Customer Reviews

The food has drastically improved over the years past. However, the prices have gone through the roof. Now, they are also charging extra for an additional play area for the children. Even though overall the establishment has improved, I do not take my grandchildren there very often due to the extremely high costs.

So i am biased because I am basing my latest experience with Chuck E. cheese, from the last time I had went in the 90s.... it seemed a little underwhelming. However, the walker location Staff was very friendly, very organized, and very disciplined, I think myself and Girlfriend were asked brother Manager and other staff at least 5 times if everything was going ok! Also, they were very communicative as to the events that were about to take place, and when things were about to happen! Most importantly the pl

All the ki kids had fun from ages 2 all the way up to 10 years old, we had a group of 6 kids and the best part for all the I noticed was the trampoline but it's an extra fee per child and height restrictions but worth the unlimited jumping for one time pay. Definitely will be back an also an check out all the other cool locations.!

You go for the fun! Definitely not their soft drinks. If you buy a pass for the kids, you have to pay additional for a tiny trampoline, and your child will need socks.

All games worked here and staff was very friendly. Kids had a ton of fun here. We didnt wait long for pizza maybe 8 minutes at that. Very clean and tidy. Not as much games or as big as i expected but they had games the kids haven't played before.

They didn't even check to make sure me and my kids number matched, even though I insisted. Fries were burnt, half games didn't work, just not really worth what it used to be.

The staff here was not very friendly. We approached the counter multiple times to be ignored by the woman with green hair. Probably won't come back to this location. The food was hot & fresh though.

It was a great experience, especially given the pandemic going on. There weren't many people in there at all, temperatures are taken at the door pictures of the kids instead of hand stamps to maintain Social Distancing. Employees were wearing masks and cleaning games after each use. It was fun and I felt at ease with the way they are going about everything.

This is my 2nd set of wings. The 1st were boneless and seen raw in the inside. Ordered bone-in this time and now same issue. Didn't want to do refund without charging my card again. Don't make sense. Doubt I'll return ever

Chuck E. Cheese has always been the best place for children to let loose and have fun and win great prizes for all ages

It was a little pricey, the kids seem to love it.. the Pizza was alright... Place is a little small...I hear they have a new manager...I won some tickets and passed them out to the kids in our group...

They have really cut back on the games. Most games give very little back in the form of tickets. The "all you can play" is a scam. There is a 15 to 20 second delay in scanning your card meaning of your playing a game where you drop a coin, you have to wait a quarter to just under a half minute before you can play again. Several games were not operational. The price per quality is subpar to hey day, Dave and busters, or incredible pizza. The photo I included was a game I achieved the jackpot on. The game onl

I always take my little kids here! It's a fun and easy place to bring the kids for a hour or two

Daughters birthday was on a Tuesday so had just immediate family dinner until her party on weekend. Wife had emergency visit to hospital so didn't make it there till 7:55. They close at 9. I paid $90 for pizza and play pass for 45 minutes. After 5 minutes on floor an employee comes and asks if we want the pizza in a to-go box. Later they come to ask what game pass we got, asked if anyone else was going to join us, if not that they where going to lock the doors. They shut off the diet drinks machine and said

Excellent atmosphere excellent service!! My granddaughter had a blast definitely appreciative to Chuck-E-Cheese!!

Went for a birthday party. Everyone had a good time !!! Food was great and place was very clean. Will return

Always stop here randomly to give the kid a break from car ride. They are always friendly, and have door check system for you and your kid or kids. Games are great, restroom are on point for kids spot, and your kid probably even gets to leave with a toy! It is decently priced. Who could ask for more...

Food was decent. The kids had a good time. "Chuck" was obviously over his job & less than enthusiastic (which i get ??). The green haired, nose ringed clad, girl who took our money was like a miserable Southpark character. Definitely a lack of motivation by these young employees.

We had my grandsons birthday party there. I have not been there in a while, and I have to say it definitely not the same place that used to be. There was really not much of a birthday party atmosphere. The entire time we're there. Chucky only came out one time for like five minutes. They never did anything extra or special. It would be still a good place just to go take your kids for a cheap fun place to go, but I would not recommend doing my birthday parties there

Great place to keep your kid occupied

My family and I had such a great time celebrating a birthday here! Adults and kids alike had so much fun :) Also, I have to compliment the amazing staff! They were working so hard while it very busy in there and they did it with a big smile on their face. Seriously, the staff was so kind and helpful. It made the experience great! Bravo!

Came here with my grandkids after their summer school and they had a blast! Their games were fun and enjoyable for them, and the food was great. Planning on taking them over again!

We had our grandson's birthday party there on 2'sday 2-22-2022 and all the staff were friendly, courteous and made it fun for everyone ?? We look forward to the next grandson's party in the near future ????????????????

Mario was awesome! We brought our now 7 yr old, B-day girl to celebrate on a limited budget and he made her day!

My daughter loved the place!!

Great pizza fun games wonderful staff clean and enticing, worth every moment!!

Family fun for a great birthday party ??

The staff was very friendly and the kids loved it.

Just left Chuck E - we had a great time. I like the unlimited time cards! The pizza and salad were both great. However, the 5 star rating is warranted for the staff. The entire staff was a very young group who were ALL professional and friendly. They made our small celebration fun!

the food was really good and the service was alright. the reason being, there was nobody at the counter when we were trying to get some ice cream for the kids. there were also customers waiting for awhile to get stamped. other than those minore issues, great place!

One of our favorite spots for family fun!!!

I recently took my son here bc it's been awhile and boy has CEC changed, the pizza was waaaay different, didn't even taste like CEC was disappointed! The fries were different and burnt on the ends, no flavor at all, they also have changed the fries. The only thing I was still happy about was having boiled eggs still on the salad bar. The salad bar wasn't fully stocked up and there were literally 3 families counting me and my son. CEC didn't come out at all anymore as he used to come out and hi 5 the kiddos

If you go for the games get the bracelet for 30 mins that's all you need. Only so many games kids get bored after a while. Chuck E. Cheese good for a quick birthday party and leave

Went to celebrate my sons birthday on 1/15/24 and the building was very cold. No heater was on. The employees were all bundled up including the children had their coats on while playing. Next time I'll just go to somewhere where they believe in turning on their heaters.

Surprisingly good pizza, a little pricey but the kids love to get to play the games and its inside so it's a great place to go when the weather isn't great or its face melting hot.

The pizza was good, we had a supreme. The atmosphere is lively and full of energy, filled with kids of all ages having fun. Great place to participate or just people watch.

Three adults took 4 grandchildren ages 8, 7, 6, & 3. We ordered a combo that included a 1 topping pizza, with the appetizer special & 4 drinks. I added 3 more drinks & a supreme pizza. We got a 30 min game play for each child. It cost us $174.70!!! We got stuffed crust which was $3 more per pizza. The large Supreme pizza was $25.49 + $3 more for stuffed crust. It costs $19 for 30 mins of game play. If you don't already have a card they charge you $1 for a new card & $2 for the little coil wristband. So $22

I went to Chuck E. Cheese after a lot of years and was really excited. Upon entering , a guy who was about to leave said something racist so that tells you the area isn't a good one. The games don't last even a minute after you scan your card to play a game. After getting 100 plus points all you can get is two candies. It's pathetic and all this for paying $20.

I did my son's 4th birthday party here, very first time and needless to say our hostess was the worst. From the moment we walked in she had a "I hate my job" attitude. Before I came I rated the place at a 6 because I felt like it was extremely costly for an unltimate party and no cake? But what got me the most was no only once but twice someone came up to me at the party to ask me to change the review. Which I didnt mind the first time but second? And then to keep emailing me every hour to fix it? That's a

It was super fun for a kid's birthday party. There is enough entertainment for kids of all ages. They keep a good eye on the children, clean place and the staff is friendly. The pizza was ok. They explained the entire process when we got there and would tell us how much time we had for our party. I would definitely recommend this place.

The food was ok- the pizza is standard Chuck e cheese quality- better than expected, but not amazing. The salad bar was a disappointment, which was upsetting because it is usually pretty good. But my kiddo had a great time and they just refurbished the inside and updated all the games. So there's that.

We went in on Feb 24 in the evening. My toddler and 12 year old waited to have lunch here and play. Needless to say ? we all got food poisoning from here . Idk how they handle food preparation but it's clearly not the best ! Disappointed.

Brought my kids here today and it was very calm the service was amazing the food was delicious!! Very fun place to bring your kiddos

Overall is was a great time. My baby is 6 and loved the games and pizza.

I would have hoped there was more sanitizing happening for the games or enforcement of mask wearing but there wasn't. (Mainly because they have a sign posted 'face covering required'.) The floor by the fountain drinks was very sticky and there seemed to be a lack of trash cans available. Other than these things, my son and I had a great time. The games were all working and were things he was interested in. I like that you can buy time or credits for the game play cards, gives you two ways to play. I would g

The staff was excellent however the prices were extremely high and there was very little games and prizes to choose from. I stopped going to this place for these vary reasons a long time ago. I take my kids to Incredible Pizza. With that being said, I am happy that my niece had a great time and that the family got to come together and celebrate her birthday.

A fun place to have a children's birthday party. Staff was attentive and engaging. Gave us extra tickets for it being my son's birthday and even rounded up so he could get what he wanted. After going home we realized that we were not given our extra time for the package we bought and called up there to ask about it. With no hassle they got us fixed up! Way to go above and beyond!!

We all know Chuck E cheese is a place for the children, with that being said I would add for children's birthday parties only. As I took my grandsons there for just a plain cheese pizza before we went shopping. That plain cheese pizza cost me $32 plus drinks. I ended up walking out of their paying a total of $43 to feed two children the ages of 8 and 10. I took them there so they could have a good time, and have some decent food. For them to play we had to get passes, two passes cost me $41, bringing the to

They recycle the salad buffet at the end of the night by pouring ice around it and them covering it with a plastic top which grossed everyone out who had ate it. Lol. Pizza so greasy bur good! Cookie pizza is pretty rich. New Games were pretty awesome tho. Lots for all ages!

Our host kassidy was amazing but I do have to say the manager was very rude and super unprofessional I went to pay with my recite and she just looked at me and said what do you want me to do with this I then responded I need to pay for the party and then when we went to redeem my kids tickets she rolled her eyes and sighed very loud with alot of attitude

Had a party on a Monday night and it was great, not as crowded and the staff helper, Daisy, was great. The pizza was better than I thought it would be too. My son had a great time and we all enjoyed ourselves.

The employees performing with chucky wasn't that enthusiastic and the food has skimped out since the last party I had back in 2015 however the hosts was great , limited but overall great , clean atmosphere and adult beverages are served.

We had a birthday party there. The hostess was not that great, nothing was getting done on time, and she was rude while handing out the cupcakes. We will never have another birthday party at this location again. $300 spent on service that wasn't great. The pizza was horrible as well! The only good thing is that the kids had fun playing on games, even though some of them were out of order, or just not working. We are disappointed, our daughter didn't even get to do the ticket blaster. Terrible servic

We had a double birthday party at Chuck E cheese this evening 1/16/2021 our hostess Sandy was very attentive the kids loved her! Sandy made everything super easy for me She made sure we had everything we needed. she was the best hostess we've had by far. I would definitely recommend throwing another birthday party at Chuck E cheese if we can have more hostess like Sandy. I will definitely recommend friends and family to have a stress free party at Chuck E cheese. The food was delicious the drinks were cold

We've spent several birthdays here for both of my grandsons. This visit is our first since the remodel. We (the adults ) Love the changes. Employees were friendly other than my daughter felt pressed to make the payment for the party as if we were going to walk the ticket. We were obviously staying awhile after our time at the party table came to an end because we moved kids, drinks, and presents to a regular table. Overall it was an enjoyable, clean, friendly atmosphere. I will definitely recommend this place

They had great service! BUT they stamped my daughter and not me. (first time going there since I was a kid so I didn't know I needed a stamp.) If it wasn't for the fact I had pictures of my daughter with me on my phone, they weren't going to let me take her home! The manager was great and handled the situation well. The manager did his job. I feel safe bringing my child here! The door/ child checker was not doing her job at all!! Glad I had my phone! Will go back but something like that should never of had t

Find somewhere better to spend your money. I know as a parent, it's always been a RIP off but since the remodel, it is FAR worse than before. You dont receive tickets anymore which is highly confusing for small children. For $140, my two kids walked out with a glow bracelet and a piece of candy. The pizza was terrible. I requested my salad before my pizza and got it 10 minutes after my pizza. Three people working and the place was packed. My personal favorite was the sketch machine....at least I got to wal

Charles Entertainment Cheese gave me a lap dance behind the dumpster

Great place for kids and adults who wanna act like kids!

Who doesn't love a good deal, I paid for 1 hour play time and received 30 min additional play time for free!. Safe to say my kids were very happy!.

My daughter loves this place. But the bad thing is the parents don't watch their kids and they break things and grab people's belongings. The staff was awesome! Other then the unsupervised crazy kids it really was a fun place.

Wonderful place. And all kids love this place I just think Chuck E cheese price for food is a little to high. $17 for one topping pizza is to high. $10 for salad is to high. Parents are charged way to much just to make sure there child have fun

My grandkids had a good time playing the games but from a parent and grandparent point of view this place was so over priced! I spent $67 on just two pizzas that were okay and drinks. Salads were $9, seriously! I spent $50 for five kids to have a play pass with 50 points which is okay since each game is 1 pt. However you are lucky to get two or three tickets per play. The staff is cordial and helpful but I don't know if we will be back since there are other places that give more on the dollar.

Brought my three year old great nephew and my one year old granddaughter and they having a blast. Haven't eaten their pizza in yrs as the last time it was gross but today the pepperoni was decent. Don't forget to check out the web site for deals and coupons and have some fun

My son had a birthday party here last night and everything was unorganized. No host greeted us we had to find our table. There were no straws in the kids cups way into the party and it took forever to get play cards and adult drink cups. (Mind you adult food, drink and kids party package was booked in advance) The host we had was very nice but everything felt extremely unorganized.

This location was perfect and out party time was even more perfect because it was not crowded at all! Can't wait to go back just for a visit, there are booths available that are very accommodating. The service was so so, to not be busy and a scheduled party things seemed behind and delayed. that and kiddoz, not a good mix.

It's a little pricy for what it's worth, but the kids love it regardless. Employees look like zombies and don't seem to have much interest in working there. Can't say I really blame them. But, again, a few stars because my child has a good time.

Went here for my niece's birthday and it was the perfect little spot for the kids to have fun. The service was top tier and very approachable staff.

Pizza was great. Customer service was great. Salad bar was messy and I had to request refilling on some items. And kid check needs a lot of work. I stamped my own hand as well as my son's because there was no attendant and when it was time to leave I was able to walk out with my son and my niece who didn't come with me or share a number with me because there was no attendant. I understand Saturdays are busy but for me to be able to walk out with someone else's child is pretty unacceptable.

We had made a reservation at the beginning of summer break to come to the establishment from 12pm and stay our 90 minute allotted time. We had 19 kids and 2 adults. We arrived and were seated 10 minutes before our time started, we paid and waited for over an hour for our pizza to arrive making our kids wait and become very impatient. When we first asked where our pizza was we were told that we needed to tell them when we wanted it and about 15 minutes after that we got an apology saying that they were just

Small, but gets the job done as far as entertaining kiddos! This was our first sit down restaurant since Covid last March, 2020. The social distance for booths is awesome. No one sits directly across or behind you! Pizza was a bit salty for my taste, but otherwise okay.

Mostly a great Chuck E. Cheese! The staff is always friendly and more than welcome to help with issues. Everything is fairly priced and a good local activity to take kids. The only reason it does not get five stars is for broken and malfunctioning games (only 2). But I would still recommend this place!

The worst place I could take my kid. Food over priced, atmosphere awful, food was awful. Just everything was horrible. So overly priced it's ridiculous. Took my granddaughter there for her birthday and people couldn't even keep their kids under control and we're super ghetto. Just terrible.

This is my all time favorite place to go and take my kids to hav a lil fun. The staff here is friendly and nice to my daughters every time we come here. Only complaint is they need more deals. Too high for the downward spiral they are on. I've been a fan of Chucks since i was a kid, I'm 38 now and i still luv they pizza and few of their original games!

The salad bar looked amazing. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no playground area. Only electronic games, like a giant arcade. Also, whatever happened to the stage where the characters would perform? I miss that so much. Kids today will never get to experience Chuck E. Cheese as it once was and that's sad. =(

Went here with my two kids and the overall experience was good. Took way too long to get in and place our order but after that the kids had a blast. The pizza was good and there is plenty of games to entertain the whole family.

Food was good. Customer service was not good. Disappointed! I've been going to this CEC for 20+ years and have never been so disappointed! I ALWAYS spend $250+ dollars as I have 8 Grandchildren that I always take. The young lady at the register was NOT helpful at all regarding the game cards. I also purchased a card on June 1st but did not use it and when we tried to use it today there were no minutes on the card. I had the original receipt and the lady did not even try to investigate. Again....disap

Easy in and easy out most of the time. Exceptional staff who are always busy cleaning, working, or entertaining. Never too busy to help or listen to a concern from a patron. The staff here make this place GREAT. Even when its busy its still a good place for safe fun for the kiddos.

This is a good place for the kids to play. I feel like you get a good amount of games for the price you pay. The ticket payout is s little lacking but my son has fun when we come. This location is cleaner than others I've been too and the food quality this time seemed ok...

Great place with amazing customer service, and reasonable prices. Not what I remember as a kid. More of an arcade and no dancing nice. Upgrade for sure. Would be great if that had a patio and place to park your bike saftely. I will be coming back for sure, great atmosphere.

It was an overall disappointment for my granddaughters birthday party. The hostess really should not have been hosting a kids party. You could tell she either needed more training or simply did not want to be there. She never smiled one single time, she didn't interact with or introduce the birthday girl with any emotion. It's a kids place, be a kid, be jovial, share a smile. Service was sub-par for the cost. I don't know why the building was down sized, but now it's entirely to small to have 4 parties goin

Staff was really nice and the food was good. Down side is that there were so many people there and very little games to play. Not saying I wouldn't go back but would make it a point to not go on the weekends where it's super busy.

Food was not amazing. Overall atmosphere was clean. It is better for children at least 4 and up. There is not much to do for a toddler under 3.

I have not went to Oklahoma one yet! But it sounds awesome I hope I get to go and I still love to see every single Chuck E. Cheese I give all of them 10 starts for being the best Chuck E. Cheese in the world I would never be the same without you Chuck E. Cheese thank you for my mom and dad for bringing me to have fun and to dance with Chuck E.! It is a pleasure to have a birthday at Chuck E. Cheese it's so fun and awesome!

Had my daughter birthday party here highly recommend. Our host was amazing and friendly she made everything simple and ran smoothly. Definitely will be having another party here.

This place is now geared towards older kids and promotes nothing but gambling to children. They no longer have a section for toddlers to play and only have about 3 rides for younger ages. They've renovated the whole location but downgraded in quality and service. Disappointing.

This place was outstanding! The cleanest Chuck E Cheeses I've ever been in. The pizza was great. The salad bar was fresh and full. And the coolest part of the night my wife's wallet fell out of her purse in the ladies room. Luckily someone turned it in and the staff got it for us right away.

There was only one other family they could not control their rude children, pushing and knocking my kids out of the way to play games. The employees had no knowledge of anything. The manager acted as if she didn't know about the deal her company advertised, and when we were walking away told the employee how they handle the situation but because I could not pull it up on my phone before getting frustrated with her ignorance I walked away. Then she told her new employee if they can't prove it we don't have t

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
