I went in with my boyfriend and my daughter. This is our first ever visit to Chuck e Cheese since I myself was a child. When we went to the counter, the first thing I said after looking at the prices was that I wanted the 200points for gameplay which was 60$. The girl went to talk to her coworker and she came back and offered us a membership (bronze) which was alo 60$ instead of what we wanted to buy. We confirmed with her if it made sense for us to get the membership since we wanted the 200 points to play

I like going on a weekday. The staff members are helpful and nice. Place is clean, and all games are usually working. Favorite employee is Gerald, kudos to him!

Been going here frequently with my girls the last 4 years. My girls are 1,3 and 5 years old and we enjoy going very often!! This last year they have done some renovation and changes to games. A hidden gem. The place is very clean and not overly crowded during the weekdays. Nice for my little ones to enjoy without worrying if they will get lost amongst the older crowd. They also love the pizza and plenty of options for food.

Can you believe Chuck E Cheese has been around since the 70?s? I'm not sure how long this location has been here but it definitely checks all the right boxes for what any child wants in an arcade. The days of coin op machines are long gone and with a simple tap of a card you're off to whatever game or ride one pleases. It's amazing how many kids and parties they are able to accommodate! Plenty of parking and needless to say it can get very busy! The games kept our children occupied for hours. Thank you Chuc

I visited on a weekend, the arena / play area was full and a couple of people waiting for most of the games. The food (pizza) took a long time to arrive. The kids enjoyed and I would rate the overall experience slightly above average.

The staff lacks basic respect, and one employee, in particular, ruined our day. She acted as if she should be working in a police district ? honestly, she would make a terrible detective. When we tried to bring it up, all they said was, "We'll take care of it." What does that even mean? Who's going to take responsibility for how she treated us, especially when she had no right to act that way? This branch deserves a -5 rating.

Great place to take your kids. Many of the games are for kids in their puberty like 7-12 but there are rides and games for toddlers. My four year old really enjoyed himself and didn't want to leave. The personal pizza pie was perfect for his age and size. He was able to eat the whole thing minus one slice and he's a picky eater. I made my daughter birthday here and was okay, was a busy day but was a mistake for almost everything, the cards weren't working at the beginning so we lose like 30 minutes of games, my daughter enjoyed but was stressing being there. Pizza and wings were great

The pizza is always hot and fresh. The salad bar was just okay though. We went on a Wednesday and had a blast! I definitely think it is a good place to have a party for kids.

The customer service is top tier !! It has become my favorite place for my autistic children . Nice weekend spot for kids,n number of games are there that will busy your kids whole time. Believe me they will not listen you and it will be a tough job for you if you want to bring your kids out. This place is terrible and the staff is really rude. Also they weren't let the air-condition working at all we all were sweating and kids were suffering. My son hates it and ask me to never bring him to this place ever again. I don't recommend it to anyone. When I get my kids out no one even care. Jamie is honestly the best at the jersey city location! my son was having issues with our card not adding up all the tickets owed the entire summer he visited. she is extremely friendly, helpful, and has a very positive attitude. she combined all of our tickets plus honored the remaining tickets that he needed to get the toy of his choice. she offered the best customer service and it truly made my sons day and he instantly forgot about his disappointment!!!! 5 stars for her service! We were at this location for a birthday party recently when a fight broke out and a gaming machine almost fell on my two children....I had to scream at the people working until they did something. I wouldn't recommend this place....unless you want to traumatize your child as they watch a fight with multiple people knocking machines over . Spent 100 dollars on food if not more food was horrible. Toppings on Supreme pizza were dry the crust was hard as a rock the chicken wings were burnt and gross.

Be aware!! This is the worst place you can take your kids to. It's very unsafe for the kids! they let dangerous people get in there and hit the kids. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional when a man hit my kid they just didn't care and asked me to leave if I wanted. It was such a nightmare! Was here for a birthday party! It's factory setup for birthday parties if not celebrated at home. Kids come they play and enjoy, cut the cake have snaps with chick E and it's gone in 1 or 2 hrs. I am not a fan of such parties but world is moving for plight and play. This place is plug and play for such parties and parents.

Not the best chuck e cheese I've been too. Most of the games had no bonus/jackpot available or a very low one if any. most of the staff seemed very inexperienced and not very keen on customer service. The redeeming quality is the food service good and speedy, salad bar was well maintained.

My kid love to spend here...we often visit this place during winter timings. Also most of the winter time birthday parties will be celebrated here. Kids love playing with it and enjoy the cheese pizza .....they are more curious about the game tickets and to redeem for gift items....now they have came up with new video games . Would certainly recommend for kids above 5 yrs to hangout completely and also there are few rides for babies too.

Always a great place to spend time and play with your little ones. I just wished they were a tad more reasonable with their Prize pricing/ticket cost equivalents or at least that they made sure all of the games are either working and/or were loaded with tickets. We loveeee that place since 8 years but there is one horse and if one kid sit parents doesn't want to give chance to any other kid. So it's good they should put one signed. One time only. There were couple of games which did not work. And two of others was not giving the tickets out. The tickets are not based on how you play. It's always same. The ball catching game was almost empty. We did not get the color for the toys we asked in exchange of tickets though there were plenty in the display counter. But they have amazing crispy pizza and service is good.

It was super hot in there, they def need to turn the air up. The game where you shoot water at the ducks smelled like urine, and it had what looked like mildew near the handles. Overall good time with kids

Wow this brings back childhood memories when I want here as a kid with my baby brother and my mother, and my mother boyfriend. It was so much fun and I'm happy that Chuck E. Cheese is still around to provide somewhere for kids to have fun.

This is located in Hudson Mall. Has plenty of parking space. Has many games for kids. Kids will enjoy it for sure.

It wasn't what I expected it's not on my favorites list of places to take your kids

We love this franchise as it brings so much joy to our young family member. Unfortunately, there were just a few things that were disappointing. We were surprised to see a sign on 90% of the arcade games instructing kids to not climb on the games. Secondly, most of the games were not functioning properly. And lastly, it was so overcrowded that Chuck E. Cheese could barely walk through to a designated area. All in all, it's still a place where a kid can be a kid.

I am a new mom, my son is 1 and 1/2 years old and I am 25 years young. My son loved to run around and just experience the lights and games he could reach. THE PIZZA WAS IMPECCABLE. I RECOMMEND GETTING 2 PIES, JUST TO BRING ONE HOME ! ITS SOOO WORTH IT ! I even have points on my card still, the entry is free all you pay for is food and points(like tokens). Donovan and I will DEFINITELY BE BACK !

The place was clean the staff was helpful but I rate it 3 stars for this reason: there were small kids under 4 not supervised and would attempt to jump on games you paid for and you had to tell them no instead of their own parents. I personally paid for a game for my 3 year old and someone else's kid started the game. What could one do..however I did stick around to collect the tickets.

The 3 Stars is for the location. The games a lot of them was malfunctioning. The car game to take pictures with chuck e..doesn't print the pictures out. We took our son after his graduation ceremony to Chuck E. Cheese as this is his favorite place. It was a bit small compared to others we have been to but We all had so much fun in every game. It is depressing. the food is mediocre and I pray for the sanity of that poor employee in the mouse suit- i could smell them from two feet away.
