I'm adding the 5 start for the manager named Edgar. He works so hard and keeps this place working well. Always happy to help even when the people above management cuts people's hours. They need more people here working, especially with the member program. Edgar, you are doing a great job. Thank you for making this place a place fun to come to.

We started coming to Chuck e Cheese more often after getting the summer pass, and it's been great. My 4 year old enjoys it very much. I would have to agree with everyone else that the air conditioning could be better at this location. There's only a couple of small areas where it's actually cool. The rest of the place is hot and uncomfortable. All the staff here are hard working, sweet and nice every time we come. They are intentionally understaffed and do not have someone watching the kids' bouncer and playhouse game. Why are we paying for something other kids just run into? Also, the kids aren't following the rules and no one is there to correct other kids behaviors, which makes this location a dangerous place. The staff is nice, but management is the reason for 1 star. You can't have one person expected to manage the front door and bouncer. They failed at both. I will never return and recommend finding a different

Bamboozled ! This is definitely not $55 worth of food. Very disappointed Maybe better off going to local pizza spot and getting more bang for my buck. Guess I'm just paying for the name of Chuck E Cheese :(

The animatronics are who run the place and if you don't understand what this used to be just watch old videos alright after the 2.0 they stripped the blooming place of what makes them unique the animatronics and now, it all feels fake and for gen alpha just giving you a warning for parents NO ANIMATRONICS HERE

We booked the Mega Fun party for my niece?s 6th Birthday here this weekend (3/1/2025). Our party host was Jonathan and we could not be more delighted with how amazing he was!! Had a great experience here about 1-2 weeks ago! I had some trouble with my Playpass, but the manager was super helpful and resolved my issue right away! The kids always have a blast and the pizza and salad bar are pretty good!

This is easily one of the best Chuck E Cheese's in the Los Angeles area. There are many games (not just Raw Thrills, but lots of Sega games) The food is pretty consistent with other CEC locations. The Chuck E Cheese was actually enthusiastic to go around and meet fans.

It was so much fun. It's tiny but has a trampoline. The pizza there is so good. I played alot on the games. Some of the games are hard to tap the timecard.

It was ok i was a little mad because they have a jump area where they charge 15 per child. I paid for both but my youngest one was crying to get in at first and a guy there got mad cause he said i had to pay first so i took out my daughter and once i paid i took her to the jump area and she didnt want to be in it no more she was mad cause she got kicked out in the beggining. Sodas none of them were working only the lemonade and they charge 4 buck per soda and they dont even work, salad bar area was ok paid

The salad place was nasty no cruttons I ask for some the lady was in a bad mood didn't even wear gloves .the pizza was so cold .plus the sodas didnt even have gas plus no ice chips plus the floor was really sticky nasty place

More affordable prices and better service

Many machines where skee ball lanes are located were not operating though it read and took credits from your card but failed to provide balls or coins or other equipment to play the games. When reported to service personnel the response was a shrug of the shoulder.

My kids enjoy this location very much. It's always clean and staff is always nice.

They don't stamp everyone, which to me was a bit concerning cause that means anyone can leave with any child. Some employees seem to be in a bad mood but there are also great employees that make it worth it.

I won't be going back. Service was bad except for 1 young lady and the older man in the door. The rest think they own the restaurant. I didn't like the way they celebrate the birthdays now. They just sing a long to a new song and dance on top of a lighted mat. They also don't give the warning they used to before closing. It was a pleasure to see Oscar the store manager back were he was missed by all kids and bet workers too. Oscar has been with serving Chuck E. cheese for many years putting smiles on kids making it a blast.Prior manager while Oscar was gone was terrible. Now that Oscar is back you see the workers working with enjoyment, the store clean , and the food even better. Customer service on the dot can't expect any better he is on point.

Very fun for kids of all ages. The food and games are great and it doesn't cost much for your kids to have alot of fun. One thing I would note is alot of the games that dispense tickets kept breaking. It would be better if they used a reloadable card of some sort but that's just wishful thinking. We came here for a birthday party. Pizza was delicious and salads are good. It's unfortunate that they have switched from coins to cards, it was more fun to use coins. Some machines weren't working properly, so a couple times I played but the machine didn't issue winning tickets. It showed Error2. Bathroom was not clean, toilet paper everywhere. I'm thankful that they are so serious about security and kids can only leave with the adults with whom they came in and they check it by the stamps on our hands.

My only complain is that in the summer the AC doesn't circulate well so it gets very hot and the kids get sweaty and grumpy.

They took my kids out of the trampoline because their big brother wasn't allowed to go on it.naily Lopez the manager complained to me about my older son that he can't be in the trampoline because he's 8 years old. Bigger, spacious place. The games are better than other locations. The prizes are also better.

Honestly just giving a 1 star due to the employees walking around like zombies with no direction, huge lines blocking the entrance and exits and only one staff member working the register. Severely understaffed or poorly trained.

The food here is fairly good and the games are lots of fun! This was close to becoming a 4 star. The games need a little cleaning. I know lots of kids go here bit sometimes the games are just a little to dirty. The area to get your sodas is also very sticky. A simple mopping could easily fix that. On 10/16 I went to this location to celebrarte my nephew 3rd birthday we order a large supreme pizza at 5:55pm, around 6:20 I went to check the status on the pizza and the girl who was making the pizza with her nasty attitude tells me that they will call me once the pizza is ready. 20min later passed and no notification when I went to check with my cousin the same girl with attitude tells me it was there the whole time! Today was a great experience I love the fact Oscar the store manager and his crew look after all kids. The store was clean and the workers were very nice and helpful. Discounts are offer very reasonable prices for group families. Great service from check in to cashiers and table host over all.

Their ac is not working properly. We went recently and it was so hot in there. They had some weird type of machines that were not cutting it. My family did not have a good time because of the heat. We ended up leaving.

Purse and 2 phones got stolen at this location very ghetto make sure you are watching your things a woman with child was hovering around our area and waiting for us to leave and got a purse and phone that was hidden underneath a sweater. it was also very hot and had horrible energy going in i haven't been here since i was a kid and i will definitely not be going back. do not come to this location and watch your valuables and staff was no help and could not show us camera footage .

I do prefer this location over Burbank but the customer service levels just suck. I always go when it first opens in order for my kid to enjoy before it gets crowded. The staff doesn't really say anything and few games are not even working. Zombie water gun game has been broken for over a year. We went here because they were participating in a fundraiser for a friend's school. We enjoyed the food for what it was and the ability to let the kids run and play on their own. This location was much larger than others we have been to and it was clean. They were clearly understaffed during our visit, but the staff were all doing the best they could and were nice and courteous. If you've ever worked in the service industry when understaffed, you know it's easy to get frustrated, so I give the staff points

This place has really gone down. The pizza was a bit salty and didn't have enough sauce despite the fact that we ordered it with extra sauce. We ordered at the table with the QR code but the food took so long. They made a big fuss about us getting our cups despite the fact that they came with our package. AC doesn't work properly, it was extremely hot inside. Everyone is just sweating and sweating, especially kids. And unfortunately it wasn't clean (bathrooms and hall). Looks understaffed.

This is a good place to take the kids. Some things that need to be improved is the maintenance of the games. I take my daughter and my niece there about once a week, every time we're there there's quite a few games that don't work. Another thing that should really be addressed is the strong odor that is hard to dismiss as soon as you walk in. Overall it's a fun place for the kids they always seem to have a great time.

I got the neurovirus from here first time it has happened, they need to wash their hands before going into the kitchen dealing with food . Ate from here and I started feeling bad from my stomach as well as my son and now we have been with this for 3 days with the symptoms.

Not well organize. I went today,, was Very crowded of course it was a Saturday. I let the staff know that the soda machine was out of ice and some of the flavors were out as well. They did not fill them. Was dirty. No one cleaning tables. Also the waiting time for food is very long. If they know weekends are very crowded they should have more staff

This franchise owners need to stop been cheap and fix the A/C before someone faints or dehydrates for been so hot its been months they are running on insufficient temporary A/C units. The only reason I am giving this location two stars and not one is because it is a large location with plenty of games. I didn't think it was possible for the food to get worse here, but it has. The microwave French fries were still frozen inside and the pizza had a puddle of grease on top of it. The food was not good, but that is almost expected. Me and my family celebrated my sons 3rd Birthday Party there and our host was late to take our order on our food and our guests were waiting to eat for about 30min. She seamed like she was new at this our had never work that position before. Besides that my child and all the other kids invited had lots of fun and really enjoyed it. So over all I guess it was worth it because at the end of the day my little boy loved it.

Great place to bring kids, mine have a blast every time. The food plus a good hour or two of playtime can run you about $40 dollars. I think it's a fair price for family fun. Only down side is It can get really over crowded during peak times.

I went to this CEC 2 times. Both on a week day. It was a teeny bit crowded but it was very fun to visit. It has the full animatronic band & has very fun games. I do notice this location has different games then some locations. They sanitize their games and keep safe during the pandemic.

We got there on local school's fundraising night, so the place was packed. They now do Play Cards instead of tokens. The place is clean even after that many children were present. One of the larger facilities. Plenty of parking. Staff could be faster.

Been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now. We stopped in on a whim to kill some time before our flight from Burbank Airport. I have never seen a cleaner Chuck E. Cheese in my life! This place was amazing! Every game worked! Every surface was dusted or wiped down. We loved the ?timed pay to play? option. We had 30min to play and the kids picked their prizes and we were out the door. We only got something to drink since it was barely opening time. The staff seemed timid but very patient and kind.

It's a great place for kids, unfortunately the food isn't the best, the salad bar has less and less ingridiants. Unfortunately it's very expensive, I didn't see as many kids there like I used to see and this two are a major reason why.

Kids love this place. They got toddler section where the rides and games are smaller. Very cute. Chuckee comes out takes pictures with the kids the whole staff is very friendly and patient. They also sell beer here for adults. One thing that I noticed was they stamp your wrist with the children you arrive with and they check you leave with kids with matching stamps. Customer Service is awful, they don't really care about their clients. Sanitation??? Nobody is cleaning o disinfecting tables. Salad bar? Everyone is touching the forks to serve the salad, one employee should be serving it to avoid bacterias and of course the virus. Decent experience but I wish that our attendant could have gave us a little more attention. Our seats were in front of the Chucky band, and every time they announced something, it made you wish that you would have came with ear plugs. It was so loud that your ears could bleed. Brought my kids here games are fun for them byt I still remember when tokens were just 25 cents you inserted a dollar got 4 tokens well now it's only 3 tokens for every dollar. Believe it or not, this is a salad from Chuck E Cheese! My son is 13 but still loves the place. I have been to 2 other locations in AZ and CA that were not super clean and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. This location is the opposite! It is really clean and the staff are incredibly helpful. I'm vegan so the salad bar is a life-saver.

Service was horrible. So many of the machines were out of tickets or out of order. You pay so much for these game cards you would think they would be more on top of it. I spoke to 5 different employee all said they would get someone to look at machine that odd me 69 tickets. 3hrs later no one ever got back to mind you I waited by the machine for 40mins. The manager was doing job interview on a busy Saturday when he should have been managing the current situation.
