I came for a quick dinner and was greeted with warmth. I used to come to this Chuck E. Cheese when I was little and saw the transformation it had with its remodel today! The cleanliness is amazing and the food was good. I thought the trampoline zone was a nice touch for young ones who won't go to Urban Air to avoid getting trampled over. Had an amazing experience, especially during the hours of 1-5pm when it wasn't busy at all. We practically had the place to ourselves! The facilities were spotless?tables were cleaned and sanitized immediately after they were vacated, and the trampoline area was sanitized every 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I have not been to a Chuck E cheese since I was a kid and they were usually ran down and germ-ridden. I am definitely THAT person who looks for mold and dirtiness, so me saying it was clean is a STATEMENT. I did not feel like I needed to run home and take 20 showers afterwards like some kids places. I don't know if the lady who does the birthday parties is the manager, but she makes the show, a SHOW. I was impressed with her energy

Not our favorite Chuck E Cheese. It's usually crowded and not much space in here since they added the jump area. The food is ok but again some of the other locations are better. The staff has always been nice and friendly.

Food is overpriced. Need chucke cheese socks to.go to Trampoline area which you need to purchase on top of purchasing being able to use Trampoline area. Better places to go to for cheaper and better food. Also better places to go to where kids are allowed to use every area. First and last time I go.

It's a great place to celebrate my grandson's 2nd birthday! We had the best service, the kids had a blast with trampoline and games, and we ordered more pizza because it tasted great.

My kids and I are big fans of five nights at Freddy's so we were dying to find a chicken e cheese that still had animatronics. Even though they didn't work the kids swore they moved lol. They loved seeing them up close. Games were taken care of pretty well. Wish there were more of them but still had fun. Don't give out enough tickets for the price. Pizza was awesome ??. Visited this location a few times already and every time we have been the staff has always been extremely nice and helpful. My 3 yr old always has a blast so I highly recommend for the little ones and I'm a big kid too so I always have a good time too trying to win as many tickets as I can for him to get a bigger toy ?? good place to hold a bday party for a toddler as well!

Slowest service imaginable for Delivery Drivers. Probably a fun place to take your kids, but they're super slow when it comes to Uber Eats orders. You're better off buying a frozen pizza.

We originally went to another location but it was far to packed so we found this location, and so glad we did the location was clean, not to packed the food was delicious the salad bar was ah-mah-zing and the staff and the manager were super friendly! The kiddos had a blast I believe we'll be making this our permanent location of choice even tho it's twenty minutes from where we live keep up the good work guys! ??

We had a fun time at this Chuck E Cheese's! The Three Stage show wasn't working because the compressor was down but it looked nice anyway. This was apparently the 100th Showbiz Pizza Place founded back in the 80s, before concept unification. Also, the location has no Sky Tubes, or a Fun House. The games were super fun and the pizza was delicious as always!

Mmm.. I don't know how to describe the experience. My expectations were stuck in the past. I really miss the dirty play pens they used to have. My kids had fun, but I was left with a void.... It was nice and clean. They had someone doing rounds to keep everything disinfectant. They check temperatures at the door every time you come in and they will ask you to take a selfie with your family at the door so when leaving they can make sure everyone that came together leaves together. It's a safety thing for the kids.

We arrived like around 8 and purchased access to the bounce play area and they had it closed for majority of the time. We ordered our food like around 8:45 PM and they took almost an hour and 30 minutes and gave it to us around 9:30 PM. Then announced that in 20 minutes they were about to close yet. I brought my nephew here while on vacation in Texas. The workers were really friendly and helpful. All of the games were in good condition and worked perfectly. The atmosphere was clean, and everyone appeared to be cheerful. This location was ideal!

Came in Saturday evening. There was to much action for my autistic son I was just fixin to leave and write off the pizza and play time the manager suggested I come back the next morning on the first Sunday of the month they keep the volume low for autistic children. When we came in he started the play time over got us a new pizza and new cups and we had a blast. Thanks big E

This was my best experience at a Chuck E. Cheese. Everyone had an amazing time. Our food was good and fresh. The kids were all safe. Our waitress, Nex, was absolutely fantastic and patient with us. She ensured that we were very pleased.

This was the best part...we love taking our son who is autistic to chuckie e cheese. He loves all the games and playing with other children but we kept wondering when chuckie would appear. We finally had to go ask someone and they acted like he wasn't planning a visit. That's the reason kids go is to see him! Very weird. He did finally appear but only once. Disappointed...

My niece celebrated her 3rd birthday last night & we really had a great time. This location was well maintained, the staff was friendly, upbeat and accommodating, the manager was professional and patient & the food was fresh & delicious. We went at the last minute on Saturday to do my granddaughter's birthday. We had a good time. It was not over crowded. We were able to keep n eye on the kids n when needed found them quickly.

Food is way too high priced.... food Quality is mediocre and the staff is ghetto and rude... Not very many fun games for kids and having to scan the card every single time is tedious and not fun for the kids ... I will not go back to the place at all....

There are not as many games as I remember as a kid but still cool! The people that work there... TOP TIER!!! Very nice, customer service on point, very helpful and sweet! They literally go out of their way to be helpful. It warms my heart to go to places were you can feel people are genuinely happy at their jobs. I love the timed card option, my 2 year old nieces had a blast!

My advice is, don't go when it's really busy. Clean restaurant, food was good. My child had fun. The game card was a bit pricy, but it's not like we will go every week. Staff was helpful, and the food order didn't take long.

I went on a Sunday evening and it was great. I was so surprised with the updates that had completed since the one year of my last visit there. They remodeled the restaurant looks very nice. No more animatronics. Didn't buy any food this time just took kids to play the arcade games. So I can't say anything about the food. Overall it was nice and not too many people.

We went to this chuck e cheese to take our kids since it's been a while we have been to one. It was on a Sunday around noon and I was surprised to see it was empty. The service was great the pizza was good the bathrooms were clean and all the arcade games actually worked. I was surprised to see they had cards instead of tokens. And in the actual cards your tickets are loaded instead of having all these tickets in your hand.

My twin nephews enjoyed playing TMNT arcade game. The food is expensive and I decided to just eat from the a salad bar since it was all you can eat. We did get a pizza for my daughter that was pretty good. It took awhile for them to fix it. It really wasn't that busy. Only a couple of families were there and no birthday parties at the time. We will go back because the service was good and the kids had fun.

We had a very good experience here today. We had a walk in birthday party, and were able to bring in our own birthday cake. The kids had an amazing time. We were there 5 hours! Went for lunch on Sunday 8/25/2019 with our kids. We were greeted by several team members who were all smiling and engaged. Purchased a large pizza, 4 drinks and 3 45 minute playing cards. This location would be better with different leadership. Went in on 04/10 and manager didn't check us in with stamps, said to just walk in as he was eating at one of the tables. Then tells us ?you're welcome? with an attitude after he does something for us. It's a hassle to do your job?! They were not checking kids in or out. My baby had her first birthday party this past Sunday 10/27/19 @4pm. We had Ms. Cherie as or host, she was amazing. God Bless her she was so sweet and patient. The staff is very friendly and courteous there, making for a real family-type feeling and atmosphere. The service is top-notch and the place is kept really clean. They even come around pretty often to see how you are doing and are quick to resolve any issue you might have. One of the staff members saw we were having trouble taking good pictures in the photo booth and came over to help us right away. Outstanding and kudos!

The good reviews must be fake cause this place is not 4 or 5 stars.. $10 pizza for a toddler + $5 fountain drink. The place is tiny, dirty and the cashier is too busy on her phone to be bothered with anything. Just trashy attitudes and ghetto is what you'll get here.

This was my second time coming to this Chuck-E-Cheese and both times the staff were extremely kind! The food is always good and all the games worked properly! The bathrooms were clean and properly equipped w/ soap and paper towels. And in light of the current pandemic i even saw a staff member sanitizing the games when kids were not in the area. And when my kids cashed their tickets in, the host was so patient while they picked their items!

Took my daughter to this specific location and we had fun. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had a great experience. The pizza was good and the buffet was on point. The token cards were awesome and easy to use for the games. Can't wait to take her back.

The manager was GREAT! Eric and his team did an amazing job. Our party hostess ( also a manager) was good. It's rare you see the managers actively participating these days. My kids enjoyed it.

It was good. The staff could have done a better job at clearing off the tables when people were done eating. The drink area was not clean but I do realize that kids are messy and drop things. But overall it was okay except for the cleanliness. Pizza and wings were good.

The other guests were super friendly. The employees were not friendly at except for one lady actually acknowledged me and a young man who almost ran my grandson over and turned around and looked at him as if it was his fault. I want to Chuck e cheese on 03/15/24 2pm and had a horrible experience with the black lady skinny she kind of looked like an African she had a ponytail. I think somebody said her name was Chez. She was very rude. After me and my kids stood in line for about 15 minutes to get the prize. She tried to pretend like she didn't see us and told somebody else that she will help them over us. Smaller than other locations but it's clean with lots of game variety. Food was fresh and tasty and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also found out to that it's only one of the locations left with the animatronics. You should go check it out because they will be removing them soon according to staff.

5 ski ball machines but 1 machine has all balls that won't come out. Dirty. Leftover pizza on half the tables and people leave they drinks sitting on half the games.

They don't have the package deal anymore for game play and pizza....biggest mistake ever! And no chuck E band how you take away more...and not give any perks....it's literally for the kids!!! Other places are geared foe adults and children so I can see why the pricing is $40 plus but CHUCK E cheese should never be more than $40

"OCTOBER 22 2022" I'm updating my review because I came back after thinking I'd never go back. . . and my surprise was that the staff changed to lovely friendly people. . . even though we arrived late yesterday they greeted us with a smile on their faces and most of all very friendly... especially a very tall man who I think was the manager ?? I love this place again and I love the staff.

HORRIBLE ??Treated me and my kids like we didn't belong. In Oak Cliff. Hispanic Karen Rude, Agressive, and even very Mean Spirited. Was getting their toys after Spending $100 at that place. I let the manager know and will be contacting Corporate. For this discrimination. Also, I watched her be totally cordial with other Hispanic and other races peacefully and respectful. First time we come to this location and we loved it. The service is amazing the people working here are so friendly. We had the place to ourselves because we came early and they gave my kids balls and extra tickets. Definitely coming back due to the friendliness of the workers

First time visiting this location in a few years. The employees were doing a great job keeping the place clean and all the games working perfectly. Pizza was delicious as always. Dee is a fantastic manager who makes sure all of the customers are satisfied.

Went for a birthday party Sunday and I placed an order for food and I waited over 30 minutes for my food the host for the party was sweet and went in and checked she told me they was behind. The kids had fun so I guess that is whats important.

Had my sons 3rd birthday here recently. The customer service was excellent (the servers were on top of it), the food was great, & the establishment was clean and inviting! We will definitely return to this location. No complaints at all. :)

This location was ridiculous and a waste of my money for a weekday. Trash everywhere on floors, tables, no salad in the bar area we had to ask for them to put new salad out 3x. I understand as it gets later you have staff clean up but they had kids acting out of control throwing basketballs across the facility almost hitting other kids . Half the game's were broken and out of order.

Great place to take the kids. Had a ton of fun and the staff was wonderful and nice especially a young man named Kuyo, I believe that's his name, long blond hair. He was running back and forth fixing everyone's problems with the machines absolutely amazing, from the staff behind the counter, to the young man in the entrance they were beyond great! the customer service alone was beyond 5 star. This Chuck E. Cheese is ok, but the area and the people that come to this location are what make it seem run down. The workers are friendly and attentive. The games are so so. My twins were disappointed with how low the jackpots were on most games. Our food was served hot and their wings were really tasty. Overall I think I'd rather drive further to one of the ones in a nicer area.

I had heard of Chuck E. Cheese but had never gone to one. I went because it was close to where I got my car service so I had lunch there while waiting for my car. I had thought it was a place for children and I was right. There are lots of games but I found a table away from them and the noise. They don't have much variety, mostly just pizza. I got a personal pepperoni and mushroom pizza and it was really good but maybe a bit expensive - but tasted so good!

My family and I had a great time. The staff was very helpful. Especially Sparkle. As busy and packed as they were, with all the demands requested from customers, they took time to help each one. We well be back.

It's Chuck E. Cheese what else can I say. It's a good place to go to entertain your kids for a decent price. The staff was friendly and there are even some games that adults can enjoy with their kids, like the terminator shooter game or the ninja turtle arcade game. My favorite was the super monkey ball.

This location is not a very good location. When we got here the first 4 machines didn't work and took the coins off of the card anyway. When we told the associate that the first machine didn't work, he fixed it but did not refund the coin that was suppose to come out. We have to do better! They are ripping these kids off and they don't know better. They keep putting the money in wondering why the aren't able to play. Smh. I hope the inspections of these machines are better maintained.. Everything was good until I went back up for my cookie they forgot to make. When asked about it again everyone seemed like they were annoyed and only wanted to get out of the door. Apparently the cookie was made and forgotten and when I did get it it was barely warm.

Took my daughter here on Saturday at 10:00 am to get ahead of the crowd and they had the doors locked. The website and the hours on the door clearly stated that they open at 10am. I waited in my car for 30 minutes and they still did not open. Won't be going back

I'm only giving 2 stars because SOME of the employees seemed really nice, other than that, 2 out of the 6 ticket counter machines were working, leaving 4 down. A lot of the games weren't printing tickets, but the absolute worst thing about this place is how the people there act. I hadn't been to this location in years but decided to take my son today, I accidentally left my wallet on top of game, came back & it was gone. I went into panic mode but the staff was able to return it to me, BUT $100 was taken
