A fresh new look for the next generation with the same classic nastalic feels of the Chuck-E-Cheese we all grew up with. Their Birthdays are always a favorite for the kids. They get to enjoy a meet and greet with Chuck-E and a dance party. This location also recently added a small trampoline area. But for my local mama's, you can not beat the great value of the monthly Fun Pass!
My grandsons 7th birthday party was all that we had hoped for. The place is clean and the pizza was actually good! Our server and party helper was Riley. She did a great job staying alert and ready to help. It's a great place to have fun for the kiddos and the adults!
Today 2.15.25, celebrated my two grandbabies birthday 3 and 4 years old. Ran into a little problem, bit nothing to do with chucky cheese staff at all,.. I must say rhe staff and mgmt.really took pride to make sure the kid, my family s and I were OK throughout the entire birthday party.. I truly have to give credit to our party hist MARSA. SHE IS TRULY AWESOME AND WE COUKDNT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER PARTY HIST. FROM BEGINNING TO THE END, SHE DID SUCH AN AMAZONG JOB. NOT ONLY HER BIT TGE OTHER 3 ladies work
It was very clean and nice looking inside. This was my first time here and I wasn't sure what to expect. As the last time I came to place like this it was awful so it was a very pleasant surprise. My server was wonderful! She was so sweet, kind and patient the whole time!! The setup was great, the kids LOVED it!!
Love, love, love the staff here. The food is not bad (for a play place especially), although the cost is astronomical. They recommended a membership, but the arcade games are just not giving out enough reward for that kind of money. It's fun just to take your kids for an out of the blue family field trip or for a friend's birthday party. It's a lot of money for a single mom but your child won't forget it! I still recall the random Monday night my dad took me to Showbiz when my mom was away. So, I paid aroun
We recently reserved Chuck E. Cheese for our youngest son?s 5th birthday, and it was an amazing experience! From start to finish, the entire party was a huge success, thanks in large part to our fantastic party attendant, Kalardo. He was incredibly attentive and always one step ahead, making sure everything went smoothly. Our son and all of the guests had an absolute blast with all the games and activities. We never felt rushed, and any need or concern we had was quickly addressed. It was such a stress-free
I did not think I was ever going to get to sit down. The guy at the register would tell me to wait be quiet while he thinks then he would change and just do unnecessary stuff we literally sat at the counter for 35 minutes just trying to order food. Then my family was told stop at the door til I can stamp your hand like I know it's to make sure kids are safe but they didn't have any kids coming or leaving with them. We will go to another location next time
We bought unlimited playtime for our 4 grandchildren and it comes that it was at least 7 machines not working. Dissapointed
We arrived yesterday they had no working bathrooms for customers or staff. Clear health code violations. They should have closed and refunded everyone?s money but I guess they figured greed is more important than public safety. Probably never going back!
My great granddaughter had such a blast. The employees were so nice and professional.
The mouse touched my son. Nice Jewish boy named Sam making the pizzas. A little stingy on the protein (shocker, I know), but otherwise a delicious Jesus denying pie! Overall, the pros outweigh the cons. *piece of advice: cover your kids? eyes as you walk through the parking lot. My son saw the mouse sniffing a line off his iPad in the passenger seat of a Nissan Juke. My son had a very hard day that day. He no longer believes in mice, thanks to this location.
Threw my little girls birthday party this past weekend and it went really well. It's so much easier to be able to pull up and just enter the building and everything is taken care of. The price wasn't too dramatically high compared to what you can pay elsewhere. Food was actually really good and the cake we bought there was good as well.
We had such a good time and our hostess was very attentive. It's totally worth the money and much cheaper than most parties
Had a good time. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. There were a few games not working but they replaced our points on our card. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I've taken my 2 Grandsons to Chucky E. Cheese twice now and both times have been enjoyable, the pizza is really good and customer service is reasonable, this last time they had 4 or 5 Birthday parties going on and it was quite crowded but not packed , plus the mouse himself was there . I recommend C.E.C to anyone looking for a fun place to take their little ones to. My youngest Grandson is behind C.E.C .
Customer service is excellent (at least with the attendants I have dealt with), and there are always lots of open booths. The pizza is better than most of the Chuck's we've been in from CA to TN. The play area and booths are always clean. There are lots of different games to amuse kids of all ages. And not gonna lie, as an adult, I enjoy the games too. If you are a frequent attendee, buy the lifetime cups.. totally worth it!
Very nice and clean inside. The food was good. The soda is self serve. The game's all worked.....loads of fun.
Great for kids. Can be a long day for parents. Thank god for beer! Also fun for parties. Wish they'd eliminate tickets for tracking points on the card like D&B.
It was exactly what I expected for Charles E Cheese Esquire's establishment. My kid had a great time and that's what matters. I gotta say, the food is wildly overpriced. The pizza in that picture was $12.
My granddaughter loves to play and share her tickets with other kids. She is still little and doesn't understand what their for, and just knows all the kids want them and when she gets them she gives them away to someone else. Love her sharing heart! She loves when Chuck E Cheese comes out and sings and dances, she is right up front with them. She is 16 months and has been coming ever, since she could walk. She likes the toddler area with the slide and of course the pizza is a plus!!!! So glad they converted
It was Amazing!! Nothing like the old characters anymore! Oh wow, so much for all the little shorties to do!!? It was great!!
Chuck-E-Cheese hosted my kids 4th birthday party. They were super easy to book party's online and had three packages to pick. We went with the mega superstar package which came with goodies for all the kids and 2 hours of free unlimited gameplay for all the games. The birthday kid also received 1,000 bonus tickets to apply at the end. All the kids got nice cups they were allowed to keep and goodie bags supplied by Chuck-E-Cheese. Food is also included in the prices for the kids. All in all the experience wa
This Chuck E. Cheese?s is excellent. They have delicious pizza and a great salad bar. Good deals for tokens. The games were diverse enough for different ages too.
Every time my son had a break down I would take him into the bathroom so he could cry it out. So far I've had two employees come into the bathroom and follow me and there pretending to wash there hands. It's very concerning my 2 year old can't cry it out by himself. The second thing was when I placed an order for our food I paid for it and was trying to open his sucker up I told the gentleman I did not need anything else. But he just stood there watching me. I felt very uncomfortable. I've been to so many C
It's clean and good place to visit any age of people..Children enjoys every part of game .
Less games but still great... didn't like how they don't stamp your hand or see how ppl leave... anyone can take an extra kid and no one will see....
I was checking in for a birthday party and had to stand in line forever for a stamp for my son and I which would have been fine for its purpose but when we left it wasnt even checked! I could have walked out with anyone's child and vice versa! The food i never have problems with it has always been good. The service was subpar. I waited at the dipping dots for way too long without help so i took my son to play some more and went back to wait for an even longer time ?? we didn't cash out tickets out because w
Not quite what it used to be. Fun enough for little little kids, but not so much otherwise. Plenty of games though.
Solid outing for the kids. Prices were a bit high for my taste, but they had a good time. They were dissapointed that Chuck E. didn't walk around and say hi. I believe he only pops out for b-day parties. Other than that, it was great!
The worst experience ever today attending a birthday party. The blonde manager & all the young girls were so rude! The only one who had any sense was the boy who hosted our party. I will never go back to Mt Juliet location, rivergate staff is way better! Location may suck but their staff are all so wonderful, MT Juliet needs to give customer service lessons on how to speak to people. To rudely tell people to move is beyond crazy. I have never had someone speak to a paying customer the way the staff did at C
The manager was so sweet we went for a 3 yr olds birthday and she went and got her a goodie bag?? the cake was so yummy and the young fella with curly hair who was at the front desk was so kind and attentive. Any time we had a question or needed a box etc he was so kind. Also another employee she helped her pause her card when her pizza was ready so we are grateful amazing people work at this location ??????????????
If you want to add a trampoline zone, then add an attendant! Have to constantly chase employees down.. Take it down if can't staff it..
My 3year old wanted a fish out of the prize cage but the employee said that they were out of them. When asked why he couldn't have one out of the case, he said that he had to ask the manager. The manager came out and told us that it was impossible to get them out of there. When asked why it was impossible if we're staring at them, he gave us a bunch of excuses. I asked if they knew that they were low on stock, why wouldn't they take them out when closed. Once again, excuses. Then we told the manager to expl
Pizza is usually great, but was much greasier than usual. Still tasted good though. As we were coming in, other customers were leaving, yet no one checked their arm stamp...even after it was brought to their attention. Very concerning given the number of missing children these days.
I usually opt out of going to Chuck E Cheese because they are typically overcrowded and not clean BUT, THIS location is the complete opposite. The pizza and wings were yummy. Someone was constantly coming around to ensure the floor tables and equipment was cleaned. The front associates were incredible. Our overall expressive was impeccable!!
Went here for a kids birthday party. The person that was assigned to our party did a great job organizing everything, and keeping things going. The kiddos had a lot of fun playing all the games after chowing down on the pizza. To top it off, we got some dip-n-dots at the end (which was the first time our kiddo had it).
I had my son's birthday party there today and it was a great experience overall. However, there needs to be improvement online for setting up a birthday party and the packages it includes. An older guy and waitress kept talking me into upgrading a package when it wasn't necessary after we have said we will use the 45 point system for our package plan for my son's birthday party. Very expensive place to be a kid anymore. Variety of games there were fun.
Fun and exciting place for all ages - birthday events, unplanned fun activity, or quick visit. All the games are fully functional and easy to play. Birthday events are made fun and joyful. The staff is friendly and easy to interact with. Clean and well maintained place, easy to access from Belinda Pkwy. The only limitation is parking, but there is extended or overflow parking.
Food was alright. Tastes best when it's fresh. What concerns me is watching two employees shove and then throw prizes at each other behind the ticket counter, and then cuss at each other at the kitchen entryway. I guess it was lucky no kids were watching them, definitely not behaviour I want them to learn. Girl with the braids was very sweet.
We all had a wonderful time our birthday boy Lucas loved it all
We celebrated my granddaughter's 3rd birthday there and we all had a great time.
My son had a blast! The birthday party we attended for his cousin went well. They had staff during the party that served us cake and were so polite! All the machines and games worked, Chuck E Cheese came out and took pictures with the kids, and they all got a souvenir cup to take home (my son loves his!)
Clearly this place is for a kids party. But they need games a parent can play along with the child. All I saw was stress on the parent because of pressure from a time frame they must follow. 1 to 3 seems hardly enough time to play, eat ,sing happy birthday ,eat cake and open presents. There is so much sweet stuff the kids go wild. The parents just chase them around. For the child it's great they have fun. The staff was great and ready for anything.
I was so impressed at how well Chuck E Cheese took care of us at my son's 6th birthday party! Matthew our Host, was extremely helpful and on top of everything we needed! All the kids had a blast and the adults had a great time too! I would definitely come back again. Thank you Mt Juliet Chuck E Cheese for making my little boys day such a great one!
Had a birthday for my son here recently. It is the second birthday we do here. I was somewhat disappointed with the overall experience. I think more training would be beneficial for the staff. I understand there is a schedule/itinerary to follow, but at one point the server came and just grabbed the cake without saying anything and put it at the end of the table pushing in the kids' food as they were actually eating. I had to get up and help the kids move their plates as he just put the cake down on top of
If you have a sensory sensitive person in your group, wait for a sensory Sunday. Regular days, especially around late afternoon/early evening can be very loud and hectic. Some games don't give tickets, and the prizes are a bit pricey, (8000 tickets for the one my son wanted, 23000 for the one by brother wanted). Otherwise had a great time.
Great place to have few beers. They have some of the best draft beer in Mt Juliet. Just sit back and relax.
Such a fabulous place for kids and this one is wonderful for adults. The place is always clean (busy times may mean a few minutes to clean tables as in any restaurant). New food selections are tasty...no more 'cardboard with sauce' pizzas! Salad bar choices are always fresh. The employees seem to enjoy their work. Fun even just to take the kids to play the large video game selection.
My little one was so excited to get to come here. He was looking forward to seeing Chuck E cheese himself. The character came out for a birthday party spent about 5 minutes with the party then went back in the back. I understand that things have been difficult for business' lately. However, you are selling these kids an experience. Parents and grandparents are willing to pay, but you got to deliver.
Each time my grandson has a birthday, we go to Chuckie cheese and have a blast! He can't get enough of Chuckie cheese!
This place wasn't too far packed and people were spaced out. It's neat you don't need to buy tokens and alot cheaper if you just buy the card for an hour or so. We had a good time and the kids enjoyed the birthday party they were invited to. The employees did an amazing job.
This was a nice Chuckle Cheese. A lot of space where the arcade was; but also the party area clean and all neatly decorated. My grand babies had fun! So you purchase a card for a $1 with minutes, they start at $17 play for 30 mins of unlimited fun and up. Their young 7 and 5 so focus on one game was not gonna happen. I believe we ran all over the place for about and hour & I don't think we played all the games. This Chuckie Cheese gets 4?? I didn't get to try there pizza or food available. ????
We have gone to this Chuck E Cheese twice and have enjoyed it both times. It is very clean inside and spacious. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. One gal especially, where she was going around and making sure everyone was doing okay and seeing to people's needs. She helped us get some extra boxes for our pizzas, since we had quite a bit left over.
It was very busy and many parties. However the staff did great taking care of each party and other customers. We had a great time and pizza is so good. The salad bar has a great selection and also drinks and other food options. The option to pause the card is great to pause during cake, pizza and present time
We had a great time! Check out the summer passes and save big.
6/3 the place smells like someone didn't take a shower for a month and it felt very warm and musky. I noticed nothin is wiped down from the day before everything felt greasy and finger prints everywhere.
On busy nights, I would love, and appreciate having a staff member that does nothing but walk around with cleaning rags to wipe off game, and soda areas. They get dirty so quick and doesn't get cleaned often. I think all parents would love to see this.
They do a great job in keeping the kids entertained throughout our time there. I went 2 weekends in a row for separate birthdays and the experience was almost identical, which is good for the kiddos. The staff made sure everyone was taken care of. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because there were multiple machines without tickets.
If you buy the time play it's totally worth it, well much more worth it. Place was clean ??, pizza was hot, kids had fun. Game selection is always awesome. My kids are never going to turn down a trip to Chuck E. Cheese, dads not turning down games either.
Pizza was good and hot. Wasn't too crowded, which was a pleasant surprise for a Friday night. Didn't give 5 stars for 2 reasons. One it was crazy expensive. Going in I knew this wasn't going to be a cheap outing but I was blown away that 1 pizza, 4 drinks, and an hour of playtime was over $65. The second reason I deducted a star is the games do not give out many tickets compared to how many the prizes take. On average we won 5 to 10 tickets per game, and even the small bottom-shelf prizes were over 1000 tic
My son and daughter had their daughters birthday party here on Saturday December 11th and everything was great! The tables were set up when we arrived and decorated. The children had a blast! Everyone was very helpful and friendly!
Always such a fun place to take the kids
I enjoyed every bit of it pizza, salad bar rocks. It was definitely clean and very welcoming. As time got later, I didn't even Notice I didn't have my wallet, one of the co-workers, as I am standing by the sections of prizes walks up and say,' Do you have your wallet? I look and Lord beholds, I didn't, a customer had turned it. I was so thankful ??
It was very clean and the younger staff were very nice. The older man running the counter in front and prize counter, had a very bad attitude. He just seemed like he hated his job and it showed in how he treated people. Also, Chuck E Cheese came out for a total of maybe 5 minutes and acted like it was a chore to spend time with kids there. My daughter, who is autistic, was so upset that he just came out did a little birthday song and left. Never bothered to say hello to children or acknowledge them.
Totally had a blast mom and I took my son for some fun time memories and was impressed, from a adult veiw.. .food was really hot and seasoned well. Each area was social distance away and Temps was taken upon entry, for this I felt very safe. My son really enjoyed the games and ride and he dug the card which a used as a credit card.
At first the kids were really disappointed that there wasn't a "playground", they wanted a ball pit and tunnels. The kids ended up having a good time, that's the only reason I gave 2 stars. There were no "adults" working, no one seemed to know what was going on, or they didn't care. Half of the games were either broke or out of tickets. When it came to cashing out tickets, only 2 of the 6 counters were working. I stood at the food counter forever before anyone even looked up; the food was mediocre. The plac
this place is excellent and my son really likes it. he likes it so much that he keeps asking us to take him there every day. plenty of games to play. although some games yield more tickets then others. Birthday parties are excellent and we may also do our sons bday here. We had lot of fun here.
This is the better Chuck E. Cheese around the Nashville area in my opinion. Brentwood is nice too & food is better but this one has a better vibe lol & more games
Had a blast for my daughter's 5th birthday!! Although we didn't rent the b-day package, we still had an amazing time & the staff were SO friendly & accommodating! This is one of the better locations as far as customer service & the crowd of people goes.. but we always enjoy ourselves at any and all Chuck E. Cheese location's no matter what!?? 5 stars & 2 thumps up! ?????????
I agree with other reviewers. This is the best Chuck E's I've been to. It was clean and staff courteous. I love the cards instead of the tokens. Last one I was in a couple of months ago still did tokens. Had little kids actually panhandling for coins! The card eliminates that. It's worth the few miles extra drive!
This place is getting hot again! Summer pass is amazing and the staff is just super great. Thank you so much for a place to still take kids!
Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. The pizza was way better than it used to be. It is pricey, in my opinion. $75 for 2 pizzas drinks and 100 tokens. I did pay extra for 3 kids take home cups. My children had a great time though. Bonus: no ball pit for kids to play in, so didnt have to worry as much about germs.
Awesome atmosphere with lots of ways to have fun with your family. Good food. They serve beer not didn't have any but thought it was worth mentioning. I thought it was weird to serve beer at this dort of pace. But all things considered I'm definitely 77778877789999999998888888888877777
Lord knows my Grand childen love this place. Games galore and they like the pizza. I stay with them and remain watchful but feel that they are in a secure environment. Never experienced any problems here. Employees keep an eye on the children and they follow company protocol to the letter.
If you've been forced to patronize a Chuck E. Cheese in the Nashville area, pick this one. It's clean, open and the food is good. Not a huge fan of the wings, but the pizza and fries are really good. I try to avoid CEC at all costs but I must admit this was not the torturous experience o imagined. It was quite pleasant, actually. A modern, more technological spin on the traditional excursion. A pleasant set of memories for my extended family!
We went to a birthday party here and it was very affordable and clean. (They even have coupons!!) The staff are very kind and helpful, and they put the safety of the kids at the top priority. Fit example, they stamp a family's hands with the same number that is visible under blacklight when they enter, and they check it upon leaving. They recently added a sensory friendly day for children with special needs the first Sunday of each month.
Went on a Sunday afternnon, it wasnt crowded. Kids had ice cream and love it. They have new machines and games and got additional tables. They are investing in making the place better.
This place is awesome and both my kids love it. There pizza is so good too.
I am a dad, so of course, I will keep this short. Perfect birthday party. It was a breeze and my 7 year old daughter had a blast! Great job and a great price!! Do this, guys, they're going to love it!
We had a great time. It was very clean and had sanitizing stations. The pizza was very, very good, I was surprised. The service was awesome as well. We didn't have to wait long at all for our food. It was a win, win.
Best ChuckECheese anywhere. We called last minute for a birthday party and Alex was so nice, accommodating and friendly. For sure made us feel like valued customers. The day of the party (12/31) the entire staff was so nice. They made our daughter feel like a superstar. Thank you so much Alex and management!!
Our family had the best time. Super clean. Great food and awesome staff. Can't wait to come back!!!!
Okay place for the kids but prepare to spend money. The wait time for food is abominable and when it comes it's so little. I have never paid so much in my life for such tiny pizza! It's a shame, really that you have to pay so much for tiny food in a place where kids play. Kids eat. So make sure they eat somewhere first before they go play so whatever you order would be something just to snack on. But on the plus side the kids love it and would want to go back... I personally won't. So it was a one time and
Really fun but expensive! Pizza is really good especially stuffed crust. Can use one card for multiple people on multiple games. Friendly and curtious service and quick with the food. The chucky cheese mouse comes out often for pictures and free tickets. Cost $50 for 2 adults and a 5 year old.
Went with my in laws. Place was visibly filthy, especially the tables and bathrooms. We all ended up with covid. I don't blame Chuck E. Cheese for the covid, but cleaning a bit more frequently/deeply would be good.
I hadn't been to a Chuck E. Cheese's in a couple of decades, at least, and went with a friend's family. I was really surprised by how much it has improved! I thought they were a dying brand, but this location was really nice, clean, had a great variety of games and had plenty of business. I liked that they had multiple food options now. I was super surprised there was a salad bar (and tbh, even more surprised it was actually pretty decent) that was only $8, which was a great deal. I liked that they had priz
Play chips run out pretty quick. Tanya did a great job. They take too much time in between structured activities. They need to do things pretty quickly to capture the attention of the kids. But it was a great party. Pizza is not bad.
Friendly staff, clean environment, lots of fun. I have a 6yr old and a 3yr old and they had games for both plus more. Also didn't spend as much as we thought we would. We are definitely going back for birthdays!!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
