Cinergy Midland Featuring EPIC

The image quality in the Epic theater is great however theaters 2, 8, and 11 have really dim pictures. I saw Warfare in theater 2. Karate Kid Legends in theater 11, and Materialists in theater 8. Since Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning is out of Epic I will wait to see it at home rather than watch it on a dim display.

I watched Sinners in its first weekend and it was shown in a beautiful screen, lots of details, bright screen. I went to watch it again, this time it was shown in theater 10, a smaller venue. The quality was half of the first theater I watched it. The movie was half as bright, the details were completely lost, I felt I was watching with sunglasses on. BEWARE DON?T TAKE YOUR NICE VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Sunday April 20th my vehicle was vandalized outside of front row parking, all they could tell me was that they have NO cameras and that the attack seemed personal! The building might look nice but it doesn't offer any kind of protection for you or your belongings.

This is a pretty good example of how a movie theatre should be. I have visited here maybe 12 times and the theatre is very consistent at what it does best - delivering quality affordable experiences. The theatre is super clean. I can't stand a theatre that when you walk in your feet are slightly sticking to the floor with each step. You will not have that issue here. I took my 4 yr old granddaughter to see ?Night of the Zoopocalypse?, and we had a good time. After the movie, we stop at the Arcade to play games, but I got confused and made a mistake paying for the Fun Cards. After I explained the situation to the Manager, Breanne, she was very helpful and refunded me my money. Popped in with my kids while visiting from out of town. While it was something to do, there aren't a lot of games to play and the food menu is limited. It's a money sink but it entertained the kids for a while. At least it was clean and the staff were friendly.

If you work a lot of hours, and still want to take your kids to do something. This is the place. Because the seats are comfortable and you can lay back and not feel crowded. you can get food at the same time. The seats will be assigned, and they will bring the food to you. Basically relax and watch a movie with the kids. You won't have to cook or do the dishes. We try to come here once a week.

The only movie theatre in Midland and the prices show it. The amenities are nice and the food is decent. Definitely something for everyone.

5 stars: There customer service is great! I believe they have the best theater food. Sometimes the free codes won't process. There are always several people trying to get the same seats. Sometimes, they forget to send you emails on the Elite Plus movie premiers. The men's restroom floor can be slippery at times. I have almost fallen twice in tennis shoes by the hand dryers.

This company is only out to get money. I have multiple times HAD to buy 3 seats so my date and I could sit together. Because the service said "a gap may not be left be left between seats." Cool I'm not causing a gap. I pick 2 seats side by side. But since the system shows 1 open spot I now HAVE to buy 3 seats. Cinergy is a money hungry monster. I miss when theaters was happy to have people come in. Not just a greedy company

Watching a movie at Cinergy for the first time in years and I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the theater is and how quickly they got everyone through the long concession line. Hailey A. greeted us with the best attitude and Manny at the concession stand was super nice considering the high volume of people! Will definitely be back soon!

This is the 2nd year we had my grandson's party in a private showing with a pizza buffet. We were assigned a party host, Allison. She was absolutely amazing. Staff were great and the experience was excellent! The escape room was a great idea and im glad we gave it a go for the first time. We will be back to experience everything that this wonderful place has to offer!

Had a horrible experience on Wednesday while going to watch the new Kong and Godzilla movie first off it was disgusting in the seating area which I don't see how this was the FITST SHOWING!! Second the lights stayed on for the first 10 minutes and the last 20 minutes the screen was completely off and when it came back on it was never reminded and it was at credits so I did not get to finish the movie with my son. Again horrible experience more than likely I will never go again. Don't recommend

We booked a large all day team building with Cinergy in Midland and it was amazing. The best service I've received at a business in town. Absolutely stellar movie theatre and arcade. With it being the opening night of Wicked, we were able to go through the entire concession line in under 15 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Will be coming back!

To make things even better they are upgrading to be like the Odessa location and they have already started updating the seats! They sure are comfy and recline. I haven't been to a Cinergy that's not total fun! We found our new movie theater hangout here as well. Cinergy theaters have comfortable Lazy Chairs as well as a tray that swings out for your goodies. I can't recommend this all-in-one funstop enough! Cinergy is always clean, we love the reclining chairs & eating trays. We love having the option to reserve seats. It's nice to have a choice of food items from the menu. And even gaming choices.

The escape room people are rude and are not confident in setting up the room correctly. From the very beginning we had gone out of order due to things not being shut or locked correct. Then had locks not on the correct boxes which made it impossible to finish the room. The room definitely was interesting and definitely had potential with correct line up. Hope to see improvement in staffing.

The candy was incredibly expensive, it was hot, and the movie started late.

Grandkids had a blast! And after 3 hours of fun, Grandma enjoyed a beer to get me thru another hour!!

Great place, lots of fun, great food but way too noisy. I mean, I don't know how the workers don't go deaf their first hour there. Does OSHA need to get involved? Other than that I loved it, and I'll go again, maybe taking ear plugs this time, or go on Sensory day and see what it's like!

They have food, games, high beams, and good screens. Only downside is that the electronic ticket machines don't always work. I tried three machines and two other people could not get them to work which resulted in everyone have to wait in a long line.

The bathrooms are deplorable. Can someone please explain why their wasn't any toilet paper in the woman's restroom ? Lots of out of order stalls and no TP in the rest. Love this place, great food for a movie theater and comfortable seating

I loved the seats! The fact that they can go all the way down is so comfortable. There are so many games to play, food, and drinks available to purchase.

I walked in and thought I was teleported back to 2000s. This theater is seriously outdated, can't remember the last time I stood in a concession line for snacks. I mean it's fine for being the only other theater in town. But damn, people be living out here. Watching movies here regularly, crazy.

Attended a group Christmas party and staff, (especially the waitresses, servers at bowling alley, and laser tag staff), made the day a lot of fun!

Took the Wife and kid's to a movie with dinner and some games afterwards we all had a great time. It was our first time going to this theater and we will be going again in the future. The staff/employees we encountered was all very kind and polite. It's a little pricey but worth it to get out of the house and have good family fun time. Date night with my love and we had an added bonus. We had the pleasure of coming to Mannys green flag to buy our snacks and drinks. I was iffy on the movie to watch, Manny gave his opinion on two great movies. He was so genuine and happy. It really changes your experience when people like Manny are happy to help. It made our date that much better. I requested his Manager to give Kudos. Manager Landon came in ready to tackle the issue. When I explained the reason for being called, he wasn't surprised.

Well our first experience was $4.00 movie tickets! It was National Movie Day and of course as expected it was packed.That said we still felt comfortable Our movie combo was around $20.00 and a large popcorn is huge here. I would definitely go back. Worried about seat cleanliness just bring some Clorox wipes.

Arcade was fun. Seating was very comfortable. Very loud. Mushroom Swiss burger was awful. Meat edges crispy, center cold and raw and amount of mushrooms wouldn't fill a thimble and very dry.

Went to watch The Marvels this past Saturday, yes on a Saturday at the 9:30pm showing. I get up to go to restroom at 10:30 and I was thirsty. Went to bar and it was closed and then decided a coke would work, nope counter closed too. I enjoy going to the movies and our service was great at bar and counter prior to movie. Just don't understand how I couldn't get something to drink at 10:30pm on a Saturday and my movie was only half way through!

We had a joint birthday party between my sons since both their birthdays are 3 days apart. We did the director's party package which is very reasonably priced compared to other venues/party places in the area. Did the escape room. Have done a bunch in different cities. This game master is the worst. The room is horrible and the clues they give you are things you already figured out or you can't figure out and they won't help you move along. So you just end up standing there not able to move forward. Such a bad experience some of us left. Went to go play games instead and got on line to ask questions and just kept getting shoved around by people so I left. Total waste of time and money. And yes, I have gotten out

Would have given a 5 star review because this place is really awesome. But.. the womens bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floors, water in on the floor in 2 stalls and 2 toilets that were stopped up and about to overflow. We were there 5 hours and the bathroom trips were dirtier every time. Would not let my grandson use the womens room. Mens was cleaned. Disappointed for sure

Watched Oppenheimer. Spent the entire movie adjusting my body off the vinyl seats to prevent sweating. The AC needs fixed. I did not enjoy listening to the electric motors adjusting the seat during dramatic portions of the movie. In the future I will wait for streaming.

Love this place! The only place to watch a movie. It's expensive, yes, but the seats are all power recliners that are spacious and comfortable. They have always been clean and the staff polite. You can't use cash at the snack bar but that's not all bad. If you load up one of their cards at the front door you get generous bonus bucks to use in the arcade. Food is pricey but very good and they bring it to you in the theater. My favourite spot in Midland to take the family.

Overall the place is ok but when you need to use them restroom they are NASTY AND NOT STOCKED UP FOR NOTHING ....they need to step up their game and clean them daily ??.....and it was the first show of the day so their was no reason that it should of looked like that if just opened the place .!!!!!

Always very comfortable watching movies. Never eaten there before, but I could see it being a problem to eat a meal on your lap. yes you do have to get up to get your food but as long as it's not packed it's not a problem I would think. Staff is great!

I love love love Cinergy, I haven't had a chance to go in a while but I intent to amend that very soon! I love getting to choose my seat ahead of time. The food is pretty good, it's pricey so we usually eat before or after a movie but occasionally we splurge on our favorites. We do always get drinks and popcorn though. The staff is always amazing and friendly, at least in my experience. Can't wait for my next movie outing!

I go to both Midland and Odessa theatres and like them both. I started going here instead of Regal because I can carry here. I will never go anywhere that I am vulnerable. I worked in theaters for over 18 years and this one is impressive. The leg room is amazing, the employees seem courteous and friendly. Beautiful place. I would recommend this theatre.

4/11/23 Not sure why they started to run popcorn to your seat instead of giving it to when you order but it's a bad idea!!! Got our popcorn ? way into our movie. Servers would come in with 1 bag at a time for everyone who ordered each time interrupting the movie. When we got out popcorn our batch was burnt and tasted gross. This was a bad experience and i recommend people just go to the one in Odessa instead.

The Epic Theatre experience is bar-none. I wouldn't go to any other theater. Whenever there is a must-watch-in-theater film, Cinergy is my only choice. HOWEVER, their food does not match the quality and feel of the theater. It's way too salty. And I am a salty eater. If there wasn't such an emphasis on their concessions I wouldn't even comment on it. But it's supposed to be one of many amazing features of this theater. Overall, this is a must go location - but definitely lost a star for the taste of food. T

I like how theres armed securiry present. The place is always busy but I mean they have everything for one stop shop. Arcade selection could be a little better but I still like what they have. We went to the movie theaters took our kids to see the new Avatar movie. Seven tickets will run you about $95.... And we got five kid candies and drinks it come to $58... So it is pricey but it was clean and atmosphere was nice kids enjoyed it.

The Nachos were awesome could not finish the. The fried pickles were delicious and the Epic Platter was the best deal for a couple to eat together. Quite a few of the video games/skill machines or broken or malfunctioning, but the food is still decent and the screens are still clear and bright. I still prefer the location on 191 to this one though.

For the Midland area, Cinergy is as good as it gets. You should plan your trip strategically or you could end up in a mob of people. Also remember, it is basically a cash free place, having a debit/credit card handy will make your life much easier. The food isn't bad and the fact that you can order a pizza/burger/etc and it will be delivered to your seat is great. Bathrooms are usually spotless. Love the video game area. I really liked the place, it is clean, new and have a good sound atmosphere in the theatre. The only thing was when I asked about their listening device (website said they have it) they didn't know if they have one. Game room is pretty cool with new machines, kids will love it.
