My daughter turned 3 and had a blast. 2 pizzas, four drinks, and a one hour kids pass for the arcade for 54 bucks. Oh, and a cookie pie isn't bad. We had a cake, and they let us light it up for the birthday girl.

I hosted my daughter birthday party here. It was so much fun and loved the service. The manager Alex was extremely nice and attentive and our waiter Angel was great and really got the energy going for all the kids.

We went on a Tuesday. Place was very clean, staff super friendly. Fast service. Great atmosphere! A lady by the name of Valerie was very kind. Totally recommend this Chuck E. Cheese.

UPDATE: I guess they "ratted" on us and decided to revamp the whole operation. Well done. Im actually excited to eat the pizza now. And that's saying something. They deserve a second chance! ORIGINAL: Their pizza lacks sauce, but not grease. I asked if they used a tablespoon worth of sauce, and they replied, "That's the amount we're supposed to use. Not worth the Cheese, Chuck-E.

My twin girls birthday party was the best party ever thanks to our waitress that helped out SO much with decorations, cutting the cake, putting on a show, always brought food orders on time and quick. She did so much and went above and beyond! The manager Ashlyn is a sweetheart. I had the best experience ever and will definitely keep coming back!

Best place to bring the kids. Best feature is that they tag the family so the kids don't leave with another family. The gentleman in the front always has a smile on his face. The kids can run free a bit and play the new games and I can chill knowing that they won't escape. Pizza is good, sauce is a little too tangy for my taste but still good and fresh.

Chuck E. Cheese is great and has stepped up there business in the right way in very area. Especially, the food and the beer is ice cold. But, the pizza was very, very good. Veggie is mine favorite.. Good job...

Everything was great, employees are ever nice and helpful. The only thing is that the food sucks just the pizza though I'm not sure if it's just the dough itself.

Our son had lots of fun. He enjoyed the games very much.

Although I've only gone to this location for a delivery pickup, the staff is always very friendly and eager to assist. I've never had a problem with pick-up at all. Keep up the good work!!

The games are definitely a plus with awesome attendees manning the operations, but we had to wait more than an entire hour for our specialty pizza and didn't realize until we went to complain that it was because the alfredo sauce was frozen. A large family group had their boys running wild and never addressed their rowdy behavior and 3 little ones were knocked over in the melee. Other than having to safeguard your children from unsupervised and oblivious children of enabler parents, it's a fun place to enjo

I want to leave a good review to this Chuck-E-Cheese. Balde, the manager and his crew were amazing today! It was our school fund raiser and they were all just very friendly and patient. They all make a wonderful team. You can tell when there is good leadership. Thank you all!

Had a fun party there for a cousin. The staff was always on site to help and clean up. Ticket blaster was a blast! Games are fun and a good value if you get the play time on the cards.

Pizza gets cold fast.... I really liked the service that was given last night, the guy ?? was nice, smiley n patient with us too!

Great place to take the kids. I love the fact that they make sure all the children have the same stamp as the person they walk in with. So no one can leave with your kid. Awesome! Down side so expensive and the food wasn't to tasteful pretty bland. But kids have fun so it's ok.

It's a great place for kids to have lots of fun

Ive been bringing my kids to this location for a good while already and never had issues, until yesterday. I was rewarding my 4 yr old son for certain reasons, so he was excited all day to go to chuck e cheese. He will not go anywhere else but there to play games. We took him for a snow cone and went to this location. We walked in as a family and the host or greeter denied us entry due to us having snow cones. He said he couldn't allow us to walk in with outside food. Mind you there are no signs posted

Facility was awesome for bringing my children to unwind for at least an hour. Balde was extremely friendly, and nice towards my while family. He was smiling all the time while he helped us in any way. Kudos to Balde and his hospitality, something that lacks in other restaurants especially for kids. Balde as well as another blonde girl looked in a good mood I also looked into the kitchen and I take everything in, the cooks looked focused and dedicated to their job as well, great job guys.

Awesome turn out today at our son's birthday.....food was good but slow....we had to remind the server about guests without food for more than 10 min....the kids had a blast playing at the video games other than that I mentioned about the serving.... everything was top notch....! 70% recommend...

Attended the child of a friend's birthday party. The hostess was super helpful and the games were super fun. I liked how they weren't controlling like other party places where you HAVE to use their decorations. I think the kids had a really fun time. I also liked the security measures to protect kids from leaving with a strange adult. And I applaud the hand wash stations around the games ??

Had my nephews birthday party here. It was awesome!! Definitely recommend. I was taken to one when I was young so it brought back memories. They sang happy birthday to the children who had birthdays and had little games for the kids. 100 awesome

Been bringing my son here since he was small and we just love it. I get to sit down and be on my phone while he goes off and play. And never have to worry about someone taking him since they always mark the kids and parents as they arrive to the place. Great food and amazing salads.

I like the games for the kids they got different and much more variety at this location. All the employees kept busy maintaining the place clean. the only thing they got to work on is on their initiative towards the customer. I feel their manager can push them just little bit more towards attending the customer, which are the parents needs. but definitely 4 stars and half they deserve it.

People are super friendly. Staff was very helpfull, bathrooms were clean. Go early and not to many people. Get dibs on the good games.

Excellent place to entertain your kids at a good price , food however is a little high priced.

I've been to the one in Harlingen rarely to the one in Weslaco. We came for my sons birthday only to wait and wait and never get our food! I spent $145 after 30 mins I went up to ask about the food the kids started to use one card I had purchased 3 thirty minute cards. The girl at the register said oh some times the printer acts up and said our food be out in 5 mins. Went back to wait and wait when I saw a family who had just ordered while I was asking for the food get there's and I was still waiting... I w

I go here for my daughter. She loves this place. The games are great here, WHEN they work. The food is nothing to complain about. Its also our favorite place to throw birthdays. We will be returning as long as my daughter loves coming here.

My kids can never have enough of this place! And dont mind if I join in on the fun! Arcade games for everyone of all ages. Basketball and football arcades are my favorite! Pizza is always cooked and served just right! And of coarse the salad bar is a must! Staff is always excited and full of energy. We will definitely be back soon.

I went to this location and was treated absolutely horribly. As soon as I arrived no one was there to greet us. We stood there for more than 15 minutes because from what I recall from previous times that we have gone to your establishments there is someone who is suppose to stamp us with codes. After 15 minutes a man from behind the counter signaled us to approach him. He then proceeded to stamps us while rudely interacting with us as if annoyed he had to do his job. Staff is great. Place is well sanitized and they disinfect games every 30 minutes. We took a cake in to celebrate my daughters birthday. Will be going back now that we know its clean.

Pizza and the French fries were super good! My kids had alot of fun playing the games and taking pictures. Not too many people at the time we were there, so it was more comfortable for us to be there.

First time trying it and it wasn't what I was expecting. Pizza and wings taste like frozen. Digiornio pizza is way better. A little over price for what you get and it's not even worth it. The only good thing about this place was the games and employees they're nice and friendly.

Great place for children to play and be entertained. $12 salad is a bit pricey. The pizza is decent but could be better. Staff is excellent though!

Clean, organized and outstanding customer service is the 3 words I would use when I describe this chuck E. CHEESE. Having a 5 year old kid I have been to allot of these places and this is my personal favorite. I dont what they did to there pizza but it has gotten so much better. I only wish they would lower the ticket price for the prizes I feel as if they are a little high.

Lots of games, cool place just some worker's are lazy. Told one employee to get me a stuff Chucky and she said,we ran out.. when in fact there were was like 10 on the rack. Lazy didn't want to get a latter to reach them. Had to call the manager to get one for my daughter.

I doordashed pasquallys on June 10th 2022 around 8-9pm and whoever made my pizza, cheese sticks, and cookie pizza need a raise. Speechless. So good I almost ate the whole meal by myself. Drool on the floor. So good.

I was a little skeptical of going because of covid but I was pleasantly surprised to see that the staff was on top of sanitizing surfaces & games. Only 4 stars because salads were not available..otherwise it'd be 5 stars. I think at least premade salads should be available since salad bar is risky. Just my opinion.

We are from Houston visiting family from the Valley. We decided to come in on a Wednesday so my kids can have some fun. The biggest concern I have is that the A/C is BROKE so it's super super HOT that my littlest one is sweating so bad. Supposedly the Manager says they are "Fixing " the A/C but they are taking ALOT OF TIME TO GET IT FIXED. Next time i come down to visit i might be going to McAllen location. But other than that they have alot of good games for the kids.

Took my wife and kids here on Christmas eve and the staff couldn't have been more attentive/engaged. Great experience all around, and thanks to the entire staff!

They charges me twice for the food over 100 for pizza I had to go back to get my refund. There was very little people and they still get the order wrong.

This is a place to take your kids to have fun and eat what they like: pizza. It is expensive (for a pizzeria), but the kids have a good time.

Dude this place stinks, I mean the place was awsome but we recently we went to go eat there and they threaten to arrest my mother. They accused my mother of stealing a 100$.then they called an officer to deal with the promblem. I still can't believe we had to pay them a 100$ so that they won't arrest my mom. Seriously mann they took my mom's last 100$ that she was going to pay for my baby brothers school supplies... All I'm saying is that their registers might be broken or something becuase they might steal

It was a lot of fun, the food was really good, the employees and Chuck-e-Cheeese the mascot were awesome. Reason for only 3 stars, the manager was rude and the restaurant smelled gross??

Go there for my kids, used to always get the chickenshebada sandwich which they don't have no more, now I get boneless wings which the amount is very little and the price is very high. Guess gonna have to go less to this place.

If you are under 11 you will enjoy chuck e cheese, if not, oh b o y. Get prepared for dissapointment and start hoping you'll appear at Dave and Busters. That place is legit. ????

Awesome fun for kids

Food is way over priced......90 bucks for 4 drinks xl pizza...medium wings and a 10.99 salad. Game payouts are ridiculous...should've gone to Dave and Busters.

My grandkids had a very good and fantastic time that they me love going.

I love to take my family here because it's cheaper than other places and the food is delicious I just wish they had better toys to choose from and at a cheaper price because I have a big family and they only get one tiny prize each.

Good pizza and chicken wings. Clean environment, even the restroom. Liked that everyone, even the kids, were wearing their masks.

Kids have tons of fun with the game's there so many game's that give tickets for Price's my kiddos love it there.

It's a place for kids with their family, food is not the best but petter then other places, service is kind but can be a little more attentive in my opinion.

The tables were spaced out with a table in between being closed, the games were being wiped down, and biggest change was now the card you get to play games ALSO houses your "tickets" so no more paper tickets. Just make sure you save the card.

A bit overpriced but, fun for the kids.
