Visiting from out of state and was looking for something to do. Strolled in and tried our luck. Ended up with an armful of stuffed animals and happy. Pricing to win ratio was good and the staff friendly and helpful. I have been to other claw arcades and you spend way more money and lucky to get anything. If we visit again I'd come back!

Staff were great and very helpful. The young lady opened the machine and re-stacked the items to make it a little easier for my daughter to get something. First visit for my girl, and she loved it. If you're really good at the clae games, then the price isn't crazy. If you're not too good, then it can feel like you're spending a bit too much. It's in a great location. The prizes are good and cool. If they had some exclusive or more popular prizes, then I'd be willing to go a lot more! I'll be back soon anyw

Claw City in Katy has a spacious area with many claw machines. I bought 2 baskets of tokens but only managed to grab one prize. In my experience, the claw machines here are quite difficult compared to other places I've played, and each grab costs 3 tokens.

Appreciate the staff here. Wesley was excellent and super accommodating. Management, take notice of him. FYI, most machines are 3 coins per play. $50 gets you 100 tokens

The best! Staff are super friendly and helpful. They asked several times if we needed help, and readjusted the stack of plushies so my little one could win one! Will absolutely come back.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming! We had so much fun and came home with a lot of goodies and great memories :) There are a lot of machines to choose from with various character stuffed animals. Carts and baskets are available to hold your prizes as well.

The employees are very kind so the stars are for them. My child had fun so it was worth it in that sense. We spent $60 (about 50 cents a token, each plushie game was 3 tokens worth for $1.50). and got 9 plushies. 4 of those plushies were from employees helping us with more optimal placement. 3 of them were grabbed by luck because the claw dropped it close enough to the edge where they fell. 3 of the plushies we got were Christmas and we are in April. We had an amazing time at this claw machine arcade! The place is packed with a variety of machines, offering everything from plush toys to collectibles. I visited this claw machine place in Katy. They offer more coins for the price compared to the one down the street. However, it costs 3 coins to play each game, whereas the other place only requires 1 coin. Still a great place for the experience and it's a much larger space.

A place you always wanted as a millennial kid where most of the machines were claw machines. The games are affordable and the staff is very nice and helpful. Most of the claw prizes are plush toys, plastic figurines, and food! Definitely a place to take kids.

Worst experience ever at a claw machine place. I have been to many and they are fun because you at least have some chances to win but this location gives you NO CHANCES of winning. WASTE OF MONEY!!!! Never coming here again.

Fairly spacious, and the atmosphere was nice. The staff was friendly and was able to explain the token system that was easy to understand. If you plan to play a lot and think there's a chance you'll be back, i suggest getting the VIP card (more tokens for your buck). The quality of the plush is not the highest in the claw machines. Very cool and unique atmosphere. It's refreshing to find an arcade with the plus side of having a TON of different neat prizes. Very fun experience for the kiddos and adults. They even have drinks, cotton candy, and a private karaoke booth! The staff were very helpful and supportive for making sure prizes are reachable in the machines.

I'd love to give this one lace 5 stars but there are two glaring issues in my opinion. We've gone to this location at least 8 times since we found it and certainly it's probably the better claw arcade around. SOME of the staff is very helpful especially with my son when he the claw isn't cooperating no matter how hard we try. This is my first issue. It's obvious the company itself has a ?help policy? at least for little kids where they will ?reset? the items inside to make it a little easier once some times

Nice interior design. Family visited twice and paid $30 to $50 to essentially win 1 or 2 small dollar items. Not quite worth the deal yet.

Initially was pretty impressed with Claw City, but after buying tokens and playing I definitely was not impressed. To many of the machines drop the prizes way to often when traveling to the prize shoot. Out of about 40 games, we had approximately 25 prizes that were picked up and would have been won in any other claw machine, drop on their way to the shoot for no reason other than the claws slamming up too fast to jar the toys out and/or the tension being set WAY too low compared to any normal claw machine

Much harder to get prizes now and it costs 3 coins per claw machine making it difficult to get many prizes. They also use to be friendly and help you win the prizes if you struggled, but now they do not assist anymore. My friend and I struggled on a machine for a long time with no assistance and they only watched us (we were one of the only ones there). Machines are rigged. Stay away!! Update to owner response- they adjust plushies, but your machines payout settings are done by owner. Toys big and claws small, all is mis match. Some Machine drops the toy with drifts during moving. Payout settings of each machines are very low, claws have dropping mechanisms even when its a hold of toy. 40$- 72tokens worth of coins, 3token per machine, 24 tries, Not a single catch in claw. Saw many sad people around me. We are pretty good in claw machines. Better go to C

Great little place. Even managed to get one of the anime blind boxes (never had that happen before). Happy to see more places (seemingly better payout rate than Claw Mania on the opposite side of the shopping center, though I may have just been unlucky)

We walked out with only a few prizes one of the girls came out and told us she noticed we didn't get much and offered us a ton of free coins and gave us a TON of free stuffed animals when we didn't win. I thought the price for tokens was good until I watched people repeatedly grabbing & raising prizes only to have the claws open & immediately drop them. Claws too small or too big, no grip, items too big and no variety. Employees watched as people became frustrated but no one offered help? Their items were cheap & they offered no ?guaranteed? prizes for tokens. We tried it once but won't return. Claw Fun was so much better - more fun & quality for the price.

The employees here are really kind & sweet. My kids always ask to stop by after dinner in Katy. You'll definitely have fun & win lots of plush animals. Become a VIP & get a card. Beautiful location with a lot more machines. Workers are nice. Very expensive to play. Each game is 3 tokens and the machines feel rigged. The claw shakes a lot which drops the stuff animals. Spent $50 and only went home with 3 toys. Yeah gonna just make the drive to china town Claw Mania Kingdom, more bang for buck.

I came here for my birthday, and let's just say you're better off going to Bellaire for a claw machine place. Each machine takes 3 TOKENS, which is a lot. The claws also don't have grips and plushies were very hard to get. I had to ask the employees several times to help me because it was so difficult. Don't waste your money here. Each machine requires 3 tokens. Paid $100 for 240 tokens and walked away with only 3 plushies. The claw for each machine grabs the pulshie, but RARELY gets pulled up. The times the claw actually picked up a plushie, it drops it as soon as it moves to the dispenser hole! Go to Claw Mania and Claw Wonderland in bellaire/chinatown. Worth the money and actually walk away with a bag full of plushies for $100 worth of tokens.

Great machines here! There aren't just claw machines, but others as well, which means tons of rewards (plushies, snacks, etc.) and entertainment. Kinda cool that there are a few machines that allow you to obtain more tokens in a plinko type of way combined with jackpot.

Staff went above and beyond to make all the games fun and rewarding. They were amazing in helping increase winning chances and helpful with tricks to increase likelyhood of winning. A lot of fun. Highly recommend.

There are so many claw arcades in the area, this is the worst one. The buttons are glitchy so the claws don't even go all of the way down before coming back up. Many of the machines have the same prizes. There isn't a lot of variety. The coolest thing about this place is the statue of Luffy when you first walk in, otherwise one star

came here because i saw a post on instagram that they had legitimate licensed products to trade your won plushies out for, like sonny angel & labubu. got some sonny angel & even asked the worker if they were real legitimate licensed products, was told yes, and these are the FAKEST sonny angels I've ever seen. biggest waste of money and will literally never return

Really loved the vibe and aesthetic of this location. The staff was friendly and super helpful. They would walk around and rearrange any machines they felt needed and they sensed my toddlers disappointment when she didn't win anything so they came and helped us rearrange a few times. We joined as a VIP and really like that it's essentially a card that is reloadable and you can cash out the coins whenever. Love that they have little carts and baskets for your prizes. The staff was friendly and attentive. They continually helped our four-year-old daughter by setting up the stuffies for the claws to grab, and when we failed many times in a row, they were kind enough to spot us tokens or even invoke The Mercy Rule to gracefully gift us a difficult-to-grab stuffie. The employees are full of grace and compassion and we are grateful for their service.

My girlfriend and I decided to check out Claw City in Katy for some fun after dinner, but it was really disappointing. We only spent $10, but the machine we played didn't even try to grab the toy?it felt rigged. We've played similar claw machines in Chinatown that were way better. Not sure why there are so many five-star reviews, but it felt like a scam to us.
