My girl turned 9 and we had her party here, SUPER easy. I got the 2nd tiered package, we had 10 kids. The party host was on point, I also ordered their cake, it was nicely decorated. It was like being transported back in time as a 90s kid and then some! Such a wonderful experience for my family of four. Dancing to music on the big screen, tons of extremely easy to use and age appropriate arcade games, great food, and even regular pop ins from Chuck E Cheese himself. This chuck e cheese has recently been remodeled. I love that they now offer an assortment of games for older kids. The games are high quality and a lot of fun. My son ended up earning a decent amount of tickets and he had such a good time trading them in for little toys and candy pieces. My 7 year old son had a great time. Spent $21.00 for 1 hour of unlimited play. The cost drops to $18.00 with the purchase of a pizza and drinks 'meal deal'. All of the games were working. The entire facility was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. My son was able to score 1,300 tickets in an hour, but he got lucky and hit a few jackpots. My grandson loves going to Chuck E Cheese. So we celebrated his birthday there again this year. The staff is always so pleasant and the pizza is very good. This Chuck E Cheese was a little different than others I have been to. Granted, it has been a while since I'vebeen to any. But this particular one seems to be the cleaniest one I've been to. My boys had a blast and was pleasantly surprised to see new video games, rides and a new ball air machine (like the ticket blaster)..this alone was worth it. They do not have the tubes in the ceiling like some and only Chuck is an animatronic but its a truly nice location

The place is amazing for kids to play in any season or age. Birthday parties are also a hit amongst the kids and the arcade is a good mix of games for both young and little older kids and sometimes adults too.

Bought the gaming wristband for our little one and had continous fun until the pizza arrived. Glad we could pause the timer on the wristband. Next visit I'll request the pizza baked to well done to get a crisper crust

This place is good just for the games but the food is trash. I took my nieces and I wasn't aware that the pizza (Hawaii pizza) had jalape?os and my nieces didn't like it (also it was too sweet) so I asked the manager if she could change the pizza but she ignored me and told me that she couldn't do anything about it. Running joke about how gross Chuckie Cheeses are, but it couldn't be further from the truth. Every single time I've been since 2019 to date, I have always seen staff wiping down tables and games, even if we are the only ones in there. The bathrooms are clean, they remodeled at least 3 times and have gotten new games. The pizza is good, but a little pricey.

I was a little skeptical at attending a party here for my granddaughter, but i was surprised in the BEST way. It was clean, efficient, safe and the staff was top tier. The set up with the wristbands instead of the old system of tokens and physical tickets makes all the difference. The games were fantastic for the kids, the screen and floor displays added another level and even the food was good. The standout of the day was the party person assigned to us, her name was Lily and she made our visit phenomenal.

Go in with low expectations and you'll be fine. It is a great place to let the kids roam for a while. The "dance party" is nothing more than a costumed character making a single round. Went for a party my son was invited to. The food was actually really good. The staff was very friendly and kept on top of spills, food and making sure things were good. Been years since I have gone and no tickets but you get cards that get loaded with e-tickets and much easier. Kid still gets to pick out the trinkets they want so he is happy.

There was a lot of new things however, they're missing what our kids loved the most, which is the climbing gym. The pizza seems to be better which will be a good thing for future visits.

Closing hour for this location should be changed to 8- 8:30PM since their employees always want to lock their doors at that time.

I tried to go with my niece and nephews on a Saturday. It was very crowded and extremely expensive. $35 for a pizza and 4 drinks. Games were $20-30 for 2 hours. We left after seeing prices and being told food wouldn't be ready for an hour. I couldn't rate good since we didn't get any.

The girl working the counter was very patient and attentive. She helped us and the other customers quickly and was very professional. The play area was well maintained and had employees sanitizing the games and tables and chairs. The games all worked well and our kids had a great time. Its ok, it was for my kids and they enjoyed it so that was important. The only thing I didn't really like is when I ordered the pizza, I had to pick it up and it was on an aluminum tray which was very hot and didn't seem too safe. The person giving me the pizza didn't even give me a heads up. Guess I'll know for next time ??

A bit pricey but the children really enjoy the atmosphere and game options. Food is decent. I did find out the reasoning for the stamping of hand upon arrival and adamantly checking stamp when leaving...its to make sure the adult is leaving with correct child. I think that is a great safety feature.

Had my daughters birthday party here today, staff were very attentive. They were ready for us 45 minutes before the party started. Our hostess took care of all our needs. The Birthday Girl was over the moon happy and the other kids had a great time. So much more affordable than other places or having it at your home. I'd definitely have another Birthday party here!

From an adult view, the games are sparse and the place is kinda grungy and needs updating. The kids don't care though, and they love it. Decent entertainment for the 3-year-old. Sometimes the games or rides don't work, don't have tickets, or are no clean, and you won't know until you spend your money. Generally speaking I've found good value for the entertainment, but I go elsewhere for food.

Not a fan of the card system rather than the tokens. With the tokens the kids have a tangible way to assess how much playing they have left, it was a way of teaching fiscal responsibility. Now it is setup to play until it doesn't work anymore... great lesson. Also this location had wayyy to many unsupervised kids. Maybe it is me but I don't treat it like a day care for my 3 year old. I had about 7 kids her age wander up to us with no adult in sight.

I saw employees wiping down the games very frequently and they made sure everyone used hand sanitizer upon entry. Masks are also required. I loved that every kid gets a surprise upon entry! My daughter won a souvenir cup that she gets to refill for free every time we come back, and we definitely will!

Reason for 3 stars is that we went right when they opened at 11am during the week and their maintenance workers from corporate were still working on fixing many game machines with them wide open, tools, small parts were all over on the floor. The staff here is really fantastic. That was truly the most impressive portion of my evening. From the front door, to the register, to the ticket redemption, everyone was stellar. I really appreciate good customer service, as I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. To have young people doing such great work is AMAZING. It's spacious and the staff tries to keep it, it's an old place. They are constantly bringing new arcade machines and the staff is friendly. They also have "quiet days" where the sounds and lights are tuned down for sensory sensitive children (ASD kids and such).

My daughter loved it but on the parent side of it all the machines that you can get the cards from were empty. They also weren't on time with the Chucky appearances. My child is three and the TV counts down the time with it and she would look all over for him. A few times he didn't even show. That was a big part for my child. Keep in mind it was between 11-2 when we were there.

Today; November 3rd, my son Josiah had his birthday party. My son had an absolute blast. Our server was Alyssa and she was awesome. I used manage a few restaurants and I love customer service. I would hire Alyssa off the bat from the way she served my son and the family. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this Chuckie Cheese in Frederick. A very good place for kids , best thing is the policy for the place that you can change tickets you collect to choose toy but if the kid want another toy but it's need more tickets their is no problem to pay for that.

Where do I start. Where are the jungle gym areas? For a birthday party , first we were canceled without notice and had to re sign up day of party??? We had to ask for plates, plastic ware, candles. No one saw if our party was going well or if we needed anything. Staff couldn't be bothered. Hardly any games, some games didn't work. Just awful. People, find somewhere else to go with your kids. Very clean the employees clean after every game almost every 5-7 mins a always seen someone cleaning off a game. The place is even less empty than usual. Instead of putting the number stamp on your hand the tell you to take a picture with who you come in with and you have to show them at the end when you leave, if your phone die when it's time to leave they let you use a charger just so you can clearly who you came in with. I like the card method that they now have like Dave and busters so not ever one ends

Cleaner than any chuck e cheese I've ever been too and less broken equipment. Cards instead of tokens is an improvement but with small kids you have to spend a fortune to win anything more than a piece of candy or dollar store trinket. Loads of fun for a birthday party and ot overly crowded. Kids like their pizza and could play all day.

Loved new look. Also ability to pick how you want your game plays. Buy the points or timed. This way you can taylor more to your child's personality.

Pizza and games. Gone is the token meal deals where you get a number of tokens with your meal deal. Now you get a not quite large pizza and 4 drinks for around 25 bucks but you can purchase a game card and 30 min of unlimited play for 11 bucks. Took 4 kids and myself spent over 60 for 2 hours. Not bad, not great but got the kids out of the house.

I went to this place to celebrate my daughter one year old birthday and I and my guest were not treated well by the chuck E at all. When it was our turn the chuck E was at another table instead of ours for like 30 seconds. I hate to say this but I am going to say it, this place are racist, I felt like they treated us bad because we were black people. I will not recommend this place. They will not give equal treatment.

Wow, I'm very impressed! CEC has been on my list of places to avoid for a while now. After today, it's no longer on that list ? at least this location. It was clean and they improved the flavor of their pizza. There are not as many games available to play and there is no climbing gym and ball pit. However, the games they had actually worked which is a huge improvement. And the ball pits were always a cesspool of germs, so that's not missed at all after living through over a year of COVID. Had the best help during a birthday party for my daughter in August. They are amazing and customer service is amazing!!!!! I recommend them for birthday. The packages are great for the amount of stuff you get with it. And the service can not be beat.

Chuck E. Cheese is a nightmare for parents, but the little ones love it. This one doesn't serve beer, unfortunately! However the service is very good and the food, just as they claim in the commercial, is significantly improved. It's a fun experience for kids. Parents should bring ear plugs.
