I can remember coming as a child and what a time we would have. Now the place seems small. Half of the games work and its hard to get staff assistance. The food was terrible pizza taste like cardboard and is expensive. The prices to play are not bad. My kiddos did have a good time so I'm happy.

My daughter had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, as this was our first time there. There weren't many people there, so she didn't have to wait for any games and just got to play nonstop for the 90 minutes. We will definitely make another trip in the future.

Pretty disappointed. We had my son?s birthday here over the weekend and all the kids got a two hour play pass, but by the time they got done with everything they hardly had time to play. The cake and pizza were rushed, they didnt get to finish their cake or ice cream, didn't have time to open any gifts, it was pretty upsetting. They started lighting the cake and singing happy birthday while my husband was in the restroom so we blew the candle out and waited. So rushed. Party tables are so squished together

We had my daughter?s 6th birthday party here and it was wonderful! Our host, Lucy, made our girl feel special, took care of everything and made sure she was always available if we needed help. The kids had a blast and we'll definitely be using them for future parties!

Pizza was incredible. The mouse was extremely realistic. The second I walked in it felt like a epic quest. Amazing games. Amazing and very clean. Just great. I've come here once a week for 6 years and I think I'm gonna work up the courage to bring my nephew.

Food awful, service slow one person working the redemption counter and only one person at the front counter. Prices not bad at all, kids had fun and I think we only encountered one game that wasn't working but they did fix it pretty fast.

My son had a wonderful time celebrating his birthday last month. The party host went above and beyond in curating a great experience for our family. Mom and Dad had as much fun as the kids. Our youngest is special needs, and they were so kind and accommodating to us. The food was also very tasty, and everything was clean and in good working order. It was a great experience and well worth the money.

It just wasn't what it used to be like when I was a kid and I'm 33. The prices are ridiculous. Went on a weekend and they didn't have high ticket values on the games. So how the hell is somebody going to win a prize of decent value If you don't raise your ticket jackpot? My opinion, it's better to go to Dave and busters. Whether you have children or not.

Visited Chuck E. Cheese on a Monday right as they opened. Obviously the place was very clean and ready to go! Every game was in good working order and Kyle at 3 had no issue at all doing his own thing. Service was great, food was great and the value for what we paid was definitely worth it. My family has gone to the North Canton Chuck E Cheese location for years. Recently they have really cut back on the tickets you get for playing the games. Not a little but a lot. We use to get up to 1000 tickets with 100 plays. Now we are lucky to get 200-300 and instead of a bunch of little prizes we get two or three pieces of candy and sometimes not even that! The kids love getting their prizes but it's been pretty disappointing since they've changed things.

So I hadn't been to Chuck E. Cheese in years, when a friend and I decided to visit here on a Friday evening to be able to catch up, while allowing her daughter to play. What a fantastic idea it ended up being! First of all this location is so clean!!! The food was great too. Wonderful pizza and Dip N Dots!! The staff was younger and all mentioned that they hadn't been with the company very long, but I think that seems to be expected with most establishments anymore. I love the idea that all "prize tickets"

It's real expensive. The only thing I don't like is my sister's kids were there. I was with my mom helping out. Some lady yesterday she had a I think she had like a maroon shirt on. She kept telling the kids what to do when they were in a trampoline. I didn't say nothing to the lady so I'm writing a review. My son had such a fun birthday here!!!! I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the worker Angela! She was so kind and helpful! We have had many birthday parties here and she is the best, hands down!

Came here for a birthday party. It was very over booked for parties and felt very overwhelming. They got rid of some of their normal games that the kids like but they do have a trampoline section there now so that was nice.

My aunt and uncle treated our 2 kids for their birthday and my wife and I went along as well. The kids absolutely loved it here(so did i) they have alot of cool video games, and midway like games. The food was awesome!!! I didn't think the pizza would taste that good, but it was great. And service was great as well. I will definitely be going back.

Haven't been there in 20 years. No more tunnels or ball pits. Play a game that lasts 5 seconds per credit. For what my daughter payed for a party, her family and a few others could have gone to an indoor water park for a weekend.

Such an AMAZING time! Took our 4 year old today for the first time because he's been wanting to go forever. Great prices for not only food but for the game play. Super easy to reload the game card. Where should i start? The very friendly hostess? The very clean playplaces? Or my 4yo niece not believing me we were going to chuck e cheese til we were inside loading the card lol. She had so much fun i thought at times she was never gonna leave! Luckily she tired herself out enuff after just acouple hours. Id gave it 5 stars but i fealt the little kids section was kind of lame (tho she loved it). They should add some more rides for the 5 and under crowd.

Nice friendly staff at The Strip location. They kept it clean and Chuck E. Cheese was nice both times he came out to dance with the children and ticket toss. We will definitely be coming back. Nice deals and the food is much better now.

The facility has really stepped up their game with a new trampoline area, a digital dance floor area for when Chuck comes out to dance with the kids and a huge full wall screen that plays kid friendly sing along videos performed by kids. Went for a birthday party & they updated the place. Nobody, not even the party hosts, even knew they had added a trampoline zone & that's it's an additional cost. There was quite a bit of upset children. Also wanted to add that the worker in charge of the trampoline zone probably should be a little more nice when it comes to children trying to get in. We weren't aware that there was a charge (again, nobody told us it was an additional fee even when we walked in) & my daughter tried to get into it & the work

When getting ready to leave the location on Strip Ave in North Canton Ohio we were very shocked to find roaches running up the booth that we had been sitting in. We contacted the employees and they acted as if we were crazy. Asked for refund, but they ignored my request. What a shame, my grandkids love going here.

Chose to do birthday party here. BIG MISTAKE. From the party host being half a hour late, having no goody bags available for party guests because they told me they literally didn't order enough and thought it was totally okay to not communicate that until 30 minutes into the party. Guests didn't receive their game cards to play until 25 minutes into the party which you can only have reserved for 2 hours. My boys and I have been coming to this location for a few years during the sensory Sundays, and never really had an issue. It had been a few months since the last visit and apparently there was an "update" per the employee and everything was different. The games awarded next to no tickets, the bonuses and jackpots were significantly lower, but all the prizes cost the same if not more. My sister paid for a birthday package this weekend for a very small group. I was shocked at how much they've changed these last few years. The paid party area is so squished together with other party tables just feet away. We had 4 attendants over our little group rushing the entire process. There is a time limit of corse. Before we were finished with one thing they were on to the next. Taking it upon themselves to slice and hand out the cake we brought. That wouldn't have been bad except it felt very rushe

I came here with my two boys for a birthday party today for one of our relatives. The customer service was absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. Not a single staff member was friendly or helpful. Every single staff member I interacted with seemed miserable and absolutely annoyed to be there. There was only 4 children in our party group. The birthday boy and one additional child was allowed inside the ticket blaster. My two children watched as they got to do the ticket blaster.

After you pay for the trampoline they don't tell you that you have to pay for their socks for 5.00 X 18 kids

My buddy and I took his kid there so he could play some games. My buddy said, "The pizza is not that bad." I scoffed, laughingsaid it probably tastes like cardboard. The pizza was good, I mean like, can I borrow your kid so it is not awkward for me to go to Chucky Cheese, good. Would strongly recommend.

They were friendly and helpful. Of course the pizza is expensive and not the highest quality but it was delivered to our table pretty quick and was nice and hot. They do still have parmesan cheese packets but you have to ask for them. They do not accept the old token coins anymore, nor do they give credit for them. I was bummed because the sketch booth was not working again. We try to always have one done of the two of us each time we are there, so it was disappointing.

So fun ?? I celebrated my 22nd birthday there this year! Haha Staff was wonderful!

My grandkids love this place. It's pricey but it's great for a special treat. I bought them gift cards for Easter so they can visit. It's best to go on days where other kids have school but your's are off. It can get crowded and noisy. I do like that they have special hours on Sunday for kids with sensory issues. Lights and noise are lower and staff is accommodating of sensory issues.

Bring Chuck e cheese tokens back. The food was delicious but there's no to go containers, or pizza box we had to stack a half of pizza in a salad box. A family of 6 had one card to share and it's a fortune to get more than one.

Still a fun place for kids relatively clean for the amount of people that are using the area. This location still has a partial animatronic setup compared to some of the redesigns on newer locations that use strictly a monitor wall and dance floor.

We had my son?s birthday party at the North Canton Chuck E Cheese. Our party host, Kait, was amazing. She was attentive and enthusiastic. She welcomed everyone and worked hard to keep an upbeat birthday vibe! She helped us pack up our leftover food and secured a trash bin for paper when he opened gifts. No one had any complaints. The food was hot and delicious. The kids played games for two hours, and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. My son said it was the best party!

Games are fun for younger ones, but the pizza is trash.

We take our son here every year for his birthday and all of the kids always love it and have a blast. Highly recommend their party packages, definitely worth it for the service and bonuses they provide. It makes your party planning so much easier!

They have great deals on Wednesdays. You get 10$ off an hour play card so you only pay 18$ish after tax for an hours play. You really can't beat it! There is quite a few things for smaller kids to do and a lot for the older kids to do. The staff is always so friendly. Definitely recommend for a nice little get out with the kids!

Service was TERRIBLE for our grandsons birthday. Had the kids sitting ALOT WAITING instead of playing games. Then when birthday was over we stayed and reloaded of of the cards. I told our server we were still there, had the kids cups and pictures on a table. She told me they were okay where they were. When we got ready to leave, she had thrown everything away?? spent well over $500. NEVER AGAIN

Everyone working here was welcoming and engaged with the kids. They catered a birthday party, and really managed the children well!! They were able to engage and hype the kids up at the beginning when they were feeling shy.

This location is always clean whenever we come here which is awesome given kids run all over. I recommend paying for unlimited playtime compared to by the token. You get more play time this way. Pizza is always good. Staff is super friendly and helpful!

Honestly very surprised! Haven't been here in ages and took my 1.5yr old and she loved it. Although they took out the jungle gym area, they did have plenty of things for her to ride and I love the pay by time and not by machine. Very expensive place to have a birthday party just to be rushed out. Last party of the day and right at 7:30 they started throwing stuff away and rushing our guests away. Couldn't even hear the birthday song. I had to ask 6 people to take my cake and put it in the freezer. My host was new and awkward. Definitely not wasting my time here again.

We were here for my nephews birthday party. The staff were attentive to all there for our group, did their very best to pump the excitement up for when Chuck E Cheese came out himself. The place was very clean, and to be honest, the pizza was pretty darn good! I like how did wrist bands for the kids to do games; how the bands activated the game as well as tracked their tickets for prizes. Less keeping track and holding onto a ton of printed tickets! First time attendee, and I'm impressed.

I would give this 0. Too expensive and the pizza was awful. We were there for a birthday and the cake was so dry it crumbled and was all held together by can frosting on top. Not a lot of games. Save your money and go to sluggers and putters or Dave and busters

We printed a coupon from the website and the kids played for about 90 minutes before we took a break to eat. It was a great way to burn energy in the winter!

I can't say enough good things about this CEC branch. General manager Christina is super friendly, helpful and really kind. Made our experience there fun, and memorable with her winning personality and cheery demeanor. The other employees/managers are very friendly and helpful. This establishment is always clean. The Unicorn Churros are OUT OF THIS WORLD DELICIOUS GOODNESS. Salad bar is delicious and the to go pizza we got smelled like heaven on the way home. It did not disappoint! LOVE our local CEC!!

Chuck E. Cheese is just so NOT fun anymore! You are limited on your time of playing, then the fun is over. Used to be so much better when you received the actual tickets and the games were so much more fun and way better. Glad I had lots of fun times years ago. Not very impressive any longer ??

I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese since I was a child. (About 30 years, give or take a couple years.) It wasn't a good experience at the time. But this time, the food was delicious and the games were fun. My daughter (4) could barely stay still with all the excitement she had for this place. It was very clean and we enjoyed that it wasn't crowded. We will definitely be back!

We had my daughter's 5th Birthday here, the total for 8 kids was $300. She had a blast and wants to come back. The only downside was how packed it was and how close they seat the parties together. Other than that it's worth the money because my daughter and guests had a great time!!

My son loves going to play here! The staff are friendly, and the games are fun! It's a little bit different now that the tokens are gone. But I guess it does spread less germs having a brand new card for each player. I actually think you get to play more games paying by time limit now instead of token per game. We had a birthday party there. Tiffany was fantastic! She took great care of all our guests, went above and beyond to ensure that everyone enjoyed themselves, was very polite and extremely helpful. Hands down the most easygoing kids birthday party! We will definitely do it again.

The prices are ridiculous! My family paid over $100 for a family of 3 which amounted to 1 pizza, 4 drinks, a salad bar visit, and 60 points (30 per child). The staff were all less than friendly (the cashier yelled, not an exaggeration, at my child for picking up a Halloween themed cup out of the line the spans the cash registers. I was planning to purchase until she grabbed it out of his hands. If children aren't allowed to touch things, maybe put them out of reach...this is supposed to be a child establish

We went to Chuck. E. Cheese today for my daughters 8th birthday party. All the kids had a blast!! I was cleaning up after all the kids to where at the end we was doing presents and all that was left on our party table was a couple plates and the kids cups. So we doing presents and we are almost done (we have 7 min until our party was over) and our host comes over and starts cleaning up. (Rude) my daughter starts to feel sick so we stop with gifts and I ask our host for a bucket or something for my daughter

This place is great. The prices feel very reasonable. The staff is kind. The machines always seem to be in working order. The whole experience is really great for kids who are 3 and older. My toddler has a wonderful time everytime we come here. The only con I have is that the Duck Spraying game needs its water tank changed because it stinks.

We all had a nice time eating and playing games today! The young man at the prize counter was super friendly, and helpful!! The only thing we didn't like was that our table was cleared off before we were fully done with our food, because with kids it's hard for them to sit down and eat entirely without getting up and down to play, thankfully our Chuck E Cheese pics weren't tossed out as well!

Hot delicious pizza, a fresh salad bar, and an awesome selection of beautifully maintained games! We had an amazing time! It was super clean and a lot of fun! My only complaint was that the salad bar was expensive. But, the experience was well worth it. I will definitely go back!

Only giving 3 star, because they don't update their hours on line and their phone message doesn't give open hours either. We went at 10 am today because that was time given online and was updated 6 weeks ago. We arrived at 10 am and door said 11am. Another family showed up at 10am too. This is a great inconvenience when you are planning an outing with little ones. If you change your time on the door do it online too!!!!! I will say the workers are very helpful their when open.
