Much has changed in the atmosphere. However I was more concerned with the manager bouncing from customer to customer. I'd be ask a question or ask one and before an answer she'd help someone else and even scold an employee. She basically said " I told you to....." In a harsh tone while "helping" me and telling a young lady she will start in two weeks. She proceeded to tell the customer she'd help them and the employee to just help on the floor. It has been over 10 years since I have been to a Chich E. Cheese and may how things have changed with technology. Token and Tickets are no longer the currency of the land. I was their with 4 kids aging from 2 -9 years old. We all had an amazing time.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment pertaining an experience I had at this Chuck E. Cheese. I arrived for a birthday party at 2:30pm. At about 3:15, the party ordered pizza which my baby does not eat so I waited for a little while because he had just woken up. We arrived at this Chuck E. Cheese and were immediately disappointed in the customer service we received. We traveled from Ohio to see family and arranged for the youngest in our family to have a fun time at Chuck E. Cheese. When we arrived at 10:10 am, no one seemed interested in helping us and no one there was pleasant. When we placed an order for a Fun Pass we were told that we would need to pay for cards in excess of the allowed 2. As someone who has done the Fun pass before, I knew this to be incorrect

Not many games for toddlers ages 3-4. Doesn't have the enclosed play structure with slide, tunnel, etc. like CA Chuck E Cheese. Disappointed, especially after paying comparable price for less. Out of Individual pizza, so we had to buy a medium one, which was just as expensive. More engagement from cashier w ould have been better. She spoke too low and didn't really explain how to purchase games, time options, especially since I have low vision and couldn't see the menu board.

My daughter loves to come and have quick in the moment fun at this location. Unfortunately, the food that I ordered at 447pm when we arrived didn't come out until after 6pm. I do understand that staffing has been a challenge across retail spaces and I could forgive the length of time but unfortunately several guests were met with non accommodating demeanors, no regard for waiting guests and unpleasant attitudes. Hopefully they will pivot and fix the issues in the future.

I bring the littles here a lot. It's sorta reasonably priced. My gripe is the new trampoline area. After paying $70 for an hour for 2 kids to play they turn around and charge you $12 PER CHILD for a pair of socks. You have to buy their socks or you can't go inside. If you are with a party only $5. If you can charge $5 for party attendants you can charge the same for the other kids, too.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the unacceptable experience I had at your Fayette, GA location during my son's 6th birthday party. I arrived promptly at 4:00 PM for our reservation, having purchased the Mega Fun Package. However, the majority of the services and items promised in the package were never provided. We booked our daughter's 2nd Birthday here just this past weekend. Our host Miles was soooo hospitable and the place was spotless. They did temp checks and required masks for entry. Felt very safe and socially distanced with the precautions put in place. Miles contacted us 1 day in advance to confirm details and make sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely best way to celebrate!!! The food was awesome and we loved our party package. Will absolutely be back

The best ever!!!! Im always hesitate to take my grandchildren to Chuck E Cheese because they're not the cleanest nor most sanitary places that I've been to. My daughter had her birthday here last weekend but we didn't have a party. We came on a Sunday and was able to get three tables by the front windows without taking up seating from others. I had a birthday party here the manger named Bianca was charging me for unnecessary stuff and up charging for pizzas I did not ask for. she was very rude and unprofessional to me and my guest. she was also on the phone going off and cussing in front of children and customers. My guest also said they seen her outside arguing with someone while we where waiting to get our party started.. this place is so ridiculous how is she a manger with no manger skills. Short staffed, but the staff that was available did an amazing job at staying curtious while struggling to maintain during a busy afternoon. Hopefully, they can get more staff soon because, unfortunately, short staffing often equals a poor customer service experience and loooooonnng wait times on food.

An employee came from outside, went to the salad bar, picked up a piece of broccoli, and dipped it in the ranch dip. I paid for the salad bar but after seeing that, I couldn't eat my salad. They would not give me a refund. I really want my money back. What that employee did, that's just nasty!!!!!!

Not really my cup of tea but my kids and hubby always have a great time here. The safety precaution they have set up to make sure the kids are walking out with their parents is great! They stamp an invisible number on your hand when entering and there is an employee always standing at the exit door to check each family members hand. The restrooms are always decent so that's a plus as well!

We celebrated our son?s 5th birthday here but did not have 6 kids for the actual birthday party. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the pizza was delicious and our son had an amazing time. I'd like to give a special shout out to Amari, she assisted us with deciding what package to purchase and made our 5 year old feel so special on his big day. Amari truly is a gem!!

I threw my granddaughter's 5th bday at the Fayetteville, GA location. All the parents had just as much fun as the children. The only issue we had was that there was not enough staff to help the kids when they exchanged their tickets for prizes. Some of the children left because the wait was too long.

Never got my pizza! Had a 6 year Olds birthday party there. Host did very little for my group, never put our pizza order in so we never got it. Too many parties at once and couldn't move! The Manager on Duty, Bianca, exhibited a complete lack of courtesy and respect towards us. Her demeanor towards us was unprofessional, and her interactions with the employees on the floor in front of the parties were even more egregious. I strongly request that the General Manager or Corporate contact me to address this unacceptable behavior.

I would like to start this review by saying I went to this location at a very busy time, 5-7pm, on a Saturday. While here every team member was friendly and provided excellent customer service; I even received help by the manager who too was on floor helping customers.

We celebrated our grandson Aiden?s birthday. He turned two years old and he enjoyed himself.

My 3 grandkids had a blast. 4 adults. 3 kids. About 2 hours. Dropped about $250. It was a very fun time.

My son and I had a wonderful time. The restaurant was clean and orderly. It seems as though they have added to their collection of games and rides since last we were there. They were all in working order which was nice. The food was adequate. I will admit that it is way over priced for what it is. My son and I spent $38 for a personal pizza, salad bar, one drink, and 45 minutes of unlimited games and I used a coupon for the play time. My opinion is you can have plenty of fun but it doesnt come cheap.

I had my daughter bday party here. The service was amazing! My bday rep was kind personable and made sure the kids had everything they need. She was great with letting me know the timing of food , play, cake and Chuckie comes out to dance with the bday kids. My daughter and friends loved the dance floor. I paid 12. 00 for one plate of salad. While eating my salad, I saw an employee use her hand to pick up a piece of broccoli and dip it in the ranch dressing. I was mortified because that was disgusting. I didn't finish my salad and didn't return to the salad bar.

I love Chuckecheese because they had great discounts and was very affordable for middle class family income. I didn't have to break the bank every time I went there. A solid three stars all around I haven't been here in a minute, but I know they've updated a couple things and now that parents dont every second with their child- Chuck E. Cheese decided to make the corporate decision of adding beer to their experience - so the adults can have a little bit of entertainment too I guess , which I guess is a plus for some people.

I came here today for my son?s birthday. And was highly unsatisfied with the customer service i waited 30 min to even get any kind of acknowledgment then another 30 for one pizza then as my child was cashing in the person walked off on him to get someone else to finish up on what he wanted. Very disappointed at this establishment. Staff was quite young. No military discount, $200+ order was not prepared or delivered properly or hot, just lukewarm, in the establishment. Pizza pretty good service was extremely slow considering there were only 5 people in the entire place. Half the games were broken and the maintenance guy was sitting out in the open just watching videos on his phone then hiding in the restroom not doing his job.
