We attend EVERY slasher screening specifically for the trivia and the fun prizes that come with it?but tonight was a total letdown. No trivia at all, and the movie still hasn't started even though it was scheduled for 10:30pm (it's now 10:34pm). This is really disappointing, especially for loyal guests who come out late just for these events. Do better, Cinergy.
Went for movie. They have great service. Can order you food and will be brought to your seats. Also have a arcade and axe throwing which I enjoyed there.
We had a great experience at Cinergy, it was our first time visiting this place. We found several fun games for adults and children, we went to see a movie too. We will definitely come back here, I thought their rooms were super VIP.
One of the lady's flipped me off. She refused to sell my wife alcohol because I didn't have my ID. Then when I proceeded to tell her thats not how it works. People with children can buy alcohol in Texas. She flipped me off. I called management. They did they'd take care of it but I haven't heard back. We ended up not staying for the movie. Ruined the entire night. Ive had positive experiences in the past though.
I've been to this theater so many times, almost weekly to the point the staff should know my face and name. This is an among theater with affordable tickets, good food, and axe throwing, VR, and an arcade all in one place. I highly recommend the place.
Tried giving this place one more shot. Was deeply disappointed. Personally I try to arrive 10-20 min early before the showing to get my snacks and just watch the fun trivia that goes on but the fact that I get here. The fact I had to wait by the tables inside the theater while they were still cleaning is just mind blowing. Deleting my Cinergy Account and definitely sticking to Regal or any of the other movie theaters in the area. I might be petty af for posting this but hey I'm pretty sure I'm not the only
Berkeley and Nancy are so great! We had a family of 8 on our first family outting in a long time. we had never been to this theater and Berkeley helped us navigate through everything while she assisted others. Thank you so much!
Told myself not going back again especially after the ID every customer to get a beer nonsense. I'm bald with a gray beard and crow feet on my eyes. Obviously I'm well over 21, not that they can calculate your age even after seeing the date of a birthday. And not to mention, I have my 12 year old daughter with me. Needless to say, I gave it another shot today opting out of buying a beer because carding every single customer is completely ridiculous and honestly insulting coming from someone half my age at m
Movie choices are great, however the prices have gotten too high and since they have added shrimp to the menu we can no longer go there. Seafood is the 2nd deadliest allergen and should be treated like peanut allergens. Since there is no way to guarantee that no one in the theater will order it, we can no longer spend our money there. We've been going here since the theater opened it's doors
I was hesitant to come here because of the reviews, but I'm happy i did. The drinks are FIRE, the customer service is GREAT and it's never packed (i go alone). 10/10 will be back every weekend. The food is good too, i got the sliders but i don't really like the Cinergy sauce it's sweet. But trust me yall, this place is great!
As an Elite member and longtime patron of Cinergy, I've enjoyed coming for years. However, tonight?s experience was disappointing. During our movie, multiple children were screaming, and drunk guests were loudly talking. We tried to endure it, but the noise only got worse, making it impossible to focus on the film. When we brought it to the manager?s attention, we were told it was too late to do anything. It was a complete waste of time and money, and I will not be returning.
Went to see Lilo & Stitch. Great movie. Friendly staff during our visit. Hung out at the arcade after. Always a fun time.
The toing lady that check me in was super nice. She tries to save me money in every way...it's been a while since I was pleased with the movie theater service!! God bless her. Was quite although it was spring break. We had the entire theater to ourselves!!
Went here Friday night 3/28 @ 7:35pm to see Woman in the Yard. The movie itself was horrible and I would not recommend seeing it. My review however is about the theater itself. Usually we enjoy coming here. We drive from Killeen to come here even though movie theaters are in our area. Tonight it was EXTREMELY ?HOT? in the theater. I was soaked in sweat. My wife Asthma was acting up. People next to us kept coughing a lot because they were hot. It was so hot you can smell all kinda smelly odors in the theater
This is one of my favorites? movie theater.???????? I suggest you take a jacket with you there because I always feel cold there. Workers are so gregarious and kind. Everything is so clean and nice. In addition, you can ask for drinks and food and they will deliver it to your seats. I love their hamburgers. You can also take your children there to play In the arcade area. ????????
Packed on a Friday night for movies other than the one I've come to see. I'm good with it, though, because I actually prefer seeing a film without people breathing all around me after all, Covid is actually still around.. This location is so much fun, though, for kids. They have a really nice game area and also have a really clean facility, which I greatly appreciate.
Didn't even know this theater went straight to ZERO CASH POLICY. FELT LIKE TESLA ROBOTS WERE HELPING ME COMPLETE MY MOVIE ENTRANCE THE POPCORN. I WILL NOT BE SURPRISED IF THEY JUST GO 2 WORKERS AND All AI clones running the place. Very nice but getting use to zero cash. Which makes sense you always complain when it's cash. If you use debit card it's definitely okay because you not really counting until you do checks and balances.
There were a couple of issues that this theater has that really tarnished the experience. First, getting tickets for our group was nothing short of annoying. We couldn't get tickets printed for some reason which made getting food annoying because you need a seat ticket to order food. It caused all kinds of trouble for our group seating. I ordered popcorn and was asked if I wanted to upgrade to the specialty bucket and that I'd get a refill. I don't normally get refills but the first batch of popcorn I had
This was super fun!! Me and my family went axe throwing and had the place all to ourselves. An hour was a perfect amount of time to go through all the axe games and do a few championships. The arcade wasn't so great, there wasn't a great game selection and what they did have was pretty pricey, $1-2 per game. But we still had fun!
Worst movie theatre I've ever attended in the United States. Ordered tickets online, when I got to the theatre, none of the machines could print the tickets, even though they clearly directed that you should scan barcode to print tickets. Fast-forward to food, ordered drinks, popcorn, nachos, and hotdogs. Received everything but the hotdogs, they were not ready. -_- 1 hour into the movie the hotdogs were delivered, the bun was dry and hard. After waiting an entire hour the food was horrible. The popcorn w
Been disappointed lately here, we came for the snitch movie and seen someone just get a kids snitch pack and than was told they didn't have anymore since yesterday they were all gone. Time before our seats were still dirty
My wife and I decided to try out this cinema for our date night, which we thoroughly enjoyed and watched a movie that we have been waiting on to watch together.
The Fam and I love watching new movies on the Big Screen here! The reclining seats are nice and we love playing in the arcade. The staff are usually pretty friendly. Just wish their menu had more veggie options but I realize I am not like the majority of the population.
Nice theater. It offers different drinks games for kids and prices are comparable to other theaters so you're not paying more.
Seats are generally pretty comfy once ya get em warm, but this time mine was noisey as all get out. Had some fun with it. Got the ole lady ta giggling ??
It's was fun n a lot adult beverage options. Axe throwing was fun for being my first time
We absolutely love that they bring the food you ordered right to your seats. The recliner seats are a nice feature. The inside of the theater is always clean when we go there as well! Looking forward for our next trip to the movies!
Had our 8 year old twins Birthday party there and it was wonderful!!! From the booking if it with Nancy and the party with Bri and Mary - everything was perfect! Everyone had a great time. They worked with us to put together a great party when none of the packages were what we were looking for. We will be back! Thanks for a memorable party for my twinkies!!
Friendly staff. Great movie selection. Overall a pretty good movie theater!
Great service, delicious food, wonderful drinks. Staff was friendly and upbeat! Overall a fantastic experience! Would highly recommend
Great little local spot with great customer service and clean establishment. Don't forget, this place doesn't not accept cash!
Came in to watch Beetlejuice 2, really nice man named Christian checked us out and made good recommendations for food. After the movie, he asked us how the movie was and told us to have a good night. That is how customers should be treated. Our food (Fiesta Taco) was excellent as well, the cooks definitely put quality into the food. We will be coming back again.
Paige the Supervisor and Patrick the manger are so awesome! They make sure that you have everything you need. They come visit. They are masters at ace throwing! You'll have to watch them sometime. Paige holds the record for hitting the tens though! My husband and I come here every other week to play games, axe throwing, and if we are not to tired a movie after. Their food is great. The drinks are a tad expensive for extra shots but that would have to be my only complaint. Zach the bartender helping us was p
This was such a good place for a date night with the hubby. Came in here to watch Inside Out 2 and loved it! Seats were comfy. Reclining for a comfier time, comes with arm rests to comfortably place your drinks and popcorn while enjoying the movie. The cinema alone was clean and smelled clean (unlike others that smell musty) The best part of this is that they have a bar where you can buy alcoholic drinks if you're in the mood (cocktails included), They have an axe throwing arena, an a whole arcade where kid
This was our first experience at a Cinergy location. We saw the Grinch with reserved seating and had recliners with pull out trays for every chair. The chairs were SO comfortable and unlike the Regal theatre in Killeen the bottom portion of the movie is not cutoff from a three foot wall in front of you. The movie theatre offers dinner plates that can be served to you during the movie as well. Everyone really enjoyed the experience this location offered.
This movie theater features an arcade, axe throwing, and virtual reality. The inside design of the theater is eye-catching and welcoming. They can serve you genuine food, like pizza and wings, while you watch the movie. The reclining chairs are very comfortable, and the movie experiences are breathtaking. While watching the movie, the audio and video quality give you a unique experience to help maintain your focus on the movie.
Took my visiting 16-year-old son axe throwing. What a fun time!! Emily was fantastic! There is a bar next to the axe throwing lanes if that's your thing, along with concessions. The arcade is small but fun! Didn't get to see a movie but I'll remedy that asap. We will definitely be back!
From buying ticket to getting to my seat took a about 5 mins. It was noon on a Sunday but still pretty quick. Lots to do even if you need to wait for your friends to show up.
Daeshia and Patrick helped us get started on axe throwing. They went above and beyond to make it as fun as possible. They had several games to choose from, and when we had played them all they made up new ones. If you ever need to get some frustration out I recommend letting off some steam throwing axes. With ammo being in short supply, this is a really good alternative. They do require face masks when possible, we took them off for pics.
My favorite place to unwind and relax and just catch a good film; the ambience and the atmosphere is lovely!!!
I arrived to the theater at 6:30 to find out I accidentally purchased tickets for 6pm? the staff changed my tickets for me no questions asked. Can't thank the staff enough for understanding my mistake.
Good times ,comfy seats food not bad ?? either!!
Had a great experience thanks to the manager Eris she was awesome. She was very polite even under all the chaos that was going on she stayed calm gave us her undivided attention I feel she went over and beyond. We don't come to cove theater often but with customer service like that I will be back
Comfortable seating. Food and servic is good.
Everything about this theater is alright. The workers are good but the managers are not I spent 100 dollars on games and 70 in concessions but I can't get a small cup of water without them charging me 7 dollars (this is water for my children who don't drink sugary drinks) I won't be back here.
Best movie theater around here. The food is great. They bring it to your seat. The seats are big and comfy you can recline in them as well. During summer it is a great place to go because the theaters are big and they have the AC blasting. They also have an arcade and tons of games to play.
Always the best staff and the cleanest facility. Can't complain about a thing after coming here for the past three years.
Couldn't take my baby with me in the movies because it was after 6 and it was rated r. Never heard of that rule before but it's kind of dumb considering it's my kid and I'm making sure that they are fine
Great place, very nice, and lots of stuff to do. My only complaint is the prices are outrageous! They charge 54 dollars for just 3 kids and 1 adult ticket. Its 35 dollars for the same thing at Killeen Regal. They also charge a 9 dollar "convenience fee" whether you have an account with them or not. I used to enjoy this place, now you can't go see a movie with your kids without spending almost 150 dollars.
The 2 Best part of this movie theater is the VR Battle Arena & the delivery service of food to your seats before your movie starts.
Polite people and it is always nice and clean
The staff at front desk are rude inconsiderate and uncaring. I paid god awful price for they're popcorn and 2 drink combo for me and my wife, so because my wife has a allergic reaction that upsets her stomach from the serve your self butter I asked if I could get another container for her since she can't eat the butter so I could put butter on mine. God knows I paid enough for it. They hand me a god damn plastic shopping bag a unsanitary plastic bag......they said it's this or I could pay the full price of
Food is so yummy and so are the drinks. The games are fun and staff are super friendly. Definitely recommend for date night, parties and everything
Cove doesn't have too many nice things but this theater is one of the best I've ever been to! Always clean, staff friendly, seats comfortable & food delicious! Bar is a plus. They have the virtual reality & axe throwing also. Knock off some time before your movie in the arcade. We love Cinergy in Cove!
It's ridiculous how expensive this place is. And they don't take cash. You have to put your money in a machine and buy a gift card. Talk about inconvenient and time consuming. And you can't get an amount equal to what you're buying. A large popcorn is $8.50. But I had to buy a gift card for $10 so basically I paid $10 for a popcorn. You are getting 3 stars because of the wonderful people that work there. Very nice & they helped me buy the stupid gift card. Oh and the seats are very comfortable.
Movie was good for being SD. Not a fan of this policy of, "If you ice for your beer bucket, go get it yourself at the soda fountain" policy. Not a practical way to fill a bucket with ice; kept getting Sprite on my hand while I filled the bucket. Maybe get an ice dispenser to save money on the wasted Sprite and napkins.
This is my favorite movie theater in the area. I love their variety of food options and I like that they have an alcohol section now. The food always comes out hot fresh and yummy. My favorite are the ultimate sliders with fries (the fries are super crunchy). I have to admit the prices for food and drinks are pretty expensive, but that is to be expected from a movie theater. The lobby and restrooms are always clean. In my opinion it's the best theater in this area.
Me and my family absolutely love going here! I have 3 kiddos and we like to go to the last showtime because there are fewer people in the theater and it's very calm. We always go by the arcade which is a good size and has plenty of machines and space for everyone to play! Definitely recommend ??
Had another great experience. Went to an afternoon showing. The staff was nice, building clean, and the popcorn was great! I will keep coming back.
I usually dont have a problem with this Cinergy location but today i did . The problem was the SHRIEKY SHRIMP . In the picture the shrimp looks large size and thats what made me order them . When i get them there are tiny popcorn shrimp for $11.90 . Put you thumb nail and index finger nail together and make a O ?.right , thats how big the picture shows there are . Like what ! Mind you , I just spent $23.35 for a small popcorn corn , bacon cheese fries and a drink . It's ridiculous. I just bought 5 tickets
Only watched a movie. Theater was big size and sounded good. The scanners outside weren't working to collect o line tickets, but just went into the concession stand and picked them up.
Went to see Imaginary. The movie itself was not it. However, everything in the cinema & what they had to offer was. Signed up for the Elite membership which definitely has its perks - movie tix were free & food/drinks discounted. Great menu selection, quick service & clean, comfortable environment.
Great food that they bring out during the movie. Also the seats are comfortable and clean!
This is a clean, well maintained spots, the games, the theater. Everything is perfect for a date night, fun time with the kids. Eris help us alot thank you girl.
Your Manager Mary is EXTREMELY rude. Asked a simple question and got attitude like she does not have the time. Will not return here from out of town.
Favorite movie theater ??. Me and my fiance get our food here and it gets brought to us amazing food. we drive all the way from temple! Amazing service!
Love coming here. Great staff. Family friendly, too.
Nice movie theater to go to. If you have kids with special needs, they have free movies every now and then that are sensory friendly. They also have a little arcade area with different games. When you order food they will bring it out to your seat!
Always a good time. Me and my wife went to a matinee today! Movie wasn't great but the service was. Friendly employees and our food showed up hot and not too long into the movie.
Been here multiple times, the seats are comfy, food is great, staff is friendly! The arcade is a great plus for the kids and the drinks and axe throwing was fun date night for me and my wife. Kelly A. (Manager) took care of me and my wife when we were having trouble refunding tickets on the site the other day, She was great! We've never dealt with bad customer service here! Love it here!
We have gone a few times over the past 2 years and it has been a good experience. The seats are very comfortable and they have options for snacks and drinks.
This place was amazing. It is pricy but for a family or date night this would be an amazing place. Alot of arcade games and ax throwing with many adult drinks and regular drinks. Plenty of food to choose from.
It's always a great place to see a movie. The staff is amazing, Mariah is very kind and has a great sense of humor. The VR game is fun in a group, great team building experience, and I want to try the hatchet throwing. Nice clean, safe environment. Great place for family or a date. The food NEVER disappoints and is very tasty. 5 stars all the way!
One of my favorite places to be! Good customer service! Good food and drinks. The arcade is really fun as well as the lazer tag! They do hold events at times and its just an overall great place to be by yourself, with friends and family! They are family friendly too. Its been a bit but I love it! The Supervisor Rowan is awesome and so is the staff!!!
Seriously cool theater with a well stocked bar! Tables for each seat. Only thing that could make it better would be for normal meals delivered to my seat. I've had this at theaters before and it was a really cool feature.
For some reason when I go to a PM show on a weekend it never starts on time or miss the ended. 6:15 showing and didn't start until 6:23. Movie start time behind us was probably starting late too.
We came here on labor day weekend and enjoyed playing games in the arcade before and after the movie. Nice atmosphere and the perfect volume daring the movie. Ordered brownies with ice cream and it was actually pretty good. Comfortable reclining chairs make it even more fun. The ticket machines were oddly placed. Clean theater.
Comfortable seating, not crowded. Margaritas are good, but a bit pricey. Food was good, I discovered I don't like eating in the dark. Will eat up front next time.
Good movie theatre especially being the only one in town. Has an arcade, bar, and food service. I didn't try the food so I can't say how good or bad it is. They do have reclining seats but didn't see an IMAX screen here. One issue I did have while watching my movie (Five Nights at Freddys) was the movie projection not filling the whole screen.
So I took my daughter to this movie theater a month ago and they need to remodel this place seriously. The seats is some of the suites need to be pulled out. The leather is really bad and deteriorated. I will not be returning because I can watch movies from my home on a clean sofa that doesn't look like it's 15 years old. Then my husband went today today with his son and waited 1hr just for his food. I tried to warn him but he had to see for himself. So we won't be spending our money at this place any
Love this theater. It has everything.
Clean, good spacing on seats that recline with foot rests. Food is typical pricey but can buy adult beverages. There's are throwing and a decent arcade.
Popcorn is good and the sound and video on the movies is always on point! Seats are comfortable and portion sizes are pretty big too. Beyond a slightly higher than comfortable price for food and drink items, this place is great if you ever want to watch a movie with family and friends.
I enjoy going to the movies with my husband on our dates. The games are fun and they hot lots of different prizes. The chairs are nice I like how they recline back. The food is good and very delicious. The only thing is that it's kinds pricey. Sometimes there is long lines but long lines u will find anywhere.
I hate to edit my review but Mary (middle age woman) is extremely rude. This was my first time dealing with her and she was very argumentative and passive aggressive. Very poor customer service. The manager, many, was very nice and tried to make it right but the experience really turned me off of this place. Theater is really nice. Food is really good but pricey. I wish they did refills on the kids popcorn but other than that no complaints!
Hadn't been to this location in a while and was very pleased at what they had to offer. Something for everyone before/after your movie. VR area, axe throwing, bar, arcade area. We have really been enjoying our Sunday's. Matinee movie then games. Good selection on food, wish the butter for popcorn was a little more buttery but that's it. Overall we have recommended to others for a fun date night or family day :)
We did axe throwing and we had such a great time. Adam was our ?Axepert? and he made it so entertaining. He was fun and very informative!
This place was SUPER BUSY when I got there today, but Eris was so pleasant & very helpful. She made the experience even better. GIVE HER A RAISE!!! ??
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
