Decent food, fun environment! Not too busy on a Sunday afternoon but the front desk seems a bit understaffed. Not too bad as we luckily didn't have to wait too long. The games were all in working condition and the area was nice and clean. The bathrooms could be better as there was some sort of leaking going on, which was unfortunate. Overall we had a blast and will definitely visit again.

Friendly staff, good food, lots of fun to run around and whoop on the kids nephews the girlfriend. I ain?t letting em win?? we went on a Sunday was not busy at all almost comfortable enough to take of the mask.it's pricy but if you can afford 80 bucks to feed 4 and run around for an hour unlimited play it's not bad. Restrooms where clean . Now the 80 bucks was all 4 of us sharing 1 unlimited card if you buy 4 of those good luck.Sharing is caring and scrabbling around snatching the card is part of the fun.

This place is a headache every time. The jump area is great, except if your child leaves to play games (which obviously they are going to) they lock it up and then the employees vanish. Making it a 30 minute ordeal to find an employee, have them go look for the keys, then come back and unlock it. Also makes no sense for them to charge me for the jump area (for my 7 year old who was standing with us) only to go get him out to measure him because ?he looks taller.? Measure first, then charge me. Simple concep

It's small, there aren't many games or an array of prizes. HOWEVER...it is clean, the employees are friendly, it's a Saturday and not really busy, all of the games are working, and we got to use the ticket blaster without having a birthday party scheduled. They've changed out the tokens for a "play card" which you can reload. GREAT idea in my opinion. Small children and shiny little metal things don't mix.

Buying minutes is better than buying points because you spend the point so fast and quick time quick time but yet sometimes when you're buying minutes Somehow the cards deactivate sooner than later I was there one day and after 10 minutes it was expired when I purchase in 45 minutes Luckily I showed them our receipt and they refunded me another card.

My great niece's birthday party. Pizza and cheese bread was good. Soda machine was good and I don't usually drink soda. I did this time because the sweet tea tasted bitter. Everyone had fun and Chuck E Cheese made several appearances while we were there so it made the kids' night!

Grand son had the best time there It was his birthday ?????? It was pretty much me and him.

This was the most horrible experience there I've ever had. It smelled so bad when we walked in.. we had to wait over 10 minutes before my wife finally had enough and found someone to take our order. Almost every table was dirty. Employees were just sitting around not doing anything. My little girl loves it, so I guess we're stuck going to that cesspool til something else opens up..

My kids had a great time. There was only one girl there who was actually working. Wish I would?ve gotten her name. She was doing everything from cleaning to bringing out food, and running the merchandise desk. It took forever to get our pizza and everyone working the front desk was constantly on their phones.

Can't beat this place for the entertainment it provides the grandbabies. The pizza is just OK in my book. I do wish they would offer a side salad at a reasonable price instead of the entire salad bar experience for over $10.

Like most parents, I have kids but not enough time. If you want a party or just to get the kids to burn off energy this is the place to go. The hassel of planning parties and clean up and entertaining is handled efficiently each time we've had a party here. The staff is friendly and the seem like they want to honestly get your money's worth for all the services they provide. Fun place for the kiddos. Food is really not the reason you go there...just my opinion. But the kids seem to like . They do have wings that are good. I'm gonna rant....I know you pay 30 bucks for a card and play and get points....its really ridiculous that they charge so many points for things that cost practically nothin to stock and the staff on the night we went was in the I dont care mode when helping our grandkids...and was not adding correctly or doubling up....really....its already expensive to eat a

What a great place to go and have fun in a friendly atmosphere. The staff was wonderful and Chuck E was great. We didn't purchase a birthday party package but had our party there and Chuck E showed up and made my son day. Thank you for being a great sport even without the purchase of a birthday party.

kids were disappointed that the jungle gym with slides were not there anymore. I had left overs from the food court ; which i did not want to put in my hot car. My grandkids wanted to go play games for an hour, so instead of taking the fun from my grandkids I threw my food away. I purchased (3) hour play cards for my (3) grandsons. Played and ate there. There were lots of employees on hand but seemed like they were all in the back. The ones you did see were leaning not doing anything. And when Chuck E. Cheese did come out whoever was wearing the costume wasn't very into the role at all. Walked around waving (barely) and didn't even dance or anything! So sad. The kids were left want more after the 3 minute viewing. As for the food. The salad bar was delicious and the pizza was good. Small slices for like kids but good.

We always just go after eating, I got picky eaters so not too sure about the food there. But we enjoy playing starting from my 3 year old up to me in my 30s. Usually spend an hour or 2 depending if it's crowded.

Pizza was actually really good, we tried the sausage pizza with stuffed crust. Last time we were there, years ago, played with tokens, now it's time cards which worked great for our little ones. Will definitely be back sometime.

Price of one pizza and 4 drinks was $35 which is pretty steep considering you can get 3 pizzas for that much at almost any other pizza place here in town. The staff was friendly though and the restaurant was clean and I like the idea that you can pay $20 for an hour of unlimited playtime

My son loves going. It was a lot better before they changed to only using tickets for certain merchandise. Try to go really early, close to opening time, or later in the evening. Since it gets SUPER packed mid day, usually most of the machines dont have tickets.

Chuck E. Cheese in Victoria was amazing, the staff was so friendly my kids walked away saying they really liked the manager. This place was very clean, sanitizers everywhere and the food has gotten much better. The kids played for the hour and earned enough points (tickets) to get actual prizes. We are not from here and this probably the worst chuck e cheese's we have ever taken our daughter to. There is a bad odor as soon as you walk through the door. The person who mainly dresses like chucky is terrible at acting the part; very disappointing. The games are OK. The pizza is pretty good. The staff here is awesome. They are super nice, and our grandson had an awesome time. They were accommodating and hooked our grandson up. We will definitely take him back there.

Lower prices OR improve quality! Understaffed, and inattentive. Unable to find staff when needed, and had to wait a good 10 minutes at one point in order to be helped. I ended up having to ask a customer and relied on what they knew.

Food delivery driver searching the Mall for Pasqually?s. Shaking my head?.found out it's REALLY Chuck E Cheese. I asked the girl what's up with the two entirely different names. Only one name is on the building and it's not Pasqually?s. It's Chuck E Cheese. So the girl continues and says places are trying to be more fancy. I almost died laughing. If Denny?s aka The Burger Hut (took a minute to find that too) and Chuck E Cheese are considered FANCY in this town, please Lord help these people.

Stephen pizza is good but the prices are a little high. Great games for younger kids and older. Fun to play but the redemption selection could use some work.

Definitely would not recommend a birthday party here the food is pretty good over all just takes a very long time. Maybe it was just the staff that night but we were also kicked out of our spot and my son didn't even get to open his gifts it wasn't a good experience and I definitely wouldn't recommend a party there for your children it's definitely not worth the money .

Great staff and the $7.99 2 hour play bracelets are better than coins. Now you can finally win a few 1000 tickets in one visit and get the BIG prizes the same day.

I dont hate it, but was there early in the day and a couple of the teenage looking employees were like french kissing right out in the dinning area. I didnt say anything to them then because i hate to have to, but i did not appreciate it in front of my Children

Clean, friendly and fun. I come from another state so comparing this one to mine, it is a great location. Too bad I don't live there, otherwise I would be taking my kids there all the time.

People were rude not one time were we greeted or asked if we needed help..Bought some ice cream (2) rainbow push ups (2) cups of vanilla..All were freezer froze couldn't even open it up without the paper sticking...Kids went to redeem tickets they chose air heads they were just as nasty...stuck to paper no flavor...i guess when everything opened apparently they forgot to take out the old and put new inventory. ..

Nice, clean and very helpful staff. Salad bar was fresh and clean. A little pricier than before, but the unlimited play for an hour ita awesome!

Hate the food. The games aren't too bad but not worth the price for the nasty food. I sometimes take my son there just to play the games which he likes.

The pizza is real good the salad bar is excellent. Got my grandchildren the play pass and that is a great idea. They had a great time.

Fairly responsive and courteous staff; no broken machines or other major maintenance problems; food was decent. We've been here 2-3 times and each has been similarly good.

None of the games worked we paid to get Chuckie to bring out the cake and sing he didn't...I guess the manager on duty brung it and sat it on the table where no one was and left.... finally Chuckie came out didn't say a word to anyone I thought he was a mute...the cake was hard and horrible... NEVER AGAIN!!!!????.....oh and I forgot the dude fixing the machines was begging for pieces of cake as if he was apart of the fam....SMH ??

Small, but cozy. We were in town for a day and needed a place for my son to play. He had a great time.

Son had a great time, but the prices and pizza quality were outrageous. That was our last trip til they get more realistic.

It was my daughter's 7th birthday and she has never been there before and she had a great time, the staff was very pleasant and polite to us.

Last time I went almost all the games were broken, the tickets wouldn't come out, poor service, stupid prizes, and I would not even give one star to this place, I'd rather go to Peter Piper Pizza.
