We bought our tickets online for a movie night to celebrate my husband?s birthday. When we got there, we went through concessions, had our tickets scanned, and walked into Theater 5 ? only to find it unbearably hot. The AC was completely out. When I asked the manager, she admitted they knew it was broken. If that's the case, tell people before they walk in. A simple notice when buying tickets online, at concessions, or at the entrance to Theater 5 would have given us the chance to decide. Someone could?ve

Man the bartenders were amazing. So kind and friendly but it was just to hot.... bless those girl's heart ... having to work in that. We had a party of 6 and we all left

Went on a lunch date here, and it was lots of fun! The prices on games were a little steep, but we enjoyed it, regardless. We didn't play a lot of ticket games, and still won enough tickets to grab two of the smaller prizes. The prizes themselves weren't super cheap looking either.

This is by far the worst place I have ever taken my family. 2 lanes for us to bowl was 250 . Then we had to beg the lazy employees to stop standing around talking and actually get our shoes multiple times , then our lanes didn't work after we set everyone up and they basically said oh well. We had to get the manager before they would even move our lane and the ball return still didn't work, requiring 3 balls to be thrown before any came back , on top of that the food was disgusting reheated in the microwave

The app is horrible. We were at Odessa Cinergy but accidently got tickets for the movie at midland. The app did not let us know where we were or how we can change the location. In order for us to get the money back we couldn't do it at the location we were at but we would have to go to midland to get it back. Other than that the food was good the bar staff were also good and very helpful when it came to asking questions. Just fix the app.

Don't bother ordering from the epic theater, it's an epic fail. You won't get everything you ordered or maybe nothing. Just wait in line before the movie. The front row seats don't recline that far back either to see, you have to literally look up facing forward.

My experience was not so bad until I came across a very impolite worker. I was trying to find the bathroom at Cinergy since it was my first time going. I was with my 2 kids and they really had to use the restroom. Which at the time I could not see. I saw two workers sitting down near where you sign up for laser tag or the sky walk. Cynergy is usually always clean and fun, I went to watch Ballerina at the 7:10 show and my seat had cheese and coke on the seat with coke all over the ground in my seating area, i had to go grab somebody to clean this up, again Cynergy is always good but this time was just a little bit off because of this and i know people dont care and leave a mess so its understandable but if we can make sure its clean before 1 sits down. We enjoyed our bowling experience. The only complaint I have is the music was so loud. Saturday afternoon is super busy with people everywhere, and security guards out front made you feel somewhat safer. I'd say it's family-friendly. Just super busy. I don't know how they keep things clean with so many people but the bowling area had a cleaning time between bowling times.

Don't bother if you hope to bowl. Half the lanes are broken and they'll offer you a wait list. They won't schedule you a slot. We then had to kill time and wait for our movie and weren't permitted to sit in the mostly empty darts area. Apparently, the fortune we spent wasn't enough to allow us to grace a couch that wasn't in use while waiting out our ruined bowling plans. We won't bother coming here again.

I have always enjoyed the seat-side food service popping up in movie theaters and this one was no exception. I was kind of surprised by the sheer size of the building when you first go in. It's very open and spacious and in a way feels kind of empty with a lot of space not utilized. Took my son for his bday. Plenty of staff, very low amount of customers...& They kept denying him access to sky climb. None of the staff wanted to do their job, nothing but staff standing around and chit chatting.

2nd visit here. Nice fun environment. Nice reclining seats. Clean restrooms. Front Lines do get real slow at peak times. I ordered sliders meal and everything was great. Not a fan of the slider sauce used personally, but altogether, a really neat place.

Our favorite cinema. This theater has everything, food, games, and epic movies. Perfect place for family to enjoy. Enclined seats and there's so much room for your feet to rest.

Way overpriced and not enough games. According to employees (not just here but at all businesses in Odessa) the prices are high because of oil field workers. So if you and your family are thinking of visiting here..... you might as well stay home. The city of Odessa should also ban plastic bags. I had a good time, me and my Road Captain and VP (Ruff Ryders) came to hang out, Kim was our waitress, it was her 3rd day, we got kid waters because a large cup was $5, a bottle water was $4.99, so we got free kid sizes. My salad was AMAZING. They no longer have menus now you have to scan your table for a menu on your phone. I'm sure we'll be going again. The sundae was good just too much for me to eat.

Cinergy is really the only big theater left in Odessa. I was really disappointed that the Big Blowout Barbie party advertised was not so much fun. My friend in Dallas went on the same day and her pictures were epic red carpet worthy pink. They decorated in bare minimum with zero lightning. All my photos looked dark. They could have at least taken down the chicken Tenders frame above the Barbie sign.

Had some time to waist. So we dipped in for a movie and a meal. Walking in, wow. Looking left, looking right. What an awesome place. We didn't have the time to look at it all. The seats are nice. You can see the screen from any seat. You order your grub and bring it to you. Very nice place. Next time we will give it all a better look over.

I love going here, nice bowling alleys (which do occasionally have technical difficulties) and nice movie theaters, screens are high resolution and the theatre looks nice. They ruined my daughters birthday by removing us on the theater sit on Nov27th because of a group of Spanish family that sat on our sit, and they refused to move them away. while lying to us that we bought a ticket for Nov26th. A little too noisy up front. Coming here from MI, maybe I'm just used to more premium classy style theaters. Staff don't seem to care too much about being here. The theater experience is good, and the concessions are pretty decent. This just seems like a big hang out theater. Not bad, just not for me.

The movie theater, arcade games and ax throwing are great. The bowling on the other hand was not. They need to upgrade their system because the strings are not the way to go. You might not believe me, but movie theaters used to just have... Movies. Sure, there might be a couple of arcade games, but that would be about it. Times, they have a-changed. Giant screens, reclining chairs with full menu delivered to your seat, bowling alley plus climbing course and multiple VR headset games. Be advised, this is a cashless venue, but you can purchase and reload your 'Fun Card's in the lobby.

Great movie theater. Very nice chairs and very roomy. Great picture on the screen. You can order food and they will bring it to you in the theater. They have handy tv trays on each seat to help you eat comfortably. Good cup holders. A decent selection of eat there. It is good for a date night or family night.

Went to watch beetlejuice in epic, pre paid tickets and took off work for my husband?s birthday. Spent over $80 in drinks and popcorn for the movie not to work?, they downsized out theater and expected that to be ok? its not, but they offered to refund our tickets. It's not enough for time, drinks, 2 people missing work for something we were really looking forward too. Driving to Lubbock next time, worth it for better service/experience. Slow. Missed about 45 mins of the movie waiting in line for concessions even though we showed up 20 mins before the movie started. So just over an hour waiting in line for snacks. Another little line to show my ticket but the girl checking tickets was distracted. I held my ticket out for a min before I decided to just walk around the couple because I had already waited over an hour. Poor service all the way around but the movie was good. What I saw of it.

Bowling has come a long way, and they have and use the tech available. Bumpers activate by player so the kiddos play on the same lane. Food was delivered quickly and correct. Family night was awesome!

It you're looking to kill time, have a date or take the family out it's a perfect place for everyone to enjoy a lil something. Staff is friendly and great. The concession stand staff help make things affordable with their knowledge to make combos to save guests money.

Watched all 8 spiderman films and it was a blast. Always had good food and snacks. Temperature was great inside. Games are fun. Staff is very friendly. Mireya is a joyful and friendly worker at Cinergy. My only gripe is the drink choices. Could use maybe Gold Peak tea. I prefer the Pepsi lineup itself over Coke, but maybe even diet dr pepper or root beer would be nice.

If I could give a negative review I would this was the worst movie theaters I've ever been to. First we paid almost 200 dollars between movie tickets and snacks and you think we would be able to use the bathroom but no and they didn't have any notifications on the website or signs in the place if I would of known that I would of went to the Midland one because atleast I could use the bathroom and even if they were close they worked enough fornthe staff and others to use. Worst service line are flooded and slow I came back several attempts to get food missed the movie lost interest this place is extremely over crowded and unfair to a movie goer just because it big doesn't mean it's acceptable and accommodating smaller movie places probably better if you go to a movie here check a head come up to. 1.5 hour early this sucks

What ever you do DO NOT buy the pizza it was complete garbage. Feature is a bit pricey. A lot of games don't function correctly and over priced. There were high school aged kids laughing and horse playing during the movie. All around probably the worst movie theater I've ever experienced.

I love this theater. Love the seating. The seats recline. Don't ever go if your tired or you will go to sleep.

You have to see for yourself. This is the best I have ever been in a small city like Odessa/Midland. Too many options to choose from. The lobby has lot of food choices too and the servers are fast and polite. I was there with my wife and little children and we all had a blast

The theater rooms are big the reclining seats are awesome! The staff is great real nice. The games are basic and real pricey but If you are like me I mostly go to watch movies. The food is good I usually get the hot wings, never fail on hot wings. The alcohol is real expensive got me and a buddy of mine mixed drinks, each paid 40 buck that's ridiculous by the way. Other than the games and the alcohol it's a great place to eat and watch movies.
