I reserved a Birthday party for my son. When I got there they had my table all set. When talking to the front desk girl she answered my questions clearly, and if she wasn't sure she'd ask her manager. They were both super sweet and I appreciate their patience with me. I've been a singe Dad for a minute, but I've always struggled with hosting parties for my son. They may have not known it, but they were helping me out a ton to make this one happen. The manager let my son snatch a few extra tickets at the end

This place is clean. The food is Chuck E Cheese food for kids and they love it. Salad bar fresh. The staff very friendly and helpful. It has been years and the younger grands are enjoying it as much as the older did. I enjoy watching them have fun. Very affordable.

Invited some family out to celebrate my son's 4th birthday. You can tell they're a little understaffed, but overall they were super friendly and helpful when I needed them to be. Waist of time, money and energy. Water cups? Must purchase, ?we're having inventory issues?. I see that they removed my previous review. Paid to have a party there yesterday and they spelled my daughter?s name wrong on the party sign. Had decorations dropped them off early because I was told they would set them up. They were not set up. During the winter break took my lil guy for some fun after watching a commercial advertising more games. The staff was friendly however, not kid friendly. My lil guy enjoyed the unlimited play $23 for 45 mins. We ate pizza and fries and drank soda. Total cost was $60. I would definitely go again.

This location has renovated to eliminate the old musical robots that I prefer to a person dressed as Chuck E. Even so, the kids seem excited to see and dance with the person in a costume. Kids having fun is more important so if it works, my opinion doesn't matter. They have also improved their pizza recipe. It was actually quite good.

Spent over $300 on a birthday party. Booked for 10am-noon and was told we could bring our own decorations. Pleasantly Surprised. Came on a Wednesday when it was 30% off unlimited game card. Had the place pretty much to our selves. Games were good, food was good and everything was clean. Staff were super nice. Haven't been in 10 years at least but will be back again.

The food is very expensive. We bought a family pack that came with a pizza, a small order of wings ( about 8 very small wings) and two kids sods for $47.00. Two 1 hour game card at for $38.00. The kids earned tickets to buy things. After an hour one kid got enough tickets for a small plastic airplane. So we spent close to $100 for 1 1/2 hours of fun.

The manager Sir Michael did an amazing job! I took my two boys to come spend some time together and have some fun and the minute we walked through the door he went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome and were having fun. He was a great host, even made conversation with both my kids. We left Strikes and Spares to come here today because it was so boring there and way overpriced and I'm so glad we did because we all had a blast!

Most of the game barely gave the tickets that you had earned out. You had to hunt for someone to help you and when asking the girl behind the counter where all the help went her response was "In the back doing nothing like always" so obviously this wasn't just a one day issue of not being able to find a staff to help. It may not be the (Showbiz Pizza) restaurant I knew as a kid, but it's definitely still a fun place to take my kids. The pizza was tasty and we had a great time with each other playing games for a little over 3 hours.
