What a fantastic place! The girls who work here and the owner are such amazing people! So generous and willing to help you out or move things around to give you a better shot. It was my 33rd birthday and they made it so special! Thank you so much!

Super cool place! The staff was so friendly! Place is pretty pricey and of course claw machines so you can spend a bunch to lose but the staff super makes up for that. Offering to rearrange stuff to help out if you aren't getting it. Plus you can trade in your stuffies for other prizes.

Friendly staff and a clean facility. The arcade provides clear drawstring bags to hold your winnings as you play the machines! You can trade up your winnings for different prizes too! I traded mine for a cute "lil monsters" plush keychain!!!

The employees were excellent and provided great customer service. If there was a specific plush toy you wanted in the machine, they would move it around to increase your chances of winning. It takes a little time to get the hang of it, but once you do, you'll have a great time winning prize after prize. I will definitely return again.

We went to claw city for the first time and instantly loved the place. Filled with so many claw stations of various toys it was fantastic. Loved the vibrant ambience n the staff was very welcoming& friendly. From small kids to adults can enjoy this place. We forgot our child?s water bottle and they were prompt to call us on finding it . They have real Labubus! Now that the most important thing has been said, this place is amazing. Cutie little plushies in the machines AND you can trade them in for tickets to get bigger prizes. This is my Disneyland.

Super cute place when we walked in. One of the young women working there was super friendly and asked if it's our first time. Walked around, very LIVE arcady atmosphere. The machines all looked really clean, and seemed like they had some really good power. We only spent about $20 and the woman let us take home a Blastoise even though we didn't win anything. I decided to pay a visit in the middle of a Friday, and this place is very wholesome. I set a budget of $60 for myself and my fiance, but I take responsibility for blowing through most of it. Claw city is AMAZING! I've been wanting to take my 3 year old here but was worried the claw machines would be too loose and take your money.. Not here?? I stopped by to check it out while my carpets were washing at the laundromat. Spent $20 and won 4 cute stuffies. Customer service is great. Fun/safe atmosphere. This is probably the best, most generous claw arcade I've ever been to. The staff are super nice and helpful. They will help unstick, rearrange, and give plenty of tips and tricks on how to get your prize. They've even given free try?s to help you get what you're going for. I've never had so much fun doing claw games before. I highly recommend for kids or dates even.

My kids had an absolute blast here. My youngest was thrilled about the claw machines for stuffies, while my oldest couldn't get enough of the Mario Kart arcade games. The chances of actually winning a stuffy are much higher compared to other places, which made it so much more fun and rewarding. We have been to Claw City in Tigard twice now and each time we have had amazing experiences. Yesterday I took my son and we were lucky to be greeted by May! She was so sweet and highly attentive! She helped us when we needed it and made sure we were having a fun time. Even my son mentioned how awesome she was! I've been telling others about Claw City and we will definitely be back! Not the easiest to win claw machines but definitely winnable. I didn't expect this place to be big but they actually got a good amount of crane games with different types. The advertisments make it look so much bigger than it actually is. The machines were decent, and there were a LOT fo them, however- the claws all retract really fast so you'll drop a lot of prizes (as to be expected at a place like this). The trade up policy is also cool, as it gives you a chance to get something bigger or trade in a plush that you might not like for something you do enjoy. But it will cost you a lot to get to that point. Most machines are 12 points per play, and you load up your game cards

We had my daughter?s 8th birthday here. Amazing!! The private room was decorated & furnished with plates, cups, utensils, everything. The decorations were so cute. The staff was amazing. We had a phenomenal experience here for my daughter?s birthday. The party package did not disappoint. We loved the adorably set table, themed perfectly for my daughter in the party room. Was so so excited to go to this place and it did not disappoint! The odds are incredibly good (especially on the smaller claw games) and I got so many plushies that were my favorites. We go play every couple of weeks and the staff lasts makes sure that my boys walks away a lot of toys and sometimes give him lots of changes to win a toy. This unfortunately was one of the most disappointing arcade experiences I've ever had. I'm no stranger to losing streaks and getting the short end of the stick with arcades. This place is a SCAM!! Spent $80 and it was gone in 15min!!! Screens by the joy sticks say each game is 1 credit but the actual cost is hidden lower down where you can't see it. Low quality items, flimsy claws. They say it takes 1-6x to win, which is $3-15! No signs explaining credits or house rules. OVERPRICED and deceptive. Not worth it. Go to the nickle arcade or Next Level, seriously. It disgusts me people would rip off families like this.

For someone who isn't that good at them (me) the return and the ?fun time? you get for your money is a bit rough. Visited yesterday and had so much fun! This time we went in the morning and it wasn't as busy. The toys were piled high and had all changed from two weeks before when we first visited. The claws are a scam I spent $100 and didn't get much. The trick is to hit the button a few times after the toy is in the claw. It supposedly locks it which it not true. Dont spend your money here. Go to wonderland The staff is sweet.

Very friendly workers. Was our first visit and they explained it to us and made sure we got the best value. Even helped us with a few extra tries at the claw machine because we were so close to winning. Also showed us a special tip about a second hit of the button. Definitely our new day date location.

Very clean, decor (especially the ceiling) was really cool, and the customer service was excellent. They try and make sure everyone has fun, will do stuff like rearrange the machines if a kid wants to try for a particular item and give out free plays if the kids had several misses. Also if you don't want to keep them, you can trade the large stuffies for tickets at the counter and get all sorts of different prizes.

It was my first time in and really in a place that only does claw machines like that. I had SO MUCH FUN!!! Elijah was amazing!! They were super helpful. When he saw me struggling to get a tapatio squish he came over and adjusted it a little to get it to a better spot for me and even helped me spot it so I could get it out! My girls played hooky from school and we just wanted to have a fun day! We have never been here before and the girls at the counter were amazing. They explained everything to me and even congratulated the girls if they won something. The kids had a blast! And honestly claw machine money goes way too quick at places but the girls played for a long time! Longer then expected and prices were reasonable!

If you're ever in the PDX/Tigard area you HAVE to stop by. They're seriously the kindest claw machine business I've ever been to. They're more than happy to reposition any/all prizes. The prize selection was super cute and I can't wait to come back in the future! Me & my group (4 total) left with 12+ prizes after 45 minutes of play!

My kids always beg to go to Claw City and for good reasons! They have such a wide variety of plushies and are super nice! The workers are so helpful and very friendly when it comes to fluffing up the exact ones that they want. This is by far the best claw machine arcade in town.

It's fun, but considering how expensive each play is- the odds should be better. Don't go here unless you are prepared to spend $40 for a single plush. I think they offer an incentive program for good reviews- which is why it has so many stars. Bear that in mind. I also suspect when they first opened that they had better odds, then scaled them down once they had a following which is pretty shady honestly.

We each spent $40 and walked away with NOTHING. Despite having captured the items in the claw, they would simply fall off by the sheer force of the machine moving them to the drop box. The concept is cool. Burned through 40 bucks like it was nothing, though. They have cool stuffies in the machines. Some even adults can appreciate. I do want to go back and put like 40 bucks into the egg machine and see if I can find even one of these supposed keys they have in there. ?? they do have a lot of life-size stuffies, though.
