The food has drastically improved over the years past. However, the prices have gone through the roof. Now, they are also charging extra for an additional play area for the children. Even though overall the establishment has improved, I do not take my grandchildren there very often due to the extremely high costs.

So i am biased because I am basing my latest experience with Chuck E. cheese, from the last time I had went in the 90s.... it seemed a little underwhelming. However, the walker location Staff was very friendly, very organized, and very disciplined, I think myself and Girlfriend were asked brother Manager and other staff at least 5 times if everything was going ok! All the ki kids had fun from ages 2 all the way up to 10 years old, we had a group of 6 kids and the best part for all the I noticed was the trampoline but it's an extra fee per child and height restrictions but worth the unlimited jumping for one time pay. Definitely will be back an also an check out all the other cool locations.!

You go for the fun! Definitely not their soft drinks. If you buy a pass for the kids, you have to pay additional for a tiny trampoline, and your child will need socks.

All games worked here and staff was very friendly. Kids had a ton of fun here. We didnt wait long for pizza maybe 8 minutes at that. Very clean and tidy. Not as much games or as big as i expected but they had games the kids haven't played before.

They didn't even check to make sure me and my kids number matched, even though I insisted. Fries were burnt, half games didn't work, just not really worth what it used to be.

The staff here was not very friendly. We approached the counter multiple times to be ignored by the woman with green hair. Probably won't come back to this location. The food was hot & fresh though.

It was a great experience,especially given the pandemic going on. There weren't many people in there at all,temperatures are taken at the door pictures of the kids instead of hand stamps to maintain Social Distancing. Employees were wearing masks and cleaning games after each use. It was fun and I felt at ease with the way they are going about everything.

This is my 2nd set of wings. The 1st were boneless and seen raw in the inside. Ordered bone-in this time and now same issue. Didn't want to do refund without charging my card again. Don't make sense. Doubt I'll return ever

It was a little pricey, the kids seem to love it.. the Pizza was alright... Place is a little small...I hear they have a new manager...I won some tickets and passed them out to the kids in our group...

They have really cut back on the games. Most games give very little back in the form of tickets. The "all you can play" is a scam. There is a 15 to 20 second delay in scanning your card meaning of your playing a game where you drop a coin, you have to wait a quarter to just under a half minute before you can play again. Daughters birthday was on a Tuesday so had just immediate family dinner until her party on weekend. Wife had emergency visit to hospital so didn't make it there till 7:55. They close at 9. I paid $90 for pizza and play pass for 45 minutes. After 5 minutes on floor an employee comes and asks if we want the pizza in a to-go box. Always stop here randomly to give the kid a break from car ride. They are always friendly, and have door check system for you and your kid or kids. Games are great, restroom are on point for kids spot, and your kid probably even gets to leave with a toy! It is decently priced. Who could ask for more...

Food was decent. The kids had a good time. "Chuck" was obviously over his job & less than enthusiastic (which i get ??). The green haired, nose ringed clad, girl who took our money was like a miserable Southpark character. Definitely a lack of motivation by these young employees.

We had my grandsons birthday party there. I have not been there in a while, and I have to say it definitely not the same place that used to be. There was really not much of a birthday party atmosphere. The entire time we're there. Chucky only came out one time for like five minutes. They never did anything extra or special. It would be still a good place just to go take your kids for a cheap fun place to go, but I would not recommend doing my birthday parties there

Great place to keep your kid occupied

My family and I had such a great time celebrating a birthday here! Adults and kids alike had so much fun :) Also, I have to compliment the amazing staff! They were working so hard while it very busy in there and they did it with a big smile on their face. Seriously, the staff was so kind and helpful. It made the experience great! Bravo!

Came here with my grandkids after their summer school and they had a blast! Their games were fun and enjoyable for them, and the food was great. Planning on taking them over again!

Just left Chuck E - we had a great time. I like the unlimited time cards! The pizza and salad were both great. However, the 5 star rating is warranted for the staff. The entire staff was a very young group who were ALL professional and friendly. They made our small celebration fun!

the food was really good and the service was alright. the reason being, there was nobody at the counter when we were trying to get some ice cream for the kids. there were also customers waiting for awhile to get stamped. other than those minore issues, great place!

I recently took my son here bc it's been awhile and boy has CEC changed, the pizza was waaaay different, didn't even taste like CEC was disappointed! The fries were different and burnt on the ends, no flavor at all, they also have changed the fries. The only thing I was still happy about was having boiled eggs still on the salad bar. The salad bar wasn't fully stocked up and there were literally 3 families counting me and my son. CEC didn't come out at all anymore as he used to come out and hi 5 the kiddos

Went to celebrate my sons birthday on 1/15/24 and the building was very cold. No heater was on. The employees were all bundled up including the children had their coats on while playing. Next time I'll just go to somewhere where they believe in turning on their heaters.

Surprisingly good pizza, a little pricey but the kids love to get to play the games and its inside so it's a great place to go when the weather isn't great or its face melting hot.

The pizza was good, we had a supreme. The atmosphere is lively and full of energy, filled with kids of all ages having fun. Great place to participate or just people watch.

Three adults took 4 grandchildren ages 8, 7, 6, & 3. We ordered a combo that included a 1 topping pizza, with the appetizer special & 4 drinks. I added 3 more drinks & a supreme pizza. We got a 30 min game play for each child. It cost us $174.70!!! We got stuffed crust which was $3 more per pizza. The large Supreme pizza was $25.49 + $3 more for stuffed crust. It costs $19 for 30 mins of game play. If you don't already have a card they charge you $1 for a new card & $2 for the little coil wristband. So $22

I went to Chuck E. Cheese after a lot of years and was really excited. Upon entering , a guy who was about to leave said something racist so that tells you the area isn't a good one. The games don't last even a minute after you scan your card to play a game. After getting 100 plus points all you can get is two candies. It's pathetic and all this for paying $20.

It was super fun for a kid's birthday party. There is enough entertainment for kids of all ages. They keep a good eye on the children, clean place and the staff is friendly. The pizza was ok. They explained the entire process when we got there and would tell us how much time we had for our party. I would definitely recommend this place.

The food was ok- the pizza is standard Chuck e cheese quality- better than expected, but not amazing. The salad bar was a disappointment, which was upsetting because it is usually pretty good. But my kiddo had a great time and they just refurbished the inside and updated all the games. So there's that.

We went in on Feb 24 in the evening. My toddler and 12 year old waited to have lunch here and play. Needless to say ? we all got food poisoning from here . Idk how they handle food preparation but it's clearly not the best ! Disappointed.

The staff was excellent however the prices were extremely high and there was very little games and prizes to choose from. I stopped going to this place for these vary reasons a long time ago. I take my kids to Incredible Pizza. With that being said, I am happy that my niece had a great time and that the family got to come together and celebrate her birthday.

A fun place to have a children's birthday party. Staff was attentive and engaging. Gave us extra tickets for it being my son's birthday and even rounded up so he could get what he wanted. Had a party on a Monday night and it was great, not as crowded and the staff helper, Daisy, was great. The pizza was better than I thought it would be too. My son had a great time and we all enjoyed ourselves.

The employees performing with chucky wasn't that enthusiastic and the food has skimped out since the last party I had back in 2015 however the hosts was great , limited but overall great , clean atmosphere and adult beverages are served.

We had a birthday party there. The hostess was not that great, nothing was getting done on time, and she was rude while handing out the cupcakes. We had a double birthday party at Chuck E cheese this evening 1/16/2021 our hostess Sandy was very attentive the kids loved her! Sandy made everything super easy for me She made sure we had everything we needed. she was the best hostess we've had by far. I would definitely recommend throwing another birthday party at Chuck E cheese if we can have more hostess like Sandy. We've spent several birthdays here for both of my grandsons. This visit is our first since the remodel. We (the adults ) Love the changes. Employees were friendly other than my daughter felt pressed to make the payment for the party as if we were going to walk the ticket. We were obviously staying awhile after our time at the party table came to an end because we moved kids,drinks, and presents to a regular table. They had great service! BUT they stamped my daughter and not me. (first time going there since I was a kid so I didn't know I needed a stamp.) Find somewhere better to spend your money. I know as a parent, it's always been a RIP off but since the remodel, it is FAR worse than before. Who doesn't love a good deal, I paid for 1 hour play time and received 30 min additional play time for free!. Safe to say my kids were very happy!.

My grandkids had a good time playing the games but from a parent and grandparent point of view this place was so over priced! I spent $67 on just two pizzas that were okay and drinks. Salads were $9, seriously! I spent $50 for five kids to have a play pass with 50 points which is okay since each game is 1 pt. However you are lucky to get two or three tickets per play. The staff is cordial and helpful but I don't know if we will be back since there are other places that give more on the dollar.

My son had a birthday party here last night and everything was unorganized. No host greeted us we had to find our table. There were no straws in the kids cups way into the party and it took forever to get play cards and adult drink cups. (Mind you adult food, drink and kids party package was booked in advance) The host we had was very nice but everything felt extremely unorganized.

This location was perfect and out party time was even more perfect because it was not crowded at all! Can't wait to go back just for a visit, there are booths available that are very accommodating. The service was so so, to not be busy and a scheduled party things seemed behind and delayed. that and kiddoz, not a good mix.

Went here for my niece's birthday and it was the perfect little spot for the kids to have fun. The service was top tier and very approachable staff.

Pizza was great. Customer service was great. Salad bar was messy and I had to request refilling on some items. And kid check needs a lot of work. I stamped my own hand as well as my son's because there was no attendant and when it was time to leave I was able to walk out with my son and my niece who didn't come with me or share a number with me because there was no attendant. I understand Saturdays are busy but for me to be able to walk out with someone else's child is pretty unacceptable.

Mostly a great Chuck E. Cheese! The staff is always friendly and more than welcome to help with issues. Everything is fairly priced and a good local activity to take kids. This is my all time favorite place to go and take my kids to hav a lil fun. The staff here is friendly and nice to my daughters every time we come here. Only complaint is they need more deals. Easy in and easy out most of the time. Exceptional staff who are always busy cleaning, working, or entertaining. Never too busy to help or listen to a concern from a patron. The staff here make this place GREAT. Even when its busy its still a good place for safe fun for the kiddos.

It was an overall disappointment for my granddaughters birthday party. The hostess really should not have been hosting a kids party. You could tell she either needed more training or simply did not want to be there. She never smiled one single time, she didn't interact with or introduce the birthday girl with any emotion. This place is now geared towards older kids and promotes nothing but gambling to children. They no longer have a section for toddlers to play and only have about 3 rides for younger ages. They've renovated the whole location but downgraded in quality and service. Disappointing.
