I understand they're making changes to bring in more revenue but when you order a traditional medium pizza but instead get a thin crust?? Like skimping on the crust is not cool! I asked the receptionist if they gave me a thin crust by mistake and she said no that this was a traditional pizza. Take a look at the picture. Save your money and buy pizza elsewhere!

Friendly staff, large, open space. Only big downside is many of the games were broken, or not fully functional for getting tickets. Has the best variety of arcade game experiences vs. The Fairfax and Herndon locations. Has a few unique games/experiences my little would love but couldn't try as they were broken. If they fixed all of the broken/malfunctioning machines then this would be a good location.

It had been years since we had been to Chuck E. Cheese and my children ages 7 & 10 enjoyed themselves. Location was renovated since we had last been there and it looks great. Bumper cars area has been removed. Tokens have been replaced by cards you can reload with minutes or points. There is a $2 charge when you first purchase card. I think it's a little expensive for the time & points given however I would return since my kids had fun in the hour we were there and got to play most of the games they wanted

Good rides some of the games don't work asked to have them fixed. I lost like 10 points in some games because they don't work and there's no sign or notice.

My kid had a blast here at Chuck e Cheese! Loved all the games. During this whole pandemic they are taking care of the place Nicely. They have a guy walking around sanitization and cleaning everything in there gets touched. Will be back again. *Update: since the last time I came to this place. They have renovated the place and is even better! My son loved it even more this time.

Kids love this place. They always excited to go collect tickets and then Get prices. Clean and curious staff. Kids like Pizza but for adults it's just fine.

It was a vibe we all had a blast

We were here for a friend's birthday party and we were very impressed! (The restaurant was clean, the staff was attentive and kind, and the pizza wasn't terrible!)

Hello, I wanted to share my experience and thoughts on the service I received by a Young Lady by the name of Nidia, It was my first time in Chuck E Cheese, I went to the cashier to get my daughter a game pass, I had a lot of questions about how the minutes and point cards worked, the details about them, and the cashier Nidia was very Kind and Patient while answering my questions, I really appriciated her Kind and Gentle service.

Have been coming here for years , I like that they change the games every now & then. BUT with that being said , I do think they should have a bigger variety of games for the smaller children , most of them are just ride-on.

The food and atmosphere was great the games all worked and are in good condition, only issue that threw it off was that the staff cassandra was very rude to my 3 year old son, i do not understand why someone like that would work in an environment with kids.

Had a fun time with the $19.99 60 minutes game card. Of course I had a personal cheese pizza!!! I went solo

Went to a birthday party and the place was great for the kids. The only issue we had is that the place was super cold, we all had to wear our outdoor jackets. The manager said that corporate controls the ac, and they couldn't adjust the temperature. Overall the food was good; I forgot how good their pizza is. It is a bit overpriced, the salad bar is 12 dlls per person, and they don't have much in it.

I was pleasantly surprised! I guess I was expecting it to be a little messy, sticky, loud... because of the kids. But it was very clean and orderly! The stuffed crust pizza was pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great time with the kids, but remember (like all locations) always keep an eye on your tickets and play passes! They can get snatched quickly!

Kids had fun, so many games and activities to keep kids entertained.

Kids always have a good time. Glad they took out the bumper cars. I miss the 90s chuckecheese. Not a fan of the modern design.

This establishment provides a pleasurable experience for children on an occasional basis. While the cost may appear to be somewhat elevated, this is consistent with current market trends. An expansion of the game selection would be a welcome enhancement. The cleanliness of the facility is satisfactory. The quality of the food is adequate, but not exceptional.

We went there for my daughter's first birthday and I was surprised that they were not busy or overly crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful with the prices and services that they offer. Food was good and my baby and her cousins all got to enjoy their day!

I came to this location today with my 2 kids my niece brother and his wife and it was HORRIBLE!!!! Saturday 3pm the place was basically empty which is fine honestly. We get to the register spend our money get our table and that's pretty much it the pizza to almost 2 hours to come out and when we did get it it was ice cold the family at the both next to ours also had the same thing and complained to us about it. The kids play and have fun which I don't know how because more then half the games don't work and

I went here all the time when I was younger when they used to use tokens but now they use cards. Over all they have good games but low ticket jackpots.

I was disappointed with the service at Chuck E. Cheese. The game room worker was not doing his job at all. He was just standing around while my kids were waiting for the games to be fixed. I asked him if he could clear out a table for my family to sit and enjoy our pizza and he said he would come back in a second because he needed to put a bin he was carrying in the back. Instead, he walked away and talked to who I asume is the manager. Then we had to wait for what felt like forever for our table to get cle

Love it that when a parent brings there kids. They have to take picture of them self . Very good idea love that. And very helpful . Love there salad bar nice and clean and full all the time. And would give you a clean plate if you need it for your salad. Love it thank you . My Grand kids very much enjoy it. Very clean thank you and friendly too

I love taking my son to this location. It's always clean and neat. The staff is amazing. It's never crowded. You have free range to play what you like. We always have a blast here. Best location in Northern, VA. I absolutely adore the Manager Elias! He's well spoken with a great smile, and always willing to be of any assistance you need! He makes the Manassas location even better!

Great service, clean and not cluttered with machines

Took my son to a birthday party here. It felt perfectly clean and well managed. The food is a tad pricey but the boneless wings were actually really good. My son had a blast with all the games and I was super impressed with the selfie requirement to enter and leave with a child.

Great place to have kids birthday parties

Very clean employees were helpful and kind. My grandson had a blast

Love this one because it's more open space, however the amount of tickets you can win from a game are so low now a days you'd have to make multiple trips back just even win something "big." Food is always great, service was helpful when needed. My kid had a fun time as usual. Always use the app!

The place is awesome and you can't beat the price! Take my twins here all the time. However, I'm making this review today on behalf of a mother with her toddler child along with the staff. Today there was a very peculiar woman who was there childless. She seemed to continuously follow this mother around with heavy focus on her child. I could tell the mother was uncomfortable and was attempting to avoid the woman at all costs. I alerted the staff and they were already aware of the situation and acted a

Staff was friendly and helpful, despite it being busy. The food was fresh, and everything was really clean. The kids love the play pass system, it allowed them almost non-stop gaming. Kids and I really enjoyed the wide variety of games. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

Very clean ,so spacious ton of awesome games for kids all ages ,food is just perfect and delicious ??????.

This place was great. It was not very busy but the staff still went out of there way to give us the full Chuck E. Cheese experience. Even having the big man him self come out to greet us. 5 Stars!

Had a great time! Their parties are on point. They've added four to five trampolines in the back which are lots of fun.

This was a serving of fries, $4 plus tax. Unbelievable, really.

Very clean. I took my grandson for his 5th birthday. I had a wonderful ? time with him. He got to make and meet new friends. I enjoyed because it was not crowded . The staff team was very nice and helpful to my grandson when he needed help or had a question.

Always a good time! Although there were multiple games that did not work (should have had "out of order" signs because they lit up as if they were working) and still took the "points " from our cards. Bring back the tickets !!!! Swiping the card is great, but kids love seeing their achievements when the tickets come sliding out. All in all- it's a great place for some family entertainment. :)

Was invited to a birthday party, had it as a costume Halloween party which was awesome! Our birthday mom was displeased the entire time with the inattentive service and unfulfilled requests from the party host, not to mention multiple games were out of service, including the birthday boys favorite, the 2nd reason for booking there. Personally, my kids had a great time, minus the few setbacks with inoperative machines, and overpriced chicken wings, (why is bone-in more expensive?) Though, they were delicious

Pizza was pretty good.. About 30% of machines were not working. They have become really tight with earning tickets and the items you redeem then for either extremely cheap or they increased the amount of tickets to redeem for something decent. We were there with 4 kids playing for 2 hours. 3 of the kids earned around 80 tickets (value 88 cents) the fourth earned 300 (value $3). There were items for $60 that I could go purchase at any store for about $20. It has been a few years since I have been to

Kids heaven. They never get tired and can enjoy the whole day nonstop. A wonderful place for birthdays and kids' parties.

Great location. Their manager Elias was really caring for us. Took my 2 autistic children and there was a slight delay with the kitchen and Elias and Jose made sure the kids were okay. Totally recommend

Very fun time for kids and good pizza. All games worked and the staff was pretty nice. The reason why this is 3-star is because the prizes you use your tickets on are complete scams. There was a small plushie for 2000 tickets! My son got a small toy called "Stretchy Chucky" for 60 tickets which isn't bad, but it broke in about 2 hours. Most of the toys are made of cheap plastic. I would recommend choosing a different arcade for a fun place to take your kids. Lastly, the prices were slightly overpriced but

My kids had fun. I was a bit disappointed that the bumper cars weren't working there. Also, I wish that the staff would kick people out for not watching their kids. Kids were interrupting our birthday party the whole time. One little girl (about 4 years old) was climbing on top of the games and I was worried she was going to get hurt. I observed her on her own for at least 45 minutes with no supervision.

An excellent place to kill some time with the kids. A great selection of games for kids of all ages. All games are only a token so you don't have to worry about a game costing $2 to play. Honestly, the pizza isn't too bad either. Look for coupons online to get some extra deals.

Visited last week with 8 kids. I was able to enter with a group discount. I had to come a few more times this summer, so I asked about various things. The employee said that if you come next week, you can get the same price as the group discount, and it would be nice to make a reservation, but you don't need to make a reservation because there are seats if you don't. When I visited again today with 5 children, it was a different story from last week. Groups must make a reservation in advance, and there is n

I liked the place and had fun but while going to redeem my points no one was there!

This has been a staple in the community since my parents used to take me as a child - now I enjoy bringing my own, as does he. This Chuck E Cheese is larger than most in the surrounding area, which means less waiting on a game or ride. Customer service here is very kid friendly. The food is decent, and the robotic mouse is a little creepy. Other than that I personally recommend this location.

Had both my daughter?s birthdays here and it was great! They messed up on one of the pizzas ordered, they fixed it and still didn't charge me. Manager was great. Such a great time for the kids. Definitely worth every penny!

Good pizza. They have gluten free crust as an option, which was nice. The play bands are nice because you can let your kids play any games they want for however much time you want to buy

cassandra made my son cry shes very rude.

What a waste of money and time... Lots of machine without Maintenance or not working. Toddlers area: Duo Drive, left wheel not working. Photo ride and Pirates hook, out of service. Air mini jockey, Disco sometimes stucks. Play start and Debits but no disc available. Dog pounder, doesn't work. Deadstorm pirate, left weapon doesn't work. Spaceship yo the moon, doesn't work. All oh the "doesn't work" debites Points without possibility of use. Waste of money and dissapointing experience for the childs. In the b

This Chuck E Cheese is simply amazing. There are tons of games to play, even ride on games to include some amusement attractions! My children are five years apart which is hard to have family outings because of age and height requirements. But, this is a great place to take them to where they both can enjoy themselves. We eat here every time we come and the pizza is always delicious. The staff here is always helpful and pleasant!

I have attended and hosted many birthdays at this location in the past and been happy with our experience. Today I attended a birthday party there and was extremely disappointed with the service and upkeep of their games. It took our hostess 17 minutes past our party start time to get the kids their game playing cards. Not ok! Next, we went over to the bumper cars. If you want to ride and there is not an attendant you are supposed to push a call button for an employee to come over. Pushed the button, waited

I remember they had a ball pit and some games were free... all it is now is a cash cow. You pay for every game there. The place was decently clean, what else do you expect from under payed teenagers. Pizza was expensive, bathrooms were ok, friendliness was fine could be better.

Every time I've been here the staff are nice. I really don't expect too much from the workers. I can only imagine the running around and screaming children all the time could have a toll on you. With every experience so far though they have been nice along with a slight smile. The food is okay but you can't expect too much from a place that caters to children. Besides all the little germs every where it's a place to go on a rainy day.

Went on a Saturday morning. Place was packed! Service was excellent tho. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ordered some food and it came out within about 15 minutes and was really really good. We got a large pizza, plain wings and cheesy bread. Games attendants came quickly to service machines that malfunctioned. Bathrooms were clean.

My little one loves this place and its one of the only still good things to do for them both in the winter and during this pandemic. Their food is always still good eventhough they removed the salad bar, when I believe they could just have placed glass or some sort of surround cover around it so people can still have access to it..I mean some of us adults still like to eat healthy ?? . On the hygiene side during this pandemic though I don't see the employees cleaning up equipment or at least having sanitary

It was clean and empty. We had the entire place to ourselves. ?? The food was great and quick but NO tea. No sweet or without sugar tea.... unforgivable. Lol My party of 6 had a GREAT time! Enjoy people!!! ??

I know some people aren't to "sure" about places like these, but, my kids love it! Gives them fun time when it is raining and I don't have to clean up! The staff here has always been helpful and don't seem to mind all of the screaming kids! That is amazing!

The place was empty and quiet!!! It was one of my granddaughters birthday's and it was a great way for 3 little ones to safely burn off energy and blow through money on the cards. They were all exhausted when we left!!! Mission accomplished.

Great Chuck e cheese. Alot of new games available. Location has all you can play which is a plus. If you have kids that love to visit often get the Chuck e cheese rewards app and get rewarded. You get a $10 discount every 3 visits. Overall this location is very well ran, the games have always been up and running and the location is very clean.

The food has improved from when I was a kid. The mascot is also much better! However the games were not great. The skiball has a fast timer that causes you to lose balls, they have 3 balls and you have to wait for a reset to redeploy the balls. The gold fish game also cheats you on balls. However you go here for fun, and all in all a good time was had.

We have been to this one a little more than thought. The staff has seemed to be very helpful each time we have returned. The pricing is a little high, the food is good. For the foot traffic they appear to have, they should be bigger and add at least another game attendant to help support the high demand times. Thank you.

Held my son?s 5th Birthday party at this location yesterday and everything went great! The service was great, the food was enjoyed and the kids enjoyed themselves. I would definitely recommend! Our party host Alyssa was wonderful!

Great place, lots of fun. Only 2 faults, first the facilities are dirty, we are always scared of getting sick here. Another problem is the fact that a bunch of the games are broken or rigged, you give your credits to the machine but dont get to play or you get points but they aren't recorded.

we have been to many of these stores some good some very bad this one was so so, they have a new scam now using these cards instead of coins do not be fooled by the 60 min time limit you really only get 20 min of play time because it takes each machine 1 to 2 min to register the card and drop the coin so the store wins out on this and the kids loose out . The actual point cards worked out a little better but when they got down to low numbers they did not let you use the final points and demanded you add mor

Great little Chuck E. Cheese, certainly a far cry from what I remember as a kid but still a fun place for my kids. Food was incredibly good! Don't think I've has a pizza that good in a while which was a shock as the last CEC pizza I had it was almost pure sugar. The reasoning for the star off is a many of the games were broken and you only figured that out after swiping the card and the game either freaking out or not working as it should. If you payed for the unlimited pass it isn't a huge deal, but I cou

Love that you can now select how long you want to play or get points. I did both for the 4 of my kids. Definitely get the unlimited play!!! The kids get way more tickets, more time to play what they want & their happy!!

I always come during the week when it's slow. I enjoy the polite and friendliness of the staff. I ate at the lunch buffet everything was fresh, hot and delicious. It's always clean here. The only issue is that people leave the customers unattended right when we need something we have to search for someone to help.

Its has lots of new games and more tickets are dispensed than before (my 3 year old loved this). The bathrooms are pretty decent and the place has lots of new hires that help you out quickly.

Awesome place! My niece that is 3 had her bday party here & loved it. There is a lot of room as well. Not too crowded and very nice & respectful people that work here.

We love Chuck E. Cheese and visit them in many areas. While visiting Manassas, we decided to stop by this location. This is a very large location with a wide variety of video games. However, everything seemed to be broken or not working properly. Even the interactive floor screen was just stuck on a still image. When it came time for "Chuck" costumed character to make his rounds, he did not show. Overall, it was very disappointing.

Best experience we had in a very long time it was Caleb's birthday party. We went there and they treated us like royalty I am not even kidding we were spoiled rotten they took very good care of uS, they made his birthday Unforgettable experience. Absolute best experience of my life, I will continue to go to this location I absolutely love the staff.

Perfect good service the people so kind

Nice place for the kids. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the ticket counting machines sick! They should have the option to count them for you, like they use to! It's hard to count tickets with kids!

This CEC was amazing!!! Awesome games/rides-they have bumper cars!!!! Friendly staff as well! Wish all games were still 1 token/point..but other than that, fabulous day!! Also have a lunch buffet!!

Chuck E. Cheese is back!!! Manassas has stepped it up. ??

The pizza is actually better than you may think, salad bar is average. BUT, bring your $$ if the kids are going to play games! Its not free and it's not cheap. 2 pizzas, 5 drinks an hour of play for 3 kids= $150 !!!!

Food was very slow coming out for the birthday party we were attending. And there was only two locations to cash in tickets. I Kiosk which should have three side operating was down to only one side working and that side continuously kept getting hung up. We ended up bringing our tickets home with us and we will cash them in at a later date.

Nice and clean. During the day time it's slow which is good to avoid all the chaos . Bathroom was somewhat clean but could have been better considering it was start of business day and not many people

I went here for my first time today (July 31) And honestly I LOVED it! Very nice and big store! It was also very clean! One thing about this store that it was a Discovery Zone! Discovery Zone was basically Chuck E. Cheese but more climbing things. It was bought out in the Late 90's which then they turned this into a CEC. This CEC has many games, a cool animatronic performance, a nice and caring staff and fun for the kids! They expanded in 2006, I believe. Nice location overall! I didn't stay very long so I

My grandkids had a real fun time... I was impressed by how clean the place was. Even the men's room was very clean

This was the worst place to spend my son's birthday party. I spent $135 for only 2 hrs play time and 2 little pizzas for 4 kids. Pizza was gone in 3 min.

Customer service was definitely below par. Reps could careless if your standing at the counter. Even had 2 reps literally walk by me never a word of creating nor may I help you . "Just there for a pay check" "don't bother me - I'm busy doing nothing"

Updated review: Amazing place for birthday celebrations. Staff and host are really nice and make sure you are well taken care.

The manager and staff here are awesome. We have had a birthday party here and have come here to play. Everyone had a great time.

The chain seems to have regressed since my own childhood, this particular location is small, had several games and ticket readers that were broken and did not even operate the tiny bumper car ride once while we were there. The prizes are a joke and outrageously over valued...100 tickets for a pinky finger sized plastic shark?? That would have been 10 tickets at other places. The pizza was just barely edible. If Youre looking for a better value and more fun go to Uptown Ally at nearby Manassas mall. The o

It was chaotic. However, I guess when you have a place for kids to run free and play games, that's to be expected. Some of the machines were not working, which was bad since the place was very full.

Half of the games were broken. We had at least 10 coins go to waste. You barely get any tickets. The pizza was all grease. There's also no playground. I was not at all impressed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
