The staff here is simply AMAZING! Miss Vicky did a huge act of kindness about a month ago & we have not forgotten how happy she made our little one! Please never get rid of the anamatronics! We live LITERALLY 2 min away from a Chuckie Cheese, but we travel 30 minutes just for the anamatronics! The NOSTALGIA brings all of us! And I literally mean EVERY ADULT at the location. I always see them taking selfie with them it takes us back to our childhood for a moment, and I LOVE IT !
We had a very fun time and the pizza was delicious and made to order. My only qualm was that I bought special tickets in advance from my organization's benefits website for 55% off, and it came through as a gift card for less value and she charged me the difference even after I showed her what I paid for.
Overall so disappointed. 1st time here, water puddle on the bathroom floor in the stall area and my toddler slipped, over half the games don't work, skeet balls we're jammed in one, photo machine broken on both sides. We had a pass for 30 min free, and they refused to issue it saying we were at the wrong location. They suggested we find another pass online and none existed. Really frustrating experience.
Always have the best time here! Thank you, Chuck E. For a memorable Experience! The staff is amazing and the place is always immaculate clean.
I was so happy to find that this location still has the animatronics!! Love it. So nostalgic. ?? They don't have the new playground & trampoline stuff though - just a warning to others. But my kids still had a great time.
Great experience! I went for a birthday party. Staff was great made the birthday boy feel special . They remodeled the birthday area from the last time I came in, total upgrade. Food was great, area was clean the only issue really was just that some of the machines were out of service other than that everything was great ????
The place was amazing! They had tons of options and the minutes option is great for its price and if you have a little time, you can just get the minutes option and the points if you don't want to be in a rush trying to not waste time. The pizza was cheesy but was small for a large. One thing i didnt like though was that i got around 3$ worth of stuff for 30$ but thats how business works. Overall i love this place and the subscription seems like a great deal if you go there a ton!
Be aware, if you have food restrictions of any kind, this location doesn't allow any type food or fruits to be taken inside with you to feed your children, do they can sell their own garbage down your throat! I find this very outrageous to force their own food into your kids. No kosher or halal food allowed here
My son had a birthday here and he had an amazing time, the staff was great and the place was well kept and clean. Great place for kids and families personally really like the pizza, its nostalgic to me.
I went here with my kids for a birthday party. The employees seemed nice, the party seemed to go well. My toddler had fun. The games were pretty good, though maybe two were kind of broken. But the parking wasn't very good, though I lucked out on a spot. My friend drove around for 30 minutes looking for parking.
????? Top tier everything. Fun, games, singing animals. What more could you ask for. Let's get some dancing animatronics in here to add the cherry on top. I'll go to LA to see the OG show, having it closer to home would be epic. Thanks a million, will be back regularly.
Flew 508 miles to see the anamontronics. Awesome. The place is very clean. The anamontronics work perfectly and constantly played. Salad bar is clean and staff is very professional. Food was hot and ready very quickly. Restrooms were also well kept. Thank you for the experience. This place is one of the last locations with anamontronics.
Greatest Chuck E Cheese I ever knew Or was. This historic and beloved location is tragically remodeling and will soon lose its classic premier qualities that made it so special. Regardless, the three times I have visited this location have been glorious, never before have I experienced such exceptional service from its employees. The pizza felt and tasted like it was excellently crafted to deliciousness. Although it is clearly the penultimate entry to what the main draw of Chuck E Cheese is, that being the
Went for a birthday party tonight. Food was pretty decent. Layout was good and much more open than it used to be. Service was good but it was very busy so trying to get an order of wings took about 30 minutes. However, my ears are ringing because they had the speakers absolutely blaring the whole time. Reminds me of going to a rave and yelling into people's ears so they could hear what I was saying. Every announcement was like an icepick straight in my ear. Kids all had fun and unlike the last chuck e che
Food was mid. The electronic device they gave us wasn't working apparently, but we were unaware. So by the time we got our pizza it was cold. Most games did work. And the children had a great time, which was the most important point.
As a loyal customer and a pass member who visits weekly, I expect a positive experience when bringing my 3-year-old son to enjoy his time at Chuck E. Cheese. Since I wasn't feeling well that evening, my parents took him instead. My son absolutely loves coming here, and given that l am on a yearlong membership, I want to ensure that his visits are enjoyable. However, when he tried to redeem his tickets for a prize, he was denied the blue whistle he wanted, despite there being two full display cases of them.
I visited this location a week ago but never got around to writing this review. The pizza was delicious, the staff were busy but attentive, and the whole place was nice and clean. However, they began the 2.0 remodel today. This was the most outdated location of them all, which was a good thing. If you wanted to go back to the 90s, this was the place to be. The posters in the showroom were taken down but the shelves remain. The animatronics are still standing, so go see them while you still can. CEC corporat
It truly pains me to only give this location four stars, but I will. This is a great location for kids and adults alike. This is the first ?Legacy? location of Chuck E. Cheese, meaning this was the first location that was planned to keep its famous animatronic band. The band is really cool to see in person when they perform, which isn't often. We were there for around two hours and they only performed twice, which was disappointing. Although, I doubt that is this location?s fault and is rather a problem to
Beautiful experience we been there the whole family and was amazing very hard worker's very clean bathrooms and tables i highly recommended ?? visit this place one especial because very soon on 2024 is the only Chuck-E-cheese on the the nation they will keep the electronic robots ?? forever ?? when you came to california visit this place
It was my nephew birthday. Kids spent very good time, they were busy playing games. The idea of this place is genius. The food was satisfactory and delicious. The service was professional.
I've been going here since 2012 when I was with my child and now with my niece and nephews. They have good pizzas and buffallo wings. They also have many games.
This location does not have a lot of parking it's in a small tight area. Inside is not much better not a lot of tables the play areas are very small. I was there Sunday 3/16/2025 around 3:30-4:00 pm with my 2 grandkids let me tell you big mistake...Some workers look and act like they want to help you but NO they don't rude and disrespectful. I had questions about food and drinks with coins since I had a certain amount to spend.. "oh no hell broke lose telling me it's not like before it's a whole new system"
Came here for the grand reopening on November 10th, despite the line, I HAD A BLAST! Very fun, I got to meet many Chuck E. Cheese fans. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, it was delicious! I was really surprised to see that they installed the curtains! The animatronics were in great condition too!
The ONLY Chuck-E-Cheese I know that currently has the animatronics. I'm a bit sad that they updated it so much, but I always make the hour trip to take my brother. We love it every time!
I've been to a few locations in and around LA with the kids and this is by far the best location I've been to. The layout reminds me of the way these places use to be, with tons of games for every age and a huge party room with all of the animatronic characters. The place was spotless and even smelled clean and the staff here are super stars...making sure that the kids comes first and are having a great time. There was even a little girl who was affraid to get close to Chuck E Cheese while cake was being
I went to north ridge cec and it was the best cec I went unfortunately I didn't ate pizza but I had dipped dots and playing arcade games speaking of arcade games they have a lot of good arcade games and the animatronics both of dem 5 ?? ???????? and also I want to go to da pineville one in nc??????
Haven't been here since I was a kid so that sums up about 20 years ago and the changes they've made in my opinion have been nothing but pure excellence. That's also not to say things weren't excellent back then because common let's face it , as a kid those high rise tunnel slides and that massive ball pit were everything. I get it though, times have changed & we were hit by a world wide pandemic so those things had to be removed & replaced. Nevertheless, the upgraded version of the place is still outstandin
Thursday night at Chuck E. Cheese turned out to be one of the best nights for kids! Despite the place being packed, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. From the start, Leo helped me at the register with my large order, handling everything with incredible patience and a big, contagious smile. The food service team was working non-stop to get orders out. I was especially impressed by Stephanie and Manager Natalie, who were working like crazy to serve everyone as quickly a
Parking is terrible. Very dense plaza and high street traffic. It was very hard to see the sign which we passed easily. It was not easy to turn around or to get in their parking lot.
Good place to take the kids to enjoy them self & eat pizza salads & soft drinks... Lots of new updated games just that the only thing they took out is the toddlers section that's a bummer other than that my kids always enjoy playing at Chucky Cheese.....????
Came here from far because this is one of the two locations that still has animatronics stage show and my children wanted to see it, but it was disappointing to see that none of them worked, only the lights and music turn on. The Manager told us they work every time a Chuck e cheese?s song plays on the screen system inside but they never moved. We stayed one hour but nothing happened. It was a disappointing experience for my kids. And of course?. for us too. Try the one in Vanowen instead.
The pizza is way too expensive. Salad bar had very limited items and didn't look appetizing. The games and machines are the best for kids for sure. It's not the best for food but it's still good for kids having fun.
This is the BEST Chuck E Cheese ever. We travelled here from Texas just to see the animatronics (which were amazing), but the entire experience was great. The food was great, the games were in great working condition, and the staff were all wonderful and went above and beyond. Elva, Lily, Nick and the very nice gentleman who was playing Chuck E Cheese on 7/22/24 (unfortunately we didn't catch his name) were all wonderful and so friendly! Our kids and our entire family had the best time ever. We go to a lot
The place was so empty it was kinda sad. But it didn't bother me cause I don't like children. I ordered a salad bar plate for myself and hot wings for my mom. I don't know what they put in that potato salad but it was so good, I'm just gonna come back and fill a cup with it or something. The vegetables were pretty fresh and the salad station was very clean. They even swapped out another clean plate so I could grab more salad. From what I was told, the wings were crunchy and had a nice taste, but they weren?
Feels like the Chucky cheese I grew up with , I and the kids loved the animatronics wish my local Chucky cheese had them.
It was an hour drive for us. Just see the chuckie band. Daughter kept insisting to see it.
Sadly they recently remodeled. This location was really well knows for how retro and old it was
Management is very bad I went with me family to enjoy the day had a problem and managers were very rude and unwilling to help.
This place is a time capsule. You walk in and your a kid again with the classic decor and animatronics. You see the 90's references and remember the tubes and arcade games of the past. The animatronics are in top condition and look like they did 20+ years ago.
Best one in the world. If you wanna go to Chuck E Cheese, COME HERE no matter WHERE you live. FLY if you have to! ITS PERFECTtTTTTTFCHGVUT
My 3year old having the ride of his life with his new friend riding on the back. Its was a busy Sunday Packed with Fun thank you Chuck E. Cheese's for your great performance.
I took my daughters for the first time, and they loved the place with all the games and enjoyed the pizza and drinks and collected tickets and then gave those ticket for prizes. Fun for Birthday parties as well.
This place is so empty it's literally sad, This chuck e. cheese is such a rip off, they charge for every. single. thing. any. this. place. the employees have no manners and the food is way too over priced; a 16 dollar pizza is literally served with a paper plate, and it's the A SINGLE SLICE IS THE SIZE OF MY POINTER FINGER??? oh and that's not all the grown adult gave attitude to two teenagers who were just trying to order themselves food! I will never go to this place again and you shouldn't you.
I brought my son to Chuck E. Cheese's for the first time today and had a wonderful time! What I loved about this particular location is that there are still some remains and spirit of the old-school Chuck E. Cheese's that I remember as a kid. The sign alone is still the old-school sign and not the new version of Chuck E. that looks NOTHING like the old one we all know. There is a separate room with games and rides for younger kids and my son LOVED it. One ride even takes your picture and prints it out f
It was a good place overall especially for my nephew. The server/waitress who tended to us was sweet and eve. Gave my nephew the 500 Ticket Money in the Ticket Buster Tube. Food was good and Atmosphere was good overall! Although I wish there was more giving on the tickets even with an infinite amount of points loaded on the card to play unlimited games was hard to earn tickets. There was some remodeling being done it seemed lack but other than that. The children had a lot of fun which is all that mattered.
Look it's chuck e cheese, it's going to be a mad house no matter what but the games are in working order and the bathrooms have toilet paper. Chuck e cheese comes out consistently and puts on effort to dance and say hi to the kids. The salad bar is clean and the stage/ party area has been recently remodeled. Also, random but something i find nice. They have sweet tea.
waited an hour and a half for food that never came. After I inquired about how much longer, we were told our food had not even been started . They had multiple people getting their refunds and we decide to do the same because it was almost closing time. I guess we would of been getting our food to go at that point. I don't usually eat at Chuck e cheese and the one time I was going to I was really let down. If going here please make sure you eat before coming.
One of the last place to see the original Chuck E. Cheese animatronics. Pizza and salad bar was good. The people that work there were really nice . Came 1862 miles for the kids. 13 yrs ago on the same day.
As always Chuck E. Cheese comes thru. Giselle was our Party host and she was awesome.
Great place to have fun and relax. With a lot of games to play and food to eat. ??
Staff needs to be on top of soda machine and salad bar without having an attitude when someone asks nicely
Try your best to go on a weekday not a weekend... We took the kids on a Saturday as a treat for getting end of year awards and all the workers seemed sooooo miserable. Not one worker seemed to be happy or any smiles at all. There was only 1 person taking orders and we had a gift card for free pizza and game time .. they didn't know how to apply it I ordered a separate pizza and had to get 2 buzzers that both crapped out.. one buzzed without it being ready and the others battery died. Our food was extra extr
Didn't get the food but the selection seemed ok. The games are really low quality. The ones to offer tickets, give such small winnings. It's ok to have killed 45 mins? Maybe we'll be back
Keep the animatronics I don't live in California I live in Bellingham what does a Chuck E. Cheese In Burlington wa
It was way too crowded, the A/C didn't work so it felt hot. It's smaller than other Chuck E Cheeses but the kids had a blast. It's always a fun option for them.
Loads of fun for the little ones. Clean and efficient game machines.
I chose to go to this location due to them keeping the animatronics and having the 2.0 remodel at the same time which is exclusive to this location only. I love the animatronics here and they were doing great and I also love how there are curtains which stages with the band never used for a long time. The food was also great and I will plan to come back here when I go back to LA.
My kids always have fun and get invited to birthday parties here. The upgrades they've made are pretty cool but the old school characters behind the curtain have got to go, they are scary looking.
This establishment has been renovated and is looks great. Food was fresh and delicious. The games were reasonable and fun. The environment was immaculate and we really appreciated that fact. This was our best Chuckie Cheese experience ever.
Worst experience of my life today, I spent the last 8 years celebrating my daughters birthday there and today our birthday host just had the worst attitude, she walked passed by us many times never acknowledging me, and when she would she would just grab things like the jug without asking and slamming pizza on the table, making my whole party very uncomfortable, so I asked for a new host which they provided and was very pleased with. The original host came up to my table as I was sitting down holding my 6
This is the last Chuck e. Cheese with the automated characters. So if your kids want to see the banding guys and girls this is the place limited parking. But if you get there early there's always a birthday party or something going on here. But it's a great place for kids. I'm not sure if the rats out for those who you have been there
We told natalie the manager that the wings were cold and she said ok I will heat it up for you but she never did 30 min pass and we went up to the food counter and told the lady that we were waiting for the wings and she didn't know what wings we were talking about until she looked around and she found our wings on top of the oven not warm. Natalie just left them there. It was the worst service ever
Chuck E was very nice to give him a hug it was his bday . 3years old it was his first time he wants to go back but with more tickets to have fun he wants to go every sunday now
This place is amazing! The show room transports me right back to some of my earliest memories in the early 1990s. The whole store is very clean and we talked with some staff who were super fun and knowledgeable. The only food we got was cheesy bread, which was actually very good, but we were really here for the nostalgia more than anything. This place is seriously the greatest little nostalgia trip. Chuck E Cheese corporate if you're listening, please consider keeping stores like this.
Thank you for keeping the Animatronics!! We drove very far to see them in action.
The fact that I spent 80$ and all I purchased was a pair of socks and a large pizza that was very small and thin is crazy . Definitely not worth it anymore.
Everything was great. The only problem is the increasing cost of taking my grandchildren there. I paid over 70 dollars for a medium pizza, a salad, and 60 minutes of playtime. It was ridiculous ??. But the remodeling looks great.
Purchased the gold pass package and apparently the cashier did not give me correct instructions on how to activate them. She told me to download the app and within 24-48 hours I would get the passes on the app. Now when I went in to ask about the passes that did not show up after that time frame, the same cashier took my email and I brought my receipt and she did reload my cards. I still hadn't gotten anything on my app after that trip & the second time going in was a manager and the same cashier , this tim
Just had my son?s 5th birthday party at this location. Bianca was our helper, she was amazing and so accommodating. Unfortunately, there was an incident with an older child pulling my son?s hair. As soon as I told one of the workers, they called the manager (can't remember her name ??) over. She quickly asked the girl who pulled my son?s hair and her family to leave. I really appreciate all of their support and hard work! My son and his friends had a BLAST! So did all of the adults! THANK YOU!!!! ??????
My nephew had his 5th bday party, and it was amazing. The hostess was very attentive, cheerful, and friendly.
Awesome to see the last of the animatronics...
There was no food to be ordering as we walk in they explained that the cook are back up imagen going into a theme park and telling you the rides are closed big company serving food that can't feed you should be closed staff was immature and unprofessional in the way they handle the problem customer don't go to this chuck e cheese in Northridge
Came here at around 7:45. With my family and spend about $300 at around 8pm they started announcing one hour to close we still didn't have our food?. and around 8:30 PM. They were announcing 30 minutes to close and around 850 they again are announcing 10 minutes to close. Kept getting really annoying all the announcements they made. They turned off the lights on us at 9:05 PM. There was like four families there. Everybody looked confused. If you're going to go to this Chuck E. Cheese, make sure you go to
Animatronics are in great condition, location is also well taken care of
Most of the games work but they don't have eggs for salad bar . Staff is very friendly .
I went as a kid and am gonna take my niece there soon before the animatronics get taken down. Ive always loved animatronics and i hope she does too. Great place, my mom used to work here, it was her first job.
It's wild how bad this chain has gone down hill. After all the press about the animatronic band it was... Not good? There was no effort put into making it a show, or interesting to watch, and everything is very expensive. You could take your child to an actual concert for what a small pizza and two sodas cost. I wish I could rate this lower. It's sad what this has turned into.
STILL THE VERY BEST PLACE TO PARTY!!!! Kids had a blast. Adults are able to have 1 alcoholic beverage for every ID they carry, 2 drinks are the maximum. Pizza is still delicious. Games on fleek! A great time for everyone.
Solid spot for kiddo fun. The pizza cook was on game while we were there, nice and crisp that pizza was. Games are in good condition, and the staff is friendly.
I love Chuck e cheese and taking the kids. I am not from the area so my review of this location is based on comparison of my local store in Erie, PA. The location was well staffed. The workers were quick to help when needed. The location is clean and the food was good. The overall Atmosphere was fun and inviting. Unfortunately the place is very small. There were limited amount of games to choose from so we ended up spending nearly all of our game plays on the same things over and over, which caused the mach
Overall good experience. I was reluctant to go to this location, because it looks a bit sketchy from the outside. However, we were pleasantly surprised. It is clean, the staff are friendly, and the kids had a good time. Pizza was tasty and the salad bar area clean and inviting.
Drove here from Virginia to see one of the last Chuck e Cheese with Animatronics
This location was a fun blast for my whole family. I myself won the jackpot three times. The games were fun and not impossible to master. The establishment had very good food such as quality pizza, salad, and wings. There was some other food too. Totally satisfied with my visit and will come again! Highly reccomend!
The staff walking around is nice and so are the cashiers. place is cleaner than most. Unfortunately when I ordered food and bought play time the lady at the register gave me points instead of time and my son was done with them so fast! when we asked the lady about it she said there was nothing she could do so we ended up leaving early and disappointed :/
Well, it's Chuck E Cheese's so it is overcrowded, noisy, wait times vary(not bad). Restaurant itself is low on cleanliness but have passed inspections so. Very chaotic so I can see why. Security is TOPS! They are exceptionally good with stamping kid to parent and only allow out if matched(That makes up for A LOT!) Good staff, helpful and polite. Warning: As any place with small children go, germ count has got to be insane! The machines/games are not wiped down and are rather gross quite frankly but still fu
We had my daughter's birthday party there last weekend.. I was a bit stressed when it was 15 minutes into the party and the play passes weren't ready. Luckily I had a great server assigned to help me. Denise was fabulous and she really made things a lot less stressful. Overall the kids had a great time and my little birthday girl was treated like a star. We would do it again.
It was nice to bring my son to the same Chuck E Cheese I used to go to when I was a kid but it definitely changed a lot throughout the years. It's way smaller, not as vibrant, and the food is not very good.
Animatronics were a element you will see less, get it while you can. Great place for birthday party?s
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
