Very great! My kids and I had such a good time at this location. Food was great and so was the service. The worker at the front with the tan glasses and long braids was very helpful to me and my kids. She made sure my kids were in good hands. I love that this location takes pictures now instead of the stamps.

Staff were super great at my daughter's 3rd birthday in January. We visited again on Monday, April 21, and everything was clean, most machines were operational, and staff were kind and helpful. Will definitely keep coming back.

We had a birthday party here and overall the whole event was a success. My 5 year old had the best time. Everything that could have been better did not phase her one bit. And that was the goal. Give her the best experience. I did not take time to go through the full instruction of the event and that may have better prepared me. I appreciated the request to take a picture of my child when arriving and showing the picture to be permitted to leave. The bounce area was a kid favorite and required CEC socks to give visual proof of access purchase. I The staff was more not friendly and I only found the manager and cashier to be helpful.

It's a no for me! The manager was very unpleasant. These location seems to function differently than the other locations we normally go to. Laural, Glen Burnie and Baltimore. It was pretty busy and they ask u to take a picture of yourself on ur phone with the kids u bring. The atmosphere just felt a little sketchy to me. If your YT or foreign probably ok but Black Americans Proceed with caution. P. S I just left. I didn't spend any min here. It was clear we weren't exactly welcome.

The worst Chuck E. Cheese ever! So dirty! Came here 2 days in a row and the same toilet was filled with tp and poo! The salad bar is never fresh. What I'm assuming is the manager is the rudest person ever! We have been her multiple times because it's the closest to us and it gets worse every time. We won't be back anymore!

We went on a weekday evening. Not crowded. The staff were great. Food not. Pizza needs a new recipe. Plenty for kids to do.

my kids (ages 5,7,13) had a blast, the 6 kid birthday party deal was great, go in the later part of evening for less crowd.

We visited on a Thursday evening around 745pm and stayed until closing. It was a very light crowd so the kids enjoyed playing all the games.

They rushed us and they over book there parties. They should only have so many in one time and they shouldn't have to have them singing. Happy birthday at the same time. Opening gifts at the same time and then 30 minutes before your time is up, they wanna tell you, you have to move. You can't give out goodie bags until they say so. Even if you bowl yourself So I wouldn't recommend having a birthday party there at all.

Great experience at this Chuck E Cheese. Had the sweet and chili wings- wow, new favorite. Buffalo wings were good. Stuffed crust pizza was really good too- kids even commented how good the pizza was. Wish prices were not so high. Very clean and friendly staff.

Had my son 1st birthday at the Parkville location the party host Jordan was nothing but amazing. She was friendly, energetic, attentive and was able to answer any and all questions we had. Jordan even went above and beyond and checked in on food order that some of the guest placed that was in my party. If you have a party at the Parkville location ask for Jordan. Understaffed, rude manager, to pay $12 to jump on a trampoline is unbelievable and unacceptable, table's not clean, no one to walk the floor to stop other children from taking from other children, we'll never come back. Paid over $212 to be pushed around and not happy.

Haven't been in years took my grandkids they loved it. It's like a mini arcade for toddlers. A lot has changed, but I like it, the kids loved it. The pizza is delicious still.

The worker wearing a black shirt, with curly short brown hair and glasses was very helpful and was able to anwser all of my questions. She made sure kids were not running around crazy making it an overall good experience! The frys were very good.

Great family fun with the granddaughter! They added more games and a trampoline and took out the stage. Chuck E. comes out the top of each hour.

I've been to this location for 5 weeks in a row with my summer fun pass and my daughter and I have a blast every trip! The staff members go above and beyond. The food is always fast and delicious. Very happy with my experience!

My granddaughter got milk for her children. One was expired on 2/17. We were there on 3/8. The milk was curdled and the manager was very snarky and asked where she got it. He showed no concern that his establishment had sold it ..no refund...no replacement.

Had a really great time. We go early to avoid the crowd and wait times. Staff are really nice and helpful and the place is clean. Some broken machines getting fixed would make this a 5-star experience. We will def return soon for the Halloween fun!

Told myself i wouldn't return after a horrible birthday party two years ago but glad we decided to give it another try. Food was good, staff was friendly and the place was pretty clean. My family had a blast n the boys can't wait to return.

Not the CEC I remember as a kid. It doesn't have a stage BUT as a parent of a small child, it's a much safer environment, pizza was very good, very clean too. We will be going back for sure.

The facility in and of itself was clean and well staffed. However, half the games were broken in an already small location and the individuals frequenting it were absolutely out of control. Our empty cups left on the table were stolen by teenagers to be used. So many parents were sitting at tables on their phones while their kids were left unsupervised running wild. Completely ruined it for us after paying $65 for an hour of play and a pizza that took an hour to come out smh. Ridiculous.

My food wasn't good at all. My ribs were half done, and my salmon overcooked. They did recook it, but it was pretty much the same. I won't be dining at this location again.

It's really changed over the decades since I was a child--no more frightening mechanical band of animals playing creepy music. The pizza is actually tasty nowadays, too! Most of all, I appreciate how the targeted age group is noticeably age 4 to age 8, and this is reflected in the choice of games and amusements. Plus, there weren't any big kids or teens present to run over the little ones. The party packages are affordable, and the unlimited game play pass was great.

The attendees were very patient with my family with the grand kids. We had not been there in years. The process is now you buy points or minutes, no tokens. The pizza is still good and it was very clean. We will bring the kids back again soon.

Went here for my niece birthday celebration and was pleased with the noise level, not to loud, even with all the kids from 3 birthday parties. Its one of the smaller ones in the area, but the layout was setup so you can find your kid in a matter os seconds instead of minutes as in the larger stores. I love the way you purchase time rather than tokens. It was clean, it wasn't busy, and the children enjoyed themselves. They no longer use the stamping method, you have to take a picture of your children and then show them once you leave.

We had a private birthday party for our 5-year-old. It was nice to be able to rent out the whole place in the morning. Food is good and the kids love the games.

So I took my friends kid here while babysitting. We came when they first opened and honestly had a great time. I'm giving a three star because 1) a bunch of games were broken. One game was actually broken in a good way (it gave us like 10 free plays). 2) unlike Chuck E. Cheese's in my day they don't have a jungle gym. I understand this place is smaller so they can't really accommodate one.. but Physical activity is important. I will say they do have some physically challenging games but not many. 3) a bunch

Some games do not function properly, and others are "out of order". The game pricing is reasonable, but the food pricing is too high for the quality. This place needs some updating, but my 3 year old son still likes going there.

This was actually my first time going since I've been a kid, and even though it wasn't the same Chuck e cheese that I remember; I went for my nephew's 5th birthday and it was actually pretty decent. I was born in 1992 and I probably went for my 5th birthday and since then I have not been. But 25 years later after the one in Essex was shut down, there's been many upgrades and changes in the food. The pizza was the best but I wish they spread out the games a little more.

We recently visited for my daughter's 4th birthday. The food was very "meh", but the kids had fun with the games, which is the whole point. I know the crowds vary in size, but we went on Saturday around 5 and it was manageable.

Prices a little too high for families with more than one child, for the quality. No register receipts given, "Broken" paper roll machine....all you can eat salad bar nit monitored for replenishing, token cards on a timer ...it has really changed. Well managed, just too crowded. The place seems to be managed and run well. There were just a lot of people there and that was to be expected. They kept the place pretty clean as well. The only thing that could have been better was the food, which was not great. Not only because of taste but also because of presentation. Some of the food was a bit sloppy, I assume because of the volume of food being produced and distributed. All-in-all, it was a pretty great time for the kids, which is most important.

First Chuck E needs to bring back the creepy animatronic animals. I miss them. With that on the table, they have survived Covid and pivoted to being a great pizza joint and arcade. The pizza is cheap but amazing. Get the veggie pizza. Small pieces cut just for kids but adult sized. Arcade is super fun and great way to spend a night. Prizes are better then when we were kids.

Chuck E Cheese hostess my daughters party and it was great. The host was very attentive and nice. They had everything set up when we came. After the party, instinctively I started to clean the table and the host ran over to stop me and they fi ishea. We had a great time.

About 30% of the games/rides are broken. It's packed with kids who aren't being supervised. The pizza is good though and the staff works hard to provide tables and decent customer service. I will go again.

This location has the most entertainment for younger children (Kindergarten) in comparison to the other locations I've visited. I prefer the set up as well, the design allows for a great view of the entire play area from the center tables and chairs.
