Amazing place!!!!! Very delicious food and many games for fun! Excellent costumer service. You can reserved a spot for a special event o birthday party. We will come back very soon.
Wow this place is awesome. Huge selection of retro and modern arcade and pinball games, as well as ping pong, shuffleboard, etc. Staff is super chill. Having Maine Root on tap is insane! Food is good too! Great vibes... Wish there were more places like this around the country.
We've been to the Dallas location a few times but we're in the area and stopped for a date day. This facility was WAY better. Larger, had food and more drink options. Not only did they have traditional video games but they had shuffle board, ping pong, pool and more. The staff was friendly and quick. Looking forward to coming again.
Took the kids for some weekend fun, got there around 11 a.m., and wasn't too busy. $4 unlimited sodas, so you definitely won't leave dehydrated lol. Some of the best old school games, and I wish they would've had paperboy, tho. Overall, we had a great time & and it's definitely worth the price!!
This was an awesome experience whether you're into retro games, or modern games. My husband loved the fighting games when I showed him the Japan room. They also have Japanese arcade setups. They have shuffle board and pool tables. They have a table top Atari Pong which I loved! They had a great assortment of ciders. The staff helped us find an assortment of samples to try based on our preferences. They were also really knowledgeable and friendly about the games they have and games he would like to add. Once
Took my family from AZ to Cidercade, and they loved it! We had an awesome time! There are so many games from our childhood and many new ones! Please open one in East Texas! Tyler TX to be more specific!!
Loved going here for the first time with my friends. My expectations were low when i saw the prices online, but when i say it wow'd me. I've never loved an arcade so much in my life. It was so much fun from a wide assortment of games. Would highly recommend going here. 10/5 stars
The Arcade that gets the business model right. Great setup with both old 80's retro and newer games for the younger generations. We did a small gathering for my 16-year-old's birthday. His friends loved it and the parents loved it. Something to do for everyone between shuffleboard, pool tables, video games, skeeball.
Came on Saturday September 21st had a great time we will definitely be back.. Heads up after 9pm it's 18 and up. Very nice place so many games to choose from..It's my to go place now you can't beat the price... Trust me to those that haven't been you will love it especially the kiddos...
Loved every second of the 6+ hours we were there. They don't have food, but there's enough eating places nearby to accommodate any appetite. I'm so glad we were able to spend the day there as a family. The Connect4 Basketball game was my favorite game!!
First kids place I've been to where the food wasn't poisonous garbage. Burgers (smashed) excellent and for the kids the chicken nuggets were actual pieces of chicken breasts. And of course plenty of all you can play games. Best part brought kids and not spending $100 every 20 minutes on game cards. Almost forgot. Soda fountain cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup
Cidercade is a great amount of fun for a really great price! We went on a Friday night and, although it was busy, we didn't have to wait too long for the games we wanted to play. Ciders were delicious and there are so many game choices. I did take one star off because the first person we came across at the bar in the front was pretty rude. We had to ask him if he could take our order and when someone asked him a question his answer was very short and snippy. The rest of the staff was very kind and attentive
Fun time for the family. Great price for free play. Lots of space and games including arcade, pop a shot, pool, shuffleboard and more. IDs are enforced as is 9 pm curfew for under 18.
Super fun, tons of selection when it comes to games, great cider at an affordable. Single complaint I would have is that during busy times it is hard to play the games you want, but that comes with the territory. No real complaints. Great things from cidercade.
OH. MY. GOODNESS y'all, this place is DA 'BOMB! Talk about a good time...this place has it ALL! Games for all ages and genres to enjoy. A clean and safe environment plus they offer food and drinks to round out the experience. As a TOTAL geek, I greatly appreciate all that Cidercade has to offer and as a kid a heart, I LOVE the arcade nostalgia!! AHMAZING job Cidercade!!
The food was amazing, that was an unexpected surprise. Their burgers are better than most HIGH end burger spots, and I have been to many. The atmosphere was great the games were great the wide selection kept me busy for hours. I WILL be back.
Friendly service. very chill vibes. air hockey, 8-person foosball table, table-tennis, shuffle-boards, pinballs, arcade, ski-ball, etc. great place for my fam or a bday!
It's a good place to go and play some classic games. It's $12 per person for all day play. It may not be Round 1, or Alley Cats. But that is okay with me. Kids can play till 9 p.m. Adults only after 9. $4 all you can drink sodas, and alcohol beverages for the adults. Games are classic, like Q-Bert, Pac-Man, Galaga, ect. Also has pinball machines, shooting games like Terminator, Aliens, Jurassic Park, ect.
They have so many games that I grew up with. Even games like asteroids which was my favorite game growing up. Food is good place is clean and atmosphere is nice. The employees were nice and many big screens with sports and news while you eat and I will definitely come back.
I still love this location a lot better than the Dallas location. It is a bigger arcade, PLUS you have the floor shuffle-board which my whole family enjoys playing together. It's challenging enough to engage my wife & I, but the poles are easy enough for my 8 year old to be able to operate and enjoy as well. Thank you!
We had an amazing time and received great service! I can't say enough great things about Jasmine at Cidercade in Arlington, TX! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly personable and welcoming. She took the time to share helpful info about the menu and gave us a great rundown of the arcade's features, which really made our visit even more enjoyable. My husband and I had a fantastic time and are already planning our next visit. Excellent service like Jasmine?s truly sets the tone?thank you!
I took my kids a few days ago (my first time, plenty for them) and wow! I had so much fun and didn't want to leave. They have sooooooooo many games including pin ball so yeah I also felt super old lol. Staff was super sweet. No complaints and will definitely try to make coming here a regular thing. $12.99 a person is an incredible price for all the options they offer!!!
We took my niece here last night for her 18th birthday and I just want to thank the girl that we bought our entry from I wish I got your name it was a young black chick but she made my niece feel amazing because she has health issues that make her not look her age and it felt so good for her to be treated like the actual adult that she is rather than people writing her off because she is short. This place has great games and food and best of all the best of staff! I will always come back as long as we get
This new location is HUGE! Keep in mind, I am only familiar with the Dallas location. This is much bigger. Every game from there, they also had here, and much, much more. The shuffle board and soccer pool games were great. I'm not even a huge video game person, and even I could easily spend 6 hours here withouttrying. And I love their dry ciders! Great addition to clearly a thriving business.
This place is awesome!! Took our 2 teen boys and had to drag them out to go home, there were having so much fun. We enjoyed cider and playing as well. Highly recommended going here. Staff is friendly and they keep things clean
Happy to see them open up this new location. The game options are my favorite and at a great price. The drink options are great. I did wish they had food in house but really appreciate I can bring in my own food or stop at one of the neighboring restaurants/food trucks.
Amazing place. Really takes care of their pinball machines. Friendly service.
Went here for the last day of Spring Break for my babies, outside of the activities for kids/adults the nice reasonable prices came in handy for splurging on my kids! Most importantly I have to give a shout out to the chef/cook Mr.Rock when I say I wasn't expecting the food to have as much flavor as it did and cooked perfectly! We got burgers and wings!!! When I say I may solely return for just the food!!! Would have posted a picture of the food but it was gone before I could take a picture!! Y'all go check
Cidercade is one of the VERY BEST video game arcades featuring vintage 1980's, 1990's, or newer video arcade games. All are set to FREE PLAY (REALLY AWESOME). This review is for the Arlington location. The Dallas location is smaller, but still awesome, but has about one third the number of games available as the Arlington location. According to their website, the Arlington location has nearly 300 games! That's a good selection, which includes a variety of arcade classics. My favorites are CARNIVAL KING
This has been the best Cidercade yet! I've been to a couple of locations, but I will say that this one is superior and a lot more spacious. As soon as I walk in I was greeted instantly. The bartenders were all super cool and let me try two of the ciders before I settled on the Acai one which was really good. It was $12 for all you can play! There were a lot more games in the Arlington location. Some notable games that I enjoyed were street fighter 6, time crisis 5, and the rhythm games! This location act
The place is big and has a lot of activities for different age groups. There was an empty party "room" that we used and it was a very tight fit. Very little room to move around the tables. There was not a lot of staff available. And they add an automatic 20% gratuity if your total is over $100. I should have paid entrance fees for my 17 attendees separately.
Suuuuuper cool arcade and CHEAP! You pay one price to enter, and all of the games are unlimited. It's tucked away off a main street. They have a ton of video games, air hockey, basketball, and more. They have an entire menu of various cidars. Non-alcoholic beverages are also available. Those under 21 have to leave at 8p.
I ordered a Smash Burger last night took a bite, looked at it and there was a black long curly hair between the patties. This was my first time ordering I usually go to play the machines
This Place is Super Fun . Every night after 8pm it 21 and up ! Drinks are Delicious . It's $12 all you can play. This location it Huge. They Don't accept Cash ! So just a heads up. We had a great time definitely Goin back . #EatwitKei
Ton of arcade games!! As well as pinball maches, retro games, skeeball, pool tables and a bunch more. It's actually very clean considering how many people go there. We paid $12 for adults and all the games are free with admission. Someone could definitely spend hours here! It's all very well air conditioned. It's not hot and humid inside.
Exceeded expectations. Better than the Dallas location. Smaller than the FtWorth location. Unique offerings that FreePlay (a few blocks from this spot) doesn't have = reservation options for billiards and mega shuffleboard. Currently it's BYOFood at this location. Many many families were taking full advantage of that! Stacks of Little Caesars pizza boxes on tables next to Bday cakes. Fun atmosphere. Kind staff. Plenty of retro and new era games. I've finally graduated to an independent racer again...my
Loved this place! Took me back to being a kid and for only a $12 entry fee you can play games all night until 1 am! Kid-free after 8 pm. Oh, and they have lovely cider you can purchase as well. If you aren't sure what type of cider your taste buds prefer, they have an awesome group of staff that will help you figure it out with a few tasty samples!
This place is huge! So much fun for such a great value. Good selection of homemade cider. All the flavors we tried were good, but we loved the Tropic Thunder, Bananas Foster, and Tigers Blood.
Went on a Saturday night at 9. Took 10 minutes of circling the building before I found parking. The game offerings are good, but you likely won't be able to get to play the best ones without hovering over them. The food wasn't great, and definitely not for the price. They use a text messaging notification service to tell you your order was ready, but it never alerted me to mine so I ended up going back to the front 30 minutes after ordering and noticed my order sitting under a heat lamp. I waited 10 minute
Enjoyed coming to this place with 2 adults and 4 tweens yesterday. The food was great and the kids loved going around playing the games. It was easy to get a table at 5:30 on Saturday.
Nice place to try a bunch of games for a fixed fee $14 per person when we went January 2025. The poblano mushroom burger ?? was surprisingly good ??. The chicken was hard to explain... Light fluffy... More so than any chicken I've had, maybe cooked differently, maybe chicken substitute, really not sure. Overall cool place, especially if you are into trying a bunch of different sodas or beers.
This was a whole vibe! 1st time here and the whole place was decorated for Halloween. The games were fun and the cider tasting was very helpful as I typically do not drink cider but the bartender let me sample a few drinks before I committed to a drink. I ended up having a pumpkin spice cider which was very tasty!
So it was super busy today and with tiring my littles out they were hungry so we decided to get something to eat? after eating I asked who made the smash burger? they said a gentlemen named Rock did it, he came out and introduced his self and I couldn't have been happier with the food and his hospitality. He is definitely top tier when it comes to cooking. I would definitely visit again for the atmosphere and Most importantly the food!!
It was a busy Saturday when we came in, we ordered food and the kitchen staff got it out in great time. The food was amazing. The best wings in the DFW I have ever had! Rock the kitchen lead came out and asked how our food was and introduced his self! He was very professional. We loved the whole staff and the place was awesome for our first time there. We will definitely be coming back atleast 1 time a week to get some more of the food! I wish I could give 10 stars!!!!!!!
When you need to get the kids out of the house and feel like a beverage, this is pretty good for a few hours. There are hundreds of video games to play, dozens of pinball, other physical games too! I'd recommend to anyone, people with kids, teens r adults just hanging out. They give 20% military discount.
I love this place! So fun and unique. I have no complaints. The staff was sweet and the food and drink was great! Please open in San Antonio!
This location was a surprise, I'm a fan of cidercade, but for some reason, I didn't realize this 3rd dfw location existed, and I lost my mind. My friends and I had so much fun! Room after room of games and lights. So much fun. Don't forget to download that app for free admissions and drinks, I rarely pay for either.
Update: I wrote a review and lined out issues that I had when I visited there. I got a response back saying to write to ca@cidercade.com however this email doesn't work. It comes back as Address Not Found. This is a horrible thing to do to your customers and to not give resolution and to give a bad email for people to respond to is terrible. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Price is great however there are a number of issues. 1) They ar
While overall this arcade was good i cannot give it 4 or 5 stars sadly. First off let's go over the positives, Its a cheap entry fee that you pay once then can go in and out the entire day, while they dont have food on site you can bring in your own food or walk next door to a nearby restaurant. Its a great arcade for anything besides rythym games. The maimai cabinet is in good condition il just warn you it is in the MIDDLE of traffic so that can become an issue at times. The step mania and pump it up cabin
This place is pretty dope, I really how they have a lot of different arcade games from old school to new school, price is reasonable and it's definitely better than free play.
We reserved a table as always but had no idea we were not able to bring our own food in anymore. We were there for my son's birthday this time. So sad we wasted money on a table we were not able to use. Turns out we were not the only ones, so many people were upset and complaining about the same thing. It would have been nice if they had refunded our money for the tables. ??
I've come here now like 3 or 4 times and it's always a blast. The game selection is huge and the prices are great. The service and variety of the drinks are amazing. Its hard to find this combo other places. They really are on to something here. You should really check it out. Also they don't serve food at this location but you can bring your own for no fee.
We went there for the first time today and it was amazing! Our son (12) doesn't like to spend much time at places and we were there for almost 4 hours today. We had food that was awesome and he gave it a ?chef?s kiss? lol. We will for sure be back and glad we heard about this place! It took me back to my 80/90?s arcade days. Loved it! ?? Also the staff was amazing, great place to go!
We love going here, where we can be kids all over again, but remember that we are adults who can purchase the good drinks. Our servers were nice too. This place in general is a great experience and you will definitely have a good time. After 9pm, no kids are allowed, only adults. Con: They're not the best at refilling their toilet papers in the bathrooms? I brought it to the servers attention and an hour later, the front bathroom was still needing the toilet paper.
There are tons of retro arcade games and pinball games. Having one price to play all games is great. Also, it was $4 for unlimited soda drinks. I was surprised to see that they have pool tables, a shuffleboard room with a bar, and a giant soccer pool table. As adults, we still had a good time. This place is not for kids only. They don't offer food but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and they allow you to bring food back. They have plenty of places to sit and eat. Plus, you can re
Honestly coming from out of town, this the place we visited the most!! both times after 8pm ofc no kids ! take advantage of that! everything is so fun to play.. we most definitely be back once im in town again !
Fun filled day with non-stop arcade games, pool tables, ping pong, air hockey, shuffleboard, cornhole and most notably the cider! Hard cider for the adults, soft drinks for the kids, bring your own food and have a blast. Plenty of seating and tables inside and out.
My family went this weekend and had a blast! Definitely my favorite out of all of Cidercade's locations. Not only is it HUGE but the way the space is sectioned off with distinct vibes makes each room feel like its own new experience. The F&F racing game and Let's Bounce game were highlights for me, but my wife would be happy just spending the whole day on pinball.
Great atmosphere for family fun time or date night or even large groups(they have themed private rooms! Not a beer drinker but they offer plenty of options with an array of tasty bites to accompany them. All you can play after entry. It was a very busy night when we went so no table tennis for us, but definitely will return!
Awesome family friendly place. Definitely worth the admission price!!! Whole family ranging from 52 to 4 years had a blast!!! Highly recommend!!
This arcade is super nice! They have retro and modern machines. The types include pinball, rhythm games, fighting games, casual and retro style machines.
First visit to this location. It's way more spacious than the Dallas location and it made such a difference! Loved all of the different sections like ping pong, billiards, shuffleboard, and there wasn't a corner that was decorated in festive lights creating great photo ops!
We had such a fun time here as a family & then came back in the evening for a date night without the kids. Money well spent & excellent customer service!
Our group of 8 went today, entry was $12 each for all day free play. We spent 3 hours playing video games and pinball machines I haven't seen in ages, there is much more in there though. We had a blast and will definitely go back again. If you miss the nostalgia of arcades from the 80's or have never been to one, this is the place to go. Their website can tell you more, step back in time and enjoy yourself. Having game consoles at home isn't as much fun as going to an arcade! Here are two of the games ins
Super enjoyable time. Gave me nostalgia of when I used to go to Putt-Putt, but this one has more arcade machines with tons of variety. Many are older games, but there's a good amount of modern machines. Not to mention there's like 30 pinball machines. Admission is $13 total and is great value. A few of the shooting games were offline or had some problems. The Time Crisis 5 machine has a terribly unresponsive trigger on the gun, and the Big Buck Hunter Reloaded machine is wonky when you aim at the sides. Ev
Ok so this place is straight dope! Been to many such places, "retro 'cades", "adult gaming", etc, and this ranks at the top. Of course tons of retro, and a fantastic selection too, but also tons of more modern games too. Overall a fantastic selection. Oh yeah and the cider is fantastic too. No kitchen/food but tons of restaurants nearby within walking and you can bring outside food in here. Can't recommend enough!
You pay 1 price for hours of fun. I took my grandson and nephews, they loved it. We had so much fun. They have Galaga here, which was fun to play after soo many years.
Really a hidden gem definitely enjoyed myself here ???? the Halloween decorations was a nice touch
Seriously fun. I dunno how they are making money, cuz those pinball machines have to be expensive. Definitely a great time!
So much fun. Great for date night!
Very affordable free play arcade place for teens and little kids and elderly.. the only down fall is no cash registers so no cash pay is available make sure u have apple pay or any other card method.. over all is great experience for kids
This is the funnest place. We've been here quite a few times in the past six months. What amazing management as well. It's always clean - they are actively fixing games. Just overall a great experience every time.
Inexpensive for all day play. They let you bring outside food in, and they let us leave to pick up food for our group and come back as long as we kept our wristbands on. Great for a bday, even if you don't reserve a room/table area. There are tables in the entry area before the arcade area.
Pay to play all day is a cool different concept. Might wanna have a few staff members posted around though to keep the game hoggers at bay. Overall amazing selection and options though (of games & ciders). I'd fork out a few extra shekels to keep some of the classics in working order. My only gripe I swear?okay that and the ciders are a bit pricey.
DFW is fortunate to have many free-play arcade options, but Cidercade Arlington is the best of the best. The layout is very well done, and we kept discovering more and more rooms of games to play. On top of the endless video games and pinball machines, there are billiard tables, ping-pong, and shuffleboard. Front desk staff were superb and really made us feel like valued customers. Five stars, and can't wait to go back!
Incredible value for 12.99 per person. Delicious ciders and too many great games to mention. Could easy charge $25 for this. I'm a pinball addict and had a great time. Massive pinball selection along with all the other great games and activities.
Been there several times. Always great service as far as the bar is concerned. The only reason I'm rating it 4 stars is because some of the games either the buttons didn't work properly, the game was frozen or in the case of one of the air hockey tables, it wasn't working properly. They would benefit from someone checking the games periodically or having a comment card to report a game that isn't working.
Lots of games. Would have given 5 stars but they don't have my favorite game (puzzle fighter) overall fun and great space to host a birthday party ??
The location was clean, and I was surprised by how big it is inside. There are so many games to choose from. The only downside is there is no food whatsoever sold here to snack on, but there's plenty of restaurants literally right across the building where you can grab a bite.
Come for the arcade games, stay for the full size shuffleboard. There is also lots of other things to do besides arcade games (which they have a massive amount of) and the bottomless soda is great!
Obehi was super amazing and attentive, letting me try small samples, giving recommendations based on flavors I tried and liked/ didn't like and what flavor I was looking for, place was decently clean and games were very fun!
super fun for a good price!! unlimited soda refills are one of my favorite parts. the machines always seem clean and hardly any games are ever down. staff is always nice and polite. I would recommend coming here for family night (18+ after 9pm though!), date night, or just fun for yourself and maybe some friends! Accessibility note: I do not use a wheelchair but there are ramps and most walkways appear to be wide enough for a chair :)
My son loves Cidercade and so glad there is one in Arlington now. We used to frequent the ft worth location. This new location is bigger and better. Love the floor shuffle board game.
This place was a whole vibe! I loved seeing and playing the old school games! The cider was good (I hoped to taste more alcohol lol). The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. If you have not gone, I would definitely recommend them! If you love an arcade feel with a mellow environment this is the spot! You can bring outside food, they had food truck there also, and for $12 you can play all of the games for as long as you want that's a STEAL! Thank you Cidercade for letting my kid at heart feel right at
The games are always great! Seems like they are rotating games out which is good as well.. if I could fix a few things, one would be to have some staff walking around to keep an i on unruly patrons. Witness first hand some young adults purposely shake controls so hard the arcade machine would shake and then laugh about it.. definitely made it awkward for other customers ,some with dates.. most if not all employees were at the very back or front of the facility.. The second is on a few games there may have
Great prices and tons of fun for the whole family! Unlimited games and sodas...we are definitely coming back!
Awesome hangout place. Price is reasonable and the cider was delicious. Went mid week and place was not full. It felt comfortable with few people. All games were set to free play so you just pay your entry fee n go. Easy. This would be a great first date. They have special areas so you can eat and relax too.
12.00 per person & play all games. No not David & Buster but cheaper
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Yes, rhythm games in arcades are a vibrant hit in 2025! Titles like Dance Dance Revolution and Beatmania deliver high-energy fun, blending music, movement, and precision. Modern machines boast vivid displays, booming sound systems, and diverse song libraries, from J-pop to EDM. They challenge reflexes and rhythm, with competitive leaderboards and tournaments fostering a lively community. Arcade dance floors are regularly packed, proving rhythm games’ immersive, physical thrill keeps them a standout in today’s gaming scene.
