Great customer service. The Manager Oliver was a wonderful guy. He made sure all our needs were taken care of. We have our 86 years old mom and 2 children and Oliver was there for us. We celebrated our mom and daughter's birthday together. It was such a blessing. The place is really nice and clean. The other staff member was really helpful too. It was a great experience for our whole family.

Amazing service they literally went above and beyond to make sure that we were all comfortable for my daughter?s fourth birthday party. The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. It was worth the 99.99 birthday package. The food seems overpriced but it's good so it's kinda worth it. The Chuck E. Cheese ?show? was simply a teen dressed up as Chuck E. who came out and waved to the kids and left?. So don't get your hopes up for a birthday show like it states. The cake you can add on is decent, pre-frozen. Not the biggest selection of games but the majority of them worked! Not the best one in terms of a number of games and entertainment, but spacious, clean and with friendly crowds. Good stop if you drive on 5th highway to Shasta/Oregon and want to entertain kids and have time to grab a bite at places around.

Even though the restaurant was SO Busy the employees were friendly, helpful and most importantly Patient with our many questions. The Pizza was Very Good and the Price was affordable for what we received in return...Food, Drinks and Games. I'm looking forward to visiting again with my Grandchildren when I'm up that way again.

Did my son's 3rd birthday here. I got the nicer package and had 8 kids including my son. Came out to a bit over $200 including deposit. It was an AMAZING experience. The host was attentive. We got 3 pizzas and all the kids got unlimited play for 2 hours. Plus an extra 250 tickets for each guest and 2000 tickets for my son. He got to do the ticket wind tonnel thing. He was kinda scared of Chucky, but oh well. They all got cups with life time refills. There is no soft play and some of the games are a bit jank

Chuck E. Cheese has really leveled up they're experience. They make it affordable for kids and even adults to play games and eat. When I left I felt like it was well worth my time and got all my money's worth and more.

This is a great place to bring my 3 boys. They have decent pizza and gluten free personal size, which my family needs. They regularly update some of their games and the play minutes is such a better way to go. One of my boys prefers to do the racing games, and this makes it more worth it.

It's been a few years since I was here, then we came in August for a birthday, and it was completely different from pre-covid. A good mix of games/activities for both younger and older kids. The pizza is great when it's hot. Cards or wristbands are used instead of tokens. I recommend the cards, the wristbands look better, and I figured my little wouldn't lose it, but they are harder to use, even for an adult. We went twice recently for play dates since it's winter and has been rainy out. I took kids ages 5

It's a great place to bring the kids. It's really changed a lot since I was little. No more freaky, scary, dancing robot animal band. No more dirty germ filled ball pit. No more seizure inducing strobe light room. The pizza was actually pretty good. The place seemed very clean and updated since the recent remodel. All the kids and their parents get stamped with a black light stamp to make sure you are only leaving with your kid! I really liked that idea. All the money for the games are now put on a tap card

Patient and under standing about all my concerns and payments. The only reason it's not five stars is because when I payed on line it stated "Payment Complete" but it was only the deposit that was Complete. If that could be made more clear honestly there were no issues! My baby girl is now saying Chucky is her favorite! I really appreciate the extra time he spent with our crew! Fair warning to any Chuck E Cheese pass holders: this location doesn't participate. This means they also have games for more than just one credit, and your pass doesn't give you a discount on anything. We've been to 6 or so CEC locations this year, and this was easily the least impressive. Small store overall with a few games not working properly. Bathrooms were mostly clean. Puke green instead of playful purple. No more tokens. No more physical tickets. No animatronics. No stage. It's literally just a casino for kids. But do I take my kids their for their birthdays? Yeah. The pizza isn't horrible. Salad bar is okay. Games are still fun to play. But part of the fun was watching those tickets come out of the machine and putting the token into the machine.

Took my 3 year old to Chuck E. Cheese for the first time, and my first time in YEARS. I love how they still had a few of the throwback games and lots of new updated games. The two employees I saw were extremely nice and informative! Think one was a manger for sure. The salad bar was so nice and the food was better than I expected that's for sure. Very clean. Nostalgic feelings as they still had the old videos playing and Chuck E. Cheese on stage. Definitely going back! Very good prices too.

The pizza was great, all the games were working and the staff were all super friendly. The building was very clean inside and out. It was not to busy and the kids had plenty to do. The prize wall for the ticket exchange is pretty fair priced, so the kids were all able to get prizes. Overall great place for good clean family fun.

Customer services are awesome especially if u do a party for your kiddos! Pizza not the best but the party pretty awesome for your children the workers really get into it. Nice to see that. Salad bars got alot of items for salad.

A lot of the games are broken and not even labeled to let customers know they're broken. The employees were nice, but they had a bunch of broken games when the choices were already limited.

this location scams and lies to their customers! chuckeecheese.com sells membership to this location and they wont scan the membership at this location. The manager says its not profitable. I informed him i drove 200 miles and he did not care. corporate chuckee cheese gave me 60mins of free play time to their location because the staff refused todo their job. they have the coupon scanner but wont even try and see if it works. because it does. they just want to you to pay full price after paying for the memb

Chuck E Cheese birthday! Our granddaughter is 13 but still enjoys a Chucky birthday. She got the deluxe package with balloons, prizes, pizza, drinks, ice cream and all the fixings. Rachel our host did an amazing job! She was on top of everything, and a sweetheart to work with. The girls all had a blast! One thing to note here is that Redding does not have Play Pass, so games are not unlimited! They only give you 60 tokens so you'll have to purchase more.

Had my Grandson's Birthday Party here and it was like a Casino for kids! Lot's of fun! Pizza was decent and had their All You Can Eat Salad Bar which was actually quite good with many toppings!

Worst experience. Bad costumer service. Half the machines were broken. Pointed out at 5 machines that took my money. Some scaned more then once. An employee came out, tested and did reset. Asked for imburstment they refuse by saying "all the machines are fix." Appearantly, hopper machine still not fix and still left ON to collect. Not recommended especially when kids tend to scan and move on if it doesn't function correctly.

My grandbabies love playing the games, but the 3 and 4 year old love getting the tickets the most not that they understand yet the more tickets you get the more prizes you get when you go home! It's just so much fun watching them so happy!!

Attended a 3yr olds birthday party today. I hadn't been here in years. The quality of the pizza has certainly declined. I'd suggest bringing in Little Caesars but they won't allow it. On the other hand the child had a blast! It was a good environment for kids, and at least the salad bar was satisfying. Also the parking lot is entirely too small for the restaurant.

My kids love this place. Ever since they updated to the cards instead of tokens it has been a much better experience overall. The area is clean and the staff are friendly. I came in here recently with my friend and his kids for a birthday. I've never been into one of these facilities before, and I was surprised at how clean and well maintained its kept. It is a little on the expensive side, but all of the kids and all of their friends enjoyed playing games and eating pizza. It can be a little difficult to find parking nearby unfortunately, but it's definitely worth a visit if you have kids.

We went here for my kid's Birthday party. They had an absolute blast and the staff were super helpful and friendly. My kid loved getting to dance with Chuck E and says the party was everything they had dreamed it would be. We will definitely be back.

Fun environment for the kiddos. The employees are very nice and helpful. They have affordable meal deals that include large pizza 4 drinks and tokens for a reasonable price. Place is clean and all the games/rides are all in working order. There are games for baby's all the way up to adults. The only criticism I have is the parking is limited, otherwise 5 stars. Would definitely recommend.

They need to send someone small into the slide and play are to clean but other than that it was great! Especially the service, they seem like good people and everything worked in the arcade! At a place like this, you don't expect to see a place of cleanliness All the time. Too crowded to keep things totally clean with all the kids running around making big and small messes all over the place. I went in with my sister and her 2 little girls, and ate a very very VERY good tasting pizza, and then played some fun games with my nieces. It was a good environment, and alit of fun!!

They've proven that the saying all pizza is good pizza is in fact false. It's definitely a place for the kids. I would have given it more stars if I hadn't tried the pizza. At least there was a mediocre salad bar. It is a great place to bring the kids any time of the year, as long as you don't mind paying too much for games that about 1/5of are broken.

Been about 25 years since I've been to Chuck e cheese, and my kid had fun for her birthday, some machines need serviced because they eat your money but its clean and fun

The Chuck e cheese mascot was super lame. I was not impressed by him at all. Super disappointing. Other than that the staff was really good. The games were fun and entertaining. Expensive but it's whatever, it's all about the kid, right? He had a blast and he didn't even notice Chuck e cheese was probably a 16-year-old kid that thought he was too cool for the costume. What is it with this generation of kids nowadays? Very disappointing, they all think they're privileged. No work ethic. Sad really

My son just had his birthday party here and it was really fun he loved it!! The girl who was serving us gave us amazing 5 star service. The only reason for a 4 star is there were many games that were broken or out of tickets. So that was a bit disappointing but the girl that served us was awesome and very kind!!

If you want to tire your kids out this is the perfect place. My daughter, niece, and nephew love it! They play long and hard and scream and shout and will be so tired once we leave they pass out as soon as they get in the car. We never eat here so I can't judge the food. It's a cool place for kids. They have fun.

Very happy with our visit. Had a wonderful time for our sons 4th birthday. My boys have autism and we picked a slow day to visit . The staff was courteous and accommodating. The place was quiet which was a plus for our boys sensory needs. My boys had a blast!

not a fan of our tickets being on card but what can you do, it's jus a part of our modern world. their pizzas have improved, and I think they take pride in their pizzas by pricing them at a ridiculous amount for a garlicky crust. the employees were kind. it was hot in there. the smell was terrible, but the smell is a large part of the Chucky Cheese experience.

Okay location for lunch or dinner. Pizza is pretty decent and there is a good selection. I give two stars because there were too many kids, the machines wouldn't take my quarters, and there was no selection of beer or spirits. My table was near another table of loud children, not the fault of the staff, but when I asked to be seated away from the screaming children the staff member looked at me like I was crazy. I enjoyed my food and lack of alcohol then politely left.

I've been to a few different Chuck e cheeses all over California and this was by far the cleanest, most friendly, and most organized one I have seen. The staff was on the ball and always happy and ready to help. And the Manager was Great and showed great leadership in making sure the restaurant ran smoothly.

We take our children to Chuck E Cheese for their Birthdays and they have all had a blast! The Staff really helps to make my children feel Important and taken care of when we're there. We always go in for the Birthday Blaster which is so much fun for them and the Pizza is Great!

As a Brit, who's first time in Chuck E. Cheese?s was for a 38 year old birthday party. I only have one word for the experience. Amazing. I had so much fun, the pizza was delicious, the games were cheap, the place was clean, the drinks were sugary and fizzy. I loved it. It's exactly what I expected and more. I deeply enjoyed my time here, and would go again! Highly recommend!

This place sucks. It smells like feet and dog water. My little Billy was so happy to go but so sad when pizza was not any good. It was cold and the cheese was not even melted. Billy will forever be sad.

We always have fun here and the games give you a decent amount of tickets too.

Liked the fact that the place was cleaner than last time and the food tasted fresher. Also no broken games and a bunch of new ones. Would have given them 5 stars but due to the fact that they don't offer everything that their website advertises can be misleading. We paid top dollar for the most expensive party package and ended up being disappointed. Make sure you call and ask them about what you get with the birthday packages. Don't just order online and think you are getting what you see there.

If you are visiting with smaller children I'd recommend trying to get there early, it can become a bit of a mad house when crowded. That being said, the staff here is the friendliest I have ever seen at a Chuck E Cheese's and the pizza is much better than I remembered or expected. They also have Dippin' Dots which was a very pleasant and welcome surprise.

This place had friendly employees and stamped our hands with numbers to make sure no one left with the kids we were with. Most of the games worked but a few were not working or damaged. Unfortunately they did not check our stamps when we left (but they said goodbye to us)... I'd hope that they kept track of who was with each kid but that is prone to human error which is why they have the stamp system. They did not check our stamps which is obviously dangerous!

My granddaughter had her birthday party here, and it was absolutely a good time! The staff was great and made her day special, and made her feel like a celebrity.

Growing up, Chuck E. Cheese was expensive, the pizza was gross, it seemed dirty, but now they seemed to have fixed all of those things. Holding my Son's 5th birthday there was great, he and his friends enjoyed it a lot, the waitress was one of the most attentive I've ever had, it was kept clean, and for a small party, the price was more reasonable than throwing our own at home. It's not the best place in the world, but for 5 and under parties, it is pretty great.
