Chuck E. Cheese

This Chuck E Cheese is a good place for my 8 year old to enjoy himself. The pizza is good and they keep the place clean. It is not as cool as the Chuck E Cheese of the 80s but this is definitely a lot of fun for the kids (and adults, lol). I was also impressed with the customer service at this location.

Plenty of games, however not all of them were working, or working like they are supposed to, on our visit. However, plenty of seating around the game area so that you can keep an eye on your group. Unfortunately this was a thumbs down for the 10 and 13 y/o this go around. Having frequented numerous Chuck E. Cheeses, this is one they have no interest returning to.

So much fun for my 3 and 4-year-old grandsons on a Monday at 11:30. Got the 60 minutes play time pass with a free extra 30 minutes (promo Mon-Fri until April 30, 2023). Pizza is one of the best in town. Kids had a blast. Not crowded since it's a school day. Can't wait to come back.

It's our first time in this place. A friend invited us over. It's perfect for birthdays. They have a lot of games and they have photo sketch booth?? Kids and adults can have so much fun together ?? So worth it

Great place to bring kids or grandkids. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the salad bar. The games are a lot of fun for kiddos. The virtual coaster is the bomb. Lots of fun for kids with good food as well.

Last year you can go play every game in there 1 hour for 20(less w/coupon)now it's almost 40 for hour with card..then you pay your kids go in..1st thing they see is a trampoline you can't pay with the card u need to go back to desk and pay extra but your kid has to be almost 5 feet tall..50 bucks so my 2 year old can non stop cry because he can't do the main thing in there..but his brother can..if you pay extra after the 40 per hour..go to skyzone or urban air..or even swaders..better deal for the money..mo

It is a good place to hang out if you have small children. One detail: We waited more than 45 minutes for a meal. They were closing the place and still waiting at the table for a pizza and some fries...

I only came here to grab pizza on the way home. That being said, it certainly looked like the kiddos inside were having a fun time. The pizza itself was good, no complaints on flavor, but the price was crazy for the amount. I added onions, spinach, and black olives to a medium cheese, and it cost almost $26. Again, the pizza was fine but wow. The expense was pretty brutal.

Great place to hold a birthday party or just to get the kids out of the house for a little while. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. They do a great job of keeping the place clean and updated.

My kid enjoys a lot whenever we go to Chuck E cheese. Need to buy pass or ticket for every playing items. They have a good arrangement for birthday parties also. Staffs are courteous and helpful.

Pretty much what you'd expect from a place that has kids running around everywhere. All the staff were really sweet.

The most terrible food I didn't eat. My soon and I weren't available to eat the food was extremely salted we asked for change the fries and they just gave us another extremely salted too and also the bad mood of the workers just terrible place for my first little one experience.

Honestly shocked by how great this was. We had our sons birthday party here and it was excellent. The place was clean and all the machines worked. Price was fair. The pizza was even surprisingly good (stuffed crust). But the best was the staff. Yaslin took care of us and was so fun, attentive, and helpful. I really recommend doing parties here.

Had my sons 2nd birthday, and the staff made him feel so welcome! They even asked to help decorate, but we already had that done! They took care of our every need, and my little man had the best time of his life! He kept going back to the car to drive it!

This place is a parent?s nightmare. Staff wasn't very friendly. Prices were highway robbery considering the majority of the machines were either out of order or extremely outdated. Had a good time with the children playing lots of games. The pizza was okay nothing special. Being able to Pause the game card was nice so we could eat without wasting our play time that we bought.

My son enjoys coming here but the only downfall is now they've added the trampoline and unfortunately it's a whole separate charge from just playing the expensive games

Been to a lot of Chuck E. Cheeses and this one was pretty clean and not too crowded when we went. There were some arcade staff that look like they didn't want to work there but most of the staff were very nice and helpful. Great for the kids and a mascot does rounds and takes pictures with the kids.

The games are very reasonable. The pizza was very good. They didn't tell us to take a photo of us before entering. So we had to look up previous photos to find pictures of us and the kids in the same picture before we could leave. We have a set of identical twins. I showed a picture of one of them and they wanted to see the other in a photo..lol. We had a good time.

My kids loved it! Lots of games and stuff for them to do. But the service to check in and at the prize counter is subpar. Very slow. There were multiple employees walking around seemingly doing nothing while 1 girl had a long line of people wanting to cash tickets for prizes. We waited a long time which was hard for my little guy. Was fun during the summer and I was going to sign up for the subscription plan but will not be doing that anymore. Everytime we go they change the games programming to either make it harder or to lower the bonus tickets won on an already rigged game. They can keep their cheap prizes they offer. My family and I honestly don't play for the lame prizes they offer. But changing the winning algorithm on the games and changing the programming to intentionally make it harder to win just plain takes the fun out of

We had the best time there today for homeschool day!! Please keep this at least once a month! Not many knew about it but I'm sure if we spread the word a lot more will show up! And please keep the great deal as $9.99 for 90 min of play, 2 slices of pizza and a drink! The joy on the kids faces was priceless! Great place to take the little one for some fun. Lots of birthdays parties were there so seems like the place to be.

We took our 3.5 years old on a Monday afternoon in early May. It was not busy, which was perfect. It was clean, and the food was surprisingly tasty. They also had white claw and a couple of drinks on draft, which was fun for the adults. Overall, it was a good experience.

My child has had their birthday party there for the last 4 years. It's a great value package and we love it. My kid is OBSESSED LOL. Unfortunately this year they did a remodel. My child is special needs and since we didn't know about the remodel I wasn't able to prep them about such a big change. The staff at the Broad Street location was so helpful in accommodating us since my kid was so upset. We were able to move our party to a quieter place and still have the perks of a paid party. We had my 2-year-old grandson's birthday party here. I myself was kind of disappointed but my daughter was completely happy with the place. I missed the fact that they didn't have the balls that you could jump into and the tubes that you could climb in. Back when I was a kid they had those. My grandson had a blast of course he's 2 years old and all the toys in there that they had that you could get on and they move it's exciting for a young kid. I'm so grateful for my grandson being able to have a good time

The food was pretty standard and expected for the venue, though I remember the salad bar being better. My son's birthday party was everything he wanted and more and Fatima was so wonderful, she helped a super stressed mom get through it with minimal panic attacks haha. Management presence was a little intimidating but, in hindsight after things have calmed, I see it was them being attentive to make sure any issues were resolved on the spot. I attended Chuck E. Cheese on Broad Street in Richmond Va we were giving my grandson a birthday party there i mind you we had already paid for the food drinks and the party I wanted a cup of water to take some meds. The manager told me they don't have any. He wouldn't give me a cup because he wanted me to pay for it. I would have paid but because of his demeanor I didn't but I will not be going there anymore

First time visiting with my grandchild. It was a lot of fun for him, just like for my kids when I took them when they were little. It can get a little pricey, but seeing him run around with a big smile on his face is worth it.

The so called manager of this location, Roberto, is incredibly rude and condescending. The company would be better off hiring feral cats to run the place- they'd do a far better job. This location is an abhorrent representation of a family-oriented environment and is such a disgrace to the Chuck-E-Cheese franchise. Corporate is involved in the issue that occurred during my recent experience, but I'd advise any parents to stay far, far away.

Got the 1 hour play pass, half the time was spent finding which games were busted and which worked. The games that worked made the kids wait forever to allow them to play the next game. Super busy and super dirty. Didn't eat here, so I just gave it a 4 because cheap pizza is cheap pizza.

The manager mike was great today. I mean top grade A service. He took care of the problem that we had tonight and went above and beyond for us. I will always return to this place just because Mike customer service is GREAT. This man needs a raise or something because he goes out his way to help. I've been here several times over the summer and have been so happy with my experience each time. They are clean, the staff is great, the pizza and salad bar are very good and it doesn't seem to be too crowded (we come for lunch during the week) My daughter loves it here. She is only two and although the games are too advance for her, she has a blast just running around, dancing with Chuckie and riding the kiddie rides.

We come to this Chuckie Cheese pretty frequently and always have great service. It is not as big as the Midlothian location, but there is more than enough games and the service here is the best we have experienced at any Chuckie Cheese we have visited. The managers and associates are very friendly and helpful here!

We take the kids here for the games not the food. I really like the card based system they have now to eliminate the tokens and the kids always have fun. Especially since you can get unlimited game cards for a set time limit. Four stars for the fun and games but the pizza has never been to my liking.

Most of the games were out of order on the day we went. Kids had fun still, but the quality has gon downhill alot from previous visits. Also, my 3 kids and I were there for 3 hours and I never really saw employees walking around wiping down machines with disinfectant. Staff went above and beyond to make sure my son's birthday experience was amazing. Hand sanitizer was placed everywhere, staff was around wiping down games frequently. My family and friends felt safe being there during these Covid times.

Unfortunately, they have priced themselves out of what I would think most families would view as a reasonable expense for the amount. One pizza and four drinks $33? 90 minutes of play $33? Charge you for the card? If you forget to pause it you are out of luck? My kids played for nearly three hours and only won two lollipops? Shame this place used to be great. Won't be back.

We had our daughters birthday party here. The kids had a blast but they seemed to be shirt staffed which caused a little bit if an issue. Everyone was very nice.

It's Chuck E. Cheese where a kid can be a kid. This place is definitely for your children. My children 3,5,9,11 love this place. They think the food is delicious, they games are fun. As an adult I think the food is awful and the games boring, that being said I still take my children here quite often. You buy a card with a time limit and the kids play until the time is up. I say take your little people and let them have fun.

The whole family has a great time here! There are various games for every age. The prize counter could be better but the kids always find something that they like. I love the fact that my kids can play and I don't have to worry about them running out the door or a stranger abducting them. Chuck E. Cheese stamps every child and group with a number when they come in and checks it before we leave. We'll definitely be back.

We went at 3:30 on a Monday and almost had the place to ourselves. The ticket eater machine didn't accurately count some of our tickets, so they very kindly gave us the amount we thought we had. I do like that your child can't leave without you. My two year old is a runner, so it's a nice extra buffer between him and the parking lot.

I was in there a couple weeks back and can say that I genuinely enjoyed the place. Holland was very helpful and checked with me and my kids several times to make sure our needs were met. The only thing I have to complain about is the fact that several of the games were replaced with others that I have never seen before. The main thing I come there for is the animatronic, but sadly, I recently found out that they are removing it. With that being said, me coming back is?debatable.

Granted they were busy. Many of the machines were out of tickets, the lines were creating a big wait, which of course due to the new way you pay to play really cut down on the kids time to play machines. Sarah was doing the best she could, was very courteous and smiled, but she was the only employee working the counter for the kids to submit their tickets for prizes. The tables were left not cleared off and drinks spilled. I have been to this location many times and was never like this.

Low staff applied last week and were very picky about their employees( I'm burned on my left arm and they thought it would be bad for business if it scares the kids and I wasn't smiling for the interview because I was nervous and they didn't like that.) Tweet and McKenzie took good care of our family and made sure we were still able to have a bday party for my niece even though we booked it for the wrong day.

Honestly this place is just not the same anymore because of this pandemic. No more paper tickets -- they get loaded to your card. And several of th games didn't properly load the tickets to the card. Paid $25 for an hour of play that got me 180 tickets which was enough for 4 micro lollipops and a small car. And the card is still the same price for less games available for usage. Some of the games that were live were broke. They say they santize every 30 minutes but I didn't see anyone sanitize games or bath

Took my grandson there for his birthday and the staff acted like it was a bother to them. Cashier stayed on the phone why he was suppose to be interacting with the kids as they picked out their prizes. I mean dam it's over rated as it is and the employees can't even take the time with the kids. This was the broad street location. I just did my child's 7th birthday here and I cannot wait to contact the corporate office about the horrific experience that I had. This location is understaffed, disrespectful, unsanitary, and the quality is not even close to the amount of money they ask for. I forgot how much fun Chuck-e-cheese is!! Our 3 year old had an absolute blast!! There are games and play areas for all ages. And the pizza is SO stinking good! As a parent, I also really appreciated having security at the door.

Chuck e cheese had a really good deal going when my daughters and I went recently. We received 100 points for 20 dollars. The place was clean, and everyone seemed to be having fun. We had so many points were going to have to come back again to use them all.

Good Chuck-E-Cheese. Very big. They had a reasonable number of staff on the floor fixing things that weren't working. Really good selection for younger kids. My four-year-old was perfectly content for a whole hour playing a little kid games.

It's great fun for the children. The chicken was surprisingly very good. I had fun myself. They try to bundle the food and game card. If u have more than one child, you will need more than one card.

Food is a little bit expensive. The games are new and nice and with the facelift and remodeling the atmosphere is wonderful. Great place for kids birthday party. Looking forward to visiting again.

Was there last night for a party and literally watched a 17 yr old do 2 party's by her self. I asked where was the help and she said everyone had called out or left early. Angel (the 17 yr old party planner) had been there since 9am. It was now 9pm and they closed at 10pm. It was clean and they took every precaution to keep people safe. The machines have been updated and now give "tickets" on a reusable card. This card is also used to play the games. Well done

Went for a family friends kids 5th birthday, hadn't been to a Chuck E. Cheese since 1992, absolutely nothing has changed in the last 28 or so years. I do seem to remember the pizza was bigger back then but maybe i was smaller. Overall a good place to take kids for a party or family evening out.

Food is great, helpful staff, and great environment. We even saw Chuckie but my son was scared. Just an all around pleasant place. Only about 4 other families and us had the whole place. Tuesday afternoon was a great time to come.

Too crowded on the weekends. Should be a limit of people allowed in at a time and if there is a limit then it needs to be reevaluated. Kids ruining games purposely and staff ignores it.
