Nice place, food was good, and adult beverages were tasty. Movie recliners were comfy, and kids loved all the games. We enjoyed our evening.
KAY KAY KAY KAY KAY KAY SHE IS THE BEST! I had an issue with a game card, she tracked down answers and provided solutions fast!!! Had another issue with food? she solved that fast! Than I lost something between the seats of the zombie shooting game and she was quick to help me track down the people to find lost items! If y?all don't give that woman a raise! She keeps this business going! Thanks Kay!!!!!! If nobody told you? you are just quite simply?.AMAZING!
Kay, is the best! She took so good care of us today, went above and beyond anyone expectations. This is one person that needs a giant raise because she went above and beyond all my expectations. Thanks goes out to her!
Took my 10-year-old granddaughter there for her birthday and she loved it.
The movie theater was good. Fun for people to eat during movie but not so much for person next to them. Playing games is very expensive and it takes tons of tickets to buy something that you can get cheaper from store.
Hello, I am glad we have a place like this in Amarillo but the prices here are a lot higher than it should be when I say that comparing it to other places like main event and Dave & Buster's. It has a lot of stuff for teenagers to come and hang out but to eat and drink here you actually have to spend some really good money. And the food is nothing to brag about and you will pay close to $8 a beer here. But overall it's a great place to come and bring your family for night of fun.
Food has gone downhill. Gave it another chance and the same twice now. Prices are higher but skimp on the amount of food?especially meat. Pizza used to be good and it was gross to where my kids didn't want to eat it. Paid $11 for cheap wine and gave only a 2-3 oz. pour. Had a great experience at Hollywood Theater though the last time we went!
So much to do! The staff are friendly and were helpful with our issue. My family and I enjoyed it.
We had a great time at Cinergy! They have lots of games for the kids, and two bars for the adults. My kids loved doing the Skywalker. Also, the movie theater chairs are really comfortable!
Great place to go bowling with kids. Adult can even have a drink ??. Just a neat place for family to go have a little fun while in Amarillo.
This place is Amazing! The atmosphere is peaceful and exciting. There's so much to do, I'm sure I could stay here all day.
Really had fun with my 22 year old son. Spent about 6 hours there on his birthday doing everything they offer, including watching a movie. The only drawback is that it gets pretty pricey. Didn't eat any food besides popcorn and 2 drinks. The drinks are free refills, so that is really handy if you're planning on staying for a few hours. First time in my 44 years, Thay I ever sat in reclining seats that were heated at a movie theater. It was very enjoyable.
We went to see a movie, but were wowed by all that it offers. Bowling, arcade, laser tag, escape room, bar, and food. The theater had very comfortable recliners with heated seats.
Very fun arcade. Very friendly people. Clean. The bread quality of the pizza was great. I do have a recommendation for a very minor but odd change. I dont intend this to be a complaint, just a recomendation. When I went for a company event we had a private room the company paid $ for and were given large paper cups to get sodas (the company paid for non alcoholic drinks). I dont drink soda and the machine soda dispenser didn't have water so I asked the bar tender to fill it with water. To be fair I did no
Cinergy is one of the best places to go to in Amarillo. The atmosphere is very fun & exciting! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and respectful. Cinergy is a very clean building as well. Perfect place to take your family or your spouse too!
I have visited Cinergy on multiple occasions for movies and play. It's a good time. As a moviegoer I appreciate that the menu offers more than popcorn, nachos, and hotdogs. I also like that they bring the order to the theater. When running late, this is a time saver. I purchased my movie ticket online. When I got to the concession stand, it was scanned from my phone. That was all they needed to bring the loaded fries to me. (The fries are a tasty, salty, cheesy treat. When I am having a Cinergy cinema exp
We wanted to do something as a family, and we found Cinergy. This was very entertaining for everyone, from toddlers to seniors, everyone is bound to have fun! We definitely will be back! Sept 2023- We held a birthday party for my little one and had a blast! We got the kings package, so we had our own room with a host to help with the party. Our host, Allison, was amazing! She made the party flow smoothly, and I just had to worry about ushering everyone to the next activity planned in our itinerary. I can n
A fun place with a large variety of things to do. Whether it's watching a Movie, Bowling, Laser Tag, and even escape rooms, Cinergy has a lot to offer. The service is decent and they'll bring your food to the theater for you when you order. As someone who goes at least once a month, the app comes in handy and I get a lot from the subscription. Overall it can get pricey but I still recommend this place to anyone wanting to have fun
Bowling lanes aren't as good as the old school lanes at real bowling alleys.
Best place out of NM I came out here from Albuquerque and looked this up for my family and they loved it . I rate a 5 keep up the good work and keeping nice and clean is a +
First Timer??Wow?? when your ordered food is ready, you have a server that brings it to your chair and table! We saw ?Trap? very suspenseful movie
Quick and easy to get tickets and snacks. Wish they had bathroom at far end #8.
Where to start?! First- so much fun! Also- It is extremely loud, like rock concert, monster truck rally, ear plugs required loud. I lost my voice just yelling over the noise to be heard by my husband and children who were right next to me. The arcade is expensive but pretty easy to get points/tickets and the prizes are not outrageous. The food is delicious! The fact that they will bring it to you in the theater while you are watching a movie is perfect! The seats are incredible. Reclining and heated, if o
We love it it's a really good place with lots of different things to do but , I feel like the games could be better they have some really good prizes but not enough games for points.
My kids love this place. To me it's a complete sensory overload. The theatre is nice and the seats are very comfy.
Lots of fun, but loud and pricey! The games are all supersized and include 4 person air hockey and 4 person Mrs Pac-Man. They have a Virtual reality game, bowling, laser tag, and a zipline. It's attached to a ?sky walker? which is kind of like a jungle gym on the ceiling. If you don't like crowds go on the weekdays. They're still open til midnight, but it's not as loud and some stuff is cheaper. I haven't tried the movies yet, but I'm all for being able to drink beer and eat while reclining!
Bowling was good. Tables and lanes are super close together so it's a constant battle of trying to stay out of the way of the guests in the next lane and watch your own bowlers.
Have been 4 times. Laser tag was fun. Have not experienced a movie. DO NOT WASTE $ ON ESCAPE ROOMS!!! Just finished our 3rd escape room there. All three times, we have solved clues and things like keys not dispensing or doors not unlocking etc. have effected our experience in the escape room. Time and clues wasted and not set back resulted in unpleasant experiences. I paid for a skywalker experience for my child then they told me it wouldn't be available for another 45 minutes. Asking to cancel and for a re
Everyone had fun. It's a bit like Dave n busters with arcades. Four stars due to cost but I'm happy there are discounts available during the weekday.
Fun for everyone! Can't wait to go back! Absolutely love the games, bowling, drinks, and movies. Highly recommend for a day of fun for all ages.
I accidentally bought a 10:45pm movie and not a 10:45am one. The manager was there and heard my mess up and was able to help me figure out how to get my tickets switched to the next one. Which would have been awhile. He also ended up giving us some $10 play cards for our kiddos while we waited! Wow, he made this experience so good for my family and I! He didn't have to do that but he did and now I'm crying hahah!
Super clean!!!! Great service. And awesome $5 movies all day on Tuesday. Great place to watch the newest movie, take the kids to play around, bowl and soooo much more!
Game's are great. Movie is within price range. Great place to take family to just get out of the house. ?? The staff are always friendly and helpful each time we have been here
Always fun, what I would expect out of a movie theater ?? ?? Staff is always kind to us too!
What a great customer service experience I encountered last night when me and my better half saw Gladiator II. My fry order didn't make it to my seat and we talked to the GM after and he hooked us up with a free movie ticket and refunded the cost of the Fry basket. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. Thank you so much we will be back.
Excellent! They put together a wonderful 4.5 hours of bowling, pizza, escape rooms, sky walk, and video games. Shyanne (sorry if I misspelled her name) was AWESOME!
Cinergy was a great addition to Amarillo. Lots to do from games, bowling, a ropes course, laser tag, movies, escape room, etc. we've done birthdays, new years, and fun family nights there.
I really like going to this place, the popcorn is always great and i have never had a bad experience with the staff.
It's a cool place, a little expensive, but it's an all in one entertainment center and they tend to be. 3 stars because many of the games were broken or damaged.
Super awesome! A bit pricey. My son and I had a lot of fun! Loved the fire pits outside. The movie theater seats not only recline but are heated!! The Escape Room Zombie was neat also.
This place is okay for what it is. I thought I would skip the line and go straight to my seat since the app said I could order from my seat. It turns out the in-app ordering does not work. On the plus side, the seats lean all the way back, and there's a heating button, which makes things better. Tons of VR headset games but there is nothing nearby to clean the headpieces. The service at the concession stand was awesome and the line did move quickly
Found this place after visiting Sweet Charlie?s. It was a lot of fun. The bowling alley had 4 huge screens playing music, sports and funny videos while you played. We also did the rope course which was a blast but way too SHORT! There were a lot of other choices but we didn't have the time
Overall it's a really fun place for adults and kids. There's literally just about everything for everyone, under one roof. The theater is awesome. Big seats, sounds, and screens. The reclining and heated seats make you wonder how we ever got by back in the old days ?? And a huge variety of entertaining arcade games with a point system for prizes, which adds onto the experience. Not to mention the other attractions and bowling. Even a whole spot with multiple escape rooms too. They also offer a subscription
I love this place! The arcade has a Wizard of Oz coin pusher game and I was finally able to complete my set of all the characters. I've been playing this game since I was 13 and it was so exhilarating to be able to play it and win all of my cards again.
Several games were in an error state, but the staff were quick to assist and were friendly. Bowling was great and the entire place was clean.
It was awesome! We lo e the escape rooms! Clean, lots of fun!
VR games required sitting, VR is a HUGE deal now, the fact I couldn't walk around was a disappointment.
This place is a lot of fun! Games are expensive though like $2-$4 per game. The obstacle course was $4 and my daughter loved it. The bartender by the entrance was terrible didn't even acknowledge my husband when he sat down and seemed annoyed by customers. Food is good! We went to the movie theater here and WOW it's the best theater I've ever been to! Reclining seats plenty of space and affordable!! This is definitely our new go to movie spot. Snacks are pricey 4 candy?s small popcorn and 2 bottle waters c
Awesome time! Me and my kid's enjoyed it very much. A great place for the kids and the adults.. Spent a grip, so expect to spend some money. Food was ok but the beer makes up for it.
Clean theater, great customer service and the sliders and fries were very good.
Went to go watch a movie 6/10. Before it started, I walked around to check out the place, very cool. I went to order food, I asked the lady at the counter how she was doing and she said ?ready to go home? and I said well hopefully that's soon for you. Her reply ?well people keep coming up to order food and we can't close? I quickly ordered as I didn't want to ask any questions about the menu. Guy scanning tickets was great! Very cool facility, just hoping to see friendlier staff.
Have fun stuff like bowling and laser tag and also brings back memories
This place was awesome. Loved the variety of activities. The staff was friendly and the whole atmosphere shined. They were so sweet and the food stand staff did an amazing, kind thing for the students I work with.
This is our go-to cinema experience. We've taken our kids there and gotten food, or just go and watch a movie. We've even gone to just play games without watching a movie. The bowling was very fun but very expensive compared to a local alley. The food is decent. It's not top notch, but it isn't bad either. If you're in a rush or just want to eat while you watch the movie, it's a good option and they have a good variety of items.
Crowded. Food is pretty much bar food, but the kids had a great time which is what matters.
Oscar really took care of us today! This place has the best customer service and it shows from the top down!
Had a great experience and couldn't have been more pleased. Brayden was a superstar at the concessions stand as was the gentleman that brought me my order. DON'T pass up the lower back heated seat button... oh man it was relaxing.
Great games and attractions. I LOVE the theater seats! Only complaint is that figuring out how things work is difficult. Specially let the membership portion. You really have to research on the site to figure things out, and while the staff were all friendly, they weren't able to help us navigate the sign up process. Laser tag was extremely fun, and the escape room, while fairly straightforward was very theatrical and engaging. All in all a great time and will be back!
I would give you a million stars if I could. My 9 year old can't walk. He has cerebral palsy. Your team made sure my son was able to do the sky walk and zip line and just be a kid. Simple acts of kindness really make a huge difference for kids with disabilities. They just want to be kids too, and you guys create that environment for kids like my son. Thank you!
We went on Tuesday for the $6 movies and had a great experience. It was so clean, the employees were friendly, and the theater seats were so comfortable. They even have seat heaters, which is great when the AC is too much.
This is a great place even for adults. Memories of video arcades in the 80s on steroids.
Best theater in Amarillo the reclining seats make the movie enjoyable. Always have a great time bowling or trying an escape room. The employees are welcoming and very friendly. Great place to take the family. Wonderful bar areas with friendly staff.
Great service at the concession stand. Clean theatre's and enjoyed a great movie.
You have to put money on a card in order to play the games which they say allows you to play everything on the floor, but then you have to buy tickets for the games that don't take the cards? hardly any employees are there to help and ones that you find and ask for help seem racially driven not to help you constantly with one moment and they walk off!!!! They yell at the children playing in the ball pit!!! You can't stop and enjoy playing in the pit you have to keep it moving even if there is no one else wa
Wonderful place to go.
They said they open at 3pm for happy hour but when we showed up no one was there and an employee didnt even know how to contact the corporate office. Mangers were in meeting so no could explain why they advertise happy hour starts at 3pm. False advertising
Amazing !! Just don't eat the pizza there trust me I just watched mufasa and a movie has never been as realistic as this one (except for the singing it was awful)
There are SEAT HEATERS in hte recliner chairs inside the theater. How freaking cool!!! Love coming here.
Our family visited Amarillo yesterday and decided to enjoy a fun day bowling. When we arrived at Cinergy, we were excited to find all of the options their facility provided. We decided to purchase lunch while waiting for the bowling lane. After a two and a half hour debacle with lane times (which we were compensated for with free laser tag game for our party of seven) we purchased game cards. Consistently our money was taken by machines but the machines would not start the game. Overall I would not go back
This is a one stop shop for all the family friendly activities. You have all the arcade gaming, food court and movie theater combined in one. All the childhood memories will come true for the adults who are young at heart. It's a pretty cool place.
Great fun to go to the movies they have heated recliners. You can order your food and have it delivered to your seat in the theater. Arcade games to play before or after you go to the theater. All of the machines were working when we've visited. Haven't tried the bowling, laser tag or virtual reality rides but are aware we could. The overhead climbing is a bit strange but the people who do it seem to like it.
Good time every time I go there. First visit since covid and still a good time. Watched a movie, ate food, played games and did the sky gym :)
My husband and I went to Cinergy to do an escape room tonight for my birthday and we were very disappointed, and frankly cheated. We pulled up to Cinergy at about 7:30 and were walking out at 8:30. Our ticket stubs say we purchased the tickets at 7:35, then we had to fill out waivers, have a rules talk, watch a couple videos, and then finally start. The entire process between buying the tickets and officially starting was at least 15-20 minutes. So? why was our ?hour? up at 8:30 if we were only pulling into
Enjoyed the birthday party package that included the pitchers of drink, pizza, bowling for the hour & cards for the kids to play arcade games afterwards.
We saw the Mario Murillo documentary I Am Living Proof and it was amazing!!!
Awesome place to see a movie!!! Had a great time and cannot wait to go back!!!
Thanks again to Kyle Hernandez for all your help , you're an outstanding young man.
Neat spot but the amount of noise in there is over the top then add the blaring music they play... Just too much. Had to yell to talk and that's a little ridiculous. If you are easily overstimulated or have a sensory sensitive child DO NOT go there.
was expensive pretty cool tho had laser tag escape rooms plenty of games for adults an kids on average a game was 2.50 big game 4....the 3 drinks an 2 ticket to watch a movie with i jus one meal i beleieve came out to 56 had a blast very fun jus extremely expensive real quick ??
This is a happening place. I took my kids to play here.... Even had my mom playing pinball
Only three of us in the theater and it didn't take long to get refreshments before the movie
It's always a great time at Cinergy. It's only an every once in a while treat, but still enjoyable. They've got a wide assortment of video games, current movies, bowling, lazer tag, and the skywalk. The food is a bit pricey, but no worse than any other theater's concessions.
I only go here for the movie theater, but they have games, bowling and a bar area as well. The movie screens are nice and have good sound, along with heated, fully reclining chairs. You can order food to be delivered to you in the theater. And of the food items I've tried they've always been fresh, hot and delivered promptly. Most of the food is a bit overpriced, but soft drinks and candy are way overpriced (free drink refills though). Fridays and Saturdays can be very crowded due to the games, bowling, e
We did games and got burgers. It was great
Lots of fun. Food line a bit long. Service at party was pretty good. Help get the bowling going a little faster. May want to check your arcade machines. We got many, many free games for no apparent reason. You are cheating yourselves out of money, I'd imagine.
Did not have a good experience tonight. Bar closed. Ordered food and drinks (including a milkshake). We were almost late for our movie waiting for the milkshake only to find out (after asking) that they had shut it down for the evening. Not to mention broken games.
We had a blast! Laser tag was fun and the escape rooms are a must! Can't wait to go again.
A little to crowded an not alot of sanitation and no prizes after winning tickets. The kids enjoyed themselves and they offer alot of activities.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
