It was better than I thought. Tables weren't cleaned regularly enough but food was good, games were fun and it was overall really nice. I'll take my kids here again

Louie & his team really made mine & my family?s trip to this location a 10/10 on 3/3/25. Store was clearly understaffed but Louie & his team managed to solve my issue super quickly & efficiently. Absolutely Disturbing Female Bathroom Needs extreme improvement It's always the same everytime. It's unfortunate because this is the closest to home but I won't be taking my children there anymore. Rude Staff, Their always so distracted and talking amongst each other instead of doing their job at the register. Natalie that was on the trampoline side was absolutely amazing. My son is only 2 and is autistic and had a hard time doing it alone. I'm writing this review because I am extremely upset about what happened today when my daughter went to a friend's birthday party at your location. While playing in the trampoline obstacle area with slides and other features, my daughter was pushed by another child. She came out of the area hysterically crying, saying she felt dizzy. When I first walked in it took us a while to get in, there was no one at the front. The employee who took our order looked so miserable and her energy felt as if she didn't even want to deal with us. The food wasn't that bad, a bit greasy and the salad tasted a little old. What threw me off the most was the bathroom, it was early in there day it should never look this bad .

Definitely could use some renovations! The ceiling had holes and was covered with plastic. The tables were unkempt and ALL the napkin holders needed refilling. The bathroom was not clean, and one stall had an overflow issue, so the floors were covered in water. Paper towels were stuck inside the machine. However, the staff was friendly and professional.

This is our go to place on most Fridays after-school. I'm concerned about the cleanliness. We were there on January 17, 2025 and all of got sick with the flu. It took me longer to recover due to my asthma. I didn't see anyone wiping down the games with so many kids sharing their germs. Came here on Saturday July 13 for a birthday party. Its was extremely hot in here. Even though they have about 3 portable AC units it did nothing for the temperature. The temperature on the AC unit read 82 degrees. They shouldnt even open when the temperature inside is soooo hot. Once the kids started running around they were dripping with sweat. I went here with family, was not happy about the experience. I spent $100 on food to wait two hours for my food to come out. The chicken wings and fries were cold. There was a birthday party near by, where was the host ? Playing chuky cheese mouse and also working at the tampoline section at the same time. A party host should be available. This location needs more employees. I find this place to be a low class arcade/small children venue. You have to wait to find an employee for help or at the prize booth.

Every time we've gone, there's literally barely no one there maybe two families other than myself my partner and my daughter and Chuck E. Cheese literally comes out for five minutes if even that and they say it's once every hour, but I've been there longer than that and got lucky for me to see him about 20 minutes before we left. They do have a trampoline and play structure but they charge a separate$15 to use both.

Very great experience for the children, they do not accept the Walgreen vaccination app. But had a photo of my card and it worked. We visited over the weekend during and to my surprise it was actually huge, this place is always good to hang out when the weather is bad. They also have a trampoline, but only small kids can use it, they have a height limit. Chuck E. Cheese Grand Reopening Chuck E. Cheese Birthday Party, 5-7pm September 20th, 2023 My son Ethan and I always attend Chuck E. Cheese at the Bronx Exterior Mall. We have had multiple parties at the location over the years, both for him and his little cousins, so we are familiar with the place. Is a medium size place. They have variety of machines. All the machines worked. They have bathrooms. They have a soda machine where you could refill. The staff was great . Got to give Chucky five stars! Those kids will sell their parents just to meet Chucky!!! The place is spacious and clean but don't let your child run around barefoot or without shoes. Overall the place is a hit! Perfect for birthday parties.

Wheelchair accessible, but only booth seating, that I have noticed. Food was good, much better than other Chuck E. Cheese's establishments that I have visited. Service was quick. There are a variety of games to choose from and the area is fairly clean. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible with a good size stall for wheelchair users.

The best location in the Bronx the staff here actually try and do a pretty good job. The machines don't seem to break down as often either also it's a very clean location considering it's a place for kids.

One of my kiddos classmates invited us to this soiree here. It was a typical Chuck E Cheese experience. The games are ok, the kids seemed to enjoy themselves. The food isn't bad it's standard fare for the environment. We had a good experience. I didn't see any crazy or unhinged parents or bad kids. I only wish we would of won more tickets.

Avoid at all costs. Came on a Saturday for a birthday. I'm pretty sure the place was over capacity in terms of the number of people present. This is a very high touch facility that had no hand sanitizer, no soap in the bathrooms and sizzling hot water so kids couldn't wash their hands. This place really needs to be inspected as it's quite unsafe.

My sisters had a great time and really enjoyed it (they are 5 and 2). However most of the games were broken and wouldn't accept the card, some would take a few tries before it started working some didn't work at all. The food was good ?? I took my 6yr son after business opened at 10am on 08/08/22 #1 no air conditioner on a 90 degree day. Half of the games aren't working. Super friendly staff!!! The best part was they were so excited and energetic when singing Happy Birthday and I really loved and appreciated that cuz my son was so happy when he was watching them. Very fun place for kids to play. A lot of games, but no indoor maze or ride on like a few other Chuck-E-Cheeses. The pizza is great, if you go late in the evening or on weekends, it is definitely going to be packed... I suggest a quick trip after school or really early on the weekends to avoid the large crowds.

I haven't gone to chuckie cheese in a while because of the type of people who go there. Most parents are ready to fight people because their kid wrong and strong. Let's start with saying this place is very clean. The staff are very friendly and my daughter goes crazy when Chucky comes out for the dance party. I do wish people taught their kids respect and watched their kids. I seen a kid trying to kick and punch Chucky. If you know you have a child like that start having talks with them and observe what they are watching or who they are emulating. To end the pizza is great and comes out fresh and hot!.

Twenty percent of the machines were not working and they had one person working on them. The kid worked non-stop but there is obviously an issue with staffing. Food lines were long and I was given a 45 minute waiting time on a pizza. This is not how they usually operate, however this is not one of the best locations, also not the worse. The service fluctuates on a daily basis and we're at the behest of the staffs moods for the day.

Looking to beat the crowds GO EARLY! We practically had the whole place to ourselves, the employees are friendly and the food is subpar (but we don't really go there for that ??) there are some healthy options and wine for the adults! Sooooo this is definitely a place to kill time with kiddos in a safe environment.

This is a much better option for smaller kids as opposed to Dave n busters, which is dark and crowded whenever we go. Most of the staff at chuck e cheeses in the gateway center mall are pleasant to the adults and children. Some machines kept getting jammed or running out of ticket paper, but it wasn't hard at all to find help to fix the problem quickly. There are a few newer games and many classics and they are awesome for the whole family.

Celebrated my sons 3rd bday on Tuesday June 28,2016 and it was amazing! Maybe because it was a week day and it wasn't as packed as it is on weekends but great service, the host was amazing and really caring. My son and his friends loved every minute of it! He also got 1,000 on tickets and many chuck e cheese gifts! If you guys are celebrating a bday I will highly recommend to do it on a weekday as it is less crowded and get more attention.

It was so crowded and hot and smelly. The pizza looked reused and tasted like they need to clean their oven. Also, I asked for hot wings and for them to be put back in the oven to be more crispy and it wasn't done. They were soft and mushy and I just gave a $13 order away. Super crowded today went in at around 3-4pm, everyone was happy having fun smiling, some people wearing mask too. But I felt good to not wear a mask, and no Vax card required. That's a super plus, 120 mins for $38 (with a new card). You can pause yah card & resume it whenever you can too.
