I had the worst experience in this restaurant We arrived at 7pm and everyone was in a bad mood. When i was placing an order i kept asking questions about the menu and the cashier would only respond with pointing at the menu board and looked irritated. I felt rushed when ordering. I ordered a salad and everything was empty even the ranch. At 730pm they started closing all the games which were the games my children actually went for and it was very disappointing. At 8pm they were already rushing us to leave.

I haven't been to a chucky cheese in over 25 years and I actually enjoyed it. Took my daughter in and it was very reasonably priced. They also have an email sighn up and you can get free prize tickets free cotton candy and free play time among other things which is very cool. My daughter liked the trampoline area and I honesty don't like pizza but they have very good pizza here! The staff were friendly and the place was clean and organized. We celebrated my daughters 5th Birthday here. Overall I will say the kids had a great time, this location is very clean and the food is better than expected. The staff is horrible! They do not communicate clearly and cause a lot of unnecessary confusion. We had issues checking in and adding kids even though they told us we could add more kids no problem. This location was so great!! They have a really good selection of arcade games, their food seems fresh, and service is fast and accommodating. Chuck E. Cheese also comes out pretty often and stays out long enough to dance and meet with the kids. I was surprised with how clean and well-kept it was. I was also surprised with how cheap the games were compared to any arcade in town. We'll definitely be back.

We had my son?s 6th birthday here recently. The lady who was helping our table with the party was extremely nice and helpful (I didn't catch her name) even though we didn't buy the package with a party attendant. I love how this place isn't super packed even on weekends. The pizza isn't my favorite but my kids have a blast when we come here, it's fairly clean, and never too busy.

There's not many places that just make you happy when you walk in, Chuck E. Cheese on Speedway is an exception to this rule. Whether young or old you'll find the staff are all so kind (especially Managers), the food is great and the games are as entertaining as it gets. We're fortunate to have this location back!

Just came. And manager was extremely rude. She cut me off when talking and stormed off. They gave me burnd nuggets and said they will come out exact same way if cooked again. We had a small group and without a reservation. The service was flawless. Food was hot and delicious. Pizza, wings and fries. We went with the unlimited promotion and the kids had a blast. First time to Chuck E Cheese's and I can honestly say that I just didn't feel what the hype was all about. It's definitely only for kids and you can tell by the layout of the bldg. If I could give 0 stars I would. I Booked a party package and service was the worst !!!!!!!!!! I was a guest at my nephew?s birthday party and it was even worst, the kids have a good time it self which balance it out but the staff treatment, not committed to what the package says they offer never booking again.

Not as good as it was. After new management the place just went completely downhill. From the food to the games to the overall experience it's not as worth it. There are game machines broken for over 5 months now! The pizza used to be delicious a few years back, but now it has no flavor, it's cheap cardboard but they charge you a premium price.

The monthly pass is probably one of the best deals around, no matter which tier. Daily visits, simple and tasty food, killer staff.. every parent should hop on it. The staff works very hard, as some days they appear severely understaffed, which may be out of their control. Despite that obstacle, it does not seem to deter them from consistently delivering a memorable experience for the children that walk through their door.

It was my first time coming back to this location since they closed because of covid! But it was fun. The food is a little more pricey than Peter Piper- but I do like their game process a lot more! Instead of buying tokens you buy a game card or wrist band for a certain amount of time- and in that time period you can play as many games as you want, and the tickets store right onto the card. Genius idea.

We celebrated our grandson's birthday recently. They were short staffed, so our host for our party was not attentive. We had to wait about an hour to get our food, and our order for the party did not come out all at one. The pizza was not that great, and it was overpriced! My daughter's birthday was messed up from the jump. The table setting was incorrect. The kids didn't get extra tickets for attending our party. I went here for the animatronic and it didn't move once or perform a single show in the three hours I stayed. The animatronic looked in perfect condition and seemingly able to perform a show which was the only reason I even decided to go. There's no effort into capturing the specialness of a child's birthday. Not one person (including Chucky Cheese) seemed confident enough to dance and sing. Shout out to this Tucson location on Speedway! We brought our 2 and 4 year old grandkids and their parents for a visit and they had a blast. Nice assortment of age appropriate games. Clean environment. Cordial staff. Pizza was meh for us grown ups but on-point for the little guys. The young man who managed the front of the store is a gem! He was patient as we decided on the best deal for our family. As we were leaving, he handed each of the kids a Hot Wheels car, just 'cause he could. What a nice gesture!

Chucky E. Cheese returns to Tucson to bring you all the fun from your childhood with the same great taste and atmosphere! Food was delicious and at around a decent price. I drove home with leftovers and our bellies full ! Making your way here can be tricky but once you arrive. Well worth it.

I was really excited to celebrate my nephew's 5th birthday at Chuck E. Cheese as it happens to be where I celebrated my 5th as well! I got the silver membership package, which comes with a 60 min unlimited play card. Definitely the way to go is a timed card instead of points. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pizza was good, but a ton of broken or out of order games. Quite a few of them that supposedly worked took payment but failed to work. Definitely not the experience I remember. Good enough to keep small kids happy.

I was not impressed. The games were mediocre and the staff was unenthusiastic during the whole party. But especially during the song and dance they do for the kids birthday. I haven't been in over 15 years and never to this location. It was light and airy. The pizza was better than expected. The arcade has many ride ons for toddlers and small children. There is a basketball hoop for both small and big kids. It was quieter than expected as well. You can hold a conversation. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

There games are always broken and nobody is ever around to fix it. Even the ones that are broken and they are aware they are broken they don't put signs on, it will take your points but won't work. They recently added a trampoline area but you have to pay additional for it. Dont recommend. There is far better options.

Pizza was better than it used to be. Games all worked. All the employees looked like they would rather die than work there except for 1 guy with longer hair and shaved on the sides, he was always smiling and even caught him dancing while cleaning up a table. the main problem I had is that nobody checked our stamps when we left, we even stood there for a moment waiting and the 2 girls at the registers did nothing. Ehhh this place use to be entertaining. Chuck e only comes out for birthday parties it seems so ignores other kids. The machines and games are mostly broken without any notice so you waste credits and when you let them know they huff and puff and walk away. My daughter had fun with being little and not knowing but we won't be going back there.

We have been to many Chuck E Cheese's before and this is by far the best one to go to. It's clean and cool inside and they do such a great job of keeping the play areas and the bathrooms spotless. They are quick to clean up any messes and nothing is sticky and grimey. New management has done wonders for this. Relocating across the Speedway was a good idea. Modern electronics games galore, and a rechargeable card takes the place of tokens. Of course, Chuck E Cheese makes occasional appearances, to the delight of the smaller kids. Good pizza and a good salad bar, as well.

We had a blast there with my 21 month old. She loved all the games and kiddie rides. Sadly the carousel was out of service and that was her favorite. Go on an off time. Thursday at noon is amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Weekend are crazy dont go. They overbook parties and dont have time to make pizzas they are toooo busy!
