They made some good improvements here. Indoor play area and a jump pad was a great idea! My son LOVES jumping, it helps with his Autism. Its small but just right to keep an eye on your child without running all over the establishment (like a large trampoline park would be). Best Chuck E. Cheese I been to. Recently upgraded with a new small indoor playground and trampoline zone for addition 15 dollars. But if you get the fun pass it makes it worth coming just to play the games. The pizza is good, not very oily and light so perfect for kids. Plenty of seats near the windows, and pretty clean.

The cashier Nohely was the only reason I didn't give all 1 star. She was great, and the only one who was doing anything. Would have thought she was there alone. When I went to pick up my food and saw that the chicken was plain instead of buffalo, i brought it back to the window and after seeing me there and walking by me 3 times the female woker finally came over and with an attitude took it back to be fixed. Earning tickets for the games are incredibly expensive. Each ticket games payouts were less than ten tickets. Prizes were hundreds and thousands for anything worthwhile. Food was mediocre, good enough for kids. Place was clean and staff was great. Would still go again for scheduling kids b'day and just bringing kids to pass a few hours in general. Much better than the Everett location one. Thats always covered in vomit or urine on the floors.

We had my son?s 5th birthday at Chuck E Cheese and it was fantastic. The place was extremely clean, the service was phenomenal and everything went smoothly. Our party host was Leo and he went above and beyond for us. He was extremely kind and patient. Every interaction we had with the staff was met with a smile. They had everything we needed and more plus they were always ahead of the game getting food, drinks, party supplies, etc. We had a wonderful time and cannot thank Leo enough for all his hard work! G

I just love this place! The staff are amazing, they treat us like gold. We've been coming to this location since my son was born 7 years ago. We use rewards and we get good and drinks and make it a day!

Very well maintained and clean store, the Studio C Alpha bot was also in amazing condition, friendly staff & all the show features were working like it was new in the 2000?s.

I was watching a friend's little boy so I decided to go and spend time there while we waited for his mom. He had already eaten. We just went to play. We got a pass and I let him go. There were so many things for him to do. It was a fun time. Look online and they have some good coupons that will help.

I'm a preschool teacher. My class had a field trip here today. They had a blast! It's safe & enclosed, perfect for a rainy day like today. And for $8.99 per child (group price), including 20 tokens and pizzas & drinks, very worth it.

Shortly after arriving, a kid vomited and I yelled into the kitchen to let the staff know (because no one was at the front counter) and it's been an hour and no one was cleaned it up. I typically don't go to this location because it's kind of trash, and this just reminds me why. $12for a over crowded not properly supervised trampoline area even with a birthday party we had to pay... So if you wanna go you have to wait until after bday time over for play pass .. food came out cold had to ask for cups constantly bday table so crowded in people were piled on top of each other... Considering I used to go to Chuck E cheese when it used to have the ball pit it's really gone down. If you're a parent that have lots of money to spend, this is a perfect place you go. You put a lot of money on the card and let them play their hearts out. The new program they have allows you to pay a flat fee to play continuous. Whether it's going to be half an hour or more. I paid $15 for half an hour of continuous play. For that half an hour it was great she got to play every single game that she wanted

My 7 y/o granddaughters very first time at Chuck E Cheese. The atmosphere was fun and she was SO excited to be here. Unfortunately most of the "playing" games (not the rides) were not functioning properly. Example, no balls, not operational at this time or out of service. Very disappointing for a little girl expecting to play all the games. Not to mention the overpriced food. $43.00 for 2 pizzas & drinks... fun but we won't be rushing back anytime soon.

We had a great time with our 3 kids. 4 1 and 7m. I will say a lot of the games are a little too complex for even my 4 year old and wish there's was a few more actual games and not just rides that younger kids could play. Kids had fun gaming but the ticket count seemed low, the shark cupcakes where more like corn bread than cakes and we saw Chuck E. only once in a 2+ hour period. We took out son here on his birthday to play with his cousin, they had a blast. Place was very clean, specially the rest rooms. Awesome time every single time! Awesome new games too. . We go there all the time and the staff know our names. I'm so happy they survived the pandemic because it's our favorite place to hang out at.

Make sure to bring your own first aid kit, my daughter bumped into one of the games really hard and there were no ice pad nor anything to put on her, none of the workers had any idea how to help, we had to leave before time beacause of the incident.

Very disappointed with me and my daughters first (and last) experience with this Chuck E. Cheese. The website and sign on their door states that they open at 10:00am. An employee couldn't even get in the building at 10:15 and his manager finally showed up at 11:00. To my surprise after paying for games/food, we realized that none of the games were working. We were told they will be on within 5 minutes. We waited for over 30 minutes with still no games working before asking for a refund. Nothing but attitude

Realistically. 1,2,and 3 yr olds will struggle to find something they can do. 4yr old maybe...but rides and games are better suited to little kids that can understand games somewhat, and older than 8 yrs old will get bored fast. My son enjoyed it quite a bit, but thank god for chuck E. Mouse actually coming out and greeting all the kids otherwise it would?ve been a dud. My sons 4, there wasn't many things he could play a lot of the stuff that I remember as a kid wasn't there anymore, no play ground or ball pit. Really just a bunch of video games that last 1-3 minutes and only so many of those, We weren't there for more than 20 mins before we had tried everything already. It is a good experience for kids with a so many different categories of games and machines very well convenient to play and wide area to enjoy as a parent see kids run all around machines whichever would be preferred individually but tricky ball machine to grab it.

It's nice and clean. Bathroom were clean at 8PM on the Saturday I visited which is a miracle! They recently added some games which is nice but unfortunately a lot of them were out of service or I had to swipe twice to get it going!

Staff were nice although a bit over extended, one woman was trying to run the counter and the entrance at the same time so she had to stop part way through everyone's orders to run across to the gate every time someone entered or exited, it got a bit ridiculous. Lots of 'out of order' games but we all still had a great time as it was a fun atmosphere.

My kid loves the place, it was clean and the games/rides all worked and the food was surprisingly better than I remember from the last time I went to a Chunky's many years ago. Not stellar, but not horrible. No complaints.

We went for my daughters 6th birthday and a lot of the machines were broken and take our points and when we notified the staff they didn't really care. It was a hit or miss with the staff members, some were nice and others were not. A lot of them seemed to be grumpy though. I wouldn't go back to this Chuck e Cheese. It was very clean though.

Very crowded. Kids will be kids but the parents have no respect for others. If you get food and then you play with you kid. Someone will sit at your table and eat your food. Because there not paying for it. There is around 8 game that are out of order. The prices are a little high but the food is ok. Not great. But just ok. This place is very small. And they put a lot inside so everyone bumps into one another.

Not a busy day but everyone working made it a memorable experience. My son asked one if the managers to play with him while his dad and I were eating and he happily agreed. My son did not want to leave when we wanted to leave and instead of getting irrated with a crying child they all tried to make him smile.

Really rude staff. I came in with my nephew who is 4 and she told me that he would need to wear a mask. I said no problem. I was told that I could buy one there but then I get yelled at by an older woman because apparently he shouldn't have been inside at all without a mask. I'm not from MA and wasn't aware of the rules. service could get better, when I got there there were only dirty tables, I had to clean one myself. there were more than 4 machines out of service it may not sound like alot but on a busy day like a Saturday probably made my experience like a 3 start.

Food is decent enough for an afternoon out with the kids. Best bet is to get the meal deals that include game tokens. Games reward good tickets and the prizes are good enough to pkease the kids.

Terrible. They threw out all my food,drinks, and my kids tickets and photos while we where up playing games. Ya games are one token but each token is $.33. Plus they took the kids favorite thing, the play place maze. Way Over priced.
