Very great! My kids and I had such a good time at this location. Food was great and so was the service. The worker at the front with the tan glasses and long braids was very helpful to me and my kids. She made sure my kids were in good hands. I love that this location takes pictures now instead of the stamps.
Staff were super great at my daughter's 3rd birthday in January. We visited again on Monday, April 21, and everything was clean, most machines were operational, and staff were kind and helpful. Will definitely keep coming back.
We had a birthday party here and overall the whole event was a success. My 5 year old had the best time. Everything that could have been better did not phase her one bit. And that was the goal. Give her the best experience. I did not take time to go through the full instruction of the event and that may have better prepared me. We had a party and there were literally 3 other party?s going on at the same time. Surprisingly we were able to play games with no issues. The Chuckie celebration was a bit underwhel
I appreciated the request to take a picture of my child when arriving and showing the picture to be permitted to leave. The bounce area was a kid favorite and required CEC socks to give visual proof of access purchase. I The staff was more not friendly and I only found the manager and cashier to be helpful.
It's a no for me! The manager was very unpleasant. These location seems to function differently than the other locations we normally go to. Laural, Glen Burnie and Baltimore. It was pretty busy and they ask u to take a picture of yourself on ur phone with the kids u bring. The atmosphere just felt a little sketchy to me. If your YT or foreign probably ok but Black Americans Proceed with caution. P. S I just left. I didn't spend any min here. It was clear we weren't exactly welcome.
The worst Chuck E. Cheese ever! So dirty! Came here 2 days in a row and the same toilet was filled with tp and poo! The salad bar is never fresh. What I'm assuming is the manager is the rudest person ever! We have been her multiple times because it's the closest to us and it gets worse every time. We won't be back anymore!
We went on a weekday evening. Not crowded. The staff were great. Food not. Pizza needs a new recipe. Plenty for kids to do.
my kids (ages 5,7,13) had a blast, the 6 kid birthday party deal was great, go in the later part of evening for less crowd.
We visited on a Thursday evening around 745pm and stayed until closing. It was a very light crowd so the kids enjoyed playing all the games.
They rushed us and they over book there parties. They should only have so many in one time and they shouldn't have to have them singing. Happy birthday at the same time. Opening gifts at the same time and then 30 minutes before your time is up, they wanna tell you, you have to move. You can't give out goodie bags until they say so. Even if you bowl yourself So I wouldn't recommend having a birthday party there at all.
We absolutely love this place. What a lifesaver for kids in brutal winter. Super nice staff and managers. Awesome pizza. So many nice games and prizes. Wow, what more can you ask for.
Great experience at this Chuck E Cheese. Had the sweet and chili wings- wow, new favorite. Buffalo wings were good. Stuffed crust pizza was really good too- kids even commented how good the pizza was. Wish prices were not so high. Very clean and friendly staff.
Had my son 1st birthday at the Parkville location the party host Jordan was nothing but amazing. She was friendly, energetic, attentive and was able to answer any and all questions we had. Jordan even went above and beyond and checked in on food order that some of the guest placed that was in my party. If you have a party at the Parkville location ask for Jordan. Let's not talk about the amazing energetic Chuckie that was there, very entertaining and friendly with kids. Thank you all for giving my son an am
Understaffed, rude manager, to pay $12 to jump on a trampoline is unbelievable and unacceptable, table's not clean, no one to walk the floor to stop other children from taking from other children, we'll never come back. Paid over $212 to be pushed around and not happy.
Haven't been in years took my grandkids they loved it. It's like a mini arcade for toddlers. A lot has changed, but I like it, the kids loved it. The pizza is delicious still.
The worker wearing a black shirt, with curly short brown hair and glasses was very helpful and was able to anwser all of my questions. She made sure kids were not running around crazy making it an overall good experience! The frys were very good.
We came in really close to closing time and everyone that worked there was so nice. The food was good. Good work guys!
Great family fun with the granddaughter! They added more games and a trampoline and took out the stage. Chuck E. comes out the top of each hour.
Highly recommend this location for a birthday party. Highly organized, very clean, and incredibly attentive service. Great selection of games and just a blast for the kids from start to finish. Pizza was surprisingly good!
I've been to this location for 5 weeks in a row with my summer fun pass and my daughter and I have a blast every trip! The staff members go above and beyond. The food is always fast and delicious. Very happy with my experience!
My granddaughter got milk for her children. One was expired on 2/17. We were there on 3/8. The milk was curdled and the manager was very snarky and asked where she got it. He showed no concern that his establishment had sold it ..no refund...no replacement.
Had a really great time. We go early to avoid the crowd and wait times. Staff are really nice and helpful and the place is clean. Some broken machines getting fixed would make this a 5-star experience. We will def return soon for the Halloween fun!
Told myself i wouldn't return after a horrible birthday party two years ago but glad we decided to give it another try. Food was good, staff was friendly and the place was pretty clean. My family had a blast n the boys can't wait to return.
Not the CEC I remember as a kid. It doesn't have a stage BUT as a parent of a small child, it's a much safer environment, pizza was very good, very clean too. We will be going back for sure.
It's little fun for the kids, but the games are outdated, and the food is overpriced. Just look at the 3.49 french fries portion here
Had way beyond too much all at once going on and DEFINITELY not enough staff/employees at all , needs more better organization DEFINITELY
Nice place me and my mom went in to sit and get something to eat I asked them if we could come into sit and eat he said we could so we sat down. The pizza was pretty good. It was a nice time. I would probably come back if I had my little cousin or something because you kind of stick out if you are just an adult going there.
Traditional chuck e cheese franchise environment for children. Plenty of games, bouncy house, and a dance floor for birthday parties. -- 'Sorry millennials no more mechanical chuck e cheese.'
Great service and clean environment. We gone to quite a few Chuck E Cheeses and this is by far the best one so far. Not to mention the recently opened trampoline zone. Highly recommended. Will definitely be bringing the kids back.
The staff was great, but the management could take lessons in customer service. Finding hair in the pizza was the first turn?? off. Why isn't your staff wearing hair nets??? There were several games that were out of order and instead of turning them off so that kids wouldn't use them they left them on, which took their points. When I walked into the place I didn't have any children with me because I parked the car. However my husband got his hand stamped along with MY son (13), my stepdaughter (5), HER si
Great clean friendly not to crowded I can say best one in Baltimore to me
Took my 3 kids for my son's 9th birthday today and we had a ball. Great customer service
Took the kids there for the day and they really enjoyed their time.
Went early afternoon with my daughter and grand granddaughter for her 4th birthday. It wasn't too busy and service was great! Eric is really great, thank you!
Having to make the greeters speak is horrible . I will never visit this location again!!!! They are rude and tired looking . Too many young people working here.
The facility in and of itself was clean and well staffed. However, half the games were broken in an already small location and the individuals frequenting it were absolutely out of control. Our empty cups left on the table were stolen by teenagers to be used. So many parents were sitting at tables on their phones while their kids were left unsupervised running wild. Completely ruined it for us after paying $65 for an hour of play and a pizza that took an hour to come out smh. Ridiculous.
My food wasn't good at all. My ribs were half done, and my salmon overcooked. They did recook it, but it was pretty much the same. I won't be dining at this location again.
Clean, organized, attentive staff. Fixed games and activities immediately. Loved play pass experience for kids. Great value. More gluten free options needed.
The kiddie casino! This particular one was super clean, warm, and inviting. The only bad thing was when I went with my kid to cash in her tickets, she had 1,300, asked for a cotton candy, a mini skateboard, and 1 of these blue chewy candies, and the girl gave her a handful (which I thought was really sweet of her to throw her some extra)...but when we asked the balance this jerk told her she used all her tickets!!!! Really?!!! Sorry you hate your job, but for the kids, that is the best part, picking your p
The staff were great and for a Chuck E. Cheese it was pretty tidy.
Pizza took almost an hour to be done. Waited 23minuets to cash out the tickets while there being 3 worker doing nothing but talk and looking at us. Bad management do better please.
Pizza was awsome! Staff was exceptional, my grandbaby lost her bracelet and card that had her games on it. I went to staff with my recpt and they gave me a new card and bracelet with games loaded with no hassle. Great experience
Very nice place to bring our kids... they have update the way you get your tickets... now tickets will go to your points card that way you don't have to carry paper tickets... 100% recomend
I just had my daughter?s 5th birthday party here today, her first big birthday party since she was 1! Our party host was D and was absolutely phenomenal! He checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. He even went out of his way to make one of my daughter?s birthday guests happy when she was unhappy with the dip n dots. I was told about a survey I could fill out but was unable to find where to do it because I'm not that great with technology. But I needed to at least give him the praise he des
Great place for kids to have fun!
My daughter had her party here a few weeks ago and the staff was just excellent, the atmosphere was clean and it wasn't overly crowded. Today we are back for a friends party and I had Starbucks I just purchased and the girl at the door said no outside drinks. I had a feeling that was the case so I went to through it away and the manager tried to stop before saying that they made exceptions for coffee. No big deal for me I knew I might not have been allowed to bring it in. A few minutes later the manager cam
I take my daughter here frequently.Kind of crowded which means many people show up here. However they should fix the games that don't work and have more people at the counter for customers to avoid standing in line to redeem their coupons.Overall nice place but could do with better management
We enjoyed ourselves at this Location compared to the Rt 40 location. We went between 4-5 on a Friday, it wasn't crowded at all. I hope to come back again.
I haven't been there in a long time but my son liked it.
Mornings here are not busy at all ...lots of parking... Super clean and friendly...kids are well protected at this establishment as far as who they come and leave with....Chuck E his self came out to greet the children! .....kids had a blast!!!...food was yummy...Great location near other stores ... Definitely going back !!! 11/14/22 ... Went back for my babies birthday! Great time clean and we all had a great time they were the best.
Very friendly staff and clean atmosphere! I enjoyed bringing my daycare kids here.
Granted, I went on a weekend. So it was very intense...But I was kinda disappointed. I haven't been to one in years and I was so excited to take our little guy (2.5) there was barely anything for toddlers. And 2 of the few things were broken. None of the photos rides had ink/paper and no one ever replaced it when I asked. The food was delicious and the staff running the birthday party area were great! They were fast and on top of everything! I also had extra points left over on our card and I had asked th
I took my grandson here yesterday the 9th of February and of course he had a blast. Can't say enough things about the District Manager and staff here they were so nice
It's really changed over the decades since I was a child--no more frightening mechanical band of animals playing creepy music. The pizza is actually tasty nowadays, too! Most of all, I appreciate how the targeted age group is noticeably age 4 to age 8, and this is reflected in the choice of games and amusements. Plus, there weren't any big kids or teens present to run over the little ones. The party packages are affordable, and the unlimited game play pass was great.
The attendees were very patient with my family with the grand kids. We had not been there in years. The process is now you buy points or minutes, no tokens. The pizza is still good and it was very clean. We will bring the kids back again soon.
Very friendly and caring staff. Gave us all of their attention, as well as singing and playing with the children!
We were here for my sons 6th birthday party and it was everything! I remember having my birthday party at Chuck E Cheese around his age and I think it's a special thing to be able to bring my kids here for their birthdays as well. It's reasonably priced and I love the new(er) play passes. The only complaint I have (that was echoed by the other adults that were playing) is that I wish you could swipe your play pass for several tone s at once for the games that still use tokens instead of getting the tokens o
The young lady working at kid check in didn't greet us at all, she actually didn't say one word to us. She just reached out to grab our hands for the stamp. No smile, no directions. Weird and rude. We were waiting at the register to purchase our play pass and food but a lady who walked up and was loud with the employees got help first. So if you need help here just get loud and they'll serve you before anyone else. When we finally did get help, the manger was very nice but that changed toward the end of th
Went here for my niece birthday celebration and was pleased with the noise level, not to loud, even with all the kids from 3 birthday parties. Its one of the smaller ones in the area, but the layout was setup so you can find your kid in a matter os seconds instead of minutes as in the larger stores. The staff that I've interacted with were knowledgeable of all sales and coupons which made my search for deals invalid. Definitely worth checking out while you are in the area for a quick buffet during the we
A lot of games didn't work, but staff was helpful in resolving... Many times over. Pizza was better than expected, if a bit pricey. Manager who eventually assisted us at prize counter was fantastic with the kids. Thank you, we will return, my daughter loves it.
Started doing a new thing where you can use points to play or you can have a time limit on a card. Best thing ever! Pizza amazing as always and the deliver now too ??. Customer service is amazing. An surprisingly they are able to keep they place clean even with the swarm of children running in every direction. Great place to take the whole family.
I love the way you purchase time rather than tokens. It was clean, it wasn't busy, and the children enjoyed themselves. They no longer use the stamping method, you have to take a picture of your children and then show them once you leave.
My children loved it & the other children loved it,they had fun! They had Pizza,Cake,Soda etc! They played games & took pictures 2gether & this is where a grown up can be a kid & a kid be a kid?? I wish I could remember the man's name who took care of us for my daughter Heaven's birthday party but he was so amazing, sweet, caring, helpful & he treated my daughter very very good! He took care of all our needs & questions too! Thank you so much! My daughter's birthday party was a blast! Thank u for bringing out
We had a private birthday party for our 5-year-old. It was nice to be able to rent out the whole place in the morning. Food is good and the kids love the games.
So I took my friends kid here while babysitting. We came when they first opened and honestly had a great time. I'm giving a three star because 1) a bunch of games were broken. One game was actually broken in a good way (it gave us like 10 free plays). 2) unlike Chuck E. Cheese's in my day they don't have a jungle gym. I understand this place is smaller so they can't really accommodate one.. but Physical activity is important. I will say they do have some physically challenging games but not many. 3) a bunch
Some games do not function properly, and others are "out of order". The game pricing is reasonable, but the food pricing is too high for the quality. This place needs some updating, but my 3 year old son still likes going there.
I took my son in for a few hours and he had a great time. I loved that have you take a pic of your child and show them upon exit, to ensure you have the right child. I gave a 4 out if my 5 stars because 2 of the bathroom stalls didn't have toilet paper.
Over priced games and pizza. We took our 3 year old grandson there today and I guess it's been a while since I was there. I was shocked at the prices of both the play time and pizza prices. A medium "10 slice" cheese pizza was $16.49. And now I know why it was 10 pcs. The slices were a little less than 3" wide. Almost $17.00 for a pre-made small frozen pizza? Never again. In regard to the $16.00 30 minute play time using the wrist band, this was another rip off. They do not tell you there are "fees
This is a young child's place. There are plenty of games for children. The pizza is half decent . The price is high for what you get.
This was actually my first time going since I've been a kid, and even though it wasn't the same Chuck e cheese that I remember; I went for my nephew's 5th birthday and it was actually pretty decent. I was born in 1992 and I probably went for my 5th birthday and since then I have not been. But 25 years later after the one in Essex was shut down, there's been many upgrades and changes in the food. The pizza was the best but I wish they spread out the games a little more.
The employee Kinyah was competent and helpful and kind. Their patience with us is greatly appreciated. The employee handling the games also was very helpful and kind but I didn't get his name. My son had a great birthday :)
You have to try the stuff crust pizza. It is surprisingly really good. It's very competitive in the terms of pizza. The prices are very high, so I would only get pizza. If your there with your kids like myself. The kids have a blast, and this location (only one I been too) frequently swap out games. So it's hardly ever the same. Tips: Get points over time. This let's you set a maximum time, but can be shorter if they blow through their points. Additionally, the points don't expire, so you can use them nex
Not at all like a traditional Chuck E Cheese but in a good way. It was tidy and clean with modern games and a great process for birthday parties. My 4yo loved it.
On Saturday, November 28, 2020, we celebrated my nephew 1st birthday party at the Chuck E. Cheese on 5 South Parksay in Belair MD. We had a problem getting their on time due to a family issues. Hannah our host was extremely nice and professional. She was very patient with us. She made sure that our guest that did arrive on time was comfortable. She listened as we explained why we wasn't able to start on time. Her and the supervisor that was on duty that night made sure the kids that was there was entertain
We recently visited for my daughter's 4th birthday. The food was very "meh", but the kids had fun with the games, which is the whole point. I know the crowds vary in size, but we went on Saturday around 5 and it was manageable.
Prices a little too high for families with more than one child, for the quality. No register receipts given, "Broken" paper roll machine....all you can eat salad bar nit monitored for replenishing, token cards on a timer ...it has really changed. Clean and working games made it fun for the kids though. Try to find the balance so more parents can afford it. ??
Staff was very friendly and kind to my daughter. She got a bloody nose and staff came and helped. She was scared but she was comforted by one of the female staff there. The food was good and every game was a lot of fun for her. Will definitely come back
I love this location. It's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is pretty good! My kids always have a great time!
Well managed, just too crowded. The place seems to be managed and run well. There were just a lot of people there and that was to be expected. They kept the place pretty clean as well. The only thing that could have been better was the food, which was not great. Not only because of taste but also because of presentation. Some of the food was a bit sloppy, I assume because of the volume of food being produced and distributed. All-in-all, it was a pretty great time for the kids, which is most important.
First Chuck E needs to bring back the creepy animatronic animals. I miss them. With that on the table, they have survived Covid and pivoted to being a great pizza joint and arcade. The pizza is cheap but amazing. Get the veggie pizza. Small pieces cut just for kids but adult sized. Arcade is super fun and great way to spend a night. Prizes are better then when we were kids.
Chuck E Cheese hostess my daughters party and it was great. The host was very attentive and nice. They had everything set up when we came. After the party, instinctively I started to clean the table and the host ran over to stop me and they fi ishea. We had a great time.
Great customer service they were very helpful, very clean, fast food. Took my son there for his 5th birthday and he absolutely loved it!!
Aleisha was a great party host! Her energy was great the entire event from the minute we walked in the door to the last minute of us wrapping up the event and leaving. 10/10!!! Thank you so much for helping us make our daughters 2nd birthday a fun memorable one!!
My 2 kids had a great time . Actually cheaper than I expected tbh, even better that we got to see chuck E come out & sing. Friendly environment, will be returning !
Took the niece for her Birthday. Had a wonderful time. Staff were very efficient and helpful. Going again soon. My wife loves the stuffed crust pizza.
About 30% of the games/rides are broken. It's packed with kids who aren't being supervised. The pizza is good though and the staff works hard to provide tables and decent customer service. I will go again.
This location has the most entertainment for younger children (Kindergarten) in comparison to the other locations I've visited. I prefer the set up as well, the design allows for a great view of the entire play area from the center tables and chairs.
I had not been to a Chuck E. Cheese for years until I went today for my neice's birthday. It has changed sooo much and I am not sure if it was for the better. No animatronics, Chuck E. comes out only for a few minutes, and the games are a bit different than they used to be. The food was comparable to cafeteria food which makes me wonder why they charge the prices for it that they do. The staff seemed friendly but the bathrooms were not very clean. The kids did seem to have fun though which is why I have giv
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
