Cinemark Waco and XD

I took my 7 yr old grandson and he absolutely loved it!! The D box seats were cool ?? ?? $21.00 each cool? I don't think so but having our concessions waiting for us at our seats was awesome and the IMAX theater is always amazing so we will definitely go back again and again!

Had reserved seats for the new Tom Cruise movie and the seats were great. Had not been to a theatre in quite awhile and we really enjoyed our evening out. The selection of food available is way more than I imagined but it is pricey. So a movie and dinner at your favorite spot is still the way to go for date night in my opinion. But the theatre was great, comfy seat that recline and a totally instructed view.

Excellent theater with reclining seats, plenty of leg room, and row height separation is perfect so that you're not staring at the back of anyone?s head. Only negative was that the men?s restroom was so nasty with pee on the floor that my guys had a hard time standing up. ??

Our family LOVES this theater! The lounge seats are SO comfortable! I love that you can order tickets/seats/and snacks online ahead of time! Upon arrival, there are NO lines and we can walk straight in, get our tickets and go to our seats. Our snacks are brought right to us where we are sitting! Doug (Dougie) was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us with some merch we were looking for! We came out happy campers and couldn't have asked for more! He was so kind and helpful! This theatre is infested with rats. Bought tickets and food, as we got to our seats I look down AND A RAT IS IN MY CHAIR MUNCHING ON SOMEONES POPCORN. We tried to ignore it and got different seats lower but then saw another one. Didn't even refund, gave us free movies passes (like I'm coming back) and we were told they had an infestation and if you look close there are traps everywhere. We love going to cinemark,they have great reclining seats although not all are heated and some that are heated don't work. The staff is very polite and positive which is hard to find nowadays. The food is always been fresh and drinks and icees are always up and running. We look forward to going to this theatre.

Great place. Was nice . I just don't understand the seating system. Why should we pick out seats. When did this start. If u have to sit in front row. You won't be able to see the movie unless you tilt your head the whole time.

Everything was good but I have come several times each time the Theatre is hot where we go watch the movie. I even stay in the front to avoid the heat they don't turn the AC on till the movie starts...it doesn't get comfortable til the middle of the movie....ughhhh This Girl is on FIRE

Very comfortable seats. Online purchasing was easy. Do have to say way too many previews and advertisements just before the movie. I guess if you are running late, you are good. Otherwise, a pleasant experience

Came in for the 1st time since my 2 teenagers told me this place is great and worth coming to and see a movie. The place is well put together from the decor outside to the inside and reasonable on ticket prices. But the snack and drink prices omg ?? ridiculous in price. The rest room could use attention tru out the day not just be cleaned once or twice on the outside.. i mean actually check each ?? they were disgusting... The chairs are super comfortable but could be wiped down. Not sure if it's like that

Couldn't watch the movie in peace because the 4 teens next to us kept talking throughout the film. Even had their phone notification flash going off multiple times as well as filming snaps throughout the entire movie. Asked staff for help and they just told us the teens had stopped even though our friend who was still in the theater told us the teens never stopped through that ?visit? . Paid $41 for tickets just to not be able to watch the movie in peace.

Generally great place. Occasionally the self-serve drink station can get quite messy during a rush, but otherwise it's typically well-maintained and staff tend to be helpful and friendly. Concessions are pricy as you'd expect for a theater, but that's the only place they make money. The rewards program is worth it too. Highly recommend!

Went to go see heart eyes movie was all right, but the service was not the greatest when I asked to get a double shot jack and Coke during the movie after I already received one they like to say that they close everything out because they're gonna be leaving soon and watching the Super Bowl instead of providing services You need to talk to your employees

This place is always so clean, service is your typical movie theater experience: check in to print tickets, get in line to purchase snacks/ popcorn, fill up your own drinks then walk back to the actual theaters. Seats are super comfortable and the armrests raise up which is a nice added bonus

They have a mice infestation. I went there this weekend and a mouse literally went for my popcorn and candy I set down on the chair?s armrest. Cinemark staff was not helpful, they said this was a common occurrence and just to ?shoo? them away. I got free guest passes to visit again, but clearly will be taking my business elsewhere.

Place is really nice, and clean. Chairs recline and have cupholders which is very comfortable like you're watching from home. Reasonable prices, and there's an option to order your refreshments online and have them brought to you at the theater. Plenty of parking space and accessible ? parking as well. Staff is very friendly. Glad that Waco finally has a place like this. Recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

There was a rat in theatre 14. People beside us left in the middle of the movie. My son started freaking out about 15 minutes later because he thought he saw a rat. The employees that were waiting to clean afterwards were in no rush and blatantly ignored my husband when he tried to inform them. I had to inform them a second time of where the rat was currently at.

My wife and I went to see the new James Bond movie on opening weekend of the movie and of this new movie theater. There's plenty of parking and there was no waiting to get in and get our refreshments. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We sat in the D-Box seats. I'm not sure I would do that again. I went tonight on 12/8/24 and I left with a FREAKING BED BUG ON ME!!!! I for a FACT do not have bed bugs! It was absolutely disgusting. I understand unclean people come in there as well but when I called the theater, the lady seemed bothered about me telling her and had no sympathy to the situation. Just a ?thanks for letting me know? and that was it. Now I'm at home frantically looking for nasty bed bugs. PARANOID! I will not be going back.

I don't go to the moves often since I don't watch a lot of movies but I had a good time here on 8/27. The concessions are a bit pricy but the selection is unbeatable. I would recommend getting a popcorn size smaller than you're used to since the portions are gigantic even for a small. Went for the first time last Friday and loved it!! I ordered tickets ahead of time and we got our favorite back row spots. Seats were super comfy and I felt like I was at home. I was so relaxed that when I took restroom break after movie, I noticed I had bed hair when I looked in mirror! That was embarrassing but hey, I wasn't trying to impress and I had a good time with my family of six:) I only regret not getting more photos and capturing the beauty of this place!

Very nice place to watch a movie, it's very clean, it has recliner seats, the sound is excellent and you can join a membership and get rewards, I especially like that you can buy your tickets and order your snacks on line and they'll deliver your order to your seat. It was great! Maybe it's been a while since I went to the movies but our movie was scheduled at 1:10 pm and it didn't start until about 1:40- thirty minutes of previews. The atmosphere was nice and the seats were very comfortable, but be careful they have a heated seat button and I was unaware until I got extremely hot lol other than that the popcorn and drinks are still as expensive as any other time I've been to a movie. A bottle of water is like 6 bucks. Overall a good experience

However where I feel this is severely lacking was cleanliness:floors throughout were sticky, a gross sticky and the female restrooms were gross. The entire restroom smells of urine(like a concert port-a-potty) and the floors are sticky. It actually made me gag while I was in there. Cinemark is the epitome of what all modern movie theatres should be. Reasonable ticket price and very large comfortable recliners. I'm done with everyone else. Cinemark is my choice forever.

Seats are comfortable, great picture amd sound quality. You can tell the carpets are in need of cleaning, you can smell it when you enter the theater from all the spilled drinks and such. The soda machine area was filthy this time, it's usually a clean theater.

First experience at this theater, we watched inside out 2. Spent over $170 for my wife and children and myself and none of the butt warmers were working. This time I took my wife to see the new twisters. The speaker was blown so it kept popping real loud when I brought it to the managers attention he acted like he did not care. The rest of the staff was kind, but when you're spending this much money, you should not have these issues.

Probably the best movie theater in Waco now. The staff is always great and the theater is clean and well kept. The concession line also moves very quickly. The only issue is that there is only 1 of each bathroom and its located towards the main exit.

Pros: The theater wasn't freezing! And the red chairs (D-Box Seats) that are level to where you come into the theater is where it's at! I'll be honest, I haven't been able to sit in the seats higher up the stairs, or the ones below that level area. My dad is in his 70s with 2 knee replacements so he has some trouble getting around and stairs are particularly difficult. Amazing movie theater looks wise. Was very clean and awesome layout. But as I saw another person say I sadly experienced the same thing. Move was for 12 o'clock wanted some good food to go along side my movie. Being I'm a truck driver I don't get good food often was looking forward to it. Just to be told it's there "slow season" when I asked for food and was also told "oh well" by one of the employees. Other then the food and customer service everything was good. Clean theatre and comfortable seating.

It was pretty cool, went in and it seemed like any other theater; but once you get to the XD viewing room it is very impressive. The seats were leather, electric and comfortable. The seats are comfortable and have buttons to recline or change the position of the head rests. Very nice! All of the staff were friendly and attentive. You can even order your food ahead of time and they will bring it to you right before the show starts (if that's your thing. I prefer the food counter). Clean restrooms were also good. Super clean matinee, soda machine was low on most flavors I wanted and the Dbox seats I paid for online, specifically for the movie Alien: Romulus only turned on during the Dbox trailer, the only reclined after that for 2 hours. Good facility, but paying extra for Dbox is probably not worth it if they don't disclose which movies they're even active in, basically theft, but again, nice facility.

It was very disappointing to experience the entrance area this afternoon. There is gum all over the walk way, dirty inner entrance & doors. This is a shame for such a nice & fairly new facility. Come on Waco!!

Didn't buy tickets early because the last time we did that they charged our card 8 times because of a system issue, now we show up to buy tickets for a 7:30 movie and there are only single seats available in random places. They should not allow this to happen where there are 6 random seats available but me and my wife can't sit together because of the way they sell their tickets. Complete trash in my book. Now our plans are ruined after a 30 minute drive to Waco

Nice theater. Friendly staff. Easy in and out. Super comfortable seats, and first class screen and sound. Very clean too! No sticky floors and arm rests. Plenty of parking and concession line moves quickly. All adds up to 5 stars.

Definitely an upgrade from the current theaters in Waco. Large screens, comfortable heated chairs, nice concession options. This will become the go to.

One of the best theaters I've ever been to. Screens and sounds are superb. Food is pretty good when I've had it.

We love the lounger chairs. There is plenty of room, even for the talls in the group. You can even walk through the aisles without rearranging seating for people on either side of you. The motion chairs are nice...buuuuut...totally optional. The loungers by themselves are good enough for us. As far as snacks...you can have them delivered to your chair before the movie begins. Plenty of munchies to choose from!

Love this theater but things could be better. There's always a mess at the slushie stand, I can never sit my stuff down, the theater seats are filthy. I like this new theatre. It's big and the seats are comfortable. The drink I had was reasonable a patron margarita. Movie tickets are reasonable too. I also bought a med coke and, a hot dog now that to me wasn't so reasonable.

If you're going to see a movie anytime between 10 am and 6 pm, expect just stale popcorn and old hot dogs. Sneak in your own food or take the drive to the Temple theater where you can order all the food from the menu and even enjoy an adult beverage.

This theater is trash. We went there last Sunday. Popcorn everywhere, both ICEE machines were half broken. Only one flavor in one machine worked and two in the other. My daughter didn't want any of the working flavors, but the lines were long and I didn't want to have to get a refund. So we bought an ICEE we didn't even use. My wife and I went to see Daniel last night and when purchasing tickets yesterday morning, it showed all seats were sold for the 7pm show in the top area except 4 in different locations. We purchased two and at the showing there were many seats available that remained empty. Why it showed the seats sold remains a mystery???

The facility is pretty new. The theater is clean. The sits are comfortable and soft. The pizza, hot dogs, and popcorn are pretty good, too. I really enjoy watching movies here. The employees are awesome!
