I'm adding the 5 start for the manager named Edgar. He works so hard and keeps this place working well. Always happy to help even when the people above management cuts people's hours. They need more people here working, especially with the member program. Edgar, you are doing a great job. Thank you for making this place a place fun to come to.
We started coming to Chuck e Cheese more often after getting the summer pass, and it's been great. My 4 year old enjoys it very much. I would have to agree with everyone else that the air conditioning could be better at this location. There's only a couple of small areas where it's actually cool. The rest of the place is hot and uncomfortable. All the staff here are hard working, sweet and nice every time we come. The location is clean and inviting, but it's just that the AC needs to be able to work throu
They are intentionally understaffed and do not have someone watching the kids' bouncer and playhouse game. Why are we paying for something other kids just run into? Also, the kids aren't following the rules and no one is there to correct other kids behaviors, which makes this location a dangerous place. The staff is nice, but management is the reason for 1 star. You can't have one person expected to manage the front door and bouncer. They failed at both. I will never return and recommend finding a different
Bamboozled ! This is definitely not $55 worth of food. Very disappointed Maybe better off going to local pizza spot and getting more bang for my buck. Guess I'm just paying for the name of Chuck E Cheese :(
The animatronics are who run the place and if you don't understand what this used to be just watch old videos alright after the 2.0 they stripped the blooming place of what makes them unique the animatronics and now, it all feels fake and for gen alpha just giving you a warning for parents NO ANIMATRONICS HERE
We booked the Mega Fun party for my niece?s 6th Birthday here this weekend (3/1/2025). Our party host was Jonathan and we could not be more delighted with how amazing he was!! He was super attentive, accommodating, and overall just amazing with everything! He made our experience so amazing and it could have not been better. I hope someone in management notices this review, he truly deserves a raise or something with the service he provided!! Will definitely be telling all our friends and family to see if th
Had a great experience here about 1-2 weeks ago! I had some trouble with my Playpass, but the manager was super helpful and resolved my issue right away! The kids always have a blast and the pizza and salad bar are pretty good!
This is easily one of the best Chuck E Cheese's in the Los Angeles area. There are many games (not just Raw Thrills, but lots of Sega games) The food is pretty consistent with other CEC locations. The Chuck E Cheese was actually enthusiastic to go around and meet fans.
It was so much fun. It's tiny but has a trampoline. The pizza there is so good. I played alot on the games. Some of the games are hard to tap the timecard.
It was ok i was a little mad because they have a jump area where they charge 15 per child. I paid for both but my youngest one was crying to get in at first and a guy there got mad cause he said i had to pay first so i took out my daughter and once i paid i took her to the jump area and she didnt want to be in it no more she was mad cause she got kicked out in the beggining. Sodas none of them were working only the lemonade and they charge 4 buck per soda and they dont even work, salad bar area was ok paid
The salad place was nasty no cruttons I ask for some the lady was in a bad mood didn't even wear gloves .the pizza was so cold .plus the sodas didnt even have gas plus no ice chips plus the floor was really sticky nasty place
Our recent visit to Chuck E Cheese was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was lively and perfect for families, with a great mix of arcade games that kept my kids entertained. The staff was friendly, and everything was clean and well-organized. The pizza was surprisingly tasty, and the salad bar offered fresh options for adults. My son loved redeeming his tickets for prizes, and the kid check system gave me peace of mind about safety. Overall, it was a fun and memorable outing. We'll definitely be back
More affordable prices and better service
Many machines where skee ball lanes are located were not operating though it read and took credits from your card but failed to provide balls or coins or other equipment to play the games. When reported to service personnel the response was a shrug of the shoulder.
My kids enjoy this location very much. It's always clean and staff is always nice.
They don't stamp everyone, which to me was a bit concerning cause that means anyone can leave with any child. Some employees seem to be in a bad mood but there are also great employees that make it worth it.
I won't be going back. Service was bad except for 1 young lady and the older man in the door. The rest think they own the restaurant. I didn't like the way they celebrate the birthdays now. They just sing a long to a new song and dance on top of a lighted mat. They also don't give the warning they used to before closing. They just shut off the games and soda machines and block the bathrooms. You have to pay for everything separate as well. If your kids want to play on the jumpers or slide it's an extra cos
This place is amazing all staff is excellent! A lot of games actually one of the best locations I've been, but I put 3 stars to the manager there (a Mexican lady) she has an horrible attitude, really bad customer service. I can't believe how staff are way better then her being a "manager" she is so rude.
This place is great staff is so friendly cindy helped my daughter and really cared the mgr pilar was very helpful even though the place looked very crowded and understaffed she was pleasant to talk to and took care of all our need thank you guys for making our visit so pleasant and fun for my kids I definitely be back
It was a pleasure to see Oscar the store manager back were he was missed by all kids and bet workers too. Oscar has been with serving Chuck E. cheese for many years putting smiles on kids making it a blast.Prior manager while Oscar was gone was terrible. Now that Oscar is back you see the workers working with enjoyment, the store clean , and the food even better. Customer service on the dot can't expect any better he is on point.
Very fun for kids of all ages. The food and games are great and it doesn't cost much for your kids to have alot of fun. One thing I would note is alot of the games that dispense tickets kept breaking. It would be better if they used a reloadable card of some sort but that's just wishful thinking. Also, this location in particular is pretty busy. The floors are pretty dirty and it's hard to get around because it's always busy. Not a bad thing, just something to be mindful of. All in all a great experience fo
We came here for a birthday party. Pizza was delicious and salads are good. It's unfortunate that they have switched from coins to cards, it was more fun to use coins. Some machines weren't working properly, so a couple times I played but the machine didn't issue winning tickets. It showed Error2. Bathroom was not clean, toilet paper everywhere. I'm thankful that they are so serious about security and kids can only leave with the adults with whom they came in and they check it by the stamps on our hands.
My only complain is that in the summer the AC doesn't circulate well so it gets very hot and the kids get sweaty and grumpy.
Very bad experience at the west hills location. They took my kids out of the trampoline because their big brother wasn't allowed to go on it.naily Lopez the manager complained to me about my older son that he can't be in the trampoline because he's 8 years old. So I took my son out of the trampoline. My daughter was jumping with her friend in the trampoline and was playing nice. Naily decided to take them out. I told her to give me my money back and she said no and she cursed me. I told her to give me my re
Bigger, spacious place. The games are better than other locations. The prizes are also better.
Honestly just giving a 1 star due to the employees walking around like zombies with no direction, huge lines blocking the entrance and exits and only one staff member working the register. Severely understaffed or poorly trained.
The food here is fairly good and the games are lots of fun! This was close to becoming a 4 star. The games need a little cleaning. I know lots of kids go here bit sometimes the games are just a little to dirty. The area to get your sodas is also very sticky. A simple mopping could easily fix that. Overall it is very fun and nice! Also the food kind of takes a bit too long
The atmosphere is very delightful for children. When you see the kids playing and having fun with Chuck E., that's very emotional for parents. The food prep needs to be reorganized. Our pizza was burned, and black salad bar was not fresh.
One of my favorite places since I was a kid ??
The deals are amazing nowadays. Pizza is always great and fresh.
On 10/16 I went to this location to celebrarte my nephew 3rd birthday we order a large supreme pizza at 5:55pm, around 6:20 I went to check the status on the pizza and the girl who was making the pizza with her nasty attitude tells me that they will call me once the pizza is ready. 20min later passed and no notification when I went to check with my cousin the same girl with attitude tells me it was there the whole time! When I demand to speak with manager of her attitude they told me the manager was at lunc
Staff looks better than the rude people they had here years ago
Today was a great experience I love the fact Oscar the store manager and his crew look after all kids. The store was clean and the workers were very nice and helpful. Discounts are offer very reasonable prices for group families. Great service from check in to cashiers and table host over all.
Held an event here for my niece. The service was great.
I'm mad because they got rid of the animatronics so that's why I put 2 stars
Their ac is not working properly. We went recently and it was so hot in there. They had some weird type of machines that were not cutting it. My family did not have a good time because of the heat. We ended up leaving.
Purse and 2 phones got stolen at this location very ghetto make sure you are watching your things a woman with child was hovering around our area and waiting for us to leave and got a purse and phone that was hidden underneath a sweater. it was also very hot and had horrible energy going in i haven't been here since i was a kid and i will definitely not be going back. do not come to this location and watch your valuables and staff was no help and could not show us camera footage .
I love there pizza the management here is awesome
Just left and Yailin gave us a warm welcome with a smile then she turned into a cashier. She can do it all. ?? Delicious pizza and a wonderful dinner fun play date for my lil one. Thank you.
I do prefer this location over Burbank but the customer service levels just suck. I always go when it first opens in order for my kid to enjoy before it gets crowded. The staff doesn't really say anything and few games are not even working. Zombie water gun game has been broken for over a year. Claw game never has any balls inside and when I purchase my hour time I have to wait for them. Sometimes we don't even get a chance because they forget and do other things. The food is good especially stuff crust b
We really enjoyed and had a great time. I have been to many Chuck E. Cheese from Santa Clarita all the way down to San Diego and this one was of the clean, organized, and environment was so positive. Staff were so nice and attentive. We will be back for sure! Staff and management keep up the great work you do!! 07/29/23
We went here because they were participating in a fundraiser for a friend's school. We enjoyed the food for what it was and the ability to let the kids run and play on their own. This location was much larger than others we have been to and it was clean. They were clearly understaffed during our visit, but the staff were all doing the best they could and were nice and courteous. If you've ever worked in the service industry when understaffed, you know it's easy to get frustrated, so I give the staff points
ONLY COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED?. This Chuck E. Cheese location is the worst. i went here with my kids this place was so getto and nasty I felt like I should be wearing a hazmat suit. And the staff was just the worst I got my stuff stolen from my table by this plus sized freak woman she looked like she was freshly out of rehab for a coke addiction but still was able to pound 3 hole pizzas. When I what is walking around looking for my stuff the mouse mascot came out of nowhere and started making je
They need more air conditioning in the back of the place ,it's hotter on that side , besides that it's a cool place, and they need to keep the jumper area for people that pay for it , multiple times kids that don't pay are in their, I don't it's fair for the parents that have to pay
Everything great the only thing is that they removed the playground area from there.
This a great Chuck E Cheese!! Oscar the manager is on top of everything. We held our school?s fundraiser there and everything went great. The staff was kind, there were new games, trampoline, and jumbo screen. We had a great experience!
UPDATED REVIEW: We decided to give this Chuck E. location another shot. After all, historically it has always been our go-to place for good food and entertainment. This how our visit went: Upon arrival we were greeted at the door by a friendly host. We were again greeted on the floor by management and again by the person behind the counter. More then one register was open and ordering food was fast and easy. Next, finding a place to sit. Finding a clean table to sit wasn't an issue this time around as it
Enough games to have a good time, I enjoy the food it's always filling and tastes good quality. I always craze the pizzaaa, the toppings they give make it EVEN betterrr
I love this place, not necessarily the prices but at least the kids have a lot of fun. A helpful tip would be to download the Chuck-E-Cheese app. For every purchase you earn points, and within one or two visits you earn free 15 to 30 minutes playtime for the machines. During the summer you can buy an 8 weeks pass that as of 2023 the cost was $169.99 for 2 hours of playtime for 8 consecutive weeks. I usually buy it because it is cost effective, but I would bring some snacks. It would break my bank to spend a
the creator of the greatest podcast in the history of time recently visited your immaculate establishment for his son?s birthday. he had nothing but pizza praise to say about their experience in your amazing land. great games, prizes, non intrusive animatronics & amazing pie ?? let's go!
Kids loved it! But you can get help for the cook all by himself...poor guy was extremely busy....working hard taking care all orders while people kept going up to him demanding food ... seriously get that guy some help...he tries he's best... at least 2 people would improve with orders...food was great! Cake was good! Just get the cook more help!
How is possible that Chuck E. Cheese advertises Birthday parties as the best experience you can ever have when this location doesn't even have a event coordinator available to discuss about our upcoming birthday party . Don't advertise something that is not even true
Very clean staff is very welcoming
Daughter loves going there at least once every two weeks! I highly recommend the one off of the Roscoe and Laurel canyon
The food was good and can fast and ready to eat and the service was good and helpful to my family the machines give me the right amount of tickets and they were working good...... I recommend this two kids and adults
The games are nice and the summer pass is a really good offer. although the games are short in time, and they finish their credit very fast.
This place has really gone down. The pizza was a bit salty and didn't have enough sauce despite the fact that we ordered it with extra sauce. We ordered at the table with the QR code but the food took so long. They made a big fuss about us getting our cups despite the fact that they came with our package. We had to go pick up our food because the service person told us he couldn't bring our food because he was the only one working. Half the games were broken or not functioning properly. Overall not the best
Food was Delicious! HOWEVER- air-conditioning was BROKEN & it was PACKED in there- we were all melting- management tried to fix, but could not not- more & more ppl came- it became unbearable....we had 2 cut visit shorter than anticipated....
AC doesn't work properly, it was extremely hot inside. Everyone is just sweating and sweating, especially kids. And unfortunately it wasn't clean (bathrooms and hall). Looks understaffed.
This is a good place to take the kids. Some things that need to be improved is the maintenance of the games. I take my daughter and my niece there about once a week, every time we're there there's quite a few games that don't work. Another thing that should really be addressed is the strong odor that is hard to dismiss as soon as you walk in. Overall it's a fun place for the kids they always seem to have a great time.
I got the neurovirus from here first time it has happened, they need to wash their hands before going into the kitchen dealing with food . Ate from here and I started feeling bad from my stomach as well as my son and now we have been with this for 3 days with the symptoms.
This is the closest location to me and I've been here multiple time and I've probably done at least 5 parties here. But I do have to say that the staff keep getting worse at providing good customer service. I had an issue with one of the employees who hit one of my kids with the door as she was walking out. Long story short she was unapologetic nor did she care because she was done with her shift, I then proceeded to talk to a manager and she didn't even seem to care either. Will not be visiting this locati
Sad to say that this place has gotten pricey and the pizza only thinner. A purchase for 30 minute play is $20 ????? and if you want 1 hour play it's even more. If you're a family of 4 you're looking to spend $50-$100. That's with coupons. We rarely come here because of the prices, but seeing the kids happy is worth it once a year lol they have more fun at the park and it's free ????
OSCAR store manager amazing. This is a great environment very clean store , workers on point and smile, watching after lil ones. Food is quality also there restrooms are very clean.
Not well organize. I went today,, was Very crowded of course it was a Saturday. I let the staff know that the soda machine was out of ice and some of the flavors were out as well. They did not fill them. Was dirty. No one cleaning tables. Also the waiting time for food is very long. If they know weekends are very crowded they should have more staff
This franchise owners need to stop been cheap and fix the A/C before someone faints or dehydrates for been so hot its been months they are running on insufficient temporary A/C units. IT Is totally unacceptable for the amount of money we pay, everybody sweating on each other. I'm contacting Chuck E. Cheese Corporate as well as the Department of Public Health
The only reason I am giving this location two stars and not one is because it is a large location with plenty of games. I didn't think it was possible for the food to get worse here, but it has. The microwave French fries were still frozen inside and the pizza had a puddle of grease on top of it. The food was not good, but that is almost expected. What I did not like was the fact that we were there on a Friday (regular school day for all schools except my sons school due to a teacher conference) at 12pm. Wh
Me and my family celebrated my sons 3rd Birthday Party there and our host was late to take our order on our food and our guests were waiting to eat for about 30min. She seamed like she was new at this our had never work that position before. Besides that my child and all the other kids invited had lots of fun and really enjoyed it. So over all I guess it was worth it because at the end of the day my little boy loved it.
Great place to bring kids, mine have a blast every time. The food plus a good hour or two of playtime can run you about $40 dollars. I think it's a fair price for family fun. Only down side is It can get really over crowded during peak times.
Super super super!!! Extremely good place for kids. My 3 y.o. is obsessed with this place. A lot of fun and joy!!!!
You know what you're getting & it's gotten better.
I went to this CEC 2 times. Both on a week day. It was a teeny bit crowded but it was very fun to visit. It has the full animatronic band & has very fun games. I do notice this location has different games then some locations. They sanitize their games and keep safe during the pandemic.
We got there on local school's fundraising night, so the place was packed. They now do Play Cards instead of tokens. The place is clean even after that many children were present. One of the larger facilities. Plenty of parking. Staff could be faster.
Been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now. We stopped in on a whim to kill some time before our flight from Burbank Airport. I have never seen a cleaner Chuck E. Cheese in my life! This place was amazing! Every game worked! Every surface was dusted or wiped down. We loved the ?timed pay to play? option. We had 30min to play and the kids picked their prizes and we were out the door. We only got something to drink since it was barely opening time. The staff seemed timid but very patient and kind.
I've visited this place a couple of times never had much to complain about but after today's visit I don't think I'll be visiting again. They changed their playing system once again when I asked the cashier how it worked she got irritated apparently she didn't like me asking questions. The most affordable play time you can get is $10 for 30 mins so your child can play only for those 30 mins after that the their play card expires. Also, for people using coupons they no longer come with playing credits nor do
I love it it's just the smell inside and I give this a 5 star if you add luigi mansion arcade in the plaza Chuck e cheese.
It's a great place for kids, unfortunately the food isn't the best, the salad bar has less and less ingridiants. Unfortunately it's very expensive, I didn't see as many kids there like I used to see and this two are a major reason why.
Kids love this place. They got toddler section where the rides and games are smaller. Very cute. Chuckee comes out takes pictures with the kids the whole staff is very friendly and patient. They also sell beer here for adults. One thing that I noticed was they stamp your wrist with the children you arrive with and they check you leave with kids with matching stamps. A heads up you need to order pizza as soon as you get there if you plan to eat there's a waiting time for it.
Brought my goddaughter here for some play time and food and I was also able to get some work done on my laptop as well which was great while she played.. It wasn't busy either for a Saturday when went, I thought it would, but as we were leaving it was getting packed. The food was OK doesn't taste the same as before for some reason, the wings tasted better than the pizza.
My review is based off on my personal preference and what makes any place comfortable for my family. I have two children with Autism. In which sensory stimuli plays a huge role on how our trip anywhere can turn out. This Chuck E. Cheese was by far the best in noise level. The games weren't as noisy and obnoxious as some are. It's spacious, with a lot of games to offer. The bathrooms could use some cleaning and some A/C. Other than that I'm quite surprised they have their salad bar opened in comparison to o
I love this site the staff are just so friendly. Respectfull, they aim at customer satisfaction. Thank you to Jennifer for taking my order, thank you to Yinett for making sure my kids are safe and triple checking the hand stamp you are amazing!!! Rigo was so nice helping me bring the food order to the table and Daniela also was one of the best registers there. This is my favorite place to bring kids. My family and I literally walked out of there with a kool aid smile. Thank you chucky cheese and friendly s
Customer Service is awful, they don't really care about their clients. Sanitation??? Nobody is cleaning o disinfecting tables. Salad bar? Everyone is touching the forks to serve the salad, one employee should be serving it to avoid bacterias and of course the virus. But it seems that people still love this place and don't care about it...
Horrible service No air conditioning This place has a horrible smell The lines to everything were a long wait, even just to get in. No one to assist you at th prize counter. No one to assist you at the salad bar. Cashier line was a ridiculous wait. It wasn't worth my money spent.
So filthy. When I went here a few hours ago with my family I started off looking for any possible table. It was very packed and at tables where people weren't sitting had so much trash I couldn't tell if that was still someone's table. Even at an empty table, it was still filthy with bits of food and the tables were sticky. The soda machines were just God awful (as seen on the pictures provided). I swear 1/3 of the games didn't work. Arguably overpriced food. I didn't even see the damn mascot while I was th
Decent experience but I wish that our attendant could have gave us a little more attention. Our seats were in front of the Chucky band, and every time they announced something, it made you wish that you would have came with ear plugs. It was so loud that your ears could bleed. Outside of that we had fun playing the games, seeing the mouse and the pizza was pretty good.
Brought my kids here games are fun for them byt I still remember when tokens were just 25 cents you inserted a dollar got 4 tokens well now it's only 3 tokens for every dollar. Prices go up its go to say for anything really. That's not why they get 1 star though, they get one star for being under staffed, to many people not enough employees. My daughter inserted a token and the game didn't work I told her to go let someone know and one employee dais ask the register employee. She stood there for about 5 min
Believe it or not, this is a salad from Chuck E Cheese! My son is 13 but still loves the place. I have been to 2 other locations in AZ and CA that were not super clean and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. This location is the opposite! It is really clean and the staff are incredibly helpful. I'm vegan so the salad bar is a life-saver.
Service was horrible. So many of the machines were out of tickets or out of order. You pay so much for these game cards you would think they would be more on top of it. I spoke to 5 different employee all said they would get someone to look at machine that odd me 69 tickets. 3hrs later no one ever got back to mind you I waited by the machine for 40mins. The manager was doing job interview on a busy Saturday when he should have been managing the current situation.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
