Much has changed in the atmosphere. However I was more concerned with the manager bouncing from customer to customer. I'd be ask a question or ask one and before an answer she'd help someone else and even scold an employee. She basically said " I told you to....." In a harsh tone while "helping" me and telling a young lady she will start in two weeks. She proceeded to tell the customer she'd help them and the employee to just help on the floor. The employee was extremely helpful and nice to my children. Eve
It has been over 10 years since I have been to a Chich E. Cheese and may how things have changed with technology. Token and Tickets are no longer the currency of the land. I was their with 4 kids aging from 2 -9 years old. We all had an amazing time.
I am writing this review to express my disappointment pertaining an experience I had at this Chuck E. Cheese. I arrived for a birthday party at 2:30pm. At about 3:15, the party ordered pizza which my baby does not eat so I waited for a little while because he had just woken up. At 4:00pm, i ordered fries for my son because he was irritable and hungry. The first time the buzzer rang I went to get the fries which were undercooked and did not look good enough for anyone to partake in. They too then back for a
My son just had his 4th birthday here and although ultimately he enjoyed I was pretty disappointed in the customer service here I truly believe the manager has true intentions with being nasty towards all this is not the first encounter either her attitude is truly a disgrace and you're working around kids I'm truly exhausted with the amount of times this woman has came off like this I'm sure people go and back and forth with her all day long very passive aggressive my family and I were as she quoted 18 min
We arrived at this Chuck E. Cheese and were immediately disappointed in the customer service we received. We traveled from Ohio to see family and arranged for the youngest in our family to have a fun time at Chuck E. Cheese. When we arrived at 10:10 am, no one seemed interested in helping us and no one there was pleasant. When we placed an order for a Fun Pass we were told that we would need to pay for cards in excess of the allowed 2. As someone who has done the Fun pass before, I knew this to be incorrect
We celebrate my grand daughter bday ?? ?? ?? everything went will and then we was on the the next party my 36 year old daughter
Not many games for toddlers ages 3-4. Doesn't have the enclosed play structure with slide, tunnel, etc. like CA Chuck E Cheese. Disappointed, especially after paying comparable price for less. Out of Individual pizza, so we had to buy a medium one, which was just as expensive. More engagement from cashier w ould have been better. She spoke too low and didn't really explain how to purchase games, time options, especially since I have low vision and couldn't see the menu board.
My daughter loves to come and have quick in the moment fun at this location. Unfortunately, the food that I ordered at 447pm when we arrived didn't come out until after 6pm. I do understand that staffing has been a challenge across retail spaces and I could forgive the length of time but unfortunately several guests were met with non accommodating demeanors, no regard for waiting guests and unpleasant attitudes. Hopefully they will pivot and fix the issues in the future.
I bring the littles here a lot. It's sorta reasonably priced. My gripe is the new trampoline area. After paying $70 for an hour for 2 kids to play they turn around and charge you $12 PER CHILD for a pair of socks. You have to buy their socks or you can't go inside. If you are with a party only $5. If you can charge $5 for party attendants you can charge the same for the other kids, too.
I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the unacceptable experience I had at your Fayette, GA location during my son's 6th birthday party. I arrived promptly at 4:00 PM for our reservation, having purchased the Mega Fun Package. However, the majority of the services and items promised in the package were never provided. Specifically: We did not receive our pizza until 6:00 PM, two hours after our reservation time. My son did not get to experience the Ticket Blast
The worst Chuck E. Cheese experience! The employees had no customer service and we waited over an hour for 1 pizza and cheese sticks. The kids had played and were ready to eat. Go and check my order the kitchen staff can't even talk because their mouths are stuffed eating pizza. When I said I've been waiting an hour they responded well the kitchen backed up rudely I said well they should inform people of that when spending 30.00 for a single pizza that it will be over an hour wait for it. My kids were bored
Carpet seems like it needs a deep cleaning but overall great location. My son can't get enough of this place. Pizza is surprisingly good. Definitely get a monthly pass if you plan on going at least once a month, it pays for itself
This chuck e cheese is like a touch and go sometimes. You may get a great service but then you go again and you get attitude when making a purchase or asking questions. I see they have a new manager which I was confused about an order and she was loud and shouting at the attendant when I personally got it wrong which I was sad and sorry for the attendant because it was not her fault at all. The workers they try their best but one in particular I give praise she Is the best and should be promoted She was eve
We attended my granddaughters 3rd birthday at this location. The staff was nice and the place was clean. All of the party attendees enjoyed it. The kids had a blast dancing with Chuck E!
I've came to this location a few times and never had an issue using my Groupon until today. Be careful, because they will try and make you pay $12-$13 for having a Groupon. The young lady in the black made me step aside to assists others even though I've already been waiting for a long time for her to scan my Groupon. I waited over 25 mins for the lady in the green shirt to help the lady in the black shirt. The lady in the green shirt tried to argue with me that my Groupon was invalid and that I had to reac
Came here for my daughter?s birthday and although my kids had a great time playing games and being with their family, the staff was extremely rude to my family and I. Every interaction with anyone from the woman at the register to the rewards redemption kiosk was unpleasant and extremely unprofessional. My daughter wasn't able to get cotton candy even though they had all the supplies laid out on the machine when you arrive. The manager yelled at me from across the room about a misunderstanding when redeemin
We were there early before the opening at 10 am and once it was 10 we went in there and other parents and children came in. We waited for an attendant and nobody was there to welcome us for about 10 min past the opening. The two families behind me decide to go in to their birthday parties. When they step inside the attendant a lady finally came with her cashier in hand and told them to get back in and roll her eyes she was annoyed. I mean, who is late here??? She has an attitude but still try to be professi
First of all let's talk about the prices and the food. So I paid $27 for 45 min of play when it was suppose to be $20 then I goes to purchase food and the total was $30 !!! Look at the pizza and then the wings is $16 doesn't come with ANYTHING and it's only 8 boneless wings and it was the CRUNCHY NON CHICKEN PIECES , HARD BREADING !!!! I asked for a refund. Got the refund in cash, put it in my pocket , mind you I have 4 kids and 2 toddlers I had to keep picking up so I guess the money fell out my pocket. I
My children enjoyed it....however from my perspective....this place lacked efficiency and cleanliness. My party started at 5:30 however we were not serviced until around 6 pm! It was just...reallly... unprofessional. my kids enjoyed one another's company, but we did not get our passes until 30 minutes later for them to enjoy the games. The two large pizzas were small to medium...the salad bar was sad. Our space was trashed and cluttered with previous customer trash. I respect giving young folks employment o
We booked our daughter's 2nd Birthday here just this past weekend. Our host Miles was soooo hospitable and the place was spotless. They did temp checks and required masks for entry. Felt very safe and socially distanced with the precautions put in place. Miles contacted us 1 day in advance to confirm details and make sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely best way to celebrate!!! The food was awesome and we loved our party package. Will absolutely be back
The best ever!!!! Im always hesitate to take my grandchildren to Chuck E Cheese because they're not the cleanest nor most sanitary places that I've been to. This one by far is the ABSOLUTE BEST ONE EVER ??. Super clean. Customer service is excellent. Sean Sanchez (District Technical Manger FF) was very personable and professional. He deserves the upmost praise. He was willing to take the time to explain how the games worked. If you're looking for a fun place for kids. You can't go wrong!!!!
My daughter had her birthday here last weekend but we didn't have a party. We came on a Sunday and was able to get three tables by the front windows without taking up seating from others. We got a game card, it's reloadable. Make sure you pause it when eating or using the restroom. We ordered a pizza and it was delicious. Definitely tastes much better than years ago. She had a blast and came back today for my friends sons birthday who actually did book a party table. The party was really nice but it let me
The place here is nice. It is decently affordable you certainly get the best bang for your buck out of all the other kiddie places out there. I think they should rotate the games more often but it certainly can be enjoyable as a teen/adult as well. The food here is decent as well. It certainly is just a decent place no complaints really...
The school fundraiser event was awesome. So many students and faculty showed up, and there was lots of fun.
I had a birthday party here the manger named Bianca was charging me for unnecessary stuff and up charging for pizzas I did not ask for. she was very rude and unprofessional to me and my guest. she was also on the phone going off and cussing in front of children and customers. My guest also said they seen her outside arguing with someone while we where waiting to get our party started.. this place is so ridiculous how is she a manger with no manger skills. PLEASE DO BETTER AS A MANGER!!!
It was busy, but clean. A few machines were not working. None of the kids seemed to notice or care. They were all just having a good time .
I just came here to say whoever cut my pizza into 100 slices ????????
Had a lot of fun. My son had never been. Obviously not 5 star food, but was still good. The atmosphere was awesome. My wife n I might make a date night there, we had a blast in the arcade
Loved Chuckie Cheese in Fayetteville,Georgia. The pizza was spot on delicious and the place when we arrived was very clean. My daughter was excited to see the Mascot which I thought was very cute. I only wish they had more games to play for kids that are older . Ages 7 and up, and for someone to check restrooms a little more. Before I was about to leave, I went to restroom and due to the volume of people that was there it got just a little messy. Otherwise I enjoyed my time at this location and would not h
Short staffed, but the staff that was available did an amazing job at staying curtious while struggling to maintain during a busy afternoon. Hopefully, they can get more staff soon because, unfortunately, short staffing often equals a poor customer service experience and loooooonnng wait times on food.
An employee came from outside, went to the salad bar, picked up a piece of broccoli, and dipped it in the ranch dip. I paid for the salad bar but after seeing that, I couldn't eat my salad. They would not give me a refund. I really want my money back. What that employee did, that's just nasty!!!!!!
Not really my cup of tea but my kids and hubby always have a great time here. The safety precaution they have set up to make sure the kids are walking out with their parents is great! They stamp an invisible number on your hand when entering and there is an employee always standing at the exit door to check each family members hand. The restrooms are always decent so that's a plus as well!
We celebrated our son?s 5th birthday here but did not have 6 kids for the actual birthday party. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the pizza was delicious and our son had an amazing time. I'd like to give a special shout out to Amari, she assisted us with deciding what package to purchase and made our 5 year old feel so special on his big day. Amari truly is a gem!!
I threw my granddaughter's 5th bday at the Fayetteville, GA location. All the parents had just as much fun as the children. The only issue we had was that there was not enough staff to help the kids when they exchanged their tickets for prizes. Some of the children left because the wait was too long.
Never got my pizza! Had a 6 year Olds birthday party there. Host did very little for my group, never put our pizza order in so we never got it. Too many parties at once and couldn't move! Only thing good was ot was clean and my grandson had a blast even though many of the games didn't work! He won't know I wasn't happy!
The Manager on Duty, Bianca, exhibited a complete lack of courtesy and respect towards us. Her demeanor towards us was unprofessional, and her interactions with the employees on the floor in front of the parties were even more egregious. I strongly request that the General Manager or Corporate contact me to address this unacceptable behavior.
Just wanted to take my daughter for a little fun thing to do it was very clean and had a lot of new games. It's a good deal if you get a Groupon.
Went in for a school fund raiser but they stopped selling food at 530pm. We left early because the kids were hungry.
The service was great & so was the food!! They are sooooo nice and go above to make your experience amazing.
I must say, this time the salad bar was cleaner and the floors and table was better managed and wiped down. I miss the the stage though and missing them bringing out the pizza but overall we enjoyed it today! ????
Went during the week. Not so busy. The pizza still good like it was when I was a child
My Bady Had a time of her life.... Her 1st time at Chuck-E-Cheese so we decided to throw her a birthday party ...You wouldn't believe this is one of her favorite places we take her there once a week and she just love this place. When my kids were very young I used to take them to Chuck-E-Cheese. Chuckie been around for a long time. I used to go to this place when I was a kid... I just love this place it has games for the kids an the adults everything is so up dated no more tokens you game cards wristbands a
I would like to start this review by saying I went to this location at a very busy time, 5-7pm, on a Saturday. While here every team member was friendly and provided excellent customer service; I even received help by the manager who too was on floor helping customers.
We celebrated our grandson Aiden?s birthday. He turned two years old and he enjoyed himself.
My 3 grandkids had a blast. 4 adults. 3 kids. About 2 hours. Dropped about $250. It was a very fun time.
My son and I had a wonderful time. The restaurant was clean and orderly. It seems as though they have added to their collection of games and rides since last we were there. They were all in working order which was nice. The food was adequate. I will admit that it is way over priced for what it is. My son and I spent $38 for a personal pizza, salad bar, one drink, and 45 minutes of unlimited games and I used a coupon for the play time. My opinion is you can have plenty of fun but it doesnt come cheap.
I had my daughter bday party here. The service was amazing! My bday rep was kind personable and made sure the kids had everything they need. She was great with letting me know the timing of food , play, cake and Chuckie comes out to dance with the bday kids. My daughter and friends loved the dance floor. The dance floor is so much better than those mechanical chuckie and friends. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Awesome place to have a bday party for your child!
Awesome establishment and the best staff. My daughters first trip to Chuck E. Cheese was so memorable thanks to Kelton & Shakeeria. If Management is reading this please recognize them. We got there at 7:45 and They were closing early at 8pm due to short staffing and I completely understand but, they allowed us stay and enjoy the experience. Thank you again and I will return again and again. The facility was clean and organized and well taken care of. We played all the games over and over.
I paid 12. 00 for one plate of salad. While eating my salad, I saw an employee use her hand to pick up a piece of broccoli and dip it in the ranch dressing. I was mortified because that was disgusting. I didn't finish my salad and didn't return to the salad bar.
Just left here a few hours ago celebrating my sons 2nd birthday, overall we had a very pleasant experience, they were extremely short staffed however they still did a great job!! We'll definitely be returning.
The kids had a blast. The food was amazing. The party host Lexi was amazing! She made sure everything went well for my family. CHUCKY, on the other hand, was boring, lazy, and wasn't really feeling the kids. He barely danced with the kids. He didn't seem too interested in coming out to help the kids celebrate their birthdays.
This place has truly gone down. The service is down right disrespectful. I've had 7 parties here and never had an issue until now. I spoke to the manager Sean who informed me that he was new to the location. I Express my concerns and he pretended to be concerned. Only to go back and tell the employee that I complained about what she could've done. My neice had her daughters birthday party here. From the moment I arrived i didn't see the party host until I asked for the manager. The host then stated I didn't
What kid doesn't love this place. The staff were level headed and my son had the best time for his birthday. They tended to every need and concerns and I would definitely be back.
I love ?? Chuckecheese ??This was my go to fun place for both of my boys B-Day parties ?? and just weekend outings. I love Chuckecheese because they had great discounts and was very affordable for middle class family income. I didn't have to break the bank every time I went there. My kids love the tokens and the machine eating up Their tickets and at the end getting fun prizes. I love the fact that a lot of the arcade games weren't violent and they had Chuckecheese to hug at the end of the day. It is so fun
Planned party with six children. When I tell you they went above and beyond! The server Chloe was excellent. Chuck E was dancing had a good time. My daughter enjoyed her party immensely. I'd give more stars if I could.
A solid three stars all around I haven't been here in a minute, but I know they've updated a couple things and now that parents dont every second with their child- Chuck E. Cheese decided to make the corporate decision of adding beer to their experience - so the adults can have a little bit of entertainment too I guess , which I guess is a plus for some people.
This place offers nothing but high prices. 23 dollars for a frozen pizza. Boneless chicken wings are processed wings. I won't be going back. 12 dollars per child for the trampoline please management take a look into your model.
We had a great birthday party experience the service was wonderful the store was clean the staff was friendly helpful
Disinfectant spray or wipes stations would be nice. Kids are germ bags.
This place is a rip off you pay to get game time bit then you actually are using points some games are 1 point some are 3 points.... 4 games did not work and they did nothing about it. I told the employee it took my kids points away and all they said was I'm sorry.... I said well at least put an out of order sign on it. No matter your scores most games just gave 6 tickets regardless. I will never go here again. Only reason I gave 2 stars was the pizza was decent.
This is the closest location to my home, therefore I patronize this location frequently. On many occasions, the works are in the back, or on the phone - it's like pulling teeth to get assistance. However, on my visit today, I wanted to purchase the monthly package - I was informed to complete this process online. The online form wasn't working properly, and the manager, Sean, asked if I was with someone else to use their phone - even though it was evident I was there with my 4 year old. Nonetheless, he off
Except for the price of the pizza and game cards, the experience was nice. Some new changes in the party area, but otherwise a nice place for children to have fun. My twin granddaughters Loved it!
I came here today for my son?s birthday. And was highly unsatisfied with the customer service i waited 30 min to even get any kind of acknowledgment then another 30 for one pizza then as my child was cashing in the person walked off on him to get someone else to finish up on what he wanted. All the employees were to busy having their own conversation then dealing with the customers.
It took too long to take my order, and the order was wrong. Many of the games were not working. There was one yelling fight at the ticket exchange counter. The manager seemed to walk around like she did not care. To many people in one place.
I brought my niece here last summer and towards the end of 2023. We were impressed with the food and customer service at the time. I'm not sure if this place is under new management now in 2024, but it was really gone down. The salad bar had spoiled vegetables out for customers to eat. It took 30 mins to get a pizza, and they weren't even busy, it looked so terrible that I wouldn't allow my family to eat it. I ended up leaving and not even entering the play area. I asked for a refund for the game band and
This was so much fun for the kids!!! Had a really great time!!
Me and the boys really enjoyed are time here food was great the staff were absolutely awsome very friendly and help me with all my questions no matter how small games were awsome and we'll keep up with very clean place to bring the family.
It was my daughter's 9th birthday & her mother & I took her there to play some games & got a couple of prizes.
Worst experience!! My nephew had his 3rd birthday party here and the place was horrible. For starters, when you walked in, it smelled like old dirty socks. Only to have them (yes them) spill ice on the floor, in the salad bar area. When asked to have someone clean it up (twice) it was dismissed as if it wasn't a big deal(kids are literally running around) no sense of urgency whatsoever. The tables were clean but under the tables were disgusting (did I share that the party began at 10AM?? Which means the pl
Staff took a very long time to get anything done and alot of the games were not playable
The pizza was amazing. The service was great. Waitresses were very attentive, patient and great with the kids.
My daughter had her 4th birthday party ?? there it was so awesome ?? the staff Especially my party host Destiny was truly amazing. She was very helpful to the party and made sure all the children had a blast ?? thanks to the manager too. Janell was great too this is a awesome place for children to have fun.. The pizza and fries was delicious ??
Could work on better customer service skills. Wanted to purchase cotton candy for my birthday party but their location never has any made.
My kid loves chuck E Cheese, as a parent this one checks off the list for cleanliness.
The salad bar is good, pizza is actually better than most in that area. The staff is polite. The trampoline situation is not at all monitored
Devin the manager helped with our the party ?? Omg ?? we Had soo much fun playing the arcade truly a place for kids of all ages every kid deserves a chucky birthday ?? #funtimes
My daughter had the best birthday. Too much fun, thanks chuck E cheese
Very disappointed at this establishment. Staff was quite young. No military discount, $200+ order was not prepared or delivered properly or hot, just lukewarm, in the establishment. Poor response to our inquiries about the problem. Only good thing was that my 5 year old granddaughter was happy and enjoyed herself. It was her birthday party!
Pizza pretty good service was extremely slow considering there were only 5 people in the entire place. Half the games were broken and the maintenance guy was sitting out in the open just watching videos on his phone then hiding in the restroom not doing his job.
Had to wait an hour for one pizza and 16 wings then they gave me traditional wings instead of boneless like wow It was only us and another family waiting for food so 1 hour is ridiculous!!!! And then given the wrong wings was the cherry on top!!! Do better! And the total was about $60 So yeah don't eat there
To get the most out of the Chuck E Cheese experience get the all you can play pass. I got it for a four year old and she's in heaven. She gets to play forty games a day everyday for two months. I can renew it when it expires and it pays for itself after two visits..
Bless their little thot music era hearts ?? with better training and guidance, these girls could be ready to graduate on to working at Chick Fila A. There are too many games not working. It's unorganized. The customer service at times is non-existent. One female walked off after looking at me directly in my face without explaining why no one was at the front counter to assist potential customers. The pizza was A1, my son loved the ice cream and had a great time, as kids aren't concerned with anything other
This place has gone down hill. We use to go here a lot a few months ago but our kids are getting older. We went this past Monday and the workers that were there before seem to be gone. They had a young lady who didn't know how to work the register on the register. Everyone customer she had to ask the manager for help. Which meant we were in line for darn near 30min. From what I can count it was 5 workers. Two managers and three regular employees l. One older lady was just walking around cleaning. We finally
Overpriced pizza and salad bar, skimped on toppings. Love a good salad bar but not for $20 despite online says $10. Explained to young man but did not honor online price.
Worse experience ever on a Chuck e cheese. We had to wait more than an hour for a pepperoni pizza. Its ridiculous that people that order after me received their pizza before me. The games are great, its just their food service that makes the whole experience not worth it. If you coming to chuck e cheese, eat somewhere else first.
When we arrived the floor was somewhat slippery. We asked for the floor to be cleaned. Once it was cleaned it was left very wet. My daughter who recently broke her leg slipped. We asked for it to be dried letting the workers know what happened. They were very nonchalant. There was a wet for sign but the target audience is children and their reading comprehen skills are not to the age where that is enough for the floor to be soaking wet. She was supervised walking right beside me. Our server was kind and Chu
My grandson 2nd birthday was here and we had a ball.
About 10 game machines not working, that is ridiculous! There is also no way they are following the capacity limit. Kids and adults EVERYWHERE. I observed a young worker at the front opening the door freely to allow a 4 or 5 year old child to walk out the front door by themselves. Shame on her and the parent!!! This location has turned into the Jonesboro location. I will not be returning .
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
