We brought our grandkids here and for a $60 investment you would've thought they won the lottery. Every time they won the celebration was infectious. Don't get it twisted we all know this is 50 Cent toys from China and the markup is phenomenally high, but that being said the kids had a absolute ball. You're paying for the experience not the merchandise. Please keep that in mind. I'll be back.

It's okay. The staff is helpful but when I brought up that I wanted to switch a plushie for a different one in the same crane machine they denied it. I didn't realize there was fake and real plushies in the same machine. You can tell which are fake if they say Made In China with no Chiikawa tag. After spending $100 in total, will not be back.

Hello everyone. I want to share with you all an interesting destination that we always drop by when we have free time. There are many interesting models and many lovely stuffed animals here.

Best Arcade place in Katy. My family and I have been coming here for a long time and even though more arcades are opening up around them, this is the best one. Come here if you want to win a lot and have fun.

So we went on Saturday(4/12/25), and had THE ABSOLUTE worst experience. We bought the $100 package, which gives you about 130 coins to play with. They have a trade up system like most of the claw arcades around, but out of 130 coins, we LITERALLY didn't keep 1 single prize we won. We only won a total of 14 prizes between 2 adults and 2 children(aged 12 and 4), but I will say I spent 10 of the coins on the Gatcha machine for a Garfield Plush Keychain for my daughter. But out of 120 coins we only win 14 prize

This place is cute and have a lot of cute stuff in the claw machines, that's why my son likes to come here. However, it's hard to claw stuff here comparing to other claw places. So many times we got it and the claw opened it up and dropped them down. Sigh? look at the video to see what I meant. Wasted money!! 2 stars for cleanliness.

This place is amazing! Nolan and the other staff was super attentive and were always super helpful. They also have a cool point system for other prizes that's worth checking out. Squishmallows! My girls and I love claw games. We tend to go there to celebrate accomplishments and birthdays for them. We've visited all three places in Katy Asia Town, and this one was by far our favorite. It wasn't as easy to win as it is in Clawmania Bellaire, but the staff there is so helpful and willing to help rearrange stuff so you can win. Should change the setting on the machines so that people can win at least 50% of the time. We were only able to win 1 small plushie here. Have been to many others where the chances of winning were at least 50% of the of the time making it more exciting and fun than walking out with 1 small plushie. Not sure if we want to come back if it doesn't change.

We were able to rent the facility for an hour before they opened for my daughter?s birthday party. Everything was clean and well kept. The staff was amazing and very attentive. They definitely helped ensure we could have the best experience possible. Everyone had nothing but great things to say and we all enjoyed our time at this location.

The staff working the floor were welcoming and helpful. The machines... SCAM. When the claw raises with the prize 9 times out of 10 it opens slightly to drop the prize before it moves to the drop hole! I called this to the managers attention and was told that's just how the machines are programmed. $50 wasted!

Love the place!!! A lot of fun for the whole family. We have a 5 year old boy he LOVES Pokemon stuff. He used to go to HEB to play the claw machine. The quality of the stuffy is great! Great for a Friday night or Saturday family time. It's close to many yummy restaurants as well. Super convenient

Claw & Fun is my new favorite place in all of Katy and Houston! I look forward to going every weekend. The workers and owner are so kind, friendly, and genuinely interested in customers having a great time. They do weekly raffles whenever you spend $100 on tokens and raffle off really cool prizes. But what I love most is that you can trade back in the plushies you win from the crane games to accumulate points toward other things, like intricate anime figurines/models. The payout odds are pretty bad compared to other places - and the prize selection I think is also pretty small in comparison to many of the places you'd find at Bellaire. Wouldn't come back. Also, the free promotional blind box capybara was broken when I opened it ??

This place is full of joy and excitement for all ages! The staff is incredible! They are very passionate for the players and truly want everyone to win! Nolan and Aidan definitely made my children smile when they started losing hope in the claw machines. All of my kids walked out smiling, and we had an unforgettable memory of this place. All of the prices consist of bootleg items from aliexpress but the claw drops the item even if yoy manage to pick up something the claw drops it. Tokens are a dollar each which isn't bad since the claws themselves only need one token to play. The ones from the machines coested 7 tokens for stuff from aliexpress. So fun and affordable! Came out with a couple of full bags! Most claw machines are 1 token. We got 22 tokens for $20. They also had the regular machines that you twist for a prize. My kids got a ton of those. Highly recommend this place!

Claw games are in right now! This one has alot of games but a bit more challenging bc the claw spins when grabbing the toy. We won 3 on our first visit. There are value deals when cashing in 20$ and up.

Pretty cool store. Prices are fair on the coins. It cost about $1 for 1 coin, crane games cost 1 coin. I think everyone knows how crane games work, not every play is a win. This store has pretty fair chances so you'll likely get a prize. Prizes are cool and they have a large variety, they also have a good membership program that's free to sign up for. Great for a date, a kids day, or solo.

We unexpectedly spotted this place while trying to find something to eat, we are so glad we stopped by. We got a couple of plushies, had a good time and will most likely be coming back. The staff is very friendly. Machines are a coin per play compared to the other claw machine place in the same area which was 3 or more coins. We felt the claw machines were pretty easy to use, and definitely have a chance of winning.

Similar to Claw city the next block over. Beautiful location with a lot more machines. Workers are nice. Very expensive to play. Each game is 2 tokens and the machines feel rigged. The claw shakes a lot which drops the stuff animals and wide claw that makes it very difficult to win anything. Spent $50 and only went home with 2 toys. It was fun, but it's not easy to get things, especially if it's a little bit heavy. I do understand that you aren't going to get things on the first try. The machines seemed to be packed together pretty tightly, so it may be much more difficult for younger kids. My child had almost lost faith after spending 20 tokens and not getting one thing. Alas, we finally got our first "win" after that, though.

My best friend and I had a WONDERFUL experience at our first claw machine shop. Our most helpful attendant, Nolan, introduced us to the layout and procedures for the machines and was super attentive throughout our visit! Have to give a few stars because not all the machines are this way and it was still relatively affordable, but for the most part this place is a scam. Most machines drop your catch as they pull it up. Almost all machines were virtually unwinnable (unless the employees put the prize right next to the chute, which they were doing frequently). I had so much fun here and was able to win most of the things I wanted after a few tries. If the items are in an odd position the staff will readjust it for you too! Everyone was so kind and there are some very quality prizes!! They change out the prizes fairly often as well so I'm always excited to come back and see what's new. This place is not just for kids! We came here since we where in the area and as soon as we came in the staff was friendly and helpful. The staff will even rearrange the items to make sure that you have an easier time winning a prize. Seems quite new, but the process is simple and quite addictive and fun! Money = tokens and a token is generally equal to $1 though they come in packages. Majority of the machines are 1 token required and if you are particularly good at claw machines this is quite a steal. I spent $15 and walked away with four decent size plushies that normally would?ve cost me that much individually. Had to have help to get plushies unstuck and coins lost under they were quick to aid both times. they were on their A game and provided a super fun chill experience. Really incredible. Each game is ONE coin and they have a cute selection of plushes. They had a lot of Pok?mon and more boy centered plushes, which other claw machines, usually cater more to girls. They did have some Sanrio characters and also mini squish mellows!

We visited 3 claw places in this shopping center and Claw & Fun was by far the best. The price is straightforward - $1 a token and each claw game is 1 token. We spent $10 and won 2 plush toys and also used 2 tokens to get a Lego figure from a gumball type machine. The claws are fair - not loose or fast. We will return again. Do not waste your time or money at the other places where claws open when you pick up a prize or move so fast that they fling toys around.

The prizes you can get for points are all fake, they all cost lots of points but they're fakes. Including their figures and labubus! Never turn your stuffed animals in for points!

Place is pretty fun and okay in price but the workers in the front are bitchy they don't smile and just look like they hate everyone. UPDATE: we recently went back and had a great time. Of course, we did not win every time but it was enough to feel like our $100 was justified. Our entire family LOVES claw & fun! We have gone multiple times and the staff are wonderful. They always make sure our kids have a great time and, as a parent, it genuinely means the world. Aiden, Ashley, Ben, and Nolan were some of the name tags we saw but all of the staff are so sweet! They seem to rotate their inventory quite a bit and have a wide range of toys that are actually currently popular. We will definitely keep going to claw & fun and so grateful to have a place like this in Katy!
