Food was good but everything has changed. They removed the sky tubes and the animatronics. It's an arcade now. Giant screens here. I came for my little sisters birthday and almost cried, same with my mom. Don't bring your kids here unless you want to pay 20 dollars for 2 kids to play on a mini trampoline.

We had my daughters 5th Birthday party there and everyone that was included in our party had a great time and the party host which was also the head person that was over the party planners was our host for the party. I would definitely suggest it for a birthday because they made it so easy to just enjoy the day and if you needed anything they were there too help and answer questions.

It was great going on a Tuesday not packed a few kids which was awesome but ordered some food just to get me by but garbage? never again I got wings some fries the wings just look at the pics more so both were undercooked and the trash should of got pizza instead? I do reviews got and bad so beside the food everything was cool just don't order wings or fries get pizza????

Great place to spend a couple hours playing games with my son, it seemed the day I went the air conditioning wasn't working so well so it was rather warm. But outside of the temperature they had wonderful games. Many of the games were working and the staff were amazing as well

My son always has a blast there. We have a family fun pass so we are there alot. Felicia is awesome she is always so sweet and kind to my son and myself. Always has a smile on her face. She's the best! Ke'Chaun always has a smile on his face when he sees us coming in. He has always been very helpful during check in /out and a smile on his face.

I love going here! Almost more than my kids! I have a membership that they offer now which makes it way cheaper. The staff are awesome! Since I'm a regular I've been there slot and they all are always friendly even to the ones who are flat out rude or have kids that they can't control they stay calm which is more than I could do. They always make my pizza good only thing I wish they had was margaritas lol

The chic working refused to get fresh lettuce....it was all brown and she rolled her eyes when I told her...pizza was pretty good. I was expecting the usual wacky experience that you get at any kid casino. I didn't get that here. We chose the base party package for 20 people and found surprising value. Our host was absolutely amazing! She kept the party on schedule, the area clean, and provided excellent food service! We couldn't have done it without her! I was so nervous about having a birthday party for 2 kids but David, Sonny, Phylicia, and Emily took all those fears away and it was an amazing time. Both of my kids said it was the best party ever unlike other places I didn't have to do anything they all took such great care of us and were always close by if there was anything we needed. I LOVED Chuck E Cheese as a kid. My parents brought us here at least once a month as a child. Now? Overpriced considering they got rid of all of the fun games, the playground/tubes to climb have been replaced with an *additional upcharge* trampoline area. We had my youngest son's first birthday here, while there wasn't much for itty bitty kiddos to do we still had loads of fun! The pizza was amazing and the staff was super sweet and helpful every step of the way. The games were all fun to play and they were fairly easy to accommodate playing them with my youngest. Having the cards makes it 100X easier for kids in my opinion (though I do miss the coins!) overall the experience was amazing and well definitely be coming back for future birthdays!

Well, everything was going great. But when I got to the fountain drink, both ice machines had mold, which disgusted me. I couldn't enjoy myself other than that my son got a blast. I met Chuck E. Cheese in person. My son has special needs, so he was very happy. Oh we told the staff and they immediately cleaned it up.

Went very early on a Saturday morning, it's gets busy really fast. The counter staff was super helpful. They also have a trampoline park in this location. Recommend doing the timed play vs the point system!

Had my granddaughter's birthday party here and our hostess was very friendly and on top of things. Everything went smoothly and our group had so much fun even the adults. A little pricey but was worth it play unlimited games got goodie bags for kids didn't have to ask for anything, plenty of plates, silverware, and cups at the table. Good portions. I was concerned about the warmer above the counter where the pizza is left for collection. I noticed it's very full of dust. I wished it would be cleaned. Today is Wednesday about 12pm.. There was hardly anyone there & the place & restroom were clean. They just need another person up front checking people in. The pizza was delicious, fresh & hot. There was no ice. But variety of soda options. They have a sale on a monthly pass.

My granddaughter had her 5th bday party there!!! 99$ covers 2 large pizzas, and drinks for the kids and unlimited game cards for 2 hours! It was PERFECT!

We had my daughters 5th birthday party here and I was pretty impressed. Their party program is a pretty well oiled machine. The setup and service was efficient and well managed, Khaleesia, who helped us there was very nice. Considering that we got food, drinks, games, birthday cake, songs, and accommodations for 16 people I think it was a great value for the money. The pizza really isn't bad either.

Me and my family came here to see how different things are since covid 19. It was very different no more salad bar. So far every place I been that had buffet are gone. We came in they was doing temperature checks to get in. Once inside we ordered was told no salad bar. All tables were space apart and some games closed. Of course you have to wear face mask. The kids had fun. They even had hand sanitation that smell like cookies ??

Food is way overpriced so we played games and it's very budget friendly and worth every penny the experience was great!

The whole place sucks. We only stopped in recently after several years of not going, to have lunch. The second we walk in the worker says just to let you know it will be over 2+hrs on food orders. There were maybe 6 people in the place total. The games don't work half the time. The one thing my kids wanted to do, the trampoline, cost extra.

Several games not operating correctly... Some light up & move slowly, others not at all. Many of the games required reading instructions to even understand how to play. 3 of 4 commodes were too dirty to use. The drink area was a sticky mess. The staff was unfriendly. I would not recommend spending your time or money there.

Soo many kids! LOL the crew that works there have more patience then what I would have! And the staff was kind to even the meanest, nasty customers! Could not believe how some mothers dressed and acted to the staff! Edit review. Be prepared to buy jump socks AND jump time on the trampolines! Yes each are separate socks and jump time is it's own cost definitely cheaper than sky zone and urban air!! But only for the small kids.

It was insanely crowded which I understand. But it was heavily understaffed. It took forever for anything at the desk. Went for a party and they didn't even have all the party supplies you were supposed to get. Didn't bother to mention it either until they were requested. The entire experience was just a mess. I feel bad for the young employees because you could tell they were overwhelmed.

The quality of the pizza here as well as the price range I would for surely suggest not buying the food from here. The system of not using coins to play games it quite ridiculous in my opinion as well but other than that very family friendly and they got the cheapest beer on the market.

Glad the ball pit is gone! My 2 year old loves it there! Had her 2nd party there. Our host was prompt and friendly. Facility was pretty clean. Love the breadsticks with ranch! Cotton candy and dip n dots are always a favorite for the older kids! The ticket blaster was a riot and hilarious to watch my daughter and husband in!

It was extremely Hot . Had to change the kids clothes while there do to the. Sweating so bad. It smelled of urine. Fifthy bathrooms. And 70% of games /rides said temporary out of service. Salad bar was nasty. Not kept up with. Other than those things the employees were very friendly and did their job to the best of their ability. We won't be back to the one on the southside.

i loved the visit i got to play a lot of games and chuck e was very nice the pizzas pretty good i except there was the max of 2 machines that broke and a machine kinda broke from my play pass it got stuck on the reading pass thing and it broke so pls fix that but my visit was pretty good the dance floors nice this is all my review i just love the cec lol i also love how its next to a five below

A bit pricy and when you reserve a table for a birthday party, they rush you out when your time is up. My grandsons party was 11 to 1 and, although our table was not reserved for another party, because the table NEXT to it had a party coming at 1 ,we were told our time was up . Pizza was delicious like usual. and the staff was fantastic. But it's not the same child rat casino I once knew. Not a single child was happy to see Chuck E? But this location has been the best since the early 90?s 2000?s. So I'm thanking the staff for a fun time.

The food was awful. My service was terrible and couldn't find the host 90% of the time cause she was hosting and managing. One of my wristbands didn't work and when I asked for a replacement I never received it. The table was crowded and we were sitting on top of each other. The salad was brown and looked spoiled. Had my son's 4th bday here. He had a blast. Would have rated a 5 but or party host had the personality of a rock.

Quite expensive for an hours play with food and drinks, seems more geared up for 5 years on up to 12 year Olds. No shows anymore or animal interaction was only chucky. The prizes still weak and cheesy for the cost of play. For the most part we enjoyed the time with the grand children.

I wish they still had the indoor play equipment. But the kids still love the games:-)

We took our son here for one of his buddies birthday party. Our kids had a lot of fun. Our attendant for the party could not have been nicer to the kids. There was a couple of machines down but you always have a chance of that no matter where you go to play games. We took our kids when they were younger here for birthdays and still have great memories.

If course, this place is not a fun as it used to be but I'll go because I want my kids to have fun and they always love it. Can never beat free entry, but I miss the old ways so this review may be biased. I did not like how staff was standing around the salad bar and leaning up against it. Also the drinking areas were nasty and I didn't want to get anything. Bathrooms are not clean either. Post CoVID, so cleanness is priority.

Although the kids had fun, we should have been told the schedule for the party upon arrival. Party was 10a-12p(mid tier pkg). They brought the pizza to the table at 10:20a. (We weren't given an option.) There was supposed to be 6 balloons, we didn't get any, (not available), the goodie bag for the birthday child was just the bag, no "goodies". Just whatever you get with your tickets to put in it. At $27 per kid (5 minimum) Should have been more organized.

I think there was new management. Ordered right away. They had plenty of staff. They had a ton of new games. Pizza was amazing. Service was great. There were a ton of people inside the store but we didn't wait to play any games and none of them were broken or had any issues not working. Me and my 7 year old daughter went today 01/29/2021. Around 2-2:30 PM. I walked in was instantly greeted by the manager and decided to pay for a hour pass. Me and my daughter walked to the restroom before we started to play. She had a anxiety attack and didn't feel comfortable being there. The Birthday party package was awesome and so was the pizza...delicious...Chuck E. Cheese came a long way that I remember from 10 years ago. Super friendly stuff and no crowds of kids. The medium 5 kids package was only 145$ with pizza, drinks and icecream. My 5 year old daughter loved her Birthday party ...it was awesome, and way less expensive than the adventure park from last year. Thank you Chuck E. Cheese. Highly recommend.

We had a really good time. The employees are friendly and helpful. Chuck E Cheese makes frequent appearances and will pose with your child when asked politely. The games are fun and kid friendly. Adults can play most of them as well. I deducted a star due to the quality of the pizza. Definitely going again!

Took the grandkids recently & the place was nothing like it used to be. Food wasn't as good but yet astronomical prices. Seemed run-down and dirty. Grandson kept getting his leg caught in one attraction. Won't go back.

Awesome staff and lots of fun! All the games were working and since we used a coupon the price couldn't be beat! I highly suggest looking up coupons before going, but we had unlimited play for 3 kids for an hour for only $25!

Our grandsons had a great time playing games. We watched an employees friend have his kids eat at the salad bar. One used the serving spoons for eating. A second was sticking his hands in the Ranch Dressing to lick the dressing. Dad spoke with his lady friend (employee) through the kitchen window while the kids did whatever they wanted. She also came out to the counter and gave his kids a bin to get as many suckers as they wanted.
