Guy working there on a Friday at 3p is worthless. A game where you bounce a ping pong ball into cups wasn't counting properly(the front cup - to be exact) it missed counting two balls, lowering the amount of tickets my son would receive. When I notified him, his response was "there's nothing I can do"and then he proceeded to tell me that he hasn't received any other complaints about it not working. Trying to reason with him that whenever something breaks, it worked right before, seemed to go over his leve
My family and I frequent this arcade often and it's always a blast! All staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Robert! I'm happy this arcade has lasted through the years ??
Place is cash only where they make you buy credits on a card. More importantly, the guy at the counter with the Mullet is rude, complete jerk and should be fired. Not sure why the owners of this place would hire someone with such a bad attitude.
Games were fun but the guy at the counter had a very bad attitude. He did not like my asking questions about how things work and while my granddaughter and I were playing a game we set our drinks on the table made for setting drinks down while we played, he decided our drinks were empty enough to toss out even though they were still half full. Boba drinks that are not cheap! When I asked him about them he insisted they were empty and brushed us off. It's too bad, we would have stayed longer to play more bu
Kids and I always have a blast. The prizes are a bit out of reach even for an experienced arcade aficionado. However I am affectionate to my dear games.. here's a little win for the books.
Fun set up and variety of game play. There's something for everyone!
So much fun. Life size games without the TV . And you can get prizes.
They know some of their games don't work reliably, but they let people play them anyways with no disclaimer instead of blocking them until they're fixed. Spent $10 and the little one walked away with maybe $0.25 of prizes. Inside is so loud and echo-y, there's no point in playing the dance dance games, etc. This arcade won't be here long.
Great arcade! Very friendly staff
The walking dead game and bowling was the best! My baby girl loved it there! Definitely coming back.
Cool place. Definitely going back. The owner manager was very nice and new people I knew from the 1980's. People go visit this place the guitar hero cranks
Excellent customer service! Fun games, great interactions, and so much more!!
Such an amazing selection of games this spot is well worth it! When we visited everything was serviced and working up to par and at a good price!
Great place to run by on a mall date. Has DDR and Mario cart, which are my favorites lol
Not many games to play and they ask cost a dollar to play. You win tickets and what you can get with your tickets well is not the best.
A great place to bring the kids!
Great spot! One of the few fun things for kids to do in this city.
Horrible customer service
#1000 ticket winner on plinko ???

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
