This was my first time hosting a birthday party here and it went really well! I have celebrated my birthdays at this place for many years but I chose to hold my daughter's 2nd birthday party here as well. Since she is my only child I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I want to give a special thanks to our server Mahealani for making everything easy during our reserved time. They brought back some of the animatronics here! This is great as this Chuck E needed the animatronics back since alot of the Chuck E Cheeses were removing them only for dance floors. If they do more of this then we can restore the pizzarias of Chuck E back to its former glory! :) Thank you!

By far the cleanest and best Chuck E. Cheese I've ever been to. This place blew me away. Don't let outside parking lot fool you, this place was great. Took my daughter here for her first Chuck E Cheese experience and this branch did not let her down. Very clean, no weird aroma, and sanitizer wipes spread all over. Chuck E. Cheese on Dillingham is our usual family fun spot ? the kids always have a blast! But for special occasions, we love venturing out to the Pearl City location. They have some unique games we don't find at our regular spot, and the staff there is super friendly and welcoming. But the real highlight for my daughter is seeing the animatronic band. Brought my daughter here for her birthday and she had a great time. I haven't been to one of these places in a few decades and it was nice to see that it's a much cleaner experience that what I had in the 90s. The pizza was pretty good too! There's a military special for $35 you get a large pizza, 4 drinks and 45 game tokens.. Which were more than enough games for my daughter to enjoy. I'm impressed!

Customer service and Chuck E. were great. Unfortunately, the games are now played with cards that you first have to buy and then add credit to, the worst part is that the game machines don't make it very clear and obvious when the credit goes through, our young boy just kept swiping the card unknowingly and putting in several credits, playing one game and walking away. This location was OK. It is clean, and the service and food (for what it is) were good. Compared to the other Chuck-E-Cheese location I have been to, it is much smaller, and I noticed multiple games were out of order. That made the time playing games run out quickly. Not as much fun as the other Chuck-E-Cheese. It is a nice place for a quick meal and fun for kids if you dont want to spend a lot of time.

Celebrated our kids birthdays here. Pizza is great. Kids have a blast. My hostess Brianne was awesome. Made our experience stress free. That's why we can always count on Chuck E Cheeses to celebrate birthdays.

Their pizza was surprisingly fire ?? and the kids had fun playing games and participating in the "live" band sing along. Food is not bad and the price is reasonable. Would definitely come back again!

We arrived at approximately 6:35 pm and was promptly given a buzzer. While waiting, we noticed that people who arrived after us were being seated. Other people were also searing themselves and we were still waiting. I finally asked the workers about our status only to find out that our buzzer number was already crossed out. I like this place and my kids love it. The pizza is really good, I can eat a whole medium pizza by myself and still want more. I like that there's not a lot of crust allowing for the other ingredients to be noticed in the pizza. The atmosphere is great, I also did my son?s birthday party here and it was awesome. The staff took care of everything, they were very nice, great service, decent amount of games to play, kids get to be kids. I take my kids here every other weekend.

Birthday parties are always a blast here! The party host takes care of everything, including setting up the table, bringing out the food, and keeping everything to schedule. Parents can actually relax and enjoy the party instead of being stressed out. My son's soccer team also had their end of season celebration here. They do a great sports package!

All of my views are based on the fact that this place is for kids. Since it is for kids, all of my reviews are absolutely top-notch.

This is one of the best Chuck E Cheese?s I have ever been to!! The entire staff is so polite and very helpful! They are actually enjoying their job and it shows!!! They all have common sense and problem solving skills, which is surprisingly rare these days! The games are a lot of fun! There is a nice selection for everyone. This is one of the best Chuck E Cheese?s on the island and way better than any located in Colorado. I actually truly enjoyed the visit at this location and will definitely be back again!

We celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday here yesterday. I just have to say that the customer service we received was absolutely top notch. I'm not even exaggerating when I say that it was the best service we've had at any establishment in the two years we've lived here! Everyone was so friendly and kind, and they went out of their way to make sure we all had a great time. I was so impressed. This is a fun place to be on a hot day. The pizza and food is great and the salad is fresh. Adults look like they enjoy this place more than the children. This establishment is very clean and the staff is always cleaning everything. The staff all work very hard making sure your visit is a great one! We brought our kids to this location for the first time to celebrate our daughter?s birthday and we will definitely be back again for my boys? birthdays! The manager was very attentive and friendly as well as all the other workers. The place was clean, the pizza came out within the time frame they said it would and they helped us celebrated my daughter?s birthday. 11/10 definitely recommend this location!

There is a young man in there named Lance. I have taken my toddler daughter in there three times and every time I go, he's there, with his friendly personality and smiling face. I usually don't write reviews, but, Lance at his young age is an asset of an employee, who deserves recognition. Thank you, Lance, for always making my visits enjoyable!

We went on a Sunday around 11:30, there was a good amount of people but not over crowded. Nice variety of games, rides and a slide to pay play on. We didn't eat there, but the salad bar looked good. My boys had a really good time.

Kids love it but prices getting outta control

Always great customer service when we go. They also put a lot of effort into my kids birthday hat even though we didn't book a party. Very nice detailed drawing, made a nice impression on the family. Loved coming here as a kid and happy to bring my kids now.

This is our favorite location! The customer service, staff, and overall experience is peak excellence. We just celebrated my baby's 5th bday and the staff made it the best experience for her. The characters came out quite a lot and she is so obsessed with each one that it made her whole day.

10 out 10 recommend ! i able to take my siblings , nephews , nieces on a fun but cheap day out without having to break the wallet. also i recommend to use the wrist bands for the kids because it's easier and more affordable. also when buying food i would say get a huge pizza and some breadsticks and call it a day ! i would also say go in the morning it's more slow then expected to be. there's even coupons for chuck e. cheese

I love this location. The managers and workers are very good. The food is delivered quickly. The manager is very nice and customer oriented!! Bathrooms are clean. They have sanitary wipes available near the tables so it easy to keep the kids clean and germ free. My kids always have a nice time here.

We arrived right when they opened. They were quick to get everyone waiting in line with a table and ready to go! Both my kids happened to pick a game that the tickets weren't working. It was so nice not to have to go look for someone. There was staff walking around helping! They were quick and very helpful! All the staff was helpful and very kind! Great experience! There was a lot of game choices and my kids loved it!

Came for my nephew's birthday party and they have this process down! Everyone was very friendly and regularly checked in on us. All the kids and adults enjoyed themselves. Looking forward to coming back!

We always have a great experience here at the Pearl City Chuck E Cheese! We frequent this location but have also been to the other locations on the island. I personally like the staff here the best! They are always so friendly and willing to help. There's always an attendant on the floor to help with games/rides that aren't working. And most of the time they give my kids extra tickets or tokens after helping. We will definitely return until my kids out grow it!

Don't have kids personally, but when I babysit I bring them here and they LOVE it. Wasn't too busy when we have came lately. The kids love it, the food is what you expect. They have hand sanitizer wipes and liquid. Which is very much appreciated. Was a clean store and everyone was so friendly.

I took my granddaughter and I think I have more fun than she did. The food was good and fresh. Josh on team two was the bomb. They may my day too.

This place is pretty good. You have free parking. The prices on the food is pretty expensive to me for such small slices. This place holds coins instead of cards. To me personally I dont like the coins because it's easier for people to steal and there is a lot of little kids running around so you might drop the coins. Almost every game is 1 coin which is a pretty good price. Overall this place is fun for people 12 and under

Please, keep an eye on your kids in there. The machines are not like dog toys, they can be easily broken, and the staff might be as tired and exhausted as any other parent. Be aware though: there are one or more machines that are just for fun, and you get no tickets from it. The one I know of is the Transformers shooter game (would play 10/10). The pizza, however...I don't know...it just tastes a bit off. Pretty good and edible otherwise.

Great place for school events!

Sensory overload! Sounds, lights, smells, and full of activity it is fun for kids and a good place for birthday parties. For those who like peace and quiet...avoid it! I was amazed at the organization of multiple birthday parties going on at the same time. We had difficulty finding parking but it was on a weekend during the prime lunch party hour so it may be easier to find at a different time of day.

It's Chuck E. Cheese... the pizza is consistent, the salad bar is fresher than expected, and the wings are good. Most importantly, the staff is awesome, with great customer service!

The pizza wasn't half bad, much better than what it was when I was a kid. My wife and kids and myself all had fun winning tickets. Unfortunately it is easy to lose track of time.

This Chuck E Cheese is ALWAYS on top of their game. We have been various times at different hours of the day and service is always consistent across the board and with any staff member. Expectations were low going in, but their pepperoni pizza was actually pretty good. Much better than I've ever gotten at Peter Piper Pizza (a competitor). It's very loud and there's nowhere to get away from the noise, so I definitely don't recommend it unless your primary intention is for your kids to go play the games. Pro-tip: You can "upgrade" your prize at the toy counter for 1 cent per ticket. For some prizes, the resulting price isn't bad at all. e.g. Star Wars metal lunchbox is 1500 tickets, or $15

The pizza is decent here and my kids had an ok time they are young so...but most the games were broken and it isn't very clean there. I probably wouldn't recommend it. They have other places for kids here.

The manager at the Pearl City location is a big advocate for supporting local schools. They have sponsored our Welcome Back luncheon for our staff members at the local elementary and we are very grateful for their support!

Had issues with my points not loading on card. The manager fixed it after I brought it to her attention. It took time for the issue to be resolved as the internet was glitching.

It was pretty ghetto to be honest. The pizza was greasy as hell and the games are rigged af. I get a high score and the game only gives me 3 tickets. What the hell? I remember playing at CEC when I was a kid and everytime I left, I had at least 200-300 tickets with only 30 tokens. This time around I was cheated out of my tickets and only got 85. I am disappointed. No nostalgia points rewarded.

During the week is the best time to go, otherwise the crowds are insane. Went on a Monday night, and it was perfect. The pizza is surprisingly very good. I suggest saving tickets after a few trips there, to get a good prize. Of course prizes are cheesy. Ypu have the option to buy out the prizes per cent/# of tickets. Parking is a nightmare as it sits in a busy plaza.

Really small Chuck E Cheese .... some games were not functioning at the time of our visit. Can be a little pricey. Great for a quick birthday party without having to clean up afterwards. Pizza is ok and so are the prizes.

It was alright. The games are entertaining. I don't know why they replaced the coins with cards. And the animatronics are pretty creepy

I have not been to the one in Atlantic mall. But I have been to the one in FL, CA., and HNL. Excellent place to have kids party and see the kids having a excellent times. They can find great prizes too.

Real great place CLEAN neat and friendly staff. Might be one of the older ones but cant beat the staff these guys just go above and beyond compared to the others. Updated from 4 to 5 stars. After 3-5 years coming here.

It is a cool place for kids. Birthday parties can be cramped. The whole ticket thing is a play thing of it's own. The service is interesting. I personally prefer to go to more beautiful places.

The Customer Service is far better at Dillingham Location rather than Pearl City. The staff seemed afraid to talk to me. Otherwise, great vibe, clean restaurant, great food and my kids loved it.

Teaching our kids to gamble early... games arw ok but the ticket payout kinda sucks. The food is mediocre and the staff is a bunch of teens, so meh.

So not only my kid but other kids we know got hand foot and mouth disease from pearl city location on separate occasions. I am going to call the health department and have them check it out...also going to call them and let them know they have an outbreak and hope they post a sign...not clean at all I would keep your kids far away as you can and never go there.

I went for the first time with my baby because I saw a Commercial on their all you can eat salad bar lunch deal. Well Parking was difficult to find because it is located in a shopping center and parking space is limited due to all the cramped up shops. This is the norm in most Honolulu area shops. Staff is friendly but the whole All you can eat Idea buffet doesn't apply to this place. Guessing it is a Hawaii thing lol small 5$ and change plus tax or big 7$ and change plus tax of course. Very small compared to other CEC's. Food came out very fast and staff was great. Even stayed open past closing hours to let people use their tokens and pick prizes.

Great service, pizza was nice and hot! Recommend getting the in house birthday cake and save yourself the worry of ordering and picking up one outside. Overall awesome experience

This is the best place to celebrate a birthday. I just celebrated my 17th birthday yesterday. I had so much fun spending time with my family.

Families and friends with young kids will have a blast with the shows done by staffers and Chuck E him self; great for kid parties!

Horrible. Chuck didn't even stop 5o take a pic with us. My daughters first time there and we got stiffed by Chuck. Also we watch him a kid gave him tickets and he took them and throu them in the trash can. Very disappointed.

Only giving 1 star cause 0 isn't an option. When a group of kids and their teachers go into your establishment and one of the teachers is verbally attacked because she is white by a local and your staff did nothing. This is unacceptable, you need to be more active because if it would have led to a physical attack then someone is getting sued. You're lucky.
