My husband and I came here for the first time ever and I will have to say it's super fun and addicting! LOL the owner is super nice, very encouraging, and makes you feel very welcomed. I love how all of the claw machine were only 1 token and the owner is always willingly to adjust the plushies for you to grab. Definitely a 5/5 star experience, cannot wait to come back and bring my kids to try it out!

Had a wonderful time at Claw Arcade. My family we came in and asked if we could do a birthday surprise inside. The staff's here were so kind and offered us a table so we could set our cupcakes. They are incredibly kind and generous. I would highly recommend bringing friends and family to this establishment.

This place is great. Very friendly staff. They have no problem fluffing the claw machine up so you can win. All games are 1 token to play. 1 token = $1. However, they have packages where the more tokens you buy, the better the deal on tokens you get. You can keep what you win or trade them in for bigger prizes. We definitely will be back!

Dropped in as a last minute idea ??and we're not disappointed. The staff were engaged and very kind. My daughter (4) and son (1) enjoyed the games and atmosphere. Very clean and well maintained. Great selection of stuffies!

We had a blast at Claw Arcade during their soft opening. The staff is so helpful and kind l, they really want you to win. The price per token is comparable and each machine is one token per play. I will be back for sure!

First time here and we had a blast. My three kids ages 16,10 and 9 all found plushies they loved. The staff were so personal, friendly and helpful. They also have super cute photo backdrop. We will be back!

My friend and I were here for a solid hour just playing the games. It was so fun. The staff running the counter was very nice. Always making sure things weren't impossible to win but also not just handing things to you either. Prices were reasonable for all the tokens you got. Clean and organized. Will be visiting again

We live by this place and decided to give it a try. Was actually kind of disappointed because the machines were filled only at the bottom. Staff, while was kind, was not active with the customers. We spent $40 and only left with 1 plushie. The selection was quite remarkable and it was only 1 token per play. But I think we're better off going to the one off of Lexington instead (Neko Clawww).

Incredibly friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Definitely a fun place to go to after getting some bubble tea down the road. They even prize trade ins and offer tips along the way. You also have to check out the photo corner!

Dropped in out of curiosity, there's a really fun selection of plushies and the staff are so nice and helpful! We each won a plushie, and it was so satisfying. You do have to work for it, those wins aren't automatic, but that makes winning all the more exciting. This would be so great for a birthday party or other gathering, excited to see where this new business goes.

Super fun and super close to where we live! Out of the 4 claw places we pop into this one we didn't get much for $150. We had fun but left with 3 plushies, which 2 were traded in for 1 stretchy bracelet and a notebook and 3 key chains- so we left with 1 plushie. A lot of the plushies were too heavy for the claws and the machines were lightly stocked.( as you can see in the first photo all machines are just covering the bottom)Still fun though! We loved the fun drinks available.

My nephews loveeed this. It was super fun to try and really exciting winning. The owners are so kind and attentive. Helped us throughout if we wanted to switch out our prize.

This place was amazing. We came here because it was my sister?s birthday and we wanted to surprise her with cupcakes and at a place where she loves playing claw machines. We went in to ask if it would be ok to just surprise her and they set up a table for us and everything and provided her with extra coins to play! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Both the kids and adults had so much fun. We will definitely be returning to this place.

Brought my 9 year old twins here for their birthday one afternoon. It was our first time here, and we definitely will be back. Extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. She helped my kids so they would win a few stuffed animals. To me, it was a great experience as my kids had fun and walked out with a bag of stuffed animals.

Fun. A little expensive and there is definitely skill required. We just went for fun and set a limit on how much we'd be willing to spend. Between my 16yr old niece and I, we won 6 stuffed animals. There is an option to trade them in for other prizes but we didn't. The attendant was very kind and tried to help her get one that she ultimately couldn't succeed at. Would go again. It would be nice if they had more snack and drink options

We visited on Friday the 7th. A day after my kiddo's birthday. They gave her 10 free coins which was pretty cool. This place was very clean, the staff was absolutely amazing. They were so kind on helping my kiddo win what she wanted.. we were there about a hr.. we will be coming back! Thanks for a fun time

Here's an HONEST review, went a few months back before their ?Grand Opening? and they're not very friendly. Didn't walk around fluffing the plushies and talking to customers, they just stayed at the front desk gossiping. I had to walk and ask them to fluff at least 5 times because the toys were out of reach. Daughter was very discouraged after visiting, and I went based on the positive 5 star reviews which now seem fake. I would never come back, there are many other nicer arcades around now.

We came here after getting coffee because it looked so cute and ended up spending about 30 minutes here. It's such a fun and cute place to let out your inner child. 10/10 recommend!

What a fun, clean and energetic arcade. It was our first time here so I can give you details on what to expect. Each play is one token. Each token is a dollar. There is an extra 3.5% credit card fee added so bring cash if you want to save some $. There are lots of great plushies to try to win and you can trade up to larger prizes if you are skilled. We only won one with the $25 we spent but had a great time. The owners are very kind and caring. I definitely recommend coming here to try your luck!

Awesome place. Took my wife here for her birthday today and man was she having fun. Good price for tokens as well. Recommending it to couples or families who just want to go and have some fun and relax with either themselves, with another or with family especially for the children.

Place was empty which was a red flag we ignored. We would grab an item and pull it to the top almost every time and the claw would drop it. Super rigged. The owner would fluff the machine up but it doesn't matter because the claw can't hold any of the items. We like the other claw places so much more!

Great place! Value is good I'd say. We went to another place in Eagan similar to this and I feel like these machines are way more fair. Lots of fun plushies and the upgrade system is very nice. Will come back again!

out of all 3 claw machines i went to today this is the only one worthy of a review and it's 5 stars at that. The stuffies were almost all very cute and the employees were very nice and generous with their fluffing when asked. Even with my bad luck it was a 10/10 experience would recommend to anyone.

Took a little trip around the cities and hit 3 claw places, and this was the only one we got 0/22. Our little group got 1/44 - mainly because they just kept dropping out of the claw no matter how good the grab. Definitely the worst one out of the 3 we went to. Claw Land in Maplewood is way better.

Tbh it was really and hella fun I won over 15+ plushies and holy moly the guy was the sweetest giving my little cousin the prize he wanted?? but it was a 5/5 ????

This is a good spot for the claw machine. Well hidden, but also a gem to just have some entertainment. Customer service was also very helpful and kind. The environment is small but just enough to walk through. The place isn't even busy during the afternoon. The claw machines also have some plenty of options to play as well.

I feel like reviews are based on ppl they know or family. I do not recommend this place, I would definitely check out neko clawww or duck instead. The first staff we met seemed kind, but as we were playing we notice staff was not attentive but was to ppl they know or there own family members, also we witness staff giving ppl prizes while unlocking the machine (which I assume are there kids or relative). Best one in minnesota, it really tops the ambiance of the others. In the heart of rosedale. The staff are super friendly want you to win. The claws are not rigged and pay out often!! My favorite Claw Arcade in the metro! The staff is so friendly and always so welcoming. They "fluff" the prizes if you're trying to win a specific one and are open to trades. They also have the cutest prizes compared to most arcades in MN. My husband and our go to whenever we're in the area!
