The staff here are very professional and friendly!! I'm a regular here and I love seeing them every time I come in and learning their names. Very good people. The facilities are as expected in any Chuck e Cheese. Games, clean tables, and good dining options. With the new pass they offer, the menu pricing becomes a lot more reasonable.
Took the kids to get out of the house. It's been awhile since we have been to Chuck E Cheese. We had a blast! They have everything halloween right now and if you stress up in a costume you get 500 extra tickets! The staff was so polite and helpful. We also tried their halloween peperoni pizza, the slime cookie, and their eye scream dip n dots. Everything was so fun and yummy! Their pizza was so good! We played games for 2 hours and then cashed in our points and left. Definitely recommend.
WOW!!! Brings back a lot of great memories. I used to work at a Chuck E Cheese, up north in Union New Jersey. They tore it down recently ??. Anyway. This Chuck E Cheese has a great vibe to it. I'm really liking the atmosphere. Kids being kids and having a blast. Not too crowded yet. I recommend this place. Maybe as adults, some of you might not enjoy it but it's not about you. It's for the children and the memories you make and that priceless smile that they (your kids) give you.
After several visits this months this Chuck-E-Cheese location is incredibly disappointing. Over 7 games were broken, with several either taking swipes without awarding points or not functioning at all. Despite reporting the issues, I was told by staff that management said it wouldn't be fixed anytime soon. None of the broken games had out-of-order signs, so kids wasted their time and tokens on machines that didn't work. The place feels neglected and far from the fun, well-maintained Chuck-E-Cheese I remembe
We had our Grandsons birthday party here, not a good experience! Pizza is $28, and it tastes Frozen! drinks start at $3.50 cups! Everything was overpriced. We were promised pics with Chucky? However, unless you chased him down, he wouldn't come to our table even though we tried to get his attention! Ridiculous. During the Birthday announcements, they failed to mention our Grandsons name! Our daughter paid $20 per child ?? never again. This venue is small and too crowded. Very disappointed.
It is what it is, I went with my 5 year old and ordered a pep pizza with cheese in the crust, can't believe I'm saying this but that pizza was damn good!
Seriously amazing pizza. If I lived in this area, I would be popping in here just to order a pie and leave. Our family made a pit-stop on our way from Orlando to Tampa to let the kids get their wiggles out. We inhaled the supreme pizza here. I may even dream about it. Veggie platter was freshly cut (as promised in writing on the wall) and was ice-cold. CEC is always a busy, crazy atmosphere but it's kept clean and well-maintained. Would absolutely come here again.
This has been our preferred Chuck E Cheese location for several years. It's rarely overcrowded. It's much cleaner and nicer than other locations in my opinion. Rarely is there a broken game, and if we ever have an issue with a game, the staff address it kindly and fixes it and/or makes it right. They staff the location well so we don't have overly long waits for food, prizes, or other service. We purchased the fun pass (which is an awesome deal) so we are excited to spend many more days there this summer. B
i came in about 6pm thursday, katrina was super kind and polite ?? and helped me take my order, i got wings and pizza, and the only downside was, when i realized it had been 30 minutes and i still hadn't got my food. i go up and check to see the wait time and i saw this heavier spanish woman i think was the manager handling MY order with no gloves! what is wrong with people! i will definitely NOT be getting food from there again, it really sucks that those workers have to be managed by such unclean and im
The prices are too high, and the games literally last like 20 seconds! That is ridiculous! Main Event is so much better! Not as expensive, the games last longer, and the food is better. I absolutely will not go back.
Server charged us for 15 cups we didn't order at a birthday party for my daughter. The manager refused to refund or even give us a credit. They should learn how to treat their customers
Awesome place for kids. I love the fact that you can reload your card and keep track of the tickets also on the card. This way one doesn't have to worry about kids loosing the tickets or stand in line to redeem them. Their stuff crust pizza Awesome. Also great prices for the kids. The employees are nice too.
Nice revamp! The pizza was better than before, the salad bar options were decent, lots of different rides and games for the kids. I like the card system instead of the tokens, but it is still a pain to count the tickets. They should think about putting more machines available. Nice location with plenty of space.
Took my grandson to this location for the first time. It is now our favorite one! Great staff, food was fresh, fast and hot. The whole restaurant is very clean. If you're planning on going to any Chuck e Cheese , I would suggest going on Google and getting coupons for that location, it really does save a lot of money.
The manager Julius treated us very bad. The staff felt sorry by his demeanor. He still decided to not care and walk away while we were talking. Manager means you are a leader and he does not know how to be leader or work with a team. He also lacks the attitude to work with customers. Not a good fit for a kid friendly environment. Your link does not work.
I paid for my granddaughter to jump in the jump area but other people just put their child into the play area without paying. No one was there to supervise any of it. I didn't think there were enough games for the little ones, she's 4. There are other Chucky Cheese's about the same distance so I won't be back to that one.
Great Location lots of fun games were awesome plenty of variety to choose from? my only complaint is there was a long line and manager was just standing there not assisting with anything.
I never thought I would say this about Chuck E. Cheese. But years ago, everything was better. Now you have to pay for everything. For example, kids' cups are not free anymore! They are not even the best cups.
My family has enjoyed coming to this particular location since it opened. But today sadly I'm very disappointed in how its being managed. It's Saturday night you may expected it to be busy yet there's only one employee at the register. The place is a mess, we have been here for an hour all the tables are still clutter even though people left awhile ago. Most tables have yet to be clean off and one was left half way done. Half of the games are out of order. There's one game with 67 credits that are not redee
I didn't remember my host?s name, she had a cute suptum piercing, and she did really good with assisting my birthday girl?s party on Feb 1st around noon. I'm a first time mom so this was my first time booking with Chuck E. Cheese, little nervous going into it, but my host was so patient and eased my mind when she would step in to help when needed. 5 stars ! Thank you
To be honest, it seems like a great place to get sick. The amount of unsupervised children running around aimlessly into people is crazy. I guess I'm just too old. I remember this chain alot differently.
Great place for kids to run around and be free. They do check at the door when you're leaving that your child is truly your child. Clean and lots to do. My only complaint is that they were short staff on the day we went, but other than that great times.
Me and the kids always enjoy our trips to chuckie cheese...I probably enjoy going there more than the kiddos..They always have a blast ..
We had our daughter?s birthday party here and they did a fantastic job. Thank you Yolanda, Stephanie and Bella you made her day so special and everyone had a great time!
Highly recommend this location. Our son?s 2nd birthday was super fun for kids and adults alike. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The birthday package for 6 kids was a great deal. Pizza, meatballs and salad bar was delicious. Highly recommend!!
Organized chaos of course! Most of the games were in service, atmosphere was fun, and very clean. Staff was friendly however kid at the door was paying little to no attention the the exit. Good pizza, great wings, and was served hot. Prize section was packed with plenty of fun options to choose from!
If I could give a negative star I would. Not for the facility but for the young lady working in the front !!! Today 12-14-24,I was enjoying my AUTISTIC daughter?s 8th birthday, upon heading out of the facility we were rudely stopped before we could even exit. Weird right? With no explanation this woman with brown or dark hair grabbed our hands and shown the flashlight over our skin to show proof of some sort. Which made no sense since we were leaving!!!. We have already been here for 2 hrs!!!!!! We feel hig
My family and I had a great time here. It wasn't overcrowded and all of the games that we wanted to play worked. I had to take my son to the restroom and this area was clean also. That's huge to me. The bumper cars for the small drivers is also pretty cool.
Awesome clean store. Very friendly staff. Yolanda does a great job. Someone give her a raise!
I use to love Chuck E Cheese with my kids but I brought my grandkids there for a 4th bday and I was really unimpressed food was terrible flies around the salad bar I ordered 3 pizza which was more like card board with cheese and pepperoni ?? they didn't even cut the pizza all the way through so we just tore it and at least 7 games weren't working properly and then most kids were running from game to game without even actually playing the games since the new way they sell points or game play by the hour chao
My family and I recently visited Chuck E. Cheese and had the pleasure of working with Yolanda. Her kindness and accommodating nature truly made our experience memorable, especially for our one-year-old son. When we encountered issues with our playing pass, Yolanda handled the situation with remarkable professionalism. Despite being extremely busy, she ensured everything was resolved quickly and smoothly, allowing us to enjoy our time without stress. Her dedication to customer service was evident, and it mad
We moved to Land O Lakes 1 1/2 years ago and have been coming to this Chuck E Cheese! I think it is the best one I have ever been to! They are consistent with cleaning, the staff is absolutely amazing. And after saving a year of tickets my son had almost 12,000! He was able to get 3 large prizes! Best birthday ever! Thank you Chuck E. Cheese for a great night!
Great place to take kids. The pizza has gotten worse ????
Always a fun time for the little ones here. You purchase a wrist band or a card and you can reuse it. Much better than carrying around a cup of coins. They have food and refillable drinks. Plenty of seating and games to play.
Pretty decently sized and not overly expensive. There was only one or two machines out of order. I wish the machines gave out more tickets for the kids so they can get better prizes though. Food is usually really good to.
If you schedule a birthday party at 3pm, you'd better be done with everything at 5pm, because they will make an announcement telling all of your guests to hurry up and leave. The trampoline costs $12 extra per child, even if the child has thier own socks. The staff was friendly, and the pizza was very good. The costs for games was expected to be kind of expensive. But we all had fun.
I am writing to formally report a health and safety concern that I encountered at Chuck E. Cheese's located at 6170 Wesley Grove Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544 on 12/26/2023.During my visit, I observed and documented through photographs that the ice machines at this location are contaminated with a significant amount of mold. Despite reporting this critical health issue to the on-duty manager at the time, no action was taken to address the contaminated ice or clean the ice machines. This negligence poses a se
My family and I come to Chuck E. Cheese often but our latest visit was overall amazing. The manger Malaysia is the best thing that happened to that store! On a busy Saturday everything still ran smoothly, the atmosphere was clean and the food was great. Most of all the kids were so happy , thank you for a great experience!
The Chuck E Cheese at this location has many broken machines and has less diverse options and prices compared to other locations. That is unfortunate when someone pays for a pass and this is the closest location. I feel stuck with a bad choice chuck e cheese.
I recently had a fantastic experience at Chuck E. Cheese, with great thanks to Malaysia, the chef. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, going out of her way to ensure my food was prepared according to my dietary needs. It was clear that she takes great pride in her work and truly cares about her customers' satisfaction. Malaysia took the time to discuss my dietary issues when making our party a gluten free pizza, and her attention to detail made all the difference. If you have dietary concerns, I hig
So I was born in the 80s and I remember the chuck-e-cheese of old. I loved it as a kid but as I got older I realized how dirty and disgusting they were. The one in wesley chapel breaks the mold. It was clean, bright and had lots of things for toddlers to do. I took my daughter and she loved it. And instead of the pear shaped chuck-e that looked like he had come out of the sewer the new age chuck-e is much more appealing to kids
Always a great experience. We come during the week when it's not very busy. The food here is good. I like to get the playpass for my son that way he knows when it's up we leave. The staff is friendly and keeps the place clean.
I celebrated my nephew's birthday party here and everything was AMAZING! The host, Luzely, was great and so attentive. She was so helpful and made every one feel welcomed and comfortable. The kids had such a fun time and the food tasted great. I would definitely recommend this location for your next birthday partyy.
Really like taking our grandkids to this establishment however yesterdays experience was not up to pair. Pizza was burnt, crust was so thin that it fell off leaving just cheese to eat. Based on the time to deliver the pizza to us the wait time to replace would have been too long. So decided to make this public in hopes that management would be aware as it is not acceptable.
4/28/25 update Still a favorite of our grandchildren. The staff is great and helped us navigate and solve a problem today, going the extra mile. **** Clean, new and lots of great games the kids loved.
CEC is always a great choice for me and my family. This location is always clean and the staff is always great. We usually go during the week day, and we haven't been on the weekend yet. So if you need a place to take the kids for a weekday trip, CEC is the place to be!
The pizza is getting better, but if you're here for the food, you're missing the point. This is a great place for kids. We spent 3 hours here, and my grandson begged me to stay when I said we had to go.
Took my son here recently for a small quaint birthday party. The staff was nice and helpful with finding us a good non reserved table by the stage. My son got to meet and greet with Mr. Chuck e cheese and he had an absolute blast!
Great location. Great machines. Everything seems new. Hygiene not so good, floors very dirty. Tables dirty. Lots of left over food on tables for a while after people left. Staff absent. Always a line walking up with a 20-30 min wait for ANY service. It took 15 min for me to just grab a to go box. Manager doesn't seem happy at all to be here. Avoided customers many times, saw the line and just kept walking. Not even a ?I'll be with you in a moment?. As a summer pass holder you might want to go to another loc
They never fulfilled what the birthday package I bought said, the children were not given the goodie bags, my daughter who was there was not given the gifts that the package said for the birthday kid, when I asked they said that they were going to give them to her in tickets to claim and it was never like that. The host who was supposed to be there during the party was not always there, I had to walk to the counter to ask for what I needed and my people would like because there was no good service. I really
Clean store, extremely helpful staff, good value. My kids loved it. We drive to this location even though it's a little further than the Tampa or Clearwater location because of the cleanliness and accommodating staff.
The bumper cars here is the best part of this Chuck E. Cheese over all the others we have been to! Other than that, this place has a lot of variety in the games you can play / activities you can do / rides you can go on - at least in comparison to the places we have been in other states. Also, there is still room to move around here, which I can't say is the case at every Chuck E. Cheese. My kiddo had a blast and we had fun with him! I also love the new additions of the ticket counters and cards versus coin
I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese in a long time. It was my son's 10th birthday. I knew I was going to be spending a lot of money, but wow did the prices increase a lot. Either way, my baby had fun, that's all that matters to me really.
The manager has an attitude. She gives off vibes that she is too good to be there. She does not seem sincere when she helps you. The last few times I have gone to this location, they have been out of Vitamin Water and other flavor drinks. They are usually out of ice. I can't understand why but they only have 2 napkin dispensers out. So everyone has to grab a handful and take back to the table. The tables do not have any napkins at them. This time the pizza was horrible. I couldn't eat it. And my toddler lov
It's laid out well enough and pretty clean. But, at least 5 games were glitching, not working, or physically messed up making them unplayable (even though you could still scan). It got really frustrating. We're just visiting for the week, but I hope they are a little more on top of fixing stuff since the summer is always packed.
Service was not so good, we were for birthday party and don't seem single staff member near our table
We paid a lot of money so the kids could play and when we went to redeem our tickets for prizes, there were two families in front of us taking their time. The person behind the counter knew we had been waiting but once it was our turn they closed the register and told us they were locked out of the system so we wouldn't be able to pick any prizes. The girls started to cry because we had waited over 25 minutes for the other families to choose their prizes. The girl behind the counter stated she was the manag
Little pricey for the amount of time you get and the points earned from prizes. You only get enough points for little toys or candy you could get in bulk for less than the price paid to play for an hour.
pretty cool but it reminded of fredy fazbore i don't really like him. also chucky said if i trap a kid in the ticket blaster i can try the suit on. that was weird. would come here again though i won a trillion tickets (pictured below is me in the suit!!)
We ordered food, The fries aren't cooked well and the portion of the fries is very little compared to the price ($16.99). The food also came very late.Very bad customer service, we've been waiting for them to come to the gift shop and nobody was there,
We've been going w the summer pass. My kid is getting bored of the game there. I let him go on the trampoline and he ended up compacting his spine and in pain for a good week. After spending over 120 at the chiropractor he seems to be ok now. Definitely don't recommend taking that risk!
Fun party place for my 3 year old granddaughter
Great and comfortable for parties! Good for kids until around 9y. Fun place
Reserved ultimate bday party for my 6 yr old grandson. Worth the cpl extra dollars for extra goodies. Haley was our hostess. Her first party and she was fantastic.
Too noisy. Yes I know a child's place. But the entertainment music was just way too loud. Had to scream at each other to have a conversation. The girl over the intercom was just overwhelmingly loud. That on top of the tone of her voice. I had to cover my ears.
My daughter always has a good time here!
Use to be a very good place but now going down hill, maximum of the games are literally broken and what left are out of ticket or other issues. Even the ticket counting machine are not working. More over after complaining to the staff and even the manager on duty nothing done. Not worth to come here
This was a really nice Chuck E. Cheese. We took our child here for their cousin's birthday. They stamp you and your child with invisible ink that can only be seen with a blue light. Upon exit they scan for the stamp to make sure that the child that you are leaving with is the one you came with. I'm sure if you wanted your kid to go home with someone else you would need to release/approve them to go. We got unlimited play cards and still were able to get tickets which can be rare. Everything was done in a ti
No wait walked right in, pizza was good, allowed parents to bring in their own food and drink, have options for unlimited games and the salad bar looked delicious and a healthier option for those who don't want pizza
Do not even waste your time. This location is extremely understaffed, unprofessional, and disgusting. The ice machines have straight MOLD growing on them and the staff could care less about the safety or sanitation for their customers. Expect to wait for an hour or longer for any food. And if you want any alcoholic drinks, forget it, not even worth the wait nor the price. I overheard the manager Yolanda speaking to several customers while waiting for their drinks and she was extremely rude and disrespectful
Put the Location up for Lease. The staff acts like you do not exists. Too busy into their phone.
We were here several months ago and did not have the best experience, but tonight was great! Thank you Kyle (manager) for making our experience better than expected! We will definitely be back.
I plan on calling the health department for sure!! My daughter and I drank an entire soda before we found A LOT of black gunk in our soda. Apparently the employees were not cleaning the nozzles to the soda machines and all but one was expelling black gunk. Lord knows how many people were drinking that and what bacteria/mold was ingested. No apologies, no refunds nothing. The employees just walked away. Edited: Why reply with an generic message to call a number which is extremely hard to get through too? Of
The manager helped us tremendously tonight with our account! Everyone was polite and professional. Chuck e did an amazing job as well!!! Super clean today
Yolanda was the absolute worst host. My family spent over $1000 on this birthday party to be treated like we were burden. She did not accommodate, communicate, or have an ounce of compassion. When we arrived she was extremely rude and nothing was set up. She informed us we couldn't touch the tables for 10 more minutes to go find a place to ?chill out?. We asked for water cups for the adults or even water cups for them she stated ?I told you to bring water bottles that's on you? The birthday boy fell on o
I haven't been inside a Chuck E. Cheese in forever. This experience was due to celebrating my god-daughter's 2nd birthday. It was strange not to see this place packed out. It worked in my favor but definitely abnormal. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't taste like I remember. I was stoked about the visit for that reason alone but was slightly disappointed. The prices and quality of what you're receiving are no longer aligned ???????.
In this Chuck E Cheese there was a man swearing, throwing out racial slurs, insulting women, and yelling at children. His actions were not only deeply offensive but also frightening for the children present, including my own. Despite the obvious distress caused to multiple families, it appeared that no immediate action was taken by your staff to address the situation or to ensure the safety and comfort of your guests. As a concerned parent and customer, I am appalled by the lack of intervention in such a se
The kids had a blast, there were a lot of games, and Chuck E Cheese actually came out and danced with the kids etc.
A lot fun but expensive, some machine don't work and didn't have a tickets
Had my sons third bday party here last night and it definitely was not worth the money! $30 per kid and they give each kid two tiny slices of pizza and only an option of two drinks for all the kids, no refills. They make you feel very rushed and don't even let you open gifts at the party table.. also, there's no play area so and the games are very limited. I would not recommend having a birthday party here! Insanely expensive for nothing. The only good part was when Chuck E came out and played with the kids
They need more staff working. We waited about 15 minutes to redeem our e-tickets. There was one lady checking people in/out, taking money and orders for food, and redeeming tickets for prizes.
Had a birthday party for my son and the party host was amazing. Very attentive and friendly. I really appreciate it. I don't know how they do it every day with all these kids but they do an amazing job.
We've been here several times and are always happy with how clean and updated it is every single time. We had my sons birthday party there last weekend and Yolanda and her team were fantastic
Over priced for fast food style food. Tables were not cleaned on regular basis after each customer. This place was not how I remembered it from taking my kids when they were young.
My service is horrible. The manager has an attitude. Refuse the case date and notification chimpanzee as an ID for alcohol refuse to speak to the President. We're paying for the party. That's good lots of money that's been lots of money. Yolanda is very, very she can't. She's walked away from the customer instead resolving issue
They don't have a big variety of games to play, unlike other Chuck E cheese locations I have been to. I was there not even a week ago had 6 kids 4 adults.... after being there for an hour and still not getting one single Pizza that we ordered my mom had to go up to the counter and behind her was three other people who had also been waiting an hour or more to get their Pizza. And there was not many people there that day....
Ah yes, the Children?s Rat Casino. Over all the process of having a birthday party here for you little ones is easier then if you did it at home. Extremely expensive tho. The value us just not there and they churn out a billion birthday parties every few hours so your event seems very rushed. Kids had a good time and the establishment was clean, only reason for the 3 strars.
Pizza looks good but taste crappy n under baked. Lot of the games don't work, but will take your points. (Theafs)
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
