The best experience, food so delicious, great service and security for the families, tons of games inside Sadly no more animatronics now just and screen with songs of Chuck E, and then just a 5min with a Chuck E costume guy but it was good anyway Restrooms were very clean
I was very happy to see how they take the children?s safety first . The atmosphere was amazing and all the children were enjoying themselves. I would not hesitate going back . The place was very clean as well ! The staff were lovely and my nephew truly enjoyed himself .
The worst Chuck E. Cheese ever look at the ice cream how much cost $6 I purchased two for $12 it's not even an ounce of ice cream that's total rip off which pissed me off more is that our business we buy this ice cream for less than a dollar and we sell it for two dollars
The service and staff are basically useless, Borderline rude, 1 or 2 folks who look mature are good to understand and deal with customer issues.
This was a kid's birthday party visit. The place was well organized. The food was decent. Bathrooms were very clean, and the staff was great and helpful
I went in with my boyfriend and my daughter. This is our first ever visit to Chuck e Cheese since I myself was a child. When we went to the counter, the first thing I said after looking at the prices was that I wanted the 200points for gameplay which was 60$. The girl went to talk to her coworker and she came back and offered us a membership (bronze) which was alo 60$ instead of what we wanted to buy. We confirmed with her if it made sense for us to get the membership since we wanted the 200 points to play
I like going on a weekday. The staff members are helpful and nice. Place is clean, and all games are usually working. Favorite employee is Gerald, kudos to him!
Been going here frequently with my girls the last 4 years. My girls are 1,3 and 5 years old and we enjoy going very often!! This last year they have done some renovation and changes to games. It's been clean and staff is helpful and nice. I like the membership options they implemented over the summer. Highly recommend for family?s in the area!
A hidden gem. The place is very clean and not overly crowded during the weekdays. Nice for my little ones to enjoy without worrying if they will get lost amongst the older crowd. They also love the pizza and plenty of options for food.
This location is extremely well ran!! Everything is clean and the staff is excellent! I am overly impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of everyone here, chuckie came around and even said hi to my daughter. The food is excellent and there's ample parking. Take your kids here.
Can you believe Chuck E Cheese has been around since the 70?s? I'm not sure how long this location has been here but it definitely checks all the right boxes for what any child wants in an arcade. The days of coin op machines are long gone and with a simple tap of a card you're off to whatever game or ride one pleases. It's amazing how many kids and parties they are able to accommodate! Plenty of parking and needless to say it can get very busy! The games kept our children occupied for hours. Thank you Chuc
I visited on a weekend, the arena / play area was full and a couple of people waiting for most of the games. The food (pizza) took a long time to arrive. The kids enjoyed and I would rate the overall experience slightly above average.
The staff lacks basic respect, and one employee, in particular, ruined our day. She acted as if she should be working in a police district ? honestly, she would make a terrible detective. When we tried to bring it up, all they said was, "We'll take care of it." What does that even mean? Who's going to take responsibility for how she treated us, especially when she had no right to act that way? This branch deserves a -5 rating.
Terrible experience ? they shoukd fire the whole staff , no one smiles except of the muscat ? terrible attitude , so rude ? they are not eager to help anyone ? I will dispute my transaction for such a place ? it is a scam ? also some games are out of service
Great place to take your kids. Many of the games are for kids in their puberty like 7-12 but there are rides and games for toddlers. My four year old really enjoyed himself and didn't want to leave. The personal pizza pie was perfect for his age and size. He was able to eat the whole thing minus one slice and he's a picky eater. I payed one price for an hour and he was able to ride on any ride repeatedly as he wanted just by tapping the entertainment card you get at the front desk. They also ask you to take
the hostess we had for my granddaughters party was great! Very accomadating? the Pizza wasn't bad, but I would suggest making sure the lettuce is good because the lettuce wasn't great! It wasn't very packed which was great!
Try to pick staff who are respect and understand the kids behavior, unprofessional supervisor and she so rude .
Chucky came out and handed me my pizza himself before doing a joyful dance to celebrate my 17 years of loyalty to the cheese??????
I have lived in the area for years ,and I have always taken my daughter there ,and it is very unpleasant that the only two inconveniences I have had are with the same person, the girl dyes some braids that end in blue on both occasions she has been grocers, disrespectful and racist with me and my daughter for have white skin, both occasions I have noticed the difference in attention with people of other skin tones totally unacceptable in a place where children are supposed to spend a happy time that they a
I recently visited Chuck E. Cheese with my family, and our experience was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was lively and fun, perfect for both kids and adults. The games were engaging, and the food was surprisingly good for a family entertainment center. What truly made our visit exceptional was the outstanding service from a staff member named Kelvin. From the moment we walked in, Kelvin greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. He was incredibly attentive,
A well-known play area for kids and family, birthday parties!!
I made my daughter birthday here and was okay, was a busy day but was a mistake for almost everything, the cards weren't working at the beginning so we lose like 30 minutes of games, my daughter enjoyed but was stressing being there. Pizza and wings were great
The pizza is always hot and fresh. The salad bar was just okay though. We went on a Wednesday and had a blast! I definitely think it is a good place to have a party for kids.
This location was so clean and light with traffic. We were able to let the kids roam and have fun. There isn't the signature maze & ball pit but the kids didn't notice.
Went to a birthday party here. Always heard of CEC but have never been to one in my life! It's a game / party room. Really fun for the children. The staff was working hard but not necessarily with passion. No problem but it was too visible in their faces. Yo have a birthday party, i am told it's $38+ per kid. Not cheap by any means. They give 2 hour pass, meaning a kid can play game for 2 hours. While eating, they can pause the time. Overall it was fun!
The best saturday night ever! My son is 1 year old and he had soo much fun running around and playing. it was his first time in a chuck e. cheese and he loved it so much! also The pizza was the best and the churros! absolutely recommend this chuck e cheese. next year i?m celebrating his birthday here??
The customer service is top tier !! It has become my favorite place for my autistic children . We come every two weeks and no matter how busy it is They staff is knowledgeable, courteous , and goes above and beyond when assistance is needed . Food some time can be delayed but that's standard with the busy rush . However it's still ran smoothly ! Jaime has been an extreme pleasure every time we have been here and the GM Tierra as well has been present each time and just as easy going as the rest of the crew
Your kid's and even Adults can have lot of fun here by playing the various games that are available to play here. We went here to celebrate my 6y old Daughters birthday and I am glad this was a good choice as she enjoyed a lot and so did my family along with it. Even the ladies at booking counter were quite nice. Also their digitized card system to enable each game makes it quit simplified to access them. However, here are some cons that I can think of: > It's quiet expensive. Like for a 60min game it cos
I felt that the birthday party I was invited to was organized well and went very smoothly. The pizza is always good and the dippin dots ice cream we were offered was also tasty and fun for the children. She experienced the ticket blaster with her birthday friend and seeing the joy and excitement in her eyes while collecting those tickets was priceless. It's the first time for me to attend a birthday party at chuckle e cheese. However, my daughter always has fun when we go there on any regular day and the
I only gave three stars because of the situation that happened to me and my child. We came in, one adult one child for a 90 minute play and we ordered pizza and cheesy bread. We played then paused to eat some food. We then decided to go back and play and save some food for before we leave to eat. We came back to our table and all our pictures from the place and food were thrown in the garbage. As a parent, I cherish all time with my child! I don't have money to be throwing in the garbage ! -I did ask the ma
Nice weekend spot for kids,n number of games are there that will busy your kids whole time. Believe me they will not listen you and it will be a tough job for you if you want to bring your kids out. They also arrange birthday parties. Safety was slightly concerning for me as at the gate the security guy just checked the family photo very randomly.
Excellent place for your kids have fun, very clean, organized, your kids are gonna love it, for a birthday or any activity for kids its a nice place and the food is excellent and tasty, recommended pizza I love it
great place but just a heads up, if you want to play on the trampoline make sure you purchase your play pass at the same time at the front register. the trampoline costs $10 if you do it that way. i was unaware of this, and apparently other people were as well, so after i used the self pay to get my child?s play pass and then discovered they had a trampoline in the back i was told to pay at the front for access to that. well they told me since i had already purchased the play pass on my own from the kiosk a
Awesome place with indior games for all ages... if u need to leave ur kidz to enjoy while u have some alone time.. this can b the place u r looking for. Security does not allow ur kid to leave without u... so kidz enjoy while parents enjoy too... if u want sone family time .. this place offers games for all ages.. must go
Our son birthday was done here. not only did he love it but his invited friends enjoyed every bite of their fun time.
This place is terrible and the staff is really rude. Also they weren't let the air-condition working at all we all were sweating and kids were suffering. My son hates it and ask me to never bring him to this place ever again. I don't recommend it to anyone. When I get my kids out no one even care. You could lose your son or daughter there without you even notice. Staff is terrible
I like the place my kids having much fun
Family time at its best even in this corona times. We had great time. Children had fun, safety protocols were met.
Went for a party, it was nice, I've actually been here a couple of times for parties and they do good. Their organized and they don't seem to book too many people at once. Which is great it avoids a crowded party area
Love the new EVERYTHING, new games, new servic, new card systems, as long as my kids are happy - Im happier! ?????? and above all i am blessed that this is not even 5 mins away from where i live, great location!
The kids had an amazing time. Very clean and friendly staff
Clean,fun,working arcades! Great staff!
I love going to this Chuck E Cheese. The staff are amazing and so great with the kids, and the food was so good!
Jamie is honestly the best at the jersey city location! my son was having issues with our card not adding up all the tickets owed the entire summer he visited. she is extremely friendly, helpful, and has a very positive attitude. she combined all of our tickets plus honored the remaining tickets that he needed to get the toy of his choice. she offered the best customer service and it truly made my sons day and he instantly forgot about his disappointment!!!! 5 stars for her service! I would definitely come
I mean it's a lot if you want me to be honest. Half the machines are broke. Food is disgusting. It's just kids run ragged over there and for all of these deterrents they should not be so high priced. 50 45 minute play and a personal pizza which is the only thing my daughter likes to eat besides ramen and she didn't even eat it said it's horrible her words not mine
Awesome place for kids . My boys 2 and 4 loved every minute spent there. Went on a Monday. Not crowded
Disclosure: I do not like Chuck E. Cheese but in the eyes of my 3 and 5 year old, this place is gold. This location is spacious, bright and well managed. Games and arcade have fully functioning machine that are well stocked with tickets. It is clean and the layout allows for easy transition to snack time. The staff are excellent. They are friendly, considerate and helpful from.check in to food services to ticket redemption. The manager helped to calm down my 3 year old when he freaked out seeing the 'Chuck
Some of the games do not work. They make you pay to use the trampoline and I couldn't get a cup of water for my nephew. They were trying to make me pay for it. That's absolutely crazy? I rather go to Dave and busters. At least we get water..
My kids like this place . Have a lot games.
Has more rides and games for the children to play than North Bergen. The trampoline is not for all children of all sizes which is the problem because it doesn't provide older disabled children inclusivity
We were at this location for a birthday party recently when a fight broke out and a gaming machine almost fell on my two children....I had to scream at the people working until they did something. I wouldn't recommend this place....unless you want to traumatize your child as they watch a fight with multiple people knocking machines over . Spent 100 dollars on food if not more food was horrible. Toppings on Supreme pizza were dry the crust was hard as a rock the chicken wings were burnt and gross.
Be aware!! This is the worst place you can take your kids to. It's very unsafe for the kids! they let dangerous people get in there and hit the kids. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional when a man hit my kid they just didn't care and asked me to leave if I wanted. It was such a nightmare! I spent a lot of money in there just to have a bad guy hitting my five years old. This will not stop here I will sue them and those cameras will get checked!
Staff are rude, The manager wouldn't even apologize on behalf of her staff.
Was here for a birthday party! It's factory setup for birthday parties if not celebrated at home. Kids come they play and enjoy, cut the cake have snaps with chick E and it's gone in 1 or 2 hrs. I am not a fan of such parties but world is moving for plight and play. This place is plug and play for such parties and parents.
Was surprised at there new changes and protocols enjoyed it....great idea with taking photos of families apon entry and no more dancing in the front by entrance instead in the back and the greatest thing was no more tickets to lug around......fantastic.....
I went to the one on rt22 that they just opened about 1yr ago on Saturday 27th of April for my grandson bday and ordered some pizza drinks chicken and it had hair in it and the staff was soooo rude and unpleasant and didn't even apologize just gave me more chicken and not the amount i paid for so i had to ask for an manager who also didn't apologize just gave me the right amount of chicken i will not take my grandkids to that one anymore. You get hood service when u go to the hood its sad when you can't ev
Had my kids birthday parties there there service suck they rush us out of the birthday party section close up the kitchen so we couldn't order any more food. Some of the games didn't work my daughter was disappointed. There gift section prices are outrageous $80 bucks for my little pony!!!! Wouldn't do another party there .
It's Chuck E Cheese so the star rating is not based on the service but more so the establishment. You don't go to Chuck E Cheese for food lol. But you do for your kids to enjoy themselves. This is one of the better Chuck E Cheeses if your attempting to visit. Service was great.
Good atmosphere for kids with tons of games but disappointingly, no skeeball. Food was oar for the course wit basic pizza and soft drinks. Didn't try it, but there's a surprisingly good looking salad bar. Reccomend for an easy kids birthday party.
Good place for kids who like to play at terminal . Very small place for party .. it's just a lane where you can arrange party .
Pretty cool place although a few attractions weren't running, there was plenty to do. Staff was on top of safety as far as asking patrons to adjust their masks when needed& keeping the areas clean. I give it 3 stars because the food ordering is extremely slow, and some staff were visibly irritated which kind of damper the professionalism. Otherwise, the kiddos had fun & that's all that really matters.
Had a lot of fun with my family. My siblings and I love playing the games they have. It is even better now to have the electronic cards. You can pay for minutes or for points. Staff is nice and friendly.
Used to take my kids when they were younger, kids had a blast
The staff was great and friendly. Service a little slow. The real reason that I can't give 5 stars is that the other guests do not watch their kids I had 2yr Olds climbing on me and my little boy when we were trying to play. Also kids asking me for help because they had no adult with them at all. I know this isn't the establishments fault but they should kick out families of unruly kids who aren't being watched at all. That's really the only issue there was maybe one game that didn't work right but an emplo
Not the best chuck e cheese I've been too. Most of the games had no bonus/jackpot available or a very low one if any. most of the staff seemed very inexperienced and not very keen on customer service. The redeeming quality is the food service good and speedy, salad bar was well maintained.
Good place to have ur kids party all u have to do is bring the cake and let them have fun or u can have there party with them.
My kid love to spend here...we often visit this place during winter timings. Also most of the winter time birthday parties will be celebrated here. Kids love playing with it and enjoy the cheese pizza .....they are more curious about the game tickets and to redeem for gift items....now they have came up with new video games . Would certainly recommend for kids above 5 yrs to hangout completely and also there are few rides for babies too.
Always a great place to spend time and play with your little ones. I just wished they were a tad more reasonable with their Prize pricing/ticket cost equivalents or at least that they made sure all of the games are either working and/or were loaded with tickets. If this becomes consistent, I'll change my rating to 5 stars.
We loveeee that place since 8 years but there is one horse and if one kid sit parents doesn't want to give chance to any other kid. So it's good they should put one signed. One time only. So everyone can get chance. My son is autistic he can't wait a lot but he still first time 15minute and still didn't get chance. ITS BAD!
When in with my son a couple weeks ago. No more tickets given.. not an issue.. but the amount of games broken... issue! Not a single person wiping anything down in our 2 hours there.... issue! No employee controlling gatherings. Sorry to say... 3 stars off. Do better chucky!
I am impressed with the location but the play station s are for 4+ yes og kids...also yhe food us very restricted since we have to order what they offer and they do not have vegan options ??
There were couple of games which did not work. And two of others was not giving the tickets out. The tickets are not based on how you play. It's always same. The ball catching game was almost empty. We did not get the color for the toys we asked in exchange of tickets though there were plenty in the display counter. But they have amazing crispy pizza and service is good.
Great indoor entertainment for kids. Especially in colder months or when weather is bad. Visited on 11/9/18. Good to see that there were some new games and some reorganization of seatings. Been going there for a few years. The only negative is that the Chuck E Cheese mouse that comes out every hour or so is not as friendly with the kids as before. He or she just comes out quickly to do the dance and throw tickets. Ad soon as he/she throws tickets, quickly leaves. No time is given to take pictures of the mou
It's ok. The kids really enjoy themselves and often want to go there. Adults even have some fun there too. The food is good. The down fall is that it gets pretty crowded and I really dislike the new points to card situation.
It was super hot in there, they def need to turn the air up. The game where you shoot water at the ducks smelled like urine, and it had what looked like mildew near the handles. So many games were not feeding our tickets, or the they would take points off my card and then be out of order without any sign , and there wasn't enough staff available for me to ask for help so I didn't even bother. I would say at least 8-10 games didn't work that I was aware of, which is understandable if there was a sign on the
Overall good time with kids
Wow this brings back childhood memories when I want here as a kid with my baby brother and my mother, and my mother boyfriend. It was so much fun and I'm happy that Chuck E. Cheese is still around to provide somewhere for kids to have fun.
This is located in Hudson Mall. Has plenty of parking space. Has many games for kids. Kids will enjoy it for sure.
It wasn't what I expected it's not on my favorites list of places to take your kids
We love this franchise as it brings so much joy to our young family member. Unfortunately, there were just a few things that were disappointing. We were surprised to see a sign on 90% of the arcade games instructing kids to not climb on the games. Secondly, most of the games were not functioning properly. And lastly, it was so overcrowded that Chuck E. Cheese could barely walk through to a designated area. All in all, it's still a place where a kid can be a kid.
I am a new mom, my son is 1 and 1/2 years old and I am 25 years young. My son loved to run around and just experience the lights and games he could reach. THE PIZZA WAS IMPECCABLE. I RECOMMEND GETTING 2 PIES, JUST TO BRING ONE HOME ! ITS SOOO WORTH IT ! I even have points on my card still, the entry is free all you pay for is food and points(like tokens). Donovan and I will DEFINITELY BE BACK !
The place was clean the staff was helpful but I rate it 3 stars for this reason: there were small kids under 4 not supervised and would attempt to jump on games you paid for and you had to tell them no instead of their own parents. I personally paid for a game for my 3 year old and someone else's kid started the game. What could one do..however I did stick around to collect the tickets.
Because my brother bought a toy and it was 500 tickets. And I only had 620. I went he bawled the the ball for 500 tickets. I only had 80 tickets left. So I just bought candy.??????
The 3 Stars is for the location. The games a lot of them was malfunctioning. The car game to take pictures with chuck e..doesn't print the pictures out. The games keep taking my credit and not spitting out the balls for us to play. The games kept getting broken. The toilet was flooded or I should say the bathroom stalls was flooded (women bathroom). They didn't have chuck e cups. The workers faces was looking like they been at work all day...and it was only 1 or 2 hours into their shift. The location is ver
If there would be an option of 10 stars I would be clicking on the tenths! When you go ask for NICOLE she made us have a grand time! Thanks Nicole for being so helpful, your simply the best representative! Great games for kids, nice big place! Try it!
We took our son after his graduation ceremony to Chuck E. Cheese as this is his favorite place. It was a bit small compared to others we have been to but We all had so much fun in every game. The food is amazing specially the pepperoni pizza with the cheese border!! We devoured the pizza so there was no picture.. ?? make sure you pause your card when eating if you have a timed card!
It's a very nice and kids friendly place. We went for a birthday party. We had a great time there.
I hate when I have to go to kids birthdays here. It is sad. It is depressing. the food is mediocre and I pray for the sanity of that poor employee in the mouse suit- i could smell them from two feet away. Plead with your kids and take them to the movies or to two boots or six flags or to a waterpark JUST SOMEWHERE ELSE the new card system is absolutely useless. what's the point in making the points participation based other than to discourage any competitive spirit whatsoever
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
