I had the worst experience in this restaurant We arrived at 7pm and everyone was in a bad mood. When i was placing an order i kept asking questions about the menu and the cashier would only respond with pointing at the menu board and looked irritated. I felt rushed when ordering. I ordered a salad and everything was empty even the ranch. At 730pm they started closing all the games which were the games my children actually went for and it was very disappointing. At 8pm they were already rushing us to leave.
I haven't been to a chucky cheese in over 25 years and I actually enjoyed it. Took my daughter in and it was very reasonably priced. They also have an email sighn up and you can get free prize tickets free cotton candy and free play time among other things which is very cool. My daughter liked the trampoline area and I honesty don't like pizza but they have very good pizza here! The staff were friendly and the place was clean and organized. They had music on and it was not super loud which is good too. I pr
We celebrated my daughters 5th Birthday here. Overall I will say the kids had a great time, this location is very clean and the food is better than expected. The staff is horrible! They do not communicate clearly and cause a lot of unnecessary confusion. We had issues checking in and adding kids even though they told us we could add more kids no problem. Eventually it was fixed and we thought everything was going to be easy after that. Without going into boring details the manager there is very aggressiv
This location was so great!! They have a really good selection of arcade games, their food seems fresh, and service is fast and accommodating. Chuck E. Cheese also comes out pretty often and stays out long enough to dance and meet with the kids. I was surprised with how clean and well-kept it was. I was also surprised with how cheap the games were compared to any arcade in town. We'll definitely be back.
We had my son?s 6th birthday here recently. The lady who was helping our table with the party was extremely nice and helpful (I didn't catch her name) even though we didn't buy the package with a party attendant. I love how this place isn't super packed even on weekends. The pizza isn't my favorite but my kids have a blast when we come here, it's fairly clean, and never too busy.
Cold and impersonal. Extremely disappointed in management and staff. My grandson is 2 years old. He did not want to be in the trampoline area without of his parents. Staff would not allow my son to sit inside with him. We tried to reason becuase of the baby's age. They declined the idea. I asked for a refund because this "amenity" costs extra. The added cost includes a pair of non-slip socks for kids. After some haggling the manager did refund me but then she did something that made my heart sink. She went
Cleaner and larger than most Chuck E Cheese locations I've been to. This is exactly what you expect. Ok pizza, lots of loud games and kids.
Very satisfied with the service my family and I received for my son?s Birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. We had the best host/ manager Alex was very attentive to our guests.
There's not many places that just make you happy when you walk in, Chuck E. Cheese on Speedway is an exception to this rule. Whether young or old you'll find the staff are all so kind (especially Managers), the food is great and the games are as entertaining as it gets. We're fortunate to have this location back!
Just came. And manager was extremely rude. She cut me off when talking and stormed off. They gave me burnd nuggets and said they will come out exact same way if cooked again. Said that's how they are. Then isbaid I have never got burn food like that she needs to call manager and learn how to cook them then. Horrible customer service
We had a small group and without a reservation. The service was flawless. Food was hot and delicious. Pizza, wings and fries. We went with the unlimited promotion and the kids had a blast. For a Monday they had a nice crowd. Kudos to isabelle. From ordering food to cashing in tickets she was great with a great aditude.
First time to Chuck E Cheese's and I can honestly say that I just didn't feel what the hype was all about. It's definitely only for kids and you can tell by the layout of the bldg. So if you are planning to grab some Pizza there be prepared to hangout with a bunch kids. The Pizza isn't gourmet at all and for the cost of a Large Pizza it's quite expensive. The games are kid friendly, but the game area is congested. They have a table area for kid party's as well but I couldn't tell you what the pricing was as
Service was horrible, facility was dirty, salad bar wasn't fresh nor well kept up. Manager was argumentative, Never having a Birthday party there. Way too expensive for the awful service.
My grandsons had an amazing time! The games are just their size!! Definitely recommend for the little ones ??
Praises for Jeremy !!! I received the best customer service from Jeremy at Speedway location in Tucson, Arizona. Very friendly helped us out with our options made our day go really smooth thank you Jeremy. We appreciate you and will be back to see you soon !! And he was chuckee !!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I Booked a party package and service was the worst !!!!!!!!!! I was a guest at my nephew?s birthday party and it was even worst, the kids have a good time it self which balance it out but the staff treatment, not committed to what the package says they offer never booking again.
My kids had so much fun here and the employees where sooo nice good customer service
We had our granddaughters birthday party here and she had a really great time! The pizza was great, the salad bar was plentiful and Carina and Alana were so helpful with everything we needed to make it a nice day for all.
I had my son's 4rth birthday party here 2 weeks ago, and kids actually had so much fun. We had a party host who was helping us kind of slow and forgetful its because she was a new hire, but overall, I'll give a 4??
In the past month, we have gone to Chuck E. Cheese 3 times! Each time has been amazing. It's always clean, all the games work, the food was great and my kids loved the 2 hour unlimited game play. My sister, nephews and I went yesterday, even though the cook called out, they all worked as a team to make everyone?s experience great. I didn't catch the girls name, but although having many responsibilities including being the cook, she remained smiling and positive. Also, there was a new gentleman learning the
Not as good as it was. After new management the place just went completely downhill. From the food to the games to the overall experience it's not as worth it. Spent about $50 for just 1 large pizza and an hour of play time and I used a coupon for $18 1-hour play so idk, I feel like PPP would?ve been definitely more worth it. They had tv/game display something out and open with tools out and about unattended which was Very Dangerous. Staff Wasn't as friendly and outgoing as it used to be, the ?manager? Sam
The staff were so nice!!! They were welcoming and helped our family enjoy our time there!!! The facility was really clean!!!! I really enjoyed my time there with my family.
I'm now a regular and I love this place they need alot more credit then what people give . Very kind and never feeling rushed .
There are game machines broken for over 5 months now! The pizza used to be delicious a few years back, but now it has no flavor, it's cheap cardboard but they charge you a premium price.
Nice staff! The place was very clean and overall a good experience. Best Chuck E. Cheese I have been to. They have one Chuckee. E animatronic which I was happy that there was one there at all.
The food was good, but they did not have ice in the machine yet. And the music was too loud.
The monthly pass is probably one of the best deals around, no matter which tier. Daily visits, simple and tasty food, killer staff.. every parent should hop on it. The staff works very hard, as some days they appear severely understaffed, which may be out of their control. Despite that obstacle, it does not seem to deter them from consistently delivering a memorable experience for the children that walk through their door.
Clean and good service. Food was decently priced and tasty. Our boys had a great time.
It was my first time coming back to this location since they closed because of covid! But it was fun. The food is a little more pricey than Peter Piper- but I do like their game process a lot more! Instead of buying tokens you buy a game card or wrist band for a certain amount of time- and in that time period you can play as many games as you want, and the tickets store right onto the card. Genius idea.
It was good. Although I never saw Chucky and what's worst, the chucky animatroic was gone. Although the pizza was good.
Good pizza and wings! Extra tokens for military! Make sure you fill up your salad plate as there are no free refills on salad!
Amazing place, clean, friendly, great staff, great games, really suggest going there, they are open during covid and they are so empty, me and my little brother were the only customers there for hours
My niece had her birthday here this past Friday and it was great! A very affordable price for everything included. She was very happy. The staff was super nice and did a great job. Special thanks to our party host and Chuck E!
We celebrated our grandson's birthday recently. They were short staffed, so our host for our party was not attentive. We had to wait about an hour to get our food, and our order for the party did not come out all at one. The pizza was not that great, and it was overpriced! It was not worth having a birthday party there! The only thing that I liked was the variety of games they had. I honestly think Peter Piper Pizza is a lot better!
My daughter's birthday was messed up from the jump. The table setting was incorrect. The kids didn't get extra tickets for attending our party. The addition of the trampoline attraction is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Who pays $28 per kid to jump on a trampoline? On a positive note, our party attentive was A+. They were on the ball for our food, updating our table setting, etc. I will say also at the end of the party, not enough attendees at the prize counter. If you have 20 kids ready to leave at 6:00, 1 person
Kids had a great time celebrating our birthday girl ??????
I went here for the animatronic and it didn't move once or perform a single show in the three hours I stayed. The animatronic looked in perfect condition and seemingly able to perform a show which was the only reason I even decided to go. However they did play random videos on the giant TV screen and when the chuck e cheese mascot came out it was for 5 minutes and only with the birthday tables. When Chuck came out he looked sad and was not animated at all. If you're going to replace the animatronics that ha
There's no effort into capturing the specialness of a child's birthday. Not one person (including Chucky Cheese) seemed confident enough to dance and sing. Not the experience Chucky Cheese used to be. Seems it's lost it's touch. The Staff was kind and extremely helpful. However they just didn't make you feel it's worth what we pay for,. Glad my grand daughter is only 2. She won't remember the experience. Thankfully.
Shout out to this Tucson location on Speedway! We brought our 2 and 4 year old grandkids and their parents for a visit and they had a blast. Nice assortment of age appropriate games. Clean environment. Cordial staff. Pizza was meh for us grown ups but on-point for the little guys. The young man who managed the front of the store is a gem! He was patient as we decided on the best deal for our family. As we were leaving, he handed each of the kids a Hot Wheels car, just 'cause he could. What a nice gesture!
Gluten free options. Love that each game is one token. Don't have to worry with the kids playing. Keep kids safe with everyone getting a stamp.
My son's autism was why we went and they were nice, but without the animatronics it wasn't the same,I did like what they put on the crust of the pizza that part was memorable, I just wish it was the way I remembered it, the old school Chuck-e-Cheese,thank you for making my son's day special
I had the salad and was kind of surprised that they had the selection on the salad bar that they did, especially since it's a place for kids to play ??
Perfect bday for young kids! Everything was awesome. Good pizza! Games all 1 token! Danced with Chucky! Reasonable price for all included in bday package. Fun Fun Fun!
The pizza is actually better than I remember. The staff was as attentive as they could be, but they were understaffed. The floor was sticky, and the place smelled like kids' feet. Their jumbo screen was damaged.
The pizza is better than it used to be. The employees are very well engaged with their customers.
Customer service at this place is bad. You would think for spending a good $40-$50 you would get good service. They have like 4 employees which includes I'm assuming was the manager. The three regular employees in the red shirts had no up beat personality and not so nice. You would think they would hire friendlier people with it being a kid place. The manager was decent. The games for young kids had good options for playing. Pizza was only luke warm when it came out. Barely started eating and it became cold
The staff is always very friendly and attentive and the food is good. My kid loves Chuck E Cheese. The only downside was about half the games were not functioning. But overall super friendly. Clean and nice.
Chucky E. Cheese returns to Tucson to bring you all the fun from your childhood with the same great taste and atmosphere! Food was delicious and at around a decent price. I drove home with leftovers and our bellies full ! Making your way here can be tricky but once you arrive. Well worth it.
Great place. Very clean. Staff is attentive. Get the boneless hot wings.
Kids love it, For what your Paying for The Parties Service could be Better, Had to Ask for our Pizza, Napkins, Cups multiple times...Little Children Do not have Alot of patience as we all know ?? for 500.00...it could be A little bit Better Done.
I was really excited to celebrate my nephew's 5th birthday at Chuck E. Cheese as it happens to be where I celebrated my 5th as well! I will say that the establishment was clean and well organized, but that this is the only thing that positively stuck out. The service was subpar. We had to wait an exceptionally long time to helped throughout the night and more times than not, had to search to find anyone who was working. As we were leaving, we found two excited kiddos and their dad who were standing patientl
All-in-all this is an okay experience but they are too stingy when it comes to bringing out the mouse. Once an hour is already so little and it leads to very disappointed kiddos when 2+ hours pass before Mr.Cheese appears. Let's face it, there are better arcades and pizza places to go to, so give us the Chuck!
I got the silver membership package, which comes with a 60 min unlimited play card. Definitely the way to go is a timed card instead of points. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pizza is above average and the crust is flavorful, pretty good. Kids will love this place. The only downside side is I found the booths to be quite small but there are a couple other types of seating options like a tall table with tall chairs or the long tables with long benches. I will be definitely be going back with th
The summer play pass is awesome. We go multiple times a week and play 100 games per day! Great way to keep you kids busy for an hour or two.
Pizza was good, but a ton of broken or out of order games. Quite a few of them that supposedly worked took payment but failed to work. Definitely not the experience I remember. Good enough to keep small kids happy.
I was not impressed. The games were mediocre and the staff was unenthusiastic during the whole party. But especially during the song and dance they do for the kids birthday. I don't think I saw them smile once. I would have been upset if I was the mom throwing my kids' party there. I can say their pizza was amazing... Or maybe I was starving from waiting an hour for it to show up at the table.
I haven't been in over 15 years and never to this location. It was light and airy. The pizza was better than expected. The arcade has many ride ons for toddlers and small children. There is a basketball hoop for both small and big kids. It was quieter than expected as well. You can hold a conversation. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.
There games are always broken and nobody is ever around to fix it. Even the ones that are broken and they are aware they are broken they don't put signs on, it will take your points but won't work. They recently added a trampoline area but you have to pay additional for it. Dont recommend. There is far better options.
We we're the for a birthday party from a friend of ours an it was great ??
Our 4 year old wanted to celebrate her birthday at non other than Chuck E. Cheese.... She had a blast and management was a tremendous help working within our budget... Thank you!!!
Pizza was better than it used to be. Games all worked. All the employees looked like they would rather die than work there except for 1 guy with longer hair and shaved on the sides, he was always smiling and even caught him dancing while cleaning up a table. the main problem I had is that nobody checked our stamps when we left, we even stood there for a moment waiting and the 2 girls at the registers did nothing. I'm super glad that it wasn't someone stealing a kid. My visit was March 1st from 4pm to 530ish
Pizza was really good. Good atmosphere to have fun with your kid. The only time they let Chuck e cheese come out is during your birthday party. Wish they would let him out more often for the kids to play but some place nonetheless.
So today it's July 6th, it's 105 outside and I'm waiting for the bus at the bus stop i went to try and get my water bottle filled up with ice water and the person at the front desk at first tried to tell me flat out that they don't have water, after a little back and forth they finally grabbed my water bottle took off with it for 40 seconds and brought it back without putting any water in it. After this encounter i tried to nicely explain to the person at the front desk that they cannot deny someone water i
Love this place my sons love it and they have plenty of games that fit my sons size they are 3 and 4 and the employees are always super nice!
Great staff! My kiddos love coming here. Can't go wrong with the military deal here, bets competitors because of it. Thanks Chuck E. Cheese for always bring smiles to my kiddos faces when we visit!
Had a birthday party here. It was amazing. The staff and food here are excellent and there's so much games. We never had to wait. We even got to meet the real life chuck e cheese. Amazing night thank you all will come next family members birthay
We had my daughters birthday there a few weeks ago because last year it was a great experience and we loved our party hostess. However this year the experience was not great and we won't be coming back. We stood at the front holding cake and balloons for 15 min before anyone even told us where to go and by that time our tables were given to another party so we had to get assigned new tables. The Party hostess was not friendly and did not help with the party. Last year, the hostess helped cut the cake and ge
WE HAD A GREAT TIME...THE WORKER THEIR WAS SO HELPFUL WE WILL GO BACK FOR SURE!!!!
I was blown away by how clean and colorful and how everything was working so well. The food was amazing! The salad was fresh and delicious and the pizza was amazing too. We will definitely come back!
We took our son there to enjoy some pizza and play games for the first time. When we entered there were three people behind the counter but only one was helping customers and if you just wondering around it seemed. When we were finally helped it was fine. The experience is expensive for sure as a single topping pizza with cheesy bread to small drinks costs us $35. Then we added on an hours worth of games for my son and the total was around $68 for the food and games. The food took nearly 45 minutes to be ma
Pizza was okay but omg the prices. I was not allowed to order a beer for my wife. It was pretty crowded but okay. Also the games here are just so bad. It was cool to have Chuky come out and hang with the kids for a bit but the amount of chaos that ensued afterwords was wild
Ehhh this place use to be entertaining. Chuck e only comes out for birthday parties it seems so ignores other kids. The machines and games are mostly broken without any notice so you waste credits and when you let them know they huff and puff and walk away. My daughter had fun with being little and not knowing but we won't be going back there.
Great place to let the kids dance and play games
From the mouth of my kids ?best Chuck E. Cheese in the world!? The place was super big and very clean, they were diligent on checking us in ringing us up, fixing any down machines?there were only 2 down!! We got our pizza within 5 mins of being there, not exaggerating! The workers were very very nice, I would highly recommend!
It was absolutely wonderful!!! The atmosphere was fun and joyful and everyone in our group had a great time. But, the best part about it was the staff! They are so kind and really show how much they care!!! I honestly think they should give the Chuck E. Cheese mascot performer a raise, whoever they were they honestly brought my siblings so much joy that they are still freaking out over how cool it was to see Chuck E. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that there is a TV screen instead of animat
We have been to many Chuck E Cheese's before and this is by far the best one to go to. It's clean and cool inside and they do such a great job of keeping the play areas and the bathrooms spotless. They are quick to clean up any messes and nothing is sticky and grimey. The customer service is spectacular, we have gone many times and Jessica is always so helpful and because of how wonderful her customer service and hospitality is we will continue our weekly trips. I watched her tossing around a laundry basket
New management has done wonders for this. Relocating across the Speedway was a good idea. Modern electronics games galore, and a rechargeable card takes the place of tokens. Of course, Chuck E Cheese makes occasional appearances, to the delight of the smaller kids. Good pizza and a good salad bar, as well.
We had a blast there with my 21 month old. She loved all the games and kiddie rides. Sadly the carousel was out of service and that was her favorite. I wish there were more/ better rides because my daughter was not amused by any of the rides except the Noah's ark ride. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly!
I'd say about half the games don't work, the prices are insane for okay food and Chucky hardly comes out. Luckily they have a good brand otherwise I wouldn't come back. I was disappointed, but my daughter (2year old) still had fun so it was worth it but this location is a watered down version of the old location. With little upkeep being done and it seems like no one wanted to dress up as Chucky sadly. My daughter is obsessed with seeing him and it would've made her and many other kids say if they would wal
Everything was amazing! There's so much to do and the food is delicious. The employees are very nice and funny! I didn't have any problems with anything so please continue!!
Go on an off time. Thursday at noon is amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Weekend are crazy dont go. They overbook parties and dont have time to make pizzas they are toooo busy! Also the app for points is totally worth it! After $200 you can get a 60 min play pass for free! So save up and definitely get the app for points.
My daughter and I came here today and we had a great time! My daughter had fun playing all the games and riding on the many rides they had. I love how everything was one token. The lady at the front desk was really nice and the guy walking around was also nice. Great place! Pizza was also very good!
Pizza was ok didn't give plates when pizza was picked up
Kids loved it, so many games and food was great, also liked the I could buy some toys if your kids didn't win enough tickets lol.
Our son had a great time with all his friends! The staff was really kind and helpful, we had no idea what to plan or expect and they knew how to just keep the party on pace with pizza and singing and dancing with chuck while the kids still had plenty of time to play! The pizza was also great, better then standard kid play zones pizza. The facility was very clean and fun! We would do it again in no time.
Pretty decent location, my only problem is the person in the mascot costume looked depressed.
From the start we were greeted by really nice employees. These employees tried their best with everything. I feel like there is a huge lack of training and information that they need to be successful. For an example a lot of them didn't know some of the answers to my questions as I haven't been here in 27 years. Again the employees were as good as they could be. The food however is what the two stars are for. We ordered the combo 4. This includes the pizza, and some sides. We got the extra large pizza. They
Jeremy was amazing! He truly made my nephews first experience amazing! He is an asset and appreciated!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
