We go here a LOT, have promoted themsinceDay One of their opening, Honors Membership etc... However, they've changed their policy to NOT delivering food to you in theater Unless your order is last minute. Shout out to William, supervisor, who acknowledged and honored the fact I'm handicapped and a USMC Vet, he hand delivered our food after our talk with him.
Cinergy's a great place to have fun. They've got movies, drinks for everyone (even Icees!), arcade games, bowling, escape rooms, and axe throwing. Plus, it's not too pricey, and honestly, it's the best entertainment spot in Tulsa, in my opinion. Also, working there was pretty awesome. I'd totally suggest it if you're trying to get back into the job market or if you're a teen looking for your first job. The managers were always cool too. I gotta say, I made some amazing friends there: Allyson, Camden, Kyle
Went Axe Throwing with my boyfriend this weekend. We had an absolute blast, especially playing tic-tac-toe. Unfortunately we are both bad at names but the gentleman assisting us (Tall, thin with longer hair) was super helpful, passionate about explaining it, and made it very enjoyable. Definitely reccomend visiting the axe throwing area here!
Usually this place is amazing all around but the last two times including today, 06/20/25 was a horrible experience. This is a luxury for me and my son so dealing with poor service makes me want to spend my hard working money somewhere else. Both times I have had to get up in the middle of the movie to get the rest of my food order. Nobody came after a while after pressing the button. The girl working the ticket area on 06-20-25 at 4:30 needs reminding not to roll her eyes at a customer when they ask for a
My daughter and I love this place. There's so much to do and we feel safe! The escape rooms are freaking awesome and even a great movie theater, and ax throwing too!
The staff at Cinergy in Tulsa is second to NONE!!!!! My son and I both have certain disabilities they went above and beyond to accommodate!! So much so that I am crying tears of joy as I write this review. They were so amazing it's beyond words. A special thanks to William, Jake and Allyson. Allyson without question is an amazing leader and it shows in her staff. Thank again for one of the best days Jack and I have ever had at an entertainment center. If corporate reads this review they all three deserve a
Fun place! We went to see a movie, you can order food right at your seat. If you want alcoholic drinks though, you gotta get it at the bar and then bring it to your seat. The seats recline and also has a HEATER! After the movie you can go to the arcade to end the night. Absolutely loved my time.
I have been here a few times and every time has been great. The normal bowling is pretty fun here, but the hyperbowling is where it's at. The axe throwing is pretty fun once you get the hang of it but I will say it takes the ?axepert? a while to explain all the rules and how to throw the axes. I think the time spent learning the rules shouldn't be counted against the time you paid for. The movie theaters here are pretty great especially for the price. The arcade is pretty much just like any other arcade and
First time here. Saw the movie Twisters. Great movie. Greater place. Clean nice theater seating and snacks. What impressed me was two random workers said enjoy your movie as we were walking to theater 6. And one on our way out said enjoy your evening thanks for coming! Impressive. Definitely a place for family or just a date day or night. ??????????
I had an amazing experience at this theater for my child's birthday party during the opening weekend of the Minecraft Movie. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The theater itself was clean, and the movie was a huge hit with the kids. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion or group outing!
Happy birthday, Stella! My niece had an awesome birthday at Cinergy. The party host, Trina, was great. She had everything ready when we arrived. As we watched the movie, she helped my sister decorate the room. She put in extra effort to make my niece's birthday totally great.
Worst experience of any business I've been to in Tulsa. Rented a room for my son?s birthday. Pizza is horrible. I had 6 little boys the lady waiting on us told them they were not allowed to go play till after they eat. The staff is completely unfriendly and on their phones while you speak to them. $550 for a crap time. Will not go back ever. All of the managers sit in the back by the bar instead of managing their business, it was very difficult to ask for assistance. Go to Airtopia where they will actually
Such a nice place to just have fun it doesn't consist any specific age groups it has enough fun definition. There is a movie theater, arcade, bowling, pizza, popcorn, escape room and much more. It breezy to go around without a actual staff roaming around on the arcade section. Price range is valid. The recliners from the movie theaters are uffff amazingly comfortable! They have a warmer monitor on them spacious fluffy leather and table eater in front of you to enjoy your food beverage and it doesn't bother
We had our son?s 8th birthday on Saturday. As you can imagine, managing 20 kids can be stressful. The Cinergy employees (all) were amazing!! It was so nice to have their support and help! I would completely recommend Cinergy for a birthday party!! Special thanks to the employee working in the event planning office! She really set our minds at ease! Thank you!
I had selected the 10 player party package for my son?s birthday. I paid 50% down (about $150) and had a remaining 150.00 due at the time of the event. We even had a follow up call with party details and confirming our balance due. I had mentioned there would be about 20 guests during this follow up call. They unknowingly switched the package to 20 PLAYERS and I was shocked to see that our balance was over $600! They did pass out 20 playtime cards, however, this was our first time there and all of the rules
Escape room gets a 0/5. We did the ?Water Landing? Without giving away the solution, the door that need to be opened to progress was broken at the beginning. Staff told us after we paid and started the room. An electrical panel ?not part of the game? was exposed and we were informed. AFTER WE PAID AND STARTED the room. We solved the room with hints, staff told us that we literally couldn't complete this escape room without the hints because 1. The electrical panel was broken. 2. The radio part of the game w
We tried the axe throwing and it was a great experience. The instructor, Samuel took his time and explained and demonstrated the best ways to throw and even came back to offer additional help. Our food and drinks came fast to our table fast and the overall experience was fantastic.
Love their axe throwing area! Went in tonight with my fianc? and Sam was working?they were the best! Fun, knowledgeable, friendly, and entertaining. Will definitely be back! I highly recommend to others.
It was one of the most fun afternoons we've had in a while! Brought my son and his friend here for a 9th birthday. Watched Kung Fu Panda 4 (they loved it) and had lunch delivered to us in the theater. The recliners were so comfortable and gave everyone so much space to stretch out and relax. The gentleman that brought our food went above and beyond to make sure we had plates, napkins, and anything else we needed for convenience. Afterward, we bowled, and they loved that as well! The bowling lanes have lot
Theater is good and food, bowling, and axes are decent. But don't go here Expecting to win any prizes etc. All the prize machines are the bad kind that are rigged to lose and the ticket machines don't pay. Some of the more profitable ticket/prize machines have been removed or adjusted so you can't win. It's disgusting actually.
I went for an escape room, paid $42 for me and my sister. the power went out halfway through and we had to redo part of it, there were 2 locks that we didn't even have to open and it was super confusing, and not in a good way. After we ?escaped? one of the employees told us that they had been having issues with that specific room, which I would have love to be informed of previously, because I would have picked a different one.
Seems like it could be lots of fun, with tons of options for entertainment. However, there is no pricing information posted on the website, and three of my calls went unanswered with no option to leave a message. Bummer. We will have to go somewhere else! Maybe they are closed today?
My wife and I went there tonight for the first time ever. We arrived 30 minutes before our movie to grab a drink and maybe a small bite to eat. We sat at the bar with the 5 or 6 other people and 4 bartenders. For 15+ minutes we were blatantly ignored. Passed by over and over. We weren't in deep discussion, we weren't buried in our phones or the menu. We were sitting, clearing waiting to be served. But nothing. So we opted to just go into the theater early. We get seated and we immediately order food and dri
My 3rd experience going to Cinergy was amazing. Just keeps getting better, Kyle, the kitchen manager. Remembered who I was from the last time I was there & gave me more recommendations on the menu. lol, great place. Great people can't say it enough
I've been here twice now and each time has been a blast! The pricing for axe throwing is the best around in Tulsa! They even had decent prizes in the prize room too! The drinks were good and decently priced. There's bowling, VR experience, axe throwing, a cinema, arcade games, a bar, and food! I highly recommend this place for a date night, friends night out, or even a family night out!
We always have the best time. We had our son?s birthday party here and all the staff was incredible. After the party we went to the movies and it's always a clean place.
Saw a mouse in Theater 8 on 11/22/24 during the 3:30 showing of Wicked. Heard them scratching behind our seats (G6 and G7.) Food was pretty good though.
My wife and i had a blast axe throwing!?? Sam was great with showing us how. Definitely will be back.
We only saw a movie. The theater was the old, narrow kind. With the uncomfortable classic seats. All of this left over from the old theater that was converted into Cinergy. No leg room, difficulty getting past other seated people. It was packed and HOT. We only ordered 2 sodas, they arrived half way through the movie, which sucked?? Overall, terrible movie experience. Maybe the rest of the activities are good...?
Very nice entertaining pace for all ages and I mean mostly 8 or 10 & up. Tulsa need more fun activities like this. Very clean facilities. Food was good and all you can drink soda. Nice bar area for adults.
Pricey entertainment. All machines seemed to be working. Place was clean with a decent staff. Bowling lanes take forever to get and while we were there only one lane was being used. We were told to wait for about 45 minutes (or so). Not a cheap place! Likely will suffer with the inflation we are seeing. If you are looking to Bowl, find a bowling alley. It will be cheaper. Video games aren't horrible but around $1.10 per play. Likely won't be back, too costly for Friday night entertainment but could
We had an incredible time axe throwing at Cinergy! Huge shoutout to Samuel for making the experience so much fun. He was not only super helpful with tips to boost our confidence in throwing, but he even joined in to even out our teams, which added to the excitement. His feedback and encouragement made a big difference, and we all left feeling like pros (some of us HAHA). If you're looking for a fun and unique activity, definitely check out axe throwing at Cinergy ? and ask for Samuel!
The theatre was great, my husband and I went for a date night to see wicked.. which was great. HOWEVER, we decided to go ahead and use our passes included with the subscription we bought, which is also the highest tier you can pay for, it includes a free hour of bowling per month! well we went to redeem it and the first girl had no clue what she was doing, the manager (I assume was the manager) came up and started to help us then informs us that it in fact is not included which was weird to me but we thanke
If you have dietary concerns, you might check with the manager from the start. The popcorn is the sole gluten free option, at least currently. We had two kids with food allergies in our party. We were initially told that nothing on their menu was gluten free, and we brought in outside food for the kids. After a slight kerfuffle over outside food vs lack of available options, the manager came over, let us know that the popcorn is gluten free, and provided us with popcorn. Initially, I was frustrated, but I
It's been a long time since I've gone to the theater The chairs were absolutely amazing you could heat them and you can recline and there's a little tray in front of you for your drinks and your food if you do eat and drink. You can even order food and drinks which I found convenient
I took my mom to the 12/15 11:25 AM showing of for KING + COUNTRY'S "A Drummer Boy Christmas LIVE," looking forward to a festive experience. However, things took a turn right from the start. We were bombarded with a series of R-rated previews for horror movies, which was quite jarring, to say the least! Imagine our surprise when the actual feature began with a horror flick instead of the uplifting concert we had come to see. I was relieved my daughter wasn't there to witness that! Thankfully, the staff qui
Go to the axe throwing RIGHT NOW!! Samuel gives the BEST instruction and there are some great options for games. My 14 year old & her bestie had a blast! And the food was actually pretty darn good, too! So for your teens or for a date night? go check it out!
Cool little arcade place with axe throwing. Nice movie theater, but wish the screens were brighter. Escape rooms are dope!
We did ax throwing today! It was a lot of fun and the guy that helped us was very friendly. He showed us how to correct our throws so that we could do it the right way and was able to watch us to be able to see what we did right and what we did wrong.
This place took over the whole corner of the dollar theaters which did make me sad but once I stepped foot inside, I was in awe of how huge this place was! Their games are priced per dollar and it can get expensive but it had a lot of fun games. I played their pinball machines which are rare to find anymore and that was fun - even though I wasn't so good at it. They also have bowling, VR, a prize shop and it was just a sight to see. If I had more time, I would definitely be spending it here but other than t
Great place for family games, movies, escape room, & food. We enjoyed the Escape Room, the Haunted Mansion. We had a lot of fun!
This place is a blast. Fun for all ages to be had here. The escape rooms are challenging but not overly difficult. There are plenty of games to choose from with fun twists on old ideas. They take bowling to the next level with a huge variety of mini games to play as you bowl. You have to try the VR battle arenas.its a trip. This place would be 5 stars but I can't recommend the food there. Anything other than snack foods that I have tried haven't been great.
A little sticky but the ac in atleast theater 8 is awful!!! Its so hot in here. This is my 2nd time coming and its been so hot both times
Very impressed with my experience today! Saw a movie and the theater was super clean and the chairs had heat and reclined. We played games afterwards and the arcade area was very clean too! The games were fun for even my young children to play. Food was reasonably priced and service was fast. Will definitely be back!
My grandbbygirlies &/1 had a fab day playin in the arcade, grabbin sum delish food (fried picks=Yum) 2 b delivered 2 our seats. Those seats OMG, recline & heat! Impressive prices 2. So much 2 do, our next visit will b games & bowling. Love this place! 5 stars & 2 thumbs up indeed!
Wow, this place is a kid and grown-up paradise! The movie theater has reclining heated seats with extra legroom and the ability to order directly from your seat. Depending on when you go to the movies, tickets only cost between $7-10 (except Tuesday when it's $5). In addition, there is a full bar and restaurant, bowling, video games, virtual reality games, ticketed games, and 5 themed escape rooms. I already love this place! It's similar to Incredible Pizza, Main Event, and Dave and Busters. However, what m
Isaiah manager at Cinergy Tulsa ensured we had the most enjoyable experience. We love you Isaiah. Katie at the cinergy sports bar primed us with dark beer and wine. Jordan in customer service answered a thousand questions. Mykela inserted us into the VR virtual Reality Hologate The kids love her Awesome. Thank you for everything. Next visit movie , bowling or axe throwing. Then March 31st READY PLAYER ONE. Jack , assistant GM and Kaitlyn , a company trainer gave me the loan down on some new games. I coul
Best place to watch a movie. Chair service is god send for food and beverages. Staff is always professional and friendly. Screens very greatly, so maybe scout it out a bit if your picky before a big title you want to watch comes up. I highly recommend the subscription. A movie a month for 2 people, discounts, weekly free stuff, for $20 a month.
Very comfortable movie theater seats. Ticket $ is reasonable. You can order food from your seat, too.
For first time being there, I enjoy it there. The instructor for axe throwing was really helpful and nice.
Lots of fun, axe throwing, bowling, escape rooms, and a nice arcade! Food is great, but pricey - honestly some of the best pizza I've ever had.
Super fun place for kids, youth, and adults. They have movies, bowling, arcade, and concessions for snacks or a full meal.
Cinergy is super fun! My wife and I go here all the time for their breakfast and a movie and we have a blast. The food is super delicious and the staff are super friendly. Kyle, the kitchen manager, is usually the one we interact with and he is just the best. He takes pride in his work, and his customer service level is off the charts good. I could go anywhere to watch a movie, but it's primarily Kyle that keeps us coming back here.
We came here for my son's birthday and had an awful experience. The escape room was the worst we'd ever done. Bowling was fun and the only redemptive part of our visit. However, we noticed that our "rewards" points had been awarded for bowling but not for the escape room. My husband went to have it corrected; 45 minutes later he was still not back after a THIRD MANAGER couldn't figure out how to fix the problem. I angrily went over and let them know how mad I was that he was missing a sizeable chunk of our
Movie was really good, comfortable and clean, service was great, concessions were sub par.
Tons of fun, learned axe throwing is not as easy as it looks. Day two of my sisters 40th birthday celebration!
I had a great time bowling and learning ax throwing! Thanks.Samuel for all of your awesome instruction and tips!
I will keep it simple l. This is the best theater in Tulsa. Full menu from your seat and drinks bowling, vr and a escape room.
I've been a few times for movies, axe throwing, bowling, and escape rooms. The kids like the arcade. I like the bar and food that's ordered to the chair in the movies. I'll be back for sure. The restrooms are clean, and everyone seems to enjoy working there. It's conveniently located near a lot of other shopping. Thanks!
This place is really cool, slightly pricey though. Bring a buddy for the bar, movies, some arcade games, bowling, or even axe throwing. The employees were awesome and so helpful, place was clean, and had such a fun vibe. It's a little crowded by the arcade games near the entrance and right side of the building heading towards their Escape Rooms, but otherwise the location is spacious. We look forward to going back
My son loves this place. They have very engaging games and the food is quite good. My son and I went to see a movie and we were the only ones in the cinema, notwithstanding, our food was delivered to us in the cinema and we had a great time. - clean restrooms - friendly and helpful staff - the female cashier at the food court was amazing - free WiFi - fun bowling - Good pizza
I am so pleased with every single thing about Cinergy. Staff is amazing the games are awesome the food is fantastic the movies are terrific! So happy that I can share this and many more memories with my son. Thank you for bringing this to Tulsa! Wow the update is amazing!!!
We enjoy coming here for the games. It's a fun place to bring the kids as there is lots for them to do, just not really young kids. It's clean and the food is usually OK. Tonight there was not enough help, which I guess is the norm nowadays. We had issues with a machine and they helped us out no problem, just had to wait. We will go back for sure.
The chairs oh my God are so comfy. And they have so much to do. I love that they offer you a decent selection of snacks and foods before the movie. And I love the added trays and heating in the seats. I used the app and found it super convenient and user friendly. For sure will be going back
Really enjoy Cinergy!!! It's by far better than the Warren for a movie & dinner night! The seats recline & have warmers. PLUS, there's a massive game room, bowling & escape rooms!!! Definitely a go-to kind of place. We love Cinergy for fun date nights!
Fun, fun, fun! Great arcade and movie theater. Could definitely spend the while day here.
It's okay. They have rats in the Theater. Food always give food poisoning. Went twice. Great for ace throwing .
There are multiple forms of entertainment here. Food, movies, bowling, video games, escape room, and skill games. Most games allow you to earn points which can be redeemed in a gift shop. The theater is nice and has reclining, heated, and padded seating. You can also order food directly from you chair before the show starts. You can show up 30 minutes early to order food. The food variety is decent. There is pizza, tacos, burgers, various appetizers, and sandwiches. There is also a full drink menu that ri
It was amazing!!! I went with my staff retreat and have a lots of fun. There is lady name start with T forgot her name. Treating so good at the lunch time they served so many different pizza. Even I was vegetarian and my friend also wants to eat veggie pizza. So I asked her for veggie pizza and see brought it. Then later we went for ax throwing and Samual demonstrated so well that he and Miss T came to us and taught us individually how to target the ax.
Great place to watch move eat at the same time. Bowling, ?? throwing, escape rooms, lots of games to play. A must Go if in Tulsa!!
Took our family of 4 to Cinergy recently for the arcade and a movie. We first got a couple of game cards and hit the arcade. The he arcade is spread out to different parts of the place and overall it was solid. They did have some broken games, but overall had a good variety and our family had fun. I wiukd have appreciated more arcade games as there were a ton of ?ticket winning? games, but only so many of the arcade games. I'd compare the arcade part to Dave and Busters with most of the same games. We the
Had a wonderful time at our child?s birthday party! Trena was amazing at answering any questions and helping the kids to have the best experience. The unlimited play time was so fun for the kiddos! Would definitely come back for another party.
If you are going for dinner and a movie at the same time, you will be disappointed. Cinergy switched to only ordering food on your phone during the pandemic. So, what that means is you go into the theater to see your movie and just as you were deciding what you want to eat, they turn out the lights for the movie to start. At that point in time you were supposed to pull your credit card out of your pocket and be able to see it to input the information into your phone?. I went through all of the steps to ord
Boys had a wonderful time! We will be back to explore more of the building next time!
My girls and I like to go here for movies because it's smaller and affordable and somewhat close by
Love the theater and games they have had a date night there and it was an awesome time!
Love the theater and the axe throwing! Samuel is the best axepert! That guy knows his stuff!
Got there late so was unable to eat. Staff had already put up all the food. Almost wasn't even able to get anything to drink until a cup managed to appear from nowhere. There was a minimal amount of staff so as a 1st time customer was unsure & unaware how the facility even operated until my 15 year old son explained a few simple facts about the place to me. The games were over priced and for more of a much younger crowd. However it was a small moment in time I was able to spend with my son so that in itself
We always have so much fun here! Love the movies, food, bowling, it's always a great time. Helpful staff, clean, & great prices!
About $10 a person for the movies. Barbie box for pictures. Lots of games in the arcade. Escape room. It was pretty crowded in the arcade on a saturday evening.
We visited on July 18, 2024. During our time we played arcade games and tried to do an escape room. The escape room that we tried was extremely loud, so much so that we couldn't hear any clues. The kicker was that the rooms were so hot that we became faint and were getting over heated. We left the room and told those working who said, "Oh, ok." I will definitely go back for the arcade games, but will not utilize the escape rooms. The arcade was nice and cool and has a ton of games to choose from. We might t
I really liked it! More stuff for young teens to do. I will take my grandsons back!
This place needs a lesson on customer service. My wife walked in with a Stanley mug and was immediately told that it wasn't allowed. We saw no signage and they quickly replied, "it's on the website". So apparently I need to read the website of every business I walk into. Next, we made reservations for the Escape Room and the "gentleman" at reception began his rendition of the rules and how we should have checked the website. My recommendation: Avoid this place for other options where you don't need to read
We had a great time axe throwing. Samuel was very knowledgeable in helping us improve our skills.
What a great place to have an employee appreciation day! Today my best half and I got to go "play". We started out with a movie, Top Gun Maverick, the popcorn was very good, hot, crunchy, salty with the right hint of butter, then we had the ride of our life on a VR coaster (the sensations were realistic and I have been to Cedar Point), shot up space on Halo, took down big game (bar duck hunt style game), bowled a game (lanes super greasy), played Pacman and Galaga, and threw some ??'s. I got a lucky
Going to Cinergy on Halloween has been a yearly tradition ever since they came to Tulsa. After last night my son and I both agreed we will never be back. I've never had such a bad experience at a movie theater before...
This was our first time here and we had a good time. I was a little disappointed in the food we ordered for movie, but it was a good night - axe throwing, bowling and a movie.
Our office loved the escape rooms! Great for team building. The employees even dressed up as the characters for the theme! We can't wait to do it again. ??
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
