Pretty nice and clean. Our 4 year old LOVED IT! All the toys, games, & gadgets were working good. We didn't eat so cannot comment about th food.

The power was out and in Gilroy so we were very limited on what it is to do for a young girl's birthday. But thankfully she was willing to go to Chuck e cheese with her friends and we made the best of it. The unlimited play is a great concept and on weekdays Monday through Friday. If you purchase an hour you get 30 additional minutes for free. The place is remodeled and has tons of new, colorful and loud games that really intrigued my toddler.

We went here for lunch and the kids love it. The salad bar was good and clean. The music on their TVs are sung by children and everytime we are there kids live watching their shows. We used to do the kids birthday parties there.

Hosted my daughter?s birthday party here and overall did not enjoy my experience. A week in advance I spoke with the party coordinator (rose) and we planned out the normal party details to make sure everything was good to go the day of. When we arrived the day of we were told that they were running late on our table and that it would be a minute. That minute turned into 45 mins. We purchased a 2 hour party package. When we were seated our guest had to wait an additional 30 mins for the pizza that I had spec

It's been awhile since I visited Chucky cheese, so being greeted with cheerful and joyful employees at the door was a huge plus they had smiles it was a great welcoming in... fast forward salad was fresh pizza was great too although I did not know I had to pick up pizza I remember back then they brought pizza out to us so anyhow by the time I got pizza it was slightly cold but that was my fault... For the most part I will definitely be back enjoyed the flashbacks it brought back....

Always a classic but there are many games that are broken. This seems to be a reoccurring thing here, not sure if it's just our luck or bad timing. The place is clean and the addition of the ninja course is a nice touch though it costs $15 extra if your kids want to do it.

Generations of family fun. Everyone had a really good time. The birthday package we selected had unlimited games for 2 hours.

I just wanted to say thank to the lady who helped us out to pick some wonderful prizes for my son. She had amazing service and was very kind and didn't rush us out of the place because it was New Year's Eve. I sure wish there were more people out there with type of service. If you need to talk to anyone there I would definitely go to her she has a black A line bob ????????????

Great for family with kids 7 and under. Very small compared to other Chuck e Cheese places. Have mostly arcade games for kids 7 and under. There are only 3 video games (Deadstorm Pirates, Transformers Human Alliance and Cruisin Blast) there. Pizza is still my kids best. Remember that you can and should pause your game card (via going to the payment terminal) when you stop to do something long (like eating). Also save and bring your game card so you don't have to pay $1 for it every time.

We celebrated our sons 6th birthday party here Saturday and night and it did not disappoint! Will was our party host and he exceeded our expectations! We originally reserved our party for 9 kids and upon arrival we had a 10th. The staff was quick to set another place for the extra child and accommodate. This place is very clean! I just wanted to give a big shout out to Alexander. He made our experience wonderful and he was sooooo sweet and nice. My kids and I went in for my son?s birthday. I didn't reserve anything birthday related but Alexander went out of his way to have Chuck E Cheese come to our table to wish my son a happy birthday. Thank you for putting a smile on his face and making his birthday the best day here, Alexander! We will be back.

This chuckee cheese is very small, mainly for toddlers! Went with my husband and our children LiKES: Sunday not too packed,also you can purchase the toys if not enough tickets DiSLIKES: Games dont last very long at all. So getting tickets takes time! Also chuckee came out to sing for a birthday yet he didnt walk around to greet other children(other locations do), my lil ones couldnt greet him they were sad.

This place is open with COVID restrictions. Still has the same feel of games. Unfortunately chuck e cheese does not come out with ticket bombs or at all. Still lots of fun to be had with any young ones you have in the family. (Or if you want to act like a kid thats cool to)

I came to the one in Morgan Hill (or maybe Gilroy?) for my niece's fourth birthday and she and her friends had a really good time. The staff was super friendly and hard working. I can't commend them enough. They managed to keep the place pretty clean despite the dozens of kids. The food was pretty good. We had pizza. The crust is well seasoned. They also have beer which was cool for the parents. Between the activities and arcade the kids were constantly engaged and having a blast. 5 Stars all around.

$17 for 6 slices of the tiniest pepperoni pizza I've ever seen, and they've increased the time between you can use your card on each game. Really disappointed in the value for the dollar.

The salad bar is not such a bad deal. Last time I got three full plates over the time the kids were playing. Kids enjoy winning tickets. Lots of fun

These guys were the best. They made my babygirl's birthday everything she wanted it to be. From having the place to ourselves to giving the birthday girl a go in the ticket blaster to even waking Chucky up just to meet my babygirl's. 5 starts isn't enough to rate these guys amazing customer satisfaction. WE WILL BE BACK!

Clean, Pizza took a while to make. It was good, though. The place is empty, more or less on a Saturday.

Visit was alright, two men working there seemed like they were not in a very good mood and one of them was rude and was kicking us out of our table before it was even time to close down. The other guy that was there had a good vibe. He was very nice and kind enough to help whenever he could! Other than that, the supreme pizza was yummy!

Yesterday i attended a birthday party for a friend?s daughter and let me just say the WHOLE OVER PRICED experience was RUSHED. For being a few 100?s short of a 1000$ you'd expect better customer service! With having 5 years management experience of a Pizza Parlor, the Parties were our #1 priority and were always accommodated and made sure you got the most for your $$$. I held my 4 yr old birthday party here and had a fantastic time. Great atmosphere, all games worked and the food was a lot better than i thought. Pizza taste good and the wings too. My kid loved the ticket blaster. The employee's Joshua and Sonya not sure if I am spelling there names correctly, were very attentive and accompanying.

They just completed a renovation. Everything was clean. There were quite a few games that didn't work. It seemed like any games with balls didn't need a play credit for the balls to be released. Took my toddler here for a birthday & the reserved tables were way too close for people to sit comfortably on tables that were next to each other. (back to back). Overall toddler had a great time.

Overall kids had a great time. Food was average. Many of the games were not working at the time. Service was sub par needed more staff to help at front desk/ entrance.

This is a great place to take the kids, and family for some fun games. But the food needs an update, the pizza was greasy, too much tomato sauce. The salad bar the cantaloupe was bad, along with the ranch dressing. We had some food poisoning. Omg! Be careful with the food.

Recently had my daughters 4th birthday, the host was amazing. This location is perfect for kids under 6 in my opinion due to the selection of games they offer. Couple of things that made this experience not so great was the fact that the reservation party was chaotic and unorganized. Pizza was pretty good. But overall experience was bad. The kids did not enjoy it at all because there were not many game choices and most of the games were OUT OF ORDER!! Ones that did ?work? only took the credit but wouldn't even let the kids play. And since the place was full didn't want to bug staff after every game that stole their credits. Overpriced kids bday party . Wasted 30 mins waiting for the host to light the candles on the cake. According to the host all the other parties there had to light the candles at the same time. Seriously! Kids had fun buy it wasn't easy for the adults. Bad food and bad service

We had fun except some of the games were not dispensing tickets. Also, it seems that this location was lacking some of the favorite games that can be found at other Chuck E. Cheese establishments. Love the unlimited play for the kids. They played hard for 45 minutes and we didn't have to keep feeding the token machine.

I brought my daughter to my niece's birthday party to play some games!! Either half the machines were out of order or they weren't dispensing the tickets she earned! The attendants should really take care of something that's pretty much the main focus at their establishment. Over all it was okay.

I was recently here for a kid's birthday party. I know it's still technically covid time and they're doing their best all taken into account, but there was very limited staffing and not much enforcement of the mask mandate. Luckily I was able to drop off my kid and come back later. I'm giving three stars because I have empathy for the situation.

It's been years since I came to this location. I have to say the green coloring on the outside is not inviting at all. It looks like something out of Minecraft. The pizza I do have to say has improved in quality it's not cardboard box tasting. The wings were very tasty (buffalo flavor). They took out the play structure & no more stage for the characters. We got to see Chuck-E (jr.).... they have killed off all the old characters. Aaah didn't care too much for the new look.

This place is so small with not nearly enough variety of games and attractions. Don't even get me started on the train wreck the company did in re-branding Chuck as a mouse! He's a rat and will always be a rat.

Staff were overwhelmed with too many customers and not enough support but did their best. Food leaves alot to be desired and came out way late. A fair amount of the machines were not working, missing balls, or not worth the coin. The ticket redemption machine all broke except two and they both got full during our birthday visit. Please hire more staff and improve the food offerings; for $70 should at least get a descent slide of pizza. Also bathrooms need a remodel, beat up and stinky.

They got rid of the playground to make it more sanitary. I kinda miss it though, that's why I only gave 4 stars. They did however add new games. They are pretty cool and alot of their games are working. The food is okay there, it's never cheap at Chuck-e cheese. So go with the intent to spend some money. At least $30-50. Their party section is small compared to the 2 story one in San Jose but it's clean and organized.

Very crowded during the weekend we visited. Long line at the cashier. A few coin operated machines were out of coins and some machines, including the ticket machine needed servicing while we were there. I give them an extra star for their commitment to keep families together. Our 2 teenage sons (15 & 17) couldn't leave the building. This is a rather small Chuck E. Cheese. It still has everything you need for a fun outing including a dance floor and lots of games. The food is good and the staff was very friendly.

Horrible experience. Drove from Hollister just to waste my time here. Half the rides didn't work, photobooth never printed out photo, no staff ever around to give customer service. Had to wait 25 minutes before anyone noticed me to purchase a play pass. Don't bother coming here, take the drive to San Jose for a better experience. Guy at the cash register was very bored and without any welcoming smile or greet when taking my order. It was a very depressing environment.

Kids playing ground heaven!!! Visited during a weekday. Not crowded which made it easy for the kids to run around freely. The have a card system for playing games. You can choose from: Time Money Both options are good. Tip: if you choose to go with time don't order food until the last 10-15 minutes. Food is ok. They have a salad bar, ok too. Parking is limited.

I agree with Yamille, most games were not working or would break after use. I asked staff a few times and they were reluctant to fix. If your paying to play games with your kids, they need to work the kinks out. This review was left on June 5th, 2021, so I would not recommend going back until they figure this stuff out. Chuck E. Cheese used to be this super fun place and you would give the kids some tokens let them run around and come back trading tickets for more tokens. We haven't visited for a while because they switched some time ago to using a card, one that works the same as a tap credit card. Now it's a kid with ALL of their credits on one cars and if it gets lost then there goes all their fun. This place was the worst. They had no large pizza dough so had to buy 2 xlarge for 52 bucks would not honor our coupon because we were forced to buy xlarge pizzas they had no salad plates and would not let us use the pizza plates to get salad even tho we were going to pay for it. The employees at this chuck E Cheese have a bad attitude, don't smile to customer. A really bad customer service. If they want to work at a kids place they got to be nice and happy. Not enough staff and the staff they had running the desk had no idea what they were doing. Waited an hour for one appetizer plate and finally made them refund me. They are not at all organized. First Chuck E Cheese ive been too that wasnt ridiculously full of kids running amuck. Pizza was great and the lady working was helpful. We had a party booked for 4pm and did not even get drinks for our guest till 5pm because 2 parties were booked at the same time and our party host was double booked with no help. Clean place salad bar was fresh. Alot of the games are broke down or they take your tokens and Dont let you play. At times you could play but werent given tickets for your points. The place is small in turn means not as many games as your typical estabishment. Hence is the problem when you go there to play games and have a good time... Expect the wait on management to fix the game or give you your tickets the faulty machines Dont provide.. Understaffed as well!!!

Of course it's not like it used to be but... its convenient and cheese pizzas are only $5 We get couple of pizzas, salad and giant chocolate chip cookie for a little over $20 Allow the kids to have little enjoyment plus there's fun additions if needed there.

Gilroy Chuck e cheese is the worse place to go to. Buying time instead of credits is amazing. The kids can just play as many games as they want for the time you buy. Feels like a money saver to me.

They remodeled and took out "Max" the white horse ride. It was my daughters favorite ride since she was like 3 shes now almost 7 so when we went and it was gone she was a bit disappointed but she got over it and we had fun

This place is dated. Some games do t work, which is to be expected. I like concept of a "theme park" style restaurant , but it needs to be upgraded. The pizza isn't very good either.

Well it was not a good on. As I reported to the manager, I found a big pocket knife on the floor that belonged to an employee, a knife at a children's restaurant, I hope that HR, and managment do something about this and about the employees who stayed working even after I reported it to the manager.

At my Grandsons birthday party. The bracelets that they provide for games don't work that well so it takes longer to tap the bracelet to get a coin to actually play a game

Most games dont operate correctly, hardly any balls in skiball and no balls in the basketball. Overall size was pretty small than usual locations

Had a great time with my daughter's. Pretty much all games working. The only thing was the ticket counting machines often stop working.

The pizza is too greasy. They don't have enough employees. One person covers multiple stations.
