Horrible! The employees - RUDE; Disrespectful; Glare at you nonstop, after you caught them clearing away your table & throwing your food into a trash can, FYI there was a Purse, 2 drinks/personal items on one of the benches!; make you feel VERY uncomfortable, so much so that your children NOTICE their attitude, muttering very unprofessional comments just loud enough for you and your children to hear them & be FRIGHTENED & WANT to leave! But if that's not bad enough for you, HOLD on to your Lysol because YOU
First time son ever been to Chuck e cheese had his 5th birthday here David was our birthday host he did good job hosting our party kept coming check on us and explain our bill well at the end of the party I just wish the mouse would interact with the birthday kid more but other then that has blast and my son want to come back !
Much cleaner than when I was a kid. Unfortunately all the tickets have been removed from the games which used to be a lot of fun. It all goes back on your card now. And the band is now just a screen which is sad, but overall the service and environment was good. We didn't try the food because we expected it to be terrible and expensive. It's amazing a company has survived for so long as it used to be an awesome ?showbiz pizza? !
Went on a Wednesday evening for my kids birthday and she had so much fun. The place was clean, our food came out in a timely manner and was fresh. Not crowded at all although at the end it started filling up because of a birthday party another group was having. The guy at the front Kameron was super helpful, polite, and efficient, he helped everything go super smoothly.
A pretty good to take your kid. Staff is nice but a lot of games not working. Paid for an hour of playtime, so the kids ended up playing the same games quite a bit. Pictures are the games that don't work.
The babes had such a good time. 4 1/2 hrs later we made it home ?? exhausted. Best investment as far as granny sees.
We went on a Monday afternoon, and the place was vacant. Which was great! The only downfall was the staff, I have never been a frequent patron, so I have no idea how any of the ordering/time cards for games/getting prizes, works. I had to ask several times a few different questions and the one lady working there seemed really annoyed. Probably won't be back from that alone
My youngest has been going to Chuck E. Cheese for his birthday. It is a tradition for him. The location in OKC on I-240 serves beer. The one in Tyler does not. He wanted to have his first beer here. That didn't happen. He did enjoy the games and prizes and the atmosphere. It was Monday, so it wasn't so crowded. The pizza has improved alot over the years. The crust has a nice garlic butter on it. We used coupons to save money. The wait for the pizza was long, but other than that things were to our
Wow, please avoid doing Birthday parties here. The staff just doesn't care. We paid extra for the trampoline area, but they only opened it for half an hour and then shut down because the employee needed a break from standing there for 30 minutes. Stayed closed for over an hour. There were at least 20 employees, but only one could stand by the trampoline area playing on their phone? Miserable experience, won't be back. Go to longview or anywhere else.
Went here for my son's birthday party. Everyone was lovely and the games were all in great condition. Any young child would have a ball here.
Party was set up nice and ready to go. Managered hosted my baby girl Party very informative on what we needed to know. Salad Bar needs to have other meat options beside bacon
We had a great time. I used coupons on the website. For a family of 6 I spent a little over $100. The food was decent. The salad bar is shut down. Although, they have taken some of the games out, there were still plenty. Place was clean and staff was friendly.
Talk about fun! We had a blast, playing all the games. They have plants vs zombies, Luigi, and the one where you drop the coins and it makes the other coins drop. Best game was the strength meter with the mallet, we won 100 tickets, twice. And the pizza was delicious and kid approved. The salad bar also looked delicious. The soda fountain had a lot of options, all Pepsi products. They stamped us and our child with black light ink so we can verify it's our child leaving with us! Great day and got some fun pr
The pizza was okay. There were several parties all at the same time making it very congested. The party beside ours had a fight, causing one person to seizure and called EMS. Several of the machines were not eorking; the prizes the kids could buy were very very cheap. There were so many people it was hard to move.
1st time here and last time! We took my granddaughter for her bd and the experience was bad yhe associates did not have very good customer service in welcoming you into the facility or nice at checking out or helpful we had a pizza ordered and they give you this black box to let you know when the pizza is ready well it never vibrated and the pizza sit in the window for over 20 min they offered another pizza but that's not the point! Will not ever go there again!
1. Ordered large pizza, given a small. They say it is "cut into 12 slices and has nothing to do with size". 2. Restrooms are filthy and smell of piss. Have no paper towels and were nearly out of soap. 3. In 90 minutes of being there, no staff cleaned anything at the whole facility. 4. We did see many of the staff standing idle and texting. 5. My son asked for a milk. They lied and said there was none, without even checking. There was milk there. After asking another employee, they went to the back and g
These people are the very BEST !!! Always friendly and recognize my family BY NAME when we arrive as usual gold pass members !!! For thirty bucks a month I can feel like a ROCKSTAR DAD everyday with 250 play points to go around, & half price food and beverages for the fam !!! 10/10
I will let the pictures do the talking. 8pm on Saturday night. No one is ordering food and they told me it would be an hour and a half for pizza. I've been here an hour and have only seen one employee, poor girl.
Plenty of entertainment for the kids but bathrooms were disgusting...it wasn't busy enough for the conditions definitely a dirty place plus the employees don't show any excitement when announcing not the birthday kid but Chuckycheese himself
We took Doniven(our son) here for an afternoon of family fun. We used a coupon from the website which gave us 2 60 min all you can play passes at a discount of 29.99. It was packed as it was Saturday so that was a given but several of the games we played malfunctioned in one way or another and they of course only had 1.... Let me repeat 1 guy out on the floor to reset and repair issues. With that being said he did take carr of the issues in a speedy manner it was just getting him over to you that was a hass
It's a great experience, for my daughter's 5th birthday party. They had pretty much everything we needed all we had to do was show up. The only thing is that it is very expensive. We had 16 or so kids and we paid $275 for the cheapest birthday package. The pizza was good, the arcade is large and all of the games work, there's a indoor playground and they have a employee at the door that checks hand stamps and makes sure children leave only with their parents. Other than the price I can't really complain. I
A blast as always, well priced and fair especially with the Chuck E Cheese reward app, the Manager was the sweetest, he specially showed all his pins to the twins, clean, fun, just wished all the games actually worked!
Manager here does a great job training her staff. Overheard her grilling a new employee ?If party is in 30 minutes, what??. ?What do you need to do before Chucky cuts the cake??? I tried to take trash to throw it away and she took it from me and said ?i have it?. She is a very vivacious woman and it shows in how well the restaurant is being ran. She appears to really care. Big group with birthday party and she is out helping to sing ?happy birthday?. Helped her jr staff set ip for party, etc. she is an o
My 2 year old had a good time. Paid $12 for the trampoline but employees took a very long time each time to get over to the trampoline and let my child in. It was a waste of money. Spent at least 45 minutes waiting on them. All employees were rude except the young woman at the door.
Staff was friendly and the pizza was decent, but the cleanliness was terrible. My son moved the napkin holder and there was rotten food under it. I also noticed several other spots that looked to have not been cleaned in ages.
It was ok. Went in on a thursday around lunch. I hadn't been there in a while a lot has changed. The card feature was cool kinda miss the tokens. A few games didnt work and a couple that were 'token' ones didn't actually give you a token. Feel like the games didn't give enough tickets and when I tried to pay the difference to get something my toddler would actually want they said I couldnt and couldnt buy a lollipop with tickets. But my toddler had fun so thats good.
Our experience was so disappointing. 40% of the games didn't work, the food was terrible. We were never stamped upon entrance, nor checked when we left. There were screws all over the floor in front of many of the games. Staff seemed apathetic. We normally love Chuck E Cheese, but we will not be returning to this location.
The only complaint that I have is that no one told us that the trampoline was a extra charge and my 4 year old granddaughter was jumping and having fun for about 30 mins until some employee told me that it was extra. a 4 year old doesn't understand that...please have a little more communication up front...p.s no employee was station at the gate and it fully open
We went to chucky cheese as part of our grandsons make a wish day. Food was great staff very friendly. Pics are of him in the limo and chucky cheese.
My first time there and it was very nice I went there with my daughter and grand babies
I have fun playing with my kids and eating pizza. The salad bar has fresh veggies.. my kids enjoy theirselves. The only problem i have is the noise, and sometimes the mashines break but thats ok, cool place to hang out
This was a great time for my family, our sons 6th birthday. The manager danced with Chuck-e and my son and our party hostess was amazing.
We take our 2 year old daughter here all the time and she loves it. Their food is great and they have a good game selection. The staff have always treated us kindly. We recently celebrated my daughter?s birthday here and the young lady in charge of all the party tables did an amazing job taking care of us. She checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The manager was also very helpful and seem friendly.
What can be Said. What happened to Chuckie? Where a kid can be a kid. The prices are outrageous! $35.00 for 1 pizza and for kid size cups. $12 for the salad bar .. Sorry, food is note worth the prices. Drinks were completely watered down. They no longer have employees interacting with guest or kids. You get a pager to pick up food at a window. Was very disappointed.
Awesome Day!! 4th Bday ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? Celebration for a very special little boy!!!
It was good I want there was so much kid on a Saturday never go on a Saturday good games messed up my childhood :(
Waited at the door for 7 minutes before any of the lazy employees came to let us in. Manager looked at us twice but never came. Ordered for for my daughter and I. Her little pizza was $12.00. I order wings for 2. Got seven little tiny wings. The flavor was pretty good. But they cost $17.99. For seven little wings. We shared the salad bar, no lettuce, no eggs, barely any ranch. I asked an employee if we could get some of these things and he never said a word. Our total was $43.00 for me and my 6 year ol
??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????The staff of 8 or more with two managers not even a lil busy all on there phone while customer couldn't get service rude disrespectful and untrained staff couldn't even find plates we waited 35 mins to order and after we ordered our food we had to stand in line again to buy player passes I have two kids and each player pass has to have a phone number linked so to all the single mom's who have multiple kids and idk don't have multiple phones and
BEST experience yet! We took my 4 year old for his bday but no reservations or party. They treated him so well like we paid for a party, even brought him a slice of cake with candles on it. 10/10 recommend the Tyler Tx location!! Thank you Zi for everything you did for my boy!
Pretty lame. Came because we live in rural area and there aren't tons of options in variety. Saw online with this had games and what looked like a small little play area with slide. They ripped the play area out to put in more booths. Basically, just a big arcade with ok games. $20 medium pizza that is what you would expect. Employees spent their entire time talking about how they weren't going to work if they were told to. It's kind of what I expected though.
It took about 7 minutes for someone to take our order up front when arriving and the pizza took a while? after we finished eating we asked for a to go box to begin playing the games. When we were ready to leave we went back to the table we had left our food and it was thrown away by the workers? we left very upset since they didn't bother to do anything but say ? we are sorry. ?
There was only two ladies running the place aside from the guy maintaining the games and the kitchen staff and they really did a great job of being accommodating and making our small little party a great party. The pizza was also really really good and I'd honestly buy it again just to eat. It was clean, the restrooms were clean, everything worked well, and it was a great day. I'd definitely have another party here.
We took our kids, and they enjoyed the games. Biggest disappointment for me and my wife was how they don't give actual tickets anymore like when we were kids. There's something thrilling about seeing all your tickets spit out of the machines. But I understand they did it for convenience and probably because of COVID. The pizza was pretty decent. Not the best, but still good.
The service was good , but the pizza was NOT! I decided to give it another try after about 10yrs, & it's still nasty! They have a variety of game options for different age groups, but most of them weren't working when we were there. I was considering having my daughter's birthday party there, but I'm searching for other options now. Their party packages are too pricey for the experience we had recently!
Poorly kept. Multiple broken machines. Trampoline was open access with kids coming in with shoes, unsafe for little kids.
This Was The Most Worst Chucky Cheese Ever? The Only Thing That Was Kinda Alright Here Were The Games And That's Only Because My Kids Are 9 and 7yrs Old And Didn't Know Any Better? The Customer Service Here Was Just Ok But The Pizza Was Thin I Could Have Just Ordered Crackers And Sauce? They Place Is Old And Need New Everything? Pretty good day here! My 2 year olds 1st time at Chuck E Cheese! The staff was friendly, games were fun, we didn't eat there, prices were a little steep for our little family, but the only complaint I'd say I had was while some of the young ladies were cleaning up the party tables they wheeled a large rolling trash can on the illuminated dance floor that was at the time occupied by several children including my own so while I was trying to capture these awesome first time moments, I Had to crop out half of
The hostess was awesome, there were 7 parties including ours going at the same time. They showed us and everyone else an awesome time for our kids. Great teamwork and amazing atmosphere.
Newly remodeled! Super clean and nice inside. All the games seem to be brand new or almost new. I love the digital time/points and tickets system for the games. The pizza was ok, I don't expect amazing pizza here but it was decent. Staff was really nice. Our car battery died and the game maintenance guy was nice enough to jump start our car. Kids had a blast. Definitely going back again.
I had a wonderful time! The place and bathrooms were clean. The prices were reasonable. The food was good and came out fresh. The employees were all so nice and attentive. At one point I lost my game card and they kindly gave me another, no fuss. The games were entertaining. My 3 year old had a blast! My 9 year old and 14 year old nephews also had so much fun. They have a clean indoor playground. Ticket games for toddlers and teens. Classic and new games. Chuck E. Cheese himself came out and took pictures w
Food was cold when it came out. The girl at the cash register was so very slow. The guy at the prize counter was very soft spoken. We had to keep asking him to repeat himself.
11:30 on a Sunday we can't order cuz they said it was backed up. But there's nobody here. She said we can order in 40 minutes.
Went to this location for the first time tonight. Was kind of upset that a lot of the games were out of service or not giving out tickets. Tables were empty but filled with trash. Granted it was a Saturday night and they were busy. However, I have been to other locations with better experiences and they were way busier. When I told the manger the a lot of the games were not working she replied with well we have two guys on each side fixing the problems. I never seen anyone. I waited by one game for 8min bef
My husband & I brought my daughter here as a surprise. It's Chuck E. Cheese. The pizza is no good but we weren't really there for the food. We were there to spend time together as a family & that's exactly what we did. Some of the games were out of service but even so there were a lot that worked & we enjoyed playing. It was pretty clean & not too busy. The service wasn't bad either. We had a good time & one day we'll have to go back.
Just went to play the games. Had a blast
It was my first time going. I ordered a medium size veggie pizza. They got my order wrong at first bringing me a supreme pizza with pepperoni. They corrected it by making a veggie pizza. They offered to let me keep the supreme pizza for free, which I appreciated, but I didn't want it. I also got a small drink. They were lots of games. The TVs had many 3D animations featuring Chucky the mouse and other characters. It's a very kid friendly environment. The price of the meal was a little high, almost $21, but
This place has cleaned up considerably. They are short handed so The mouse didn't come out on the hour as scheduled. The play pass works well you buy time/minutes You can stop your time with the kiosk when it's time to eat. Grandkids had a blast and that's all that mattered. People still need to keep an eye on their kids when the place is buy.
In love with Chucky Cheese just wish the had a photo booth again.
The remodel looks great!! Love the fact that the games were updated and they're 100% focused on kids specially now that we have grand slam ( which is always packed, teenagers going wild and alcoholic drinks). The only complaint is the food, not good and sloooow service.
Took our Grandson he had a blast. They now serve chicken wings, and cheese bread which we enjoyed. Had a great time.
Good is great here and comes out hot. The young girl working the window this day rolled her eyes and sighed because I asked her a question she didn't know how to answer. Lol that want stop me food is to good there. ??????
It was clean and all the games were working. It was the first time I've ever seen a manager on the floor checking out the games to make sure they were all in order.
It's alright, the place would be way better if the machines were not always broken, Everytime I take my son there, there is a minimum of 5-10 games broken. One of these machines is always the bowling/ski ball. The manager is ridiculously nice and knowledgeable about everything that has to do with the business, and is also professional. A random kid did run by and lick our pizza ?? last time though.
My kids enjoy coming here, some of the wait staff are great, others, not so much. We were waiting in line to cash in our tickets, and the lady behind the counter wasn't paying attention at all to what my daughter was wanting, kept throwing different items onto the counter, finally had to explain in detailed description of what my child wanted. Her attitude was uncalled for in the end.. My children did have fun, and that is all that matters.
The new color scheme was ODD, and not inviting at all. It's definitely not the same without the jungle gym. Staff was ok, borderline uncaring, but acceptable. Pizza was surprisingly good.
Not worth going to. Prices have increased...speciak 2 Large pizza and 6 drinks $59! Opted to play only that's $26 for 1 hour unlimited play (only option now) At least 5 machines out of service including Mario kart and several basketball machines. Shorted on ticket redemption, gave counter 900 tickets were only allowed to prize at 750. Upon leaving none checked hands for stamps, party including 8 month old. 2nd star b/c 5 year that wanted to go had a good time unlike anyone else. Will not be going again.
Staff were awesome, store was clean, awesome trip
Came in employee didn't greet. Then we haven't been before so asked hiw things work to play games she said we don't have any cards only bands. Then another customer seen there were cards and said can't you give them a card behind counter she just acted like she was being put out to even help us. I just feel like a greeting at the door for a fun place should be better for 60.00 an hour charge. None of the games were working I feel like it's not right to be out so much money and not get what's offered.
The staff was amazing, but as soon as the manager had any interaction with us, well lets just say he was a real piece of work. He was rude and demeaning multiple times. Apparently, he hates his job. I'll take the grand babies back, but only because they love the place.
I do know that all people, restaurants, places, etc. can experience "off" or "bad" days....that is why I always re-visit several times to see if something changes, makes a difference...just in case. However, after several visits (with different kids and grandchildren) over a period of time, many of the same type things, incidents, etc. are occurring...only worse. Unfortunately, this past visit includes quite a few things. My son and his wife and my 2 and 4 year old grandchildren wanted to visit CEC. Althou
Most of the games need upgraded/ fixed. They either did not work or did not give tickets. They need to have at least 2 drink sizes cause the one they have is just big enough for a child not an adult. Food is ok but cleanliness is not a priority. Parking needs better lighting hard to see it's dark and too cause parking is so scarce when you park around back its shady specially when kids are making out in the lot by your car.
Immediately when arriving to Chuck E. Cheese @ 7:15 PM- the lady on site was rude. She told us they close at 8 PM and the kids would only get 30 minutes of playing time. Two minutes after purchasing two playing cards she shut the place down - she did not give us a refund. We live an hour away! She got irritate and handled us very unprofessionally!!! She said I shouldn't even had to work all day- just blabbing in an extremely unprofessional matter! My babies are traumatized from the yelling and hollering! Sh
Place was clean and employees were all nice and quick to help. My kids had a good time and pizza was decent. We had no problem with games or service from employees. When a game malfunctioned they came over and handled it.
Went yesterday and had much fun! We did not know how the tokens worked, because it had been a while since last time, so the girl lead us to the machines and proceeded to demonstrate how they worked. (I loved that they changed over to using cards.) The employees were always friendly and helpful.
I'm so disappointed that Chuck E. Cheese has came down to what it is. I brought my daughter here to enjoy the day however it was a waste of money. The food didn't disappoint me however, the games weren't working, it didn't say out of service or anything so of course we tried to play. Didn't give us points when we would win, the staff is another story!!! One young lady wasn't being nice at all, rolled her eyes when I asked for some cups for ranch. The lady at the prize stand, she kept complaining about takin
Staff was friendly, play/food area was clean. Food was fresh. Bathrooms were dirty, the baby changing station didn't look very durable. Half of the games did not work. Our 6 year old became bored and we left. We usually go to our local Chuck E. Cheese in Longview but decided to try a different one and we were very disappointed. Won't be returning.
The birthday party was decent, but because it was so busy it took 45 minutes for a small personal pizza to be done. It was about an 8 inch pizza for 10 bucks, and was good but not worth the price/time paid. A few of the rides/games were broken, as well as 2 of the ticket redeemer machines. If they maybe actually did the food orders in order and didn't just try to do all the large pizzas first (not counting the party pizzas), and tried to get the machines fixed, we could rate higher.
As always we love Chucke Cheese The kiddos love all the games. We did come an hour and a half before closing and was told we could not order any food that the kitchen was closing down. Kind of a bummer. We drove 40 minutes to go there and were starving Had to go eat Chilli's instead which was wonderful and we stayed 30 minutes to atleast let the kids play the games at chucke cheese. Would not recommend this place due to poor customer experience.
Kids loved it. However this was our first time ever to Chuck E Cheese and nothing was explained to us. I paid them to have my sons birthday party there. I was told that the hostess would serve the kids but it took 10 minutes for her to show up so I ended up serving them. When they announce that the pizza is ready we could barely hear The food was okay not anything to brag about. Salad bar was way too expensive ($9.00). Pizza was extremely greasy. If you dont get a specialty pizza you will be paying for eac
Really good pizza as it turns out. Games are clean and decent. Employees are generally nice. They take kids safety pretty serious. I was picking up my neighbors kid and he came with some friends and they would not let him leave without permission from my friends he came with. They would not budge on it in the least. Thumbs up for kids safety.
Pizza good and my grandson and I had a great time, but we sure paid for it the next 3 days with the stomach flu. They need to have someone working all the time to clean all the rides and games to help all the kids from spreading so many germs. We were there 3 hours and never once Saw anyone clean even a table much less a ride or game
That place was fun I got my iPhone 15 and an Apple Watch and kids singing me happy birthday and I got 40 dollars but what I'm trying to say is that Chuck E. Cheese was fun and promise you got to go there you will say yes and my name is major Washington and that was fun bye.
It's so hot in there. Probably just due to the 1,000 people in there and the 1,000? temp outside. I'm from Longview. Night and day difference! The one in Tyler is soooo much better. More games. More working games. Great time. We only played. So, I can't comment on the food.
Went on a Thursday night, so it wasn't too busy. A lot of the games wouldn't spit out tickets, so had to find an employee to come fix it, and that took 15-20mins. Other than that, it was clean, not too loud, and pizza was pretty good. It is pretty pricey, so i recommend looking on their website for coupons. I did, and saved almost $100!
Some of the games didn't work and also some wouldn't give ticket. I would have to "hunt" down an employee to resolve the problem.Food wise the pizza is good, but the drive machine soda flavor kept being out so we really had 2 flavors to choose from. We did let an employee know, but by the time they fixed it we were done eating. Over all My kids had fun.
Had a birthday party here today. The pizza was good and hot but everything is way over priced. 11 dollars for one trip l salad bar is crazy. The mouse wasn't energetic at all
We went to the Tyler location yesterday. We were the ONLY people in the whole place. The lady working was rude and told us we could not order pizza because she was completely by her self. When my kids asked why we couldn't eat her words were. Because I'm short staffed maybe yall should put in a application if you want to eat. They are 12 and 13. She then takes her personal game card and starts a bunch of games and tells my kids they are free games to play. When we realized that all the tickets to the "free
We brought our 6yo for a birthday outing. The store was clean and bright. Staff was exceptionally friendly!! He played lots of games and had a great time!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
