Claw City is amazing for those young and old at heart. Had a great time with my granddaughter and my daughter today. I felt like I was at the casino for children!

This place will test your patience in a good way lol. We had fun and would will be coming back again.

Went there and a worker named Travis/Ayoub helped me with everything. What a guy. Owners were nice and the store was very clean. Getting the plushies was extremely easy and the kids had lots of fun!

Worst experience ever definitely lost a customer today! I went to this place when it first opened and it was awesome. I told so many people about it. It was pretty expensive, but my daughter left with probably 20 stuffed animals and she was over the top excited great experience that has been my experience almost every single time up until today ! This claw arcade is super cute and fun. I highly recommend doing the VIP membership card as you can get extra coins. The employees are super nice and will gladly help shuffle any of the plushies. We've been here plenty of times and we always leave here with stuff. This place is a bit more expensive than the Chinatown bellaire locations.

Wanted to try this place since they opened. Read all the negative reviews but figure I give it a shot since it's close by and was hoping they lower the difficulty due to the complaints. Took my kid here last weekday and the place was nice and tidy. Got some coins and the staff said they can help if needed. Now majority of the machines are set to near impossible win ratio. The claws are set to not grab when going down and also loosen when they come up. Some stores only set it to loosen when it comes up. It's

Not the same as the claw machine places around Houston. Much harder to win bc the plushies are tightly packed. Also, you can't exchange the plushies for the other ones in the same machine. $20 for 36 tokens. Since each machine takes at least 3 coins, it equates to 6 plays. Likely not going back and will just drive to Bellaire or Katy to visit the other claw machine places.

One of the funnest things to do in Tomball, Clean and a lot of fun. We try to come here at least once a week.

This past Sunday was our first time going to Claw City, and we had a blast! The place was clean, machines were full and had no technical issues, the staff was super friendly and had great customer service. Every staff member on the floor was actively checking and reorganizing the stuffed animals in the machine, and checking on customers to make sure that they were having a good time or needed any assistance. It's a really nice place & friendly people but very hard to win!! The claws have silicone tips, so they slip easier than straight metal claws. Most all claw games cost 3 tokens. My teenage granddaughter & friend spent $30 & got 1 stuffed animal to show for it. They normally win more often than that.

The Claw City is a must visit place! It's fun and allows various of different prices you can win. The staff are helpful and were extremely kind to us , and made our experience much better than we originally expected!

It was exciting to see that there's one up north. However the token comparison to Chinatown location is 3 coins for 1 play versus 1 coin per play for the normal size plushies. They do help fluff the machines for the kids to try to win but I think they could do better since you are putting in 3 coins per play. I do have to give it to the young gentleman working there as they were helpful and nice. They are only listening to what their employer show them on how to fluff the machines but I believe the employer

Omg! My son and his friend had an amazing time at Claw City! The place is clean, fun, and full of exciting claw machines. They each won a super soft and cute plushie?totally worth it! This place is way too over priced for being one of many in a saturated market in Houston. The claw machines cost too many tokens and the cost of the prizes are too high. You're better off making the trip to china town. Not only that but the snacks are expired. I won a box of Oreos that expired in September of LAST YEAR!

The place is very aesthetically pleasing inside, clean and there was a nice variety of machines. I will warn you the reason you see only 5 star reviews is because you get a free token spin if you show them your review therefore you don't see a the more honest reviews. It's a bit expensive though, 3 tokens per play compared to most places being 1 or 2 tokens. I spent around 90$ and left with 7 stuffed animals, they're cute but they are not big. Clean, large, great trade in options! 50 dollars got us 100 tokens so like .50 a token. Regular plays are 3 tokens, so a smidge more than other places where it's a dollar a play. Win rate is average, not amazing but not like we came out with nothing. We probably got 15 plushies with our 50 dollars.

It's a fun concept but the value isn't there for a return trip. The machines are the same clay machines we all grew up playing and as a parent we know the odds of winning are bad. I think I had thought this place would be different considering that it's pretty expensive per machine. It was about $20 in 15 min. My 7 year old had a hard time winning anything but a few really cheap toys. I would suggest lowing the price per machine. For $20 I could have played an hour at Main Event right next door. Give this place a little more time to establish. Hopefully the prices will decrease. I didn't find the specific characters that I've seen at the location in Katy, and was frustrated that the leisure claw machines ate 2 of my precious tokens. And the claws closed too early to grab anything in those machines, so I walked out with nothing ?? But, the employees were very kind in helping me during those situations. I'll probably be back because it's worth driving here vs. Katy or into town.

The location is nice and big but whenever it comes to winning prizes the machines are 100% rigged. I wasted about $100 for 240 tokens and most of the machines require 3 tokens and if you want a capsule it's 10 tokens, the smaller machines require 1-2 tokens. I walked out with only 6 plushies which is quite upsetting I usually go to Craft Land and waste $100 and receive about 270 tokens and I walk out with 2 bags full of plushies which is much more easier and better in my opinion. I went there with with my family and it was very fun but unlike other places I've went to each play cost 3 tokens the ones I've went to and are very reliable are only 1 or 2 tokens per play and it's mainly only 1 token so yes it was very fun but the price per each play could be lower, props to the workers there though they were very nice

3 coins to have the claw release early or late and if you grabbed it it would hit the wall tumble over and you lose over and over and gets boring. I WILL NEVER come here again. It is a waste of time, money, and prizes. The prizes wouldn't even make a 2 year old enjoy it. It is all toys from popular American movies,shows,etc. I promise this place with be out of business in a month if you listen to this review. Employees are very nice and help with questions.

What a sad place: we were stoked to come but we got scammed big time. For $120 we didn't even walk out with 6 SIX $1 stuffed animals. Most of the machines are not even powerful enough to hold onto the the stuffed animals?. The employees were aware of how weak the claw machines were and kept apologizing? we will never be going back. My fianc? and I went on Saturday, 5/17/25. I was so excited all week to go since I heard this location opened and I was looking forward to having a location close to home. Immediately disappointed that each machine was 3 tokens for 1 play. In my experience (Katy & Chinatown locations) it's usually 1 coin per play. Prizes were so lame. I couldn't find one machine I genuinely wanted to play. Not alot of variety either.

I would not recommend this place if you want to exchange your plushies for a figure. I wanted to exchange 18 plushies for gear 5 Luffy which was priced at 18 plushies. Then I tell the manager and she ups the price to 45 telling me I can't afford it. So they don't respect the prices they post.
