First time son ever been to Chuck e cheese had his 5th birthday here David was our birthday host he did good job hosting our party kept coming check on us and explain our bill well at the end of the party I just wish the mouse would interact with the birthday kid more but other then that has blast and my son want to come back !

Much cleaner than when I was a kid. Unfortunately all the tickets have been removed from the games which used to be a lot of fun. It all goes back on your card now. And the band is now just a screen which is sad, but overall the service and environment was good. We didn't try the food because we expected it to be terrible and expensive. It's amazing a company has survived for so long as it used to be an awesome ?showbiz pizza? !

Went on a Wednesday evening for my kids birthday and she had so much fun. The place was clean, our food came out in a timely manner and was fresh. Not crowded at all although at the end it started filling up because of a birthday party another group was having. The guy at the front Kameron was super helpful, polite, and efficient, he helped everything go super smoothly.

My youngest has been going to Chuck E. Cheese for his birthday. It is a tradition for him. The location in OKC on I-240 serves beer. The one in Tyler does not. He wanted to have his first beer here. Wow, please avoid doing Birthday parties here. The staff just doesn't care. We paid extra for the trampoline area, but they only opened it for half an hour and then shut down because the employee needed a break from standing there for 30 minutes. Stayed closed for over an hour. There were at least 20 employees, but only one could stand by the trampoline area playing on their phone? Miserable experience, won't be back. Go to longview or anywhere else.

We had a great time. I used coupons on the website. For a family of 6 I spent a little over $100. The food was decent. The salad bar is shut down. Although, they have taken some of the games out, there were still plenty. Place was clean and staff was friendly.

Talk about fun! We had a blast, playing all the games. They have plants vs zombies, Luigi, and the one where you drop the coins and it makes the other coins drop. The pizza was okay. There were several parties all at the same time making it very congested. The party beside ours had a fight, causing one person to seizure and called EMS. Several of the machines were not eorking; the prizes the kids could buy were very very cheap. There were so many people it was hard to move.

1st time here and last time! We took my granddaughter for her bd and the experience was bad yhe associates did not have very good customer service in welcoming you into the facility or nice at checking out or helpful we had a pizza ordered and they give you this black box to let you know when the pizza is ready well it never vibrated and the pizza sit in the window for over 20 min they offered another pizza but that's not the point! It's a great experience, for my daughter's 5th birthday party. They had pretty much everything we needed all we had to do was show up. The only thing is that it is very expensive. We had 16 or so kids and we paid $275 for the cheapest birthday package. The pizza was good, the arcade is large and all of the games work, there's a indoor playground and they have a employee at the door that checks hand stamps and makes sure children leave only with their parents. My 2 year old had a good time. Paid $12 for the trampoline but employees took a very long time each time to get over to the trampoline and let my child in. It was a waste of money. Spent at least 45 minutes waiting on them. All employees were rude except the young woman at the door.

Staff was friendly and the pizza was decent, but the cleanliness was terrible. My son moved the napkin holder and there was rotten food under it. I also noticed several other spots that looked to have not been cleaned in ages.

It was ok. Went in on a thursday around lunch. I hadn't been there in a while a lot has changed. The card feature was cool kinda miss the tokens. A few games didnt work and a couple that were 'token' ones didn't actually give you a token. Feel like the games didn't give enough tickets and when I tried to pay the difference to get something my toddler would actually want they said I couldnt and couldnt buy a lollipop with tickets. But my toddler had fun so thats good.

Our experience was so disappointing. 40% of the games didn't work, the food was terrible. We were never stamped upon entrance, nor checked when we left. There were screws all over the floor in front of many of the games. Staff seemed apathetic. We normally love Chuck E Cheese, but we will not be returning to this location.

The only complaint that I have is that no one told us that the trampoline was a extra charge and my 4 year old granddaughter was jumping and having fun for about 30 mins until some employee told me that it was extra. a 4 year old doesn't understand that...please have a little more communication up front...p.s no employee was station at the gate and it fully open

We take our 2 year old daughter here all the time and she loves it. Their food is great and they have a good game selection. The staff have always treated us kindly. We recently celebrated my daughter?s birthday here and the young lady in charge of all the party tables did an amazing job taking care of us. She checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The manager was also very helpful and seem friendly.

What can be Said. What happened to Chuckie? Where a kid can be a kid. The prices are outrageous! $35.00 for 1 pizza and for kid size cups. $12 for the salad bar .. Pretty lame. Came because we live in rural area and there aren't tons of options in variety. Saw online with this had games and what looked like a small little play area with slide. They ripped the play area out to put in more booths. Basically, just a big arcade with ok games. $20 medium pizza that is what you would expect. Employees spent their entire time talking about how they weren't going to work if they were told to. It's kind of what I expected though.

It took about 7 minutes for someone to take our order up front when arriving and the pizza took a while? after we finished eating we asked for a to go box to begin playing the games. When we were ready to leave we went back to the table we had left our food and it was thrown away by the workers? we left very upset since they didn't bother to do anything but say ? we are sorry. ?

There was only two ladies running the place aside from the guy maintaining the games and the kitchen staff and they really did a great job of being accommodating and making our small little party a great party. The pizza was also really really good and I'd honestly buy it again just to eat. It was clean, the restrooms were clean, everything worked well, and it was a great day. We took our kids, and they enjoyed the games. Biggest disappointment for me and my wife was how they don't give actual tickets anymore like when we were kids. There's something thrilling about seeing all your tickets spit out of the machines. But I understand they did it for convenience and probably because of COVID. The pizza was pretty decent. Newly remodeled! Super clean and nice inside. All the games seem to be brand new or almost new. I love the digital time/points and tickets system for the games. My husband & I brought my daughter here as a surprise. It's Chuck E. Cheese. The pizza is no good but we weren't really there for the food. We were there to spend time together as a family & that's exactly what we did. Some of the games were out of service but even so there were a lot that worked & we enjoyed playing. It was my first time going. I ordered a medium size veggie pizza. They got my order wrong at first bringing me a supreme pizza with pepperoni. They corrected it by making a veggie pizza. This place has cleaned up considerably. They are short handed so The mouse didn't come out on the hour as scheduled. The play pass works well you buy time/minutes You can stop your time with the kiosk when it's time to eat. Grandkids had a blast and that's all that mattered. People still need to keep an eye on their kids when the place is buy.

The remodel looks great!! Love the fact that the games were updated and they're 100% focused on kids specially now that we have grand slam ( which is always packed, teenagers going wild and alcoholic drinks). The only complaint is the food, not good and sloooow service.

It's alright, the place would be way better if the machines were not always broken, Everytime I take my son there, there is a minimum of 5-10 games broken. One of these machines is always the bowling/ski ball. The manager is ridiculously nice and knowledgeable about everything that has to do with the business, and is also professional. My kids enjoy coming here, some of the wait staff are great, others, not so much. We were waiting in line to cash in our tickets, and the lady behind the counter wasn't paying attention at all to what my daughter was wanting, kept throwing different items onto the counter, finally had to explain in detailed description of what my child wanted. Opted to play only that's $26 for 1 hour unlimited play (only option now) At least 5 machines out of service including Mario kart and several basketball machines. Shorted on ticket redemption, gave counter 900 tickets were only allowed to prize at 750. Upon leaving none checked hands for stamps, party including 8 month old. 2nd star b/c 5 year that wanted to go had a good time unlike anyone else. Will not be going again.

Came in employee didn't greet. Then we haven't been before so asked hiw things work to play games she said we don't have any cards only bands. Then another customer seen there were cards and said can't you give them a card behind counter she just acted like she was being put out to even help us. I just feel like a greeting at the door for a fun place should be better for 60.00 an hour charge. None of the games were working I feel like it's not right to be out so much money and not get what's offered.

Most of the games need upgraded/ fixed. They either did not work or did not give tickets. They need to have at least 2 drink sizes cause the one they have is just big enough for a child not an adult. Food is ok but cleanliness is not a priority. Parking needs better lighting hard to see it's dark and too cause parking is so scarce when you park around back its shady specially when kids are making out in the lot by your car.

Immediately when arriving to Chuck E. Cheese @ 7:15 PM- the lady on site was rude. She told us they close at 8 PM and the kids would only get 30 minutes of playing time. The birthday party was decent, but because it was so busy it took 45 minutes for a small personal pizza to be done. It was about an 8 inch pizza for 10 bucks, and was good but not worth the price/time paid. A few of the rides/games were broken, as well as 2 of the ticket redeemer machines. If they maybe actually did the food orders in order and didn't just try to do all the large pizzas first (not counting the party pizzas), and tried to get the machines fixed, we could rate higher.

I was picking up my neighbors kid and he came with some friends and they would not let him leave without permission from my friends he came with. They would not budge on it in the least.
