even have a trading program for customers for blind boxes. Every employee is always very kind, funny, and seems genuinely excited for people who win things! Looking forward to my next visit :)

A brand new clawcade in the Chandler area that just recently had its grand opening with a lovely ribbon cutting ceremony. The opening day was a huge success and many patrons came out to support. The owner and employees are literally the nicest people I have come across in a while. They were so kind and positive. They were super helpful! I went in with my two toddlers. My son is 3 going on 16 and is so into pop mart. They made me feel at ease and helped with tips as much as they could. Would rather spend money here and walk away with nothing than give it to resellers. Luckily that didn't happen and we were able to snag some goodies. Finally had the chance to visit Claw Haus tonight and it was such a fun experience! I took my wife and my mom, and we all had a great time trying our luck at the machines. Cute little place! The employees were very friendly and even helped when some of the machines weren't set properly. Definitely get a bang for your buck. This is our haul after spending $50 with some freebies on machines. Two people won Labubus while we were there for the 45 mins! Definitely an encouraging atmosphere. Due to Labubus now being hard to get they are in the more luck based machines that either cost 30 credits or 36 credits for one attempt. Totally understandable due to the market. Happy to walk

Claw Haus is fun for the whole family! We had 3 generations there and everyone walked away a winner! We took advantage of the trade-in option, which my daughter loved. The employees are so kind and interactive and it's all-around a cool place, right down to the details in the restroom. My daughter is already asking when we can go back!

This place deserves 5 million stars! They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. You can tell the owners care because they are a family and understand how much it means to kids to win a prize. They have so many different levels for those on a budget. The machines have fair and generous payouts and you will not get scammed. They are such a wonderful group of people and I hope their business booms. Go support them! My daughter and I went for our 1st time the other day and we had a great time. We mentioned it was our first time there, purchased the $50 for 200 tokens loaded onto your card. We went for the first time today and had a great time! I bought 200 credits (minus the 3 credit activation fee, which is clearly posted and communicated) for $50. The place itself is cute and has several machines that cost 6 credits and 2 that cost 3 credits, which all have super cute plushies. Our family loves going to the Claw Haus. My girls literally have it on the top of their list on things they want to do. The staff are absolutely stellar. They clap, cheer and share in your winning excitement. When we leave, our reusable Claw Haus bags are always full and my girls have beaming grins on their faces. Highly recommend! Me and my family absolutely love this place! They have a wide variety of selections and I've been able to win 2 labubu?s myself. My kids have been able to win on every machine they've attempted and the atmosphere is amazing. What really stood out to me was how fair the machines felt. Been here a few times and need to go WAY more because Claw Haus is awesome! One time I went I struggled with winning a prize and Chelsea, the awesome owner, scanned her card and played the machine and said if the prize won we could keep it! The workers are sweet but its way too expensive to justify the quality of the prizes. The plush I won has a hole in its face. The machines are also really rigged, played a machine 10 times but it kept dropping the prize. Was drawn to this place because of the labubus but left so disappointed after seeing all the labubu winners on their instagram. It was so disheartening. It felt like I threw my money away, cozy claw is more forgiving and less expensive.

The people who take care of the place are very helpful. Our entire Family had great experiences. The claw machines are good and offer art variety of plush toys. You can trade plush toys for points and exchange the points for different toys. Highly recommend this as it is way better than most claw machine places.

I live two hours away, if I had more time to come here often I would, this is my first time here and I was able to get a Maccaron and a one piece figure for my boyfriend! Claw Haus is a very small, very quiet, and most importantly, very expensive arcade. Prizes are just whatever the biggest fad is, which is currently the labubu?s. Everything else is decent. The cheapest option is 10 dollars which doesn't get you very far. Honestly better off going to Round 1 just down the road with more claw machines and places to sit. Employees are hovering over you seeing what you are doing. If you plan on bringing a big group with you, don't.

Love this place me and my besties drive all the way from Peoria to chandler because this place is just the perfect vibe! We've won amazing prizes especially some labubus that have been so hard to find but claw haus has it all! We love the amazing team <3

I came here earlier because I heard they have Labubu dolls in the claw machines, and they do! I was lucky enough to win one, I got an Exiting Macaron blind box and I got the one called Toffee! The only downside I could think of is that it is a little pricey, but totally worth it! I will be coming back!

I was so excited for this to open, especially being a huge claw machine fan. Such a cute arcade, but the claws are definitely weak. For the price, which says you get extra credits for purchasing a bundle, we never got any extra allocated to our card. We spent over $100 and landed on lots of prizes, only for the claw to open each time once at the top. Really disappointing. Would love to return if they would fix their claws.

The "Big ticket items" are currently Labubus which EVERYONE is crazy for BTI=Big Ticket Items. The Good: -Clean place -Decent location The Bad: -Expensive, especially when looking for the "better" items EX $100=400 which sounds like alot but when going for big ticket items especially, its not. -BTI are in machines that range from 15 credits to 36 a play, with them all being HEAVILY luck based

This place feels more like a social media scam than anything else. Save your money and go to the PopMart vending machine at the Chandler Mall and actually get what you want. I spent $100 and every time the claw would grab the blind box, the motion of pulling it upward would make the box drop due to weight. I have no clue how there is a picture wall full of "winners" when physics say otherwise. Not worth it. Boooooo!

Thank you Claw Haus!! Was in the area looking for things to do with the family. We happened to stumble across this establishment across the international grocery store and what a gem of a place we found!! I came here based on the reviews, and left disappointed. The claw machines are rigged. If you end up grabbing a prize the claw opens up right before the opening, so you lose out on that prize. Some machines utilize a lot of credits as well.

I came in around 12:30 on march 31st and spent $200. I won about 5 prizes. If you go here you are constantly watched and they reposition the prizes in the machines even if you are using them. I had my girlfriend go get more credits to continue trying the labubus but one of the workers repositioned them anyway. There was also some type of labubu raffle that they were doing where if you spend $50 / every $50 you spend you get a ticket to win a labubu. I'm not sure on the specifics because NO ONE TOLD ME. Absolute trash machines are rigged to drop what they pick up on the pull up multiple times even with their trash setups we still won multiple prices but to pay to activate a card plus $40 bucks for rigged machines ain?t it for kids save your money don't get hustled now I'm ordering my sons the same stuffys for half the price
